Self-adaptive garden shears
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of garden tools, in particular to a pair of self-garden shears.
Background
In the landscaping maintenance process, pruning branches by using garden shears is often needed; and the plant is of a great variety in gardens, and the branch of various kinds of plants often differs great, then when adopting fixed gardens to cut and prune, meet comparatively durable branch, and its pruning process often is comparatively labouring.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a pair of adaptive garden shears, which can automatically extend a force arm under the condition of a relatively large trimming resistance, so as to reduce the trimming difficulty and save labor during the trimming process.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: the self-adaptive garden shears comprise two mutually hinged shear halves; each scissor half part comprises a cutter head and a knife handle; the tool handle comprises a handle head part fixed with the tool bit, the inner side of the handle head part extends downwards to form a lower extension section parallel to the axis of the tool handle, and the inner side of the lower part of the lower extension section is provided with an elastic hydraulic cavity; the upper end of the handle body extends upwards to form an upper extension section parallel to the axis of the handle body, and the upper end of the upper extension section is hinged to the handle head, so that the elastic hydraulic cavity is clamped between the lower extension section and the upper extension section and is extruded by the lower extension section and the upper extension section to contract; a hydraulic slideway communicated with the elastic hydraulic cavity is arranged in the handle body along the axis; a sliding plug and a sliding rod which are fixed with each other are arranged in the hydraulic slideway; the sliding rod extends downwards to form the hydraulic slideway and is connected with the holding part.
Preferably, the elastic hydraulic cavity is an elastic rubber ball filled with hydraulic oil, and a pressure spring with two ends supported on the lower extension section and the upper extension section is further sleeved outside the elastic rubber ball.
Preferably, the elastic hydraulic cavity is a telescopic hydraulic cylinder, and the axis of the telescopic hydraulic cylinder is perpendicular to the lower extension section; a return spring is arranged in the telescopic hydraulic cylinder, so that the telescopic hydraulic cylinder can be re-extended under the action of the return spring after being compressed.
Preferably, the radial fit clearance between the slide rod and the hydraulic slide way is not more than 0.2 mm; preventing the slide bar from shaking in the radial direction.
Preferably, the holding portion is in a long barrel shape, the sliding rod is connected to the barrel bottom of the holding portion, and in the vertical sliding range of the sliding rod, the inner wall of the holding portion is always sleeved on the surface of the handle body, so that a stable structure is formed between the holding portion and the handle body, and radial looseness between the holding portion and the handle body is prevented.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: when the self-adaptive garden shears shear shears the branches, the cutter handle is gradually folded, in the process, the upper extension section of the handle body and the lower extension section of the handle head gradually extrude the elastic hydraulic cavity, the shearing resistance is higher, the compression degree of the elastic hydraulic cavity is higher, the elastic hydraulic cavity fills more hydraulic oil into the hydraulic slideway, and the slide rod extends outwards more; along with the increase of shearing resistance, the length of whole handle of a knife increases gradually promptly, makes the arm of force increase to reduce the pruning degree of difficulty, make the user keep comparatively laborsaving pruning operation process.

Detailed Description
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, 2, the adaptive garden shears comprises two mutually articulated shear halves 1a, 1 b; each scissor half part comprises a cutter head and a knife handle; the tool holder comprises a holder head part 11 fixed with the tool bit, the inner side of the holder head part 11 extends downwards to form a lower extension section 111 parallel to the axis of the tool holder, and the inner side of the lower part of the lower extension section 111 is provided with an elastic hydraulic cavity 12; the tool holder further comprises a holder body 13, the upper end of the holder body 13 extends upwards to form an upper extension section 131 parallel to the axis of the tool holder, and the upper end of the upper extension section 131 is hinged to the holder head 11 through a rotating shaft 110, so that the elastic hydraulic cavity 12 is clamped between the lower extension section 111 and the upper extension section 131 and is compressed and contracted by the lower extension section 111 and the upper extension section 131; a hydraulic slideway 130 communicated with the elastic hydraulic cavity 12 is arranged in the handle body 13 along the axial line; a sliding plug 14 and a sliding rod 15 which are fixed with each other are arranged in the hydraulic slideway 130; the slide 14 extends downwardly out of the hydraulic slide 130 and is connected to the grip 16.
In the adaptive garden shears, the elastic hydraulic cavity 12 may be an elastic rubber ball filled with hydraulic oil, and a pressure spring with two ends supported by the lower extension section 111 and the upper extension section 131 is further sleeved outside the elastic rubber ball. The elastic hydraulic cavity 12 of this design is relatively simple in structure and relatively low in cost. Alternatively, the elastic hydraulic chamber 12 may also be formed by a telescopic hydraulic cylinder, and the axis of the telescopic hydraulic cylinder is perpendicular to the lower extension 111; a return spring is arranged in the telescopic hydraulic cylinder, so that the telescopic hydraulic cylinder can be re-extended under the action of the return spring after being compressed. The elastic hydraulic cavity structure adopting the telescopic hydraulic cylinder form is more stable and reliable and durable.
In addition, the radial fit clearance between the slide bar 15 and the hydraulic slide 130 is not more than 0.2 mm; to prevent the slide rod 15 from shaking radially. In this embodiment, the holding portion 16 is in a long barrel shape, the sliding rod 15 is connected to the bottom of the holding portion 16, and the inner wall of the holding portion 16 is always sleeved on the surface of the handle body 13 within the vertical sliding range of the sliding rod 15, so that a stable structure is provided between the holding portion 16 and the handle body 13, and radial looseness between the holding portion 16 and the handle body 13 is prevented.
When the self-adaptive garden shears are used for cutting branches, the cutter handles are gradually folded, in the process, the elastic hydraulic cavity 12 is gradually extruded by the upper extension section 131 of the handle body 13 and the lower extension section 111 of the handle head 11, the larger the shearing resistance is, the larger the compression degree of the elastic hydraulic cavity 12 is, the more hydraulic oil is filled into the hydraulic slideway 130 by the elastic hydraulic cavity 12, and the more the sliding rod 14 extends outwards; along with the increase of shearing resistance, the length of whole handle of a knife increases gradually promptly, makes the arm of force increase to reduce the pruning degree of difficulty, make the user keep comparatively laborsaving pruning operation process.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that fall within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included therein.
