Abstract

本发明公开了一种高性能低压侧电缆,包括软铜导体、绝缘套、接地线、加强芯和外护套,所述外护套的内部设置有两个相互对称绝缘套,所述绝缘套的内部均设置有软铜导体,两个所述绝缘套之间设置有接地线和加强芯。导体采用超柔软镀锡软铜丝,便于变压器低压侧安装,在保证线缆外护强度的情况下增加线缆柔软性能,软铜导体中间增加一根芳纶编织加强芯,重量小,还可以增强低压侧电缆整体强度,适合大跨距施工;绝缘套为125℃无卤低烟阻燃辐照绝交联聚烯烃材料,具有优良的耐候、耐高温,耐振动、耐油、耐辐射,增加低压侧电缆使用寿命,同时125℃无卤低烟阻燃外护套在火灾中不会出现有毒有害气体,保证人身安全。

一种高性能低压侧电缆
技术领域
本发明属于电力输送设备技术领域,具体涉及一种高性能低压侧电缆。
背景技术
电缆通常是由几根或几组导线(每组至少两根)绞合而成的类似绳索的电缆,每组导线之间相互绝缘,并常围绕着一根中心扭成,整个外面包有高度绝缘的覆盖层。多架设在空中或装在地下、水底,用于电讯或电力输送。1832年,沙俄退伍军官许林格将电报线路埋在地下,六根导线之间彼此用橡胶绝缘后同放在玻璃管内,这就是世界上最早的一条地下电缆。电缆按其用途可分为电力电缆、通信电缆和控制电缆等。与架空线相比,电缆的优点是线间绝缘距离小,占地空间小,地下敷设而不占地面以上空间,不受周围环境污染影响,送电可靠性高,对人身安全和周围环境干扰小。但造价高,施工、检修均较麻烦,制造也较复杂。
现有技术的低压侧电缆存在以下问题:1、随着社会现代化的高速发展,低压侧电缆也就变得越粗越重,对低压侧电缆的要求越来越高,这是需要解决的大问题,如何使低压侧电缆在大跨距的空间更有效合理布置,使变压器发挥更大的功能,已成为电力行业面临的问题;2、不具有高强度、耐低温弯曲、柔软、环保等特性,其使用寿命较短。
发明内容
为解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。本发明提供了一种高性能低压侧电缆,具有高强度、柔软和环保等特点。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高性能低压侧电缆,包括软铜导体、绝缘套、接地线、加强芯和外护套,所述外护套的内部设置有两个相互对称绝缘套,所述绝缘套的内部均设置有软铜导体,两个所述绝缘套之间设置有接地线和加强芯,所述接地线安装在加强芯的一侧,所述接地线和加强芯均安装在外护套的内部。
优选的,所述绝缘套的材料为交联聚烯烃,交联聚烯烃通过125℃无卤低烟阻燃辐照。
优选的,所述接地线的材料为镀锡软铜,所述接地线的直径为1.2cm。
优选的,所述加强芯的材料为芳纶编织物,所述加强芯的直径为2.0cm。
优选的,所述外护套的材料为CPE橡胶,CPE橡胶材料通过低烟无卤阻燃辐照。
优选的,所述软铜导体的外表面设置有镀锡层,所述软铜导体的直径为1.8cm。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明的导体采用超柔软镀锡软铜丝,便于变压器低压侧安装,在保证线缆外护强度的情况下增加线缆柔软性能,软铜导体中间增加一根芳纶编织加强芯,重量小,还可以增强低压侧电缆整体强度,适合大跨距施工。
2、本发明的绝缘套为交联聚烯烃材料,交联聚烯烃材料通过125℃无卤低烟阻燃辐照,具有优良的耐候、耐高温,耐振动、耐油、耐辐射,增加低压侧电缆使用寿命,同时125℃无卤低烟阻燃外护套在火灾中不会出现有毒有害气体,保证人身安全。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1,本发明提供以下技术方案:一种高性能低压侧电缆,包括软铜导体1、绝缘套2、接地线3、加强芯4和外护套5,外护套5的内部设置有两个相互对称绝缘套2,为了精确的控制电缆外径尺寸,外护套5的材料为CPE橡胶,CPE橡胶材料通过低烟无卤阻燃辐照,为了使绝缘套2具有优良的耐候、耐高温,耐振动、耐油、耐辐射,增加低压侧电缆使用寿命,绝缘套2的材料为交联聚烯烃,交联聚烯烃通过125℃无卤低烟阻燃辐照,绝缘套2的内部均设置有软铜导体1,软铜导体1的外表面设置有镀锡层,软铜导体1的直径为1.8cm,为了增强低压侧电缆整体强度,适合大跨距施工,两个绝缘套2之间设置有接地线3和加强芯4,接地线3的材料为镀锡软铜,接地线3的直径为1.2cm,加强芯4的材料为芳纶编织物,加强芯4的之间为2.0cm,接地线3安装在加强芯4的一侧,接地线3和加强芯4均安装在外护套5的内部。
本发明的工作原理及使用流程:本发明的导体为镀锡Ⅵ类软铜导体1,提高电缆整体的柔软性能,软铜导体1采用125℃无卤低烟阻燃辐照绝交联聚烯烃的绝缘套2绝缘,绝缘效果极佳,且具备耐火环保的特性,两根软铜导体1中间布置一根接地线3和芳纶编织的加强芯4,整体外护套5采用低烟无卤阻燃辐照CPE护套,其能更精确的控制电缆外径尺寸。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种高性能低压侧电缆,包括软铜导体(1)、绝缘套(2)、接地线(3)、加强芯(4)和外护套(5),其特征在于:所述外护套(5)的内部设置有两个相互对称绝缘套(2),所述绝缘套(2)的内部均设置有软铜导体(1),两个所述绝缘套(2)之间设置有接地线(3)和加强芯(4),所述接地线(3)安装在加强芯(4)的一侧,所述接地线(3)和加强芯(4)均安装在外护套(5)的内部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能低压侧电缆,其特征在于:所述绝缘套(2)的材料为交联聚烯烃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能低压侧电缆,其特征在于:所述接地线(3)的材料为镀锡软铜,所述接地线(3)的直径为1.2cm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能低压侧电缆,其特征在于:所述加强芯(4)的材料为芳纶编织物,所述加强芯(4)的直径为2.0cm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能低压侧电缆,其特征在于:所述外护套(5)的材料为CPE橡胶。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能低压侧电缆,其特征在于:所述软铜导体(1)的外表面设置有镀锡层,所述软铜导体(1)的直径为1.8cm。
