Abstract
The invention provides a processing technology of PVC wallpaper and a production line thereof, which is characterized by comprising the following processing steps: unwinding and drawing out the PVC paper base and the PET auxiliary material through an unwinding roller for waiting processing; carrying out hot-pressing lamination on the PVC paper base and the PET auxiliary material through a laminating roller to obtain a primary base material; printing the surface of the primary base material by using water-based ink through an ink printer to obtain a secondary base material; conveying the printed secondary base material into a drying box through an annular steel belt, and drying at high temperature to solidify the water-based ink to obtain finished wallpaper; and winding the dried finished wallpaper through a winding roller for storage. According to the process and the production line, the PVC paper base and the PET auxiliary materials are attached together, so that the heat resistance is improved, the printed secondary base material can not melt in the high-temperature environment in the drying box, and the water-based ink is cured at high temperature.
