Abstract
本发明公开了一种太阳能景观灯,包括固定于地面基体的柱脚,柱脚上端设有镂空的灯架,灯架上端设有太阳能发电装置,太阳能发电装置包含设置于灯架上端的底板、连接在底板上呈正棱台状且下端开口的壳体,壳体包含呈正多边形的顶板和多个围绕顶板依次相连接的侧板,每一壳体的侧板分别设有一块太阳能电池片且太阳能电池片相对水平面倾斜,壳体与底板之间形成有容纳腔,底板且位于容纳腔内设有蓄电池以及与蓄电池电连接的控制电路板,每一太阳能电池片均与控制电路板电连接,灯架内设有与控制电路板电连接的灯泡,灯架侧面还设有灯罩;具有型优美、与环境相协调、风阻小的优点,能提高发电量,避免太阳光和雨水对蓄电池和控制电路板的侵袭。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及太阳能灯领域,尤其是一种太阳能景观灯。
【背景技术】
随着人们生活水平日益提高,对于精神文明的追求也越来越高,在旅游景区、公园、广场、私家花园、河道江边、庭院走廊等公共场所的道路单侧都添置各色的景观灯,增加人们夜间出行或户外活动的时间,并能提高出行的安全性及改变人们的心情,节日来临时还能烘托节日气氛。因太阳能景观灯安装简单、不用布线的优点,经常被使用,然而现有的太阳能景观灯大部分在灯架的顶部倾斜的设置一个面积较大的太阳能电池板,其造型单一、不美观,且难以与环境协调,难以满足人们更高的美学要求。
本发明即是针对现有技术的不足而研究提出。
【发明内容】
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种太阳能景观灯,本发明将太阳能电池片安装在呈正棱台状且下端开口的壳体的侧板上,壳体的外形呈正棱台状,具有造型优美、与环境相协调、风阻小的优点,克服了传统的太阳能灯的采用一整块倾斜设置的太阳能电池板的造型单一、难以跟环境相协调的缺点;而且,壳体的外形呈正棱台状,使安装壳体侧面的太阳能电池片可全方位的接受太阳光的照射,提高太阳能电池板接受太阳光的照射强度,提高发电量;此外,将蓄电池和控制电路板安装在壳体与底板之间的容纳腔内,可以有效的避免太阳光和雨水对蓄电池和控制电路板的侵袭,提高使用寿命,无需额外的对蓄电池和控制电路板进行保护,降低成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的一种太阳能景观灯,包括固定于地面基体的柱脚,所述的柱脚上端设有镂空的灯架,所述的灯架上端设有太阳能发电装置,所述的太阳能发电装置包含设置于灯架上端的底板、连接在底板上呈正棱台状且下端开口的壳体,所述的壳体包含呈正多边形的顶板和多个围绕顶板依次相连接的侧板,每一壳体的侧板分别设有一块太阳能电池片且太阳能电池片相对水平面倾斜,所述的壳体与底板之间形成有容纳腔,所述的底板且位于容纳腔内设有蓄电池以及与蓄电池电连接的控制电路板,每一所述的太阳能电池片均与控制电路板电连接,所述的灯架内设有与控制电路板电连接的灯泡,所述的灯架侧面还设有灯罩。
如上所述的一种太阳能景观灯,所述壳体的顶板还设有与控制电路板电连接的太阳能电池片。
如上所述的一种太阳能景观灯,所述的底板上设有多个散热孔。
如上所述的一种太阳能景观灯,所述的控制电路板包括时控、光控、过充保护、过放保护、反接保护、短路保护以及自动开关。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:
1、本发明将太阳能电池片安装在呈正棱台状且下端开口的壳体的侧板上,壳体的外形呈正棱台状,具有造型优美、与环境相协调、风阻小的优点,克服了传统的太阳能灯的采用一整块倾斜设置的太阳能电池板的造型单一、难以跟环境相协调的缺点。
2、壳体的外形呈正棱台状,使安装壳体侧面的太阳能电池片可全方位的接受太阳光的照射,提高太阳能电池板接受太阳光的照射强度,提高发电量。
3、将蓄电池和控制电路板安装在壳体与底板之间的容纳腔内,可以有效的避免太阳光和雨水对蓄电池和控制电路板的侵袭,提高使用寿命,无需额外的对蓄电池和控制电路板进行保护,降低成本。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图对本发明的实施方式作详细说明。
如图1至图4所示,本实施例的一种太阳能景观灯,包括固定于地面基体的柱脚1,所述的柱脚1上端设有镂空的灯架2,所述的灯架2上端设有太阳能发电装置3,所述的太阳能发电装置3包含设置于灯架2上端的底板31、连接在底板31上呈正棱台状且下端开口的壳体32,所述的壳体32包含呈正多边形的顶板321和多个围绕顶板321依次相连接的侧板322,侧板322成等腰梯形且相对顶板321倾斜,每一壳体32的侧板322分别设有一块太阳能电池片33且太阳能电池片33相对水平面倾斜,所述的壳体32与底板31之间形成有容纳腔,所述的底板31且位于容纳腔内设有蓄电池34以及与蓄电池34电连接的控制电路板35,每一所述的太阳能电池片33均与控制电路板35电连接,所述的灯架2内设有与控制电路板35电连接的灯泡36,所述的灯架2侧面还设有灯罩(灯罩通常采用透光的玻璃制成,附图中灯罩未显示)。本发明将太阳能电池片安装在呈正棱台状且下端开口的壳体的侧板上,壳体的外形呈正棱台状,具有造型优美、与环境相协调、风阻小的优点,克服了传统的太阳能灯的采用一整块倾斜设置的太阳能电池板的造型单一、难以跟环境相协调的缺点;而且,壳体的外形呈正棱台状,使安装壳体侧面的太阳能电池片可全方位的接受太阳光的照射,提高太阳能电池板接受太阳光的照射强度,提高发电量;此外,将蓄电池和控制电路板安装在壳体与底板之间的容纳腔内,可以有效的避免太阳光和雨水对蓄电池和控制电路板的侵袭,提高使用寿命,无需额外的对蓄电池和控制电路板进行保护,降低成本。
为了进一步增大发电量,在壳体32的顶板321还设有与控制电路板35电连接的太阳能电池片33。
为了防止容纳腔的温度过高而损坏蓄电池以及控制电路板,在底板31上设有多个散热孔311。
控制电路板35包括时控、光控、过充保护、过放保护、反接保护、短路保护以及自动开关;本申请中控制电路板、蓄电池、灯泡、太阳能电池片等电器元件可根据实际需要采用市场上成熟的产品或者根据实际需要进行相应的定制,本申请中不再过多的描述。
Claims (4)
1.一种太阳能景观灯,其特征在于包括固定于地面基体的柱脚(1),所述的柱脚(1)上端设有镂空的灯架(2),所述的灯架(2)上端设有太阳能发电装置(3),所述的太阳能发电装置(3)包含设置于灯架(2)上端的底板(31)、连接在底板(31)上呈正棱台状且下端开口的壳体(32),所述的壳体(32)包含呈正多边形的顶板(321)和多个围绕顶板(321)依次相连接的侧板(322),每一壳体(32)的侧板(322)分别设有一块太阳能电池片(33)且太阳能电池片(33)相对水平面倾斜,所述的壳体(32)与底板(31)之间形成有容纳腔,所述的底板(31)且位于容纳腔内设有蓄电池(34)以及与蓄电池(34)电连接的控制电路板(35),每一所述的太阳能电池片(33)均与控制电路板(35)电连接,所述的灯架(2)内设有与控制电路板(35)电连接的灯泡(36),所述的灯架(2)侧面还设有灯罩。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能景观灯,其特征在于所述壳体(32)的顶板(321)还设有与控制电路板(35)电连接的太阳能电池片(33)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种太阳能景观灯,其特征在于所述的底板(31)上设有多个散热孔(311)。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的一种太阳能景观灯,其特征在于所述的控制电路板(35)包括时控、光控、过充保护、过放保护、反接保护、短路保护以及自动开关。
