Detailed Description
In order to more fully understand the technical content of the present invention, the technical solution of the present invention will be further described and illustrated with reference to specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, the camera structure of the present embodiment includes a ring assembly 10 rotatable about its center, a base housing 20, a ball 40, and an inner bracket 50 for supporting the rear side of the ball 40. The ring assembly 10 is assembled on the outside of the base housing 20. The body of the inner bracket 50 is hemispherical and is used for matching the shape of the sphere 40 and covering the back of the sphere 40.
The ring assembly 10 includes an outer ring 11 rotatably detached around its center and an inner ring 12 made of elastic sealing plastic. As shown in fig. 1, the outer surface of the outer ring 11 is provided with two paddles 111 for facilitating the turning of the outer ring 11 by a user. The root of the poking piece 111 is provided with a shallow groove 112, which is convenient for the contact of the fingers of the user. The outer ring 11 is provided with at least two hooks 113, the hooks 113 being insertable into the base housing 20 and being adapted to grip the base housing 20 when the outer ring 11 is rotated to the locked position so that the outer ring 11 grips the balls 40. In this embodiment, three hooks 113 are uniformly distributed on the outer ring 11, so that the stress is uniform and the cost is saved. The inner ring 12 is provided with through holes 121 through which the hooks 113 pass, wherein the through holes 121 are in one-to-one correspondence with the hooks 113, that is, three through holes 121 are uniformly distributed along the inner ring 12.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a camera 42 is placed in the sphere 40, and a lens 41 of the camera 42 is pointed forward. The sphere 40 is provided on the base housing 20 at the time of assembly, and the lens 41 of the camera 42 at the front side of the sphere 40 and the front part of the sphere 40 pass through the circular window 21 in the middle of the base housing 20 and are exposed outside the base housing 20, while the lens 41 of the sphere 40 and the front part of the sphere 40 pass through the middle of the ring assembly 10, so that the ring assembly 10 can clamp the sphere 40 at the front side of the sphere 40. In addition, an inner bracket 50 is provided at the rear surface of the base housing 20, and the ball 40 is clamped back and forth by the ring assembly 10 and the inner bracket 50. That is, the outer ring 11 is fastened to the base housing 20, the inner ring 12 is disposed between the outer ring 11 and the base housing 20 and is pressed by the rear surface of the outer ring 11, the outer ring 11 clamps the sphere 40 at the front of the sphere 40 through the inner ring 12, and the inner bracket 50 is fixed at the rear surface of the base housing 20 after being assembled, and the degree of clamping fixation of the sphere 40 depends on the degree of fastening of the outer ring 11.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the outer surface of the base housing 20 is provided with an annular receiving groove 22, the inner ring 12 is provided in the receiving groove 22, and the inner ring 12 is clamped back and forth by the outer ring 11 and the receiving groove 22. The receiving groove 22 serves to reduce the degree of outward protrusion of the outer ring 11 while hiding the inner ring 12 well, so that the appearance integrity is strong.
As shown in fig. 2, the inner and outer edges of the inner ring 12 are rounded bars 122, 123, respectively, of circular cross-section. The body of the inner ring 12 is annular sheet-shaped, and the thickness of the body is smaller than the diameters of the sections of the round bars 122 and 123 on two sides. When the inner ring 12 is compressed, the inner edge bead 122 is clamped by the inner edge of the outer ring 11, the outer surface of the ball 40 and the base shell 20, so that the inner edge bead 122 functions to seal the gap between the inner edge of the outer ring 11 and the outer surface of the ball 40. When the inner ring 12 is pressed, the round strips 123 at the outer edge of the inner ring 12 are clamped by the bottom surface of the accommodating groove 22 and the outer edge of the outer ring 11, and play a role in sealing the gap between the outer edge of the outer ring 11 and the accommodating groove 22. Thus, the outer ring 11 is used to twist to unlock and lock the user, while the inner ring 12 is used primarily to provide a seal and to avoid the outer ring 11 from making rigid direct contact with the ball 40, thereby reducing damage to the outer surface of the ball 40 by the outer ring 11 and also reducing the chance of lock failure. The outer ring 11 may be made of hard plastic or metal, while the inner ring 12 may be made of an elastic sealing plastic.
In this embodiment, the ring assembly 10 is detachable, that is, the outer ring 11 and the inner ring 12 are detachable, which is convenient for maintenance and cleaning.

As shown in fig. 3 and 3-1, the back of the through hole 23 is provided with a raised vertical plate 24, and the raised direction of the vertical plate 24 is consistent with the direction in which the hook 113 (see fig. 2) is inserted into the through hole 23. After the hooks 113 are inserted into the through holes 23, they can be fastened to the risers 24. In order to facilitate the switching of the unlocking and locking state of the hooks 113, the top surface of the riser 24 is divided into a high surface 241 and a low surface 243, the height of the high surface 241 is greater than the height of the low surface 243, and the high surface 241 and the low surface 243 are transited by the inclined surface 242. When the hook 113 is fastened to the upper surface 241, the ring assembly 10 is in the locking position, that is, the upper surface 241 allows the outer ring 11 and the inner ring 12 to clamp the ball 40 via the hook 113. When the ring assembly 10 is in the unlocked position, the hooks 113 are positioned corresponding to the lower surface 243, and the balls 40 can be rotated because the lower surface 243 is lower in height than the upper surface 241 and thus the inner ring 12 is not clamped.
In addition, as shown in fig. 3-2, a boss 25 is further disposed in the through hole 23, and the protruding direction of the boss 25 is perpendicular to the direction in which the hook 113 is inserted into the through hole 23. The boss 25 is arranged at a position corresponding to the high surface 241, and the distance between the top surface of the boss 25 and the side wall of the riser 24 is smaller than the thickness of the head of Yu Kagou 113. The boss 25 is used for preventing the hook 113 from being separated from the connection with the upper surface 241 of the riser 24 when in the locking position, which results in the locking failure of the sphere 40, and the gap between the hook 113 and the boss 25 cannot allow the hook 113 to be directly separated when the hook 113 is fastened to the upper surface 241 of the riser 24 as shown in fig. 4. As shown in fig. 3-2, the position beside the boss 25 corresponding to the lower surface 243, that is, when the outer ring 11 is in the unlocked position, the hooks 113 are in the positions corresponding to the lower surface 243, and slightly translating the position of the outer ring 11 can make at least one hook 113 separate from the through hole 23, and then gradually separate all hooks 113 from the corresponding through holes 23, so as to complete the disassembly.
The installation process comprises the following steps: firstly, placing the ball 40 into the window 21 of the base shell 20, and then installing and fixing the inner bracket 50 behind the base shell 20; subsequently, the inner ring 12 is placed in the accommodating groove 22 of the base shell 20, and the shape and size of the through holes 121 on the inner ring 12 are consistent with those of the through holes 23 on the base shell 20, so that the through holes 121 of the inner ring 12 are required to be aligned with the through holes 23 on the base shell 20 one by one; the outer ring 11 is then installed, the hooks 113 are inserted into the perforations 23 of the base shell 20, and then the outer ring 11 is twisted clockwise so that the hooks 113 are fastened to the upper surfaces 241 of the risers 24 of the perforations 23, at which time the outer ring 11 clamps the inner ring 12 and the balls 40, and the balls 40 are held.
