As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the plug body 20 includes a base 21, a body outer wall 22 integrally extending upward from the periphery of the base 21, an island 23 integrally extending upward from the middle of the base 21, and an insertion space 25 formed between the body outer wall 22 and the island 23. The outer periphery of the base 21 extends outward to form a platform portion 211, and a covering portion 24 extends from one side of the base 21 where the plug terminal 40 extends out.
The plug terminal 40 includes a holding portion 41 formed in the base 21, a first leg 42 extending from one end of the holding portion 41 to the lower side of the covering portion 24, a first contact portion 43 bent from the other end of the holding portion 41 and extending along one side of the island portion 23, a first connection portion 44 extending from the end of the first contact portion 43 and extending along the top of the island portion 23, a second contact portion 45 bent from the end of the first connection portion 44 and extending along the other side of the island portion 23, and a barb portion 46 bent from the end of the second contact portion 45 toward the first contact portion 43 and embedded into the island portion 23 or the base 21.
A bent part 47 is formed between the holding part 41 and the first solder tail 42, and the bent part 47 makes the surface of the first solder tail 42 on the side away from the covering part 24 lower than the surface of the holding part 41, so that the distance between the first solder tail 42 and the surface of the base 21 can be increased to increase the space; meanwhile, the upper surface of the covering portion 24 is not higher than the lower surface of the base 21, that is, the covering portion 24 is formed by extending outward from the outer wall 22 of the body. Therefore, please refer to fig. 6 and 7, when the central conductor C1 of the coaxial cable C is fixed to the first solder tail 42, an insulating strip 50 needs to be pressed above the central conductor C1, and the design of the bent portion 47 increases the space above the central conductor C1, so that the base 21 can be designed to be thinner, the overall thickness of the rf plug a is thinner, and the trend of thinning in the mobile phone market is met.
The barb portion 46 of the plug terminal 40 is embedded into the island portion 23 or the base 21, so as to enhance the holding force between the end of the second contact portion 45 of the plug terminal 40 and the socket body 20, so that the plug terminal 40 is not easily loosened from the plug body 20 due to stress when the radio frequency plug a is plugged or unplugged.
As shown in fig. 6 and 9, the coaxial cable C includes a central conductor C1, a first insulating layer C2 covering the central conductor C1, a shielding braid C3 covering the first insulating layer C2, and a second insulating layer C4 covering the shielding braid C3.
The number of the coaxial lines C is half of that of the plug terminal 40, and the coaxial lines are welded to the first welding portion 42 of the plug terminal 40 at intervals. With this arrangement, signal crosstalk between the plug terminals 40 can be reduced, and isolation can be increased.
