A shock absorption type sit-up frame for fitness sports equipment is characterized by comprising a first mounting plate (1), a flat belt (2), a driving mechanism (3), a linkage mechanism (4), a first adjusting mechanism (5), a second adjusting mechanism (6), a shock absorption mechanism (7), a stay wire (8), a second mounting plate (9), a third mounting plate (10) and an arc-shaped plate (11); the damping mechanism (7), the driving mechanism (3), the first adjusting mechanism (5) and the linkage mechanism (4) are fixedly connected to the top of the first mounting plate (1) along the length direction of the first mounting plate (1) in sequence, the second mounting plate (9) is fixedly connected to the output end of the first adjusting mechanism (5) along the vertical direction, and the second adjusting mechanism (6) is fixedly connected to the top of the second mounting plate (9); the two third mounting plates (10) are fixedly connected to the top of the first mounting plate (1) along the vertical direction and are positioned between the driving mechanism (3) and the first adjusting mechanism (5); one end of the arc-shaped plate (11) is hinged with the two third mounting plates (10), and the other end of the arc-shaped plate is fixedly connected with the output end of the damping mechanism (7); the driving mechanism (3) is in transmission connection with the linkage mechanism (4) through the flat belt (2), and the linkage mechanism (4) is in transmission connection with the first adjusting mechanism (5) through the pull wire (8);
the driving mechanism (3) comprises a first fixing plate (31), a first connecting rod (32), a first rotating shaft (33), a circular plate (34), a first bearing seat (35), a first belt pulley (36), a second bearing seat (37) and a second fixing plate (38); the first fixing plate (31) is fixedly connected to the top of the first mounting plate (1) along the vertical direction, the second fixing plate (38) is fixedly connected to the top of the first mounting plate (1) along the vertical direction, the first bearing seat (35) is fixedly connected to the top of the first fixing plate (31), and the second bearing seat (37) is fixedly connected to the top of the second fixing plate (38); one end of the first rotating shaft (33) is pivoted with the second bearing seat (37), and the other end of the first rotating shaft is pivoted with the first bearing seat (35) and penetrates through the first bearing seat (35) to be fixedly connected with the circular plate (34); the first belt pulley (36) is fixedly connected to the first rotating shaft (33) and is positioned between the first bearing block (35) and the second bearing block (37); the first belt pulley (36) is in transmission connection through the flat belt (2), and the first connecting rod (32) is hinged to the side part, away from the first rotating shaft (33), of the circular plate (34);
the linkage mechanism (4) comprises a third fixing plate (41), a fourth fixing plate (42), a third bearing seat (43), a second belt pulley (44), a fourth bearing seat (45), a second rotating shaft (46), a reel (47), a fifth bearing seat (48) and a fifth fixing plate (49); the third fixing plate (41) is fixedly connected to the top of the first mounting plate (1) along the vertical direction, the fourth fixing plate (42) is fixedly connected to the top of the first mounting plate (1) along the vertical direction, the fifth fixing plate (49) is fixedly connected to the top of the first mounting plate (1) along the vertical direction, the third bearing seat (43) is fixedly connected to the top of the fourth fixing plate (42), the fourth bearing seat (45) is fixedly connected to the top of the third fixing plate (41), and the fifth bearing seat (48) is fixedly connected to the top of the fifth fixing plate (49); one end of the second rotating shaft (46) is pivoted with the third bearing seat (43), and the other end of the second rotating shaft is pivoted with the fourth bearing seat (45) and penetrates through the fourth bearing seat (45) to be pivoted with the fifth bearing seat (48); the second belt pulley (44) is fixedly connected to the second rotating shaft (46) and is positioned between the third bearing seat (43) and the fourth bearing seat (45); the second belt pulley (44) is in transmission connection with the first belt pulley (36) through the flat belt (2); the reel (47) is fixedly connected to the second rotating shaft (46) and is positioned between the fourth bearing seat (45) and the fifth bearing seat (48); the reel (47) is in transmission connection with the first adjusting mechanism (5) through a pull wire (8);
the first adjusting mechanism (5) comprises a baffle plate (51), a first elastic piece (52), a sliding block (53) and a straight sliding rail (54); the straight sliding rail (54) is fixedly connected to the top of the first mounting plate (1) along the horizontal direction, and the baffle (51) is fixedly connected to the end part of the straight sliding rail (54) along the vertical direction; the slide block (53) is connected with the straight slide rail (54) in a sliding way, and the slide block (53) is connected with the reel (47) in a transmission way through the pull wire (8); one end of the first elastic piece (52) is fixedly connected with the side part of the baffle (51) close to the sliding block (53), and the other end of the first elastic piece is fixedly connected with the end part of the sliding block (53) close to the baffle (51); the second mounting plate (9) is fixedly connected to the top of the sliding block (53) along the vertical direction;
the second adjusting mechanism (6) comprises a first cylinder (61), a first fixing rod (62), a second elastic piece (63), a second fixing rod (64), a second cylinder (65), a third cylinder (67) and a fourth cylinder (68); one end of a first fixed rod (62) is fixedly connected to the first cylinder (61), and the other end of the first fixed rod penetrates through the second mounting plate (9) and is fixedly connected with the third cylinder (67); the front part of the second mounting plate (9) is provided with a through hole (66); one end of a second fixed rod (64) is fixedly connected to the second cylinder (65), and the other end of the second fixed rod passes through the through hole (66) and is fixedly connected with a fourth cylinder (68); one end of the second elastic piece (63) is fixedly connected with the inner top of the through hole (66), and the other end of the second elastic piece is fixedly connected with the top of the second fixed rod (64);
the damping mechanism (7) comprises a third fixing rod (71), a first arc-shaped sliding rail (72), a third elastic piece (73), a second connecting rod (74), a third connecting rod (75), a fourth connecting rod (76), a fourth fixing rod (77), a second arc-shaped sliding rail (78), a fifth connecting rod (79), a sixth connecting rod (710) and a seventh connecting rod (711); a third connecting rod (75) is fixedly connected to the top of the first mounting plate (1) along the vertical direction, a sixth connecting rod (710) is fixedly connected to the top of the first mounting plate (1) along the vertical direction, the third connecting rod (75) and the sixth connecting rod (710) are axisymmetric about the horizontal central axis of the arc-shaped plate (11), a first arc-shaped sliding rail (72) is fixedly connected to the side part of the third connecting rod (75) through a second connecting rod (74) and a fourth connecting rod (76), a second arc-shaped sliding rail (78) is fixedly connected to the side part of the sixth connecting rod (710) through a fifth connecting rod (79) and a seventh connecting rod (711), a third fixing rod (71) is fixedly connected to the front part of the arc-shaped plate (11), a fourth fixing rod (77) is fixedly connected to the rear part of the arc-shaped plate (11), the third fixing rod (71) is slidably connected with the first arc-shaped sliding rail (72), and the fourth, one end of the third elastic piece (73) is fixedly connected to the bottom of the arc-shaped plate (11), and the other end of the third elastic piece is fixedly connected to the top of the first mounting plate (1).
