本发明涉及一种BCF膨化丝,尤其涉及一种抗紫外BCF膨化丝的制备装置及其制备方法。本发明目的是提供一种能够抗紫外线、有效防止人皮肤晒伤、面料穿着舒适的抗紫外BCF膨化丝的制备装置及其制备方法。为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种抗紫外BCF膨化丝的制备装置及其制备方法,包括有抗紫外线整理剂、抗菌整理剂和BCF膨化丝,将BCF膨化丝按照顺序依次在抗紫外线整理剂和抗菌整理剂内浸泡。本发明可以使BCF膨化丝具有优秀的抗紫外线能力,抵挡大部分紫外线,防止人皮肤表面晒伤,保护人身安全,同时具有优异的抗菌能力,有效防止细菌滋生。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种BCF膨化丝,尤其涉及一种抗紫外BCF膨化丝的制备装置及其制备方法。
背景技术
防止紫外线对人体的伤害,已经被越来越多的消费者所重视。太阳光谱中的紫外线不仅使纺织品褪色和脆化,也可使人体皮肤晒伤老化,产生黑色素和色斑,更严重的还会诱发癌变,危害人类健康。
紫外线对人体的皮肤和眼睛的影响最为明显。皮肤对紫外线的吸收与其波长有关。波长越短,透入皮肤的深度越小,照射后黑色素沉着较弱;波长越长,透入皮肤的深度越大,照射后黑色素沉着较强。由于受光化学反应的作用,能级较高的光子流能引起细胞内的核蛋白和一些酶的变性。因此,被紫外线照射后,需经过6—8小时的潜伏期后才发生细胞的改变并出现症状,包括皮肤干痛、表皮皱缩,甚至起泡脱落。
目前BCF膨化丝的使用非常广泛,但是一般的BCF膨化丝不具备防紫外线的功能,无法针对紫外线做一些有效的防护措施,在一些阳光较强的天气容易晒伤,因此亟需研发一种能够抗紫外线、有效防止人皮肤晒伤、面料穿着舒适的抗紫外BCF膨化丝的制备装置及其制备方法。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在一般的BCF膨化丝不具备防紫外线的功能、无法针对紫外线做一些有效的防护措施、在一些阳光较强的天气容易晒伤的不足,本发明目的是提供一种能够抗紫外线、有效防止人皮肤晒伤、面料穿着舒适的抗紫外BCF膨化丝的制备装置及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:
一种抗紫外BCF膨化丝的制备装置及其制备方法,包括有抗紫外线整理剂、抗菌整理剂和BCF膨化丝,将BCF膨化丝按照顺序依次在抗紫外线整理剂和抗菌整理剂内浸泡,制备方法分以下步骤:
步骤1:将抗紫外线整理剂加热到40-45℃,将BCF膨化丝放入其中浸泡10分钟,使抗紫外线整理剂分子流动加快,均匀分布在BCF膨化丝上,然后使用烘干机烘干,烘干温度为130-170℃,快速蒸干BCF膨化丝上附着的水分,让抗紫外线内的有效成分附着在BCF膨化丝上;
步骤2:将抗菌整理剂加热到50-55℃,让抗菌整理剂的分子运动速度加快,有利于跟BCF膨化丝结合,将BCF膨化丝放入其中浸泡15分钟后取出,使用烘干机烘干,烘干温度设定为140-150℃,在不损坏BCF膨化丝的前提下蒸干水分。
优选地,抗紫外线整理剂包括有蒸馏水、二氧化钛、二苯甲酮类化合物、苯并三唑类化合物和脂肪族多元醇类化合物,将蒸馏水加热到40℃,向其中加入二苯甲酮类化合物、苯并三唑类化合物和脂肪族多元醇类化合物搅拌均匀,在35℃的温度下保温20分钟,使其中的各种化合物充分混合,在室温下,加入二氧化钛,搅拌混合,完成抗紫外线整理剂的制取。
优选地,抗菌整理剂包括有蒸馏水和银离子,向蒸馏水中加入适量银离子,做成银离子溶液。
有益效果
本发明可以使BCF膨化丝具有优秀的抗紫外线能力,抵挡大部分紫外线,防止人皮肤表面晒伤,保护人身安全,同时具有优异的抗菌能力,有效防止细菌滋生,经多次洗涤后仍有极高的防紫外线能力,而且处理过程不会影响到BCF膨化丝原来的性质,面料柔软舒适。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
请参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种一种抗紫外BCF膨化丝9的制备装置及其制备方法,包括有抗紫外线整理剂1、抗菌整理剂2和BCF膨化丝9,将BCF膨化丝9按照顺序依次在抗紫外线整理剂1和抗菌整理剂2内浸泡,制备方法分以下步骤:
步骤1:将抗紫外线整理剂1加热到40-45℃,将BCF膨化丝9放入其中浸泡10分钟,使抗紫外线整理剂1分子流动加快,均匀分布在BCF膨化丝9上,然后使用烘干机烘干,烘干温度为130-170℃,快速蒸干BCF膨化丝9上附着的水分,让抗紫外线内的有效成分附着在BCF膨化丝9上;
步骤2:将抗菌整理剂2加热到50-55℃,让抗菌整理剂2的分子运动速度加快,有利于跟BCF膨化丝9结合,将BCF膨化丝9放入其中浸泡15分钟后取出,使用烘干机烘干,烘干温度设定为140-150℃,在不损坏BCF膨化丝9的前提下蒸干水分。
抗紫外线整理剂1包括有蒸馏水8、二氧化钛3、二苯甲酮类化合物5、苯并三唑类化合物6和脂肪族多元醇类化合物7,将蒸馏水8加热到40℃,向其中加入二苯甲酮类化合物5、苯并三唑类化合物6和脂肪族多元醇类化合物7搅拌均匀,在35℃的温度下保温20分钟,使其中的各种化合物充分混合,在室温下,加入二氧化钛3,搅拌混合,完成抗紫外线整理剂1的制取。
抗菌整理剂2包括有蒸馏水8和银离子4,向蒸馏水8中加入适量银离子4,做成银离子4溶液。
工作原理:BCF膨化丝9经过抗紫外线整理剂1和抗菌整理剂2处理之后可以具备抗紫外线能力和抗菌能力,在防紫外线的同时还可以防止细菌的滋生。
抗紫外线整理剂1的制取过程:
1、将蒸馏水8加热到40℃,向其中加入二苯甲酮类化合物5、苯并三唑类化合物6和脂肪族多元醇类化合物7搅拌均匀。
2、搅拌均匀后的二苯甲酮类化合物5、苯并三唑类化合物6和脂肪族多元醇类化合物7在35℃的温度下保温20分钟,使其中的各种化合物充分混合。
3、充分混合后的二苯甲酮类化合物5、苯并三唑类化合物6和脂肪族多元醇类化合物7在室温下,加入二氧化钛3,搅拌混合,完成抗紫外线整理剂1的制取。
二苯甲酮类化合物5的紫外线吸收作用是依靠分子结构中酮式与烯醇式的转换,把吸收的光能转换成热能,分子结构中有多个羟基,对棉纤维有较高的吸附能力,脂肪族多元醇类化合物7经整理后织物的UV透过率仅为1。6%,洗涤30次后UV透过率也只有3。4%,经整理后的织物色牢度、透气性和吸湿性可保持不变,二氧化钛3能与织物纤维产生强烈的吸附与结合作用,按一定工艺整理后,附着牢固耐洗涤,二氧化钛3的折射率高达2。6,经二氧化钛3处理的织物,紫外线屏蔽率为84。5%,经五次洗涤后仍有83。6%,赋予织物优异的防紫外线性能,并能释放对人体有保健作用的负氧离子,防紫外线UPF是国标的数倍,产品对织物还具有固色效果,对织物其它性能无损害。
抗菌整理剂2的制取:将蒸馏水8加热到80℃,加入适量的银离子4,混合均匀即可。
银离子4具有优秀的抗菌能力,能够抑制细菌的生长繁殖,平均抗菌率大于86%。

步骤1:将抗紫外线整理剂(1)加热到40-45℃,将BCF膨化丝(9)放入其中浸泡10分钟,使抗紫外线整理剂(1)分子流动加快,均匀分布在BCF膨化丝(9)上,然后使用烘干机烘干,烘干温度为130-170℃,快速蒸干BCF膨化丝(9)上附着的水分,让抗紫外线内的有效成分附着在BCF膨化丝(9)上;
步骤2:将抗菌整理剂(2)加热到50-55℃,让抗菌整理剂(2)的分子运动速度加快,有利于跟BCF膨化丝(9)结合,将BCF膨化丝(9)放入其中浸泡15分钟后取出,使用烘干机烘干,烘干温度设定为140-150℃,在不损坏BCF膨化丝(9)的前提下蒸干水分。

3.抗菌整理剂(2)包括有蒸馏水(8)和银离子(4),向蒸馏水(8)中加入适量银离子(4),做成银离子(4)溶液。
