Abstract
本发明属于中药技术领域,具体涉及一种用于治疗肝炎的中药组合物,要由以下重量份数的原料制成:香附26~67份、小蓟17~32份、飞扬草14~46份、老鹳草11~39份、天南星16~43份、金荞麦8~19份、白芷13~29份、桑叶15~38份、滇鸡血藤14~28份、紫珠叶5~17份、郁金6~21份、当归10~23份、桃仁5~19份和地黄3~16份。其制备方法如下:S1、将各原料粉碎;S2、小蓟、飞扬草、天南星、白芷和当归进行醇提取;S3、老鹳草、金荞麦、桑叶、紫珠叶和桃仁进行水提取;S4、将S2和S3所得药渣用乙酸乙酯提取;S5、将S2、S3和S4所得提取液浓缩后与香附、滇鸡血藤、郁金和地黄混合,加入辅料,制成口服制剂。本发明具有良好的治疗肝炎的效果。

技术领域
本发明属于中药技术领域,具体涉及一种用于治疗肝炎的中药组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
肝脏在机体生命活动中发挥着重要作用,通过生物合成、生物转化及解毒等作用,不仅参与蛋白质、脂类及糖类等物质的代谢,也参与药物、酒精及毒物等的体内代谢过程。同时,肝脏也是各种致病因子或疾病常侵袭的器官,如异常代谢、药物、微生物等均可造成肝脏损伤。已证实多数肝损伤常伴有炎症反应,肝纤维化、肝硬化、肝衰竭及癌变是最常见的肝病进展形式及转归。
肝炎是肝脏炎症的统称。通常是指由多种致病因素——如病毒、细菌、寄生虫、化学毒物、药物、酒精、自身免疫因素等使肝脏细胞受到破坏,肝脏的功能受到损害,引起身体一系列不适症状,以及肝功能指标的异常。目前,有多种抗炎保肝药物用于临床。
申请公布号为CN108201589A,申请公布日为2018年6月26日的中国发明专利申请,其公开了一种治疗肝炎的中药组合物,包括下列重量份配比的原料药:榼藤子1-10份、兔耳草1-10份、西红花1-10份、诃子15-50份、蔓菁8-50份、人参1-20份、石榴子7-50份,以及选自棘豆3-50份、花椒0.5-5份、川木香10-35份中的至少一种。该发明提供的中药组合物具治疗肝炎、清热解毒、培元健身的作用。
申请公布号为CN107875223A,申请公布日2018年4月6日的中国发明专利申请,其公开了一种治疗肝炎的中药组合物及其制备方法,其中,所述中药组合物由以下重量数的原料组成:霜菊花16-28克、白蒺藜16-28克、防风15-26克、羌活15-26克、紫参16-28克、青黛15-26、青皮15-26。该发明具有治疗肝炎的作用。
上述两篇专利公开的中药组合物,都具有一定的治疗肝炎的作用,但是其疗效并不显著。
发明内容
本发明一方面要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于治疗肝炎的中药组合物,用以提高肝炎的治疗效果。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:
一种用于治疗肝炎的中药组合物,主要由以下重量份数的原料制成:香附26~67份、小蓟17~32份、飞扬草14~46份、老鹳草11~39份、天南星16~43份、金荞麦8~19份、白芷13~29份、桑叶15~38份、滇鸡血藤14~28份、紫珠叶5~17份、郁金6~21份、当归10~23份、桃仁5~19份和地黄3~16份。
在本发明提供的用于治疗肝炎的中药组合物中,优选地,主要由以下重量份数的原料制成:香附38~57份、小蓟23~30份、飞扬草18~33份、老鹳草15~35份、天南星18~35份、金荞麦14~18份、白芷15~27份、桑叶17~30份、滇鸡血藤20~26份、紫珠叶8~13份、郁金9~18份、当归15~21份、桃仁9~15份和地黄9~15份。
在本发明提供的用于治疗肝炎的中药组合物中,优选地,主要由以下重量份数的原料制成:香附43份、小蓟25份、飞扬草26份、老鹳草29份、天南星24份、金荞麦16份、白芷17份、桑叶22份、滇鸡血藤25份、紫珠叶11份、郁金13份、当归17份、桃仁10份和地黄14份。
在本发明提供的用于治疗肝炎的中药组合物中,优选地,所述地黄为鲜地黄。
本发明另一方面要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于治疗肝炎的中药组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、按重量份数称取各原料,分别进行粉碎,粉碎至50~100目;
S2、将粉碎后的小蓟、飞扬草、天南星、白芷和当归投入反应罐中,按料液重量比为1:5~8加入乙醇溶液,在50~75℃的条件下回流提取3~7小时;得第一提取液和第一药渣;将第一提取液真空旋转浓缩抽干,得第一浓缩物;
S3、将粉碎后的老鹳草、金荞麦、桑叶、紫珠叶和桃仁投入反应罐中,按料液重量比为1:4~9加入水,在80~100℃的条件下回流提取2~6小时;得第二提取液和第二药渣;将第二提取液真空旋转浓缩抽干,得第二浓缩物;
S4、将第一药渣和第二药渣合并,投入反应罐中,按料液重量比为1:3~8加入乙酸乙酯,在60~75℃的条件下回流提取3~6小时;得第三提取液和第三药渣;将第三提取液真空旋转浓缩抽干,得第三浓缩物;
S5、将第一浓缩物、第二浓缩物和第三浓缩物与粉碎后的香附、滇鸡血藤、郁金和地黄混合,加入辅料,制成口服制剂。
在本发明提供的用于治疗肝炎的中药组合物的制备方法中,优选地,所述步骤S2中按料液重量比为1:6加入乙醇溶液,在55~60℃的条件下回流提取3~5小时。
在本发明提供的用于治疗肝炎的中药组合物的制备方法中,优选地,所述步骤S3中按料液重量比为1:5~7加入水,在90~100℃的条件下回流提取3~5小时。
在本发明提供的用于治疗肝炎的中药组合物的制备方法中,优选地,所述步骤S4中按料液重量比为1:4~6加入乙酸乙酯,在65~75℃的条件下回流提取5~6小时。
在本发明提供的用于治疗肝炎的中药组合物的制备方法中,优选地,所述口服制剂为胶囊剂、片剂、丸剂、散剂或颗粒剂。
香附,为莎草科植物莎草Cyperus rotundus L.的干燥根茎。秋季采挖,燎去毛须,置沸水中略煮或蒸透后晒干,或燎后直接晒干。辛、微苦、微甘,平。归肝、脾、三焦经。疏肝解郁,理气宽中,调经止痛。用于肝郁气滞,胸胁胀痛,疝气疼痛,乳房胀痛,脾胃气滞,脘腹痞闷,胀满疼痛,月经不调,经闭痛经。
小蓟,为菊科植物刺儿菜Cirsium setosum(Willd)MB.的干燥地上部分。夏、秋二季花开时采割,除去杂质,晒干。甘、苦,凉。归心、肝经。凉血止血,散瘀解毒消痈。用于衄血,吐血,尿血,血淋,便血,崩漏,外伤出血,痈肿疮毒。
飞扬草,为大戟科植物飞扬草Euphorbia hirta L.的干燥全草。夏、秋二季采挖,洗净,晒干。辛、酸,凉;有小毒。归肺、膀胱、大肠经。淸热解毒,利湿止痒,通乳。用于肺痈,乳痈,疔疮肿毒,牙疳,痢疾,泄泻,热淋,血尿,湿疹,脚癣,皮肤瘙痒,产后少乳。
老鹳草,为牻牛儿苗科植物牻牛儿苗Enniium stephanianum Willd.、老鹤草Geranium wilfordii Maxim.或野老鹳草Geranium carolinianum L.的干燥地上部分,前者习称“长嘴老鹳草”,后两者习称“短嘴老鹳草”,夏、秋二季果实近成熟时采割,捆成把,晒干。辛、苦,平。归肝、肾、脾经。祛风湿,通经络,止泻痢。用于风湿痹痛,麻木拘挛,筋骨酸痛,泄泻痢疾。
天南星,为天南星科植物天南星Arsaema erubescens(Wall.)Scho-tt、异叶天南星Arisaema heterophyllum BL.或东北天南星Arisaema a murense Maxim.的干燥块茎。秋、冬二季茎叶枯萎时采挖,除去须根及外皮,干燥。苦、辛,温;有毒。归肺、肝、脾经。散结消肿。外用治痈肿,蛇虫咬伤。
金荞麦,为蓼科植物金荞麦Fagopyrum dibotrys(D.Don)Hara的干燥根茎。冬季采挖,除去茎和须根,洗净,晒干。甘、咸,温;有毒。归肝经。祛风,通络,止痉。用于风湿顽痹,麻木拘挛,中风口眼斜,半身不遂,抽搐痉挛,破伤风,麻风,疥癣。
白芷,为伞形科植物白芷Angelica dahurica(Fisch.ex Hoffm.)Benth.etHook.f.或杭白芷Angelica dahurica(Fisch.ex Hoffm.)Benth.etHook.f.var.formosana(Boiss.)Shan et Yuan的干燥根。夏、秋间叶黄时采挖,除去须根和泥沙,晒干或低温干燥。辛,温。归胃、大肠、肺经。解表散寒,祛风止痛,宣通鼻窍,燥湿止带,消肿排脓。用于感冒头痛,眉棱骨痛,鼻塞流涕,鼻鼽,鼻渊,牙痛,带下,疮疡肿痛。
娑罗子,为七叶树科植物七叶树Aesculus chinensis Bge.、浙江七叶树Aesculuschinensis Bge.Var.chekiangensis(Hu et Fang)fang或天师栗Aesculus wilsoniiRehd.的干燥成熟种子。秋季果实成熟时采收,除去果皮,晒干最低温干燥。甘,温。归肝、胃经。疏肝理气,和胃止痛。用于肝胃气滞,胸腹胀闷,胃脘疼痛。
桑叶,为桑科植物桑Morus alba L.的干燥叶。初霜后采收,除去杂质,晒干。甘、苦,寒。归肺、肝经。疏散风热,清肺润燥,清肝明目。用于风热感冒,肺热燥咳,头晕头痛,目赤昏花。
滇鸡血藤,为木兰科植物内南五味子Kadswra interior A.C.Smith的干燥藤茎。秋季采收,除去枝叶,切片,晒干。苦、甘,温。归肝、肾经。活血补血,调经止痛,舒筋通络。用于月经不调,痛经,麻术瘫痪,风湿痹痛,气血虚弱。
紫珠叶,为马鞭草科植物杜虹花Callicarpa formosana Rolfe的干燥叶。夏、秋二季枝叶茂盛时采摘,干燥。苦、涩,凉。归肝、肺、胃经。凉血收敛止血,散瘀解毒消肿。用于衄血,咯血,吐血,便血,崩漏,外伤出血,热毒疮疡,水火烫伤。
郁金,为姜科植物温郁金Curcuma wenyujin Y.H.Chen et C.Ling、姜黄Curcumalonga L.、广西莪术Curcuma kwangsiensis S.G.Lee et C.F.Liang或蓬莪术CurcumaphaeocauLis Val.的干燥块根。前两者分别习称“温郁金”和“黄丝郁金”,其余按性状不同习称“桂郁金”或“绿丝郁金”。冬季茎叶枯萎后采挖,除去泥沙和细根,蒸或煮至透心,干燥。辛、苦,寒。归肝、心、肺经。活血止痛,行气解郁,清心凉血,利胆退黄。用于胸胁刺痛,胸痹心痛,经闭痛经,乳房胀痛,热病神昏,癫痫发狂,血热吐衄,黄疸尿赤。
当归,为伞形科植物当归Angelica sinensis(Oliv.)Diels的干燥根。秋末采挖,除去须根和泥沙,待水分稍蒸发后,捆成小把,上棚,用烟火慢慢熏干。甘、辛,温。归肝、心、脾经。补血活血,调经止痛,润肠通便。用于血虚萎黄,眩晕心悸,月经不调,经闭痛经,虚寒腹痛,风湿痹痛,跌扑损伤,痈疽疮疡,肠燥便秘。酒当归活血通经。用于经闭痛经,风湿痹痛,跌扑损饬。
桃仁,为蓄薇科植物桃Prunus persica(L.)Batsch或山桃Prunu-s davidiana(Carr.)Franch.的干燥成熟种子。果实成熟后采收,除去果肉和核壳,取出种子,晒干。苦、甘,平。归心、肝、大肠经。活血祛瘀,润肠通便,止咳平喘。用于经闭痛经,癥瘕痞块,肺痈肠痈,跌扑损伤,肠燥便秘,咳嗽气喘。
地黄,为玄参科植物地黄Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch.的新鲜或干燥块根。秋季采挖,除去芦头、须根及泥沙,鲜用;或将地黄缓缓烘焙至约八成干。前者习称“鲜地黄”,后者习称“生地黄”。鲜地黄甘、苦,寒。归心、肝、肾经。生地黄甘,寒。归心、肝、肾经。鲜地黄:清热生津,凉血,止血。用于热病伤阴,靑绛烦渴,溫毒发斑,吐血,衄血,咽喉肿痛。生地黄:淸热凉血,养阴生津。用于热入营血,温毒发斑,吐血衄血,热病伤阴,舌绛烦渴,津伤便秘,阴虚发热,骨蒸劳热,内热消渴。
采用上述技术方案,由于使用了香附、小蓟、飞扬草、老鹳草、天南星、金荞麦、白芷、桑叶、滇鸡血藤、紫珠叶、郁金、当归、桃仁和地黄的合理配比,使得本发明的中药组合物对肝炎具有良好的治疗效果。在本发明中,滇鸡血藤和天南星对提高治疗肝炎的疗效具有协同增效作用。

下面对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。在此需要说明的是,对于这些实施方式的说明用于帮助理解本发明,但并不构成对本发明的限定。此外,下面所描述的本发明各个实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
实施例1
本实施例提供了一种用于治疗肝炎的中药组合物,主要由以下重量份数的原料制成:香附67份、小蓟17份、飞扬草14份、老鹳草39份、天南星43份、金荞麦8份、白芷13份、桑叶15份、滇鸡血藤28份、紫珠叶5份、郁金21份、当归10份、桃仁5份和地黄16份。
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1、按重量份数称取各原料,分别进行粉碎,粉碎至50目;
S2、将粉碎后的小蓟、飞扬草、天南星、白芷和当归投入反应罐中,按料液重量比为1:8加入乙醇溶液,在50℃的条件下回流提取7小时;得第一提取液和第一药渣;将第一提取液真空旋转浓缩抽干,得第一浓缩物;
S3、将粉碎后的老鹳草、金荞麦、桑叶、紫珠叶和桃仁投入反应罐中,按料液重量比为1:9加入水,在80℃的条件下回流提取6小时;得第二提取液和第二药渣;将第二提取液真空旋转浓缩抽干,得第二浓缩物;
S4、将第一药渣和第二药渣合并,投入反应罐中,按料液重量比为1:3加入乙酸乙酯,在75℃的条件下回流提取3小时;得第三提取液和第三药渣;将第三提取液真空旋转浓缩抽干,得第三浓缩物;
S5、将第一浓缩物、第二浓缩物和第三浓缩物与粉碎后的香附、滇鸡血藤、郁金和地黄混合,加入辅料,制成胶囊剂。
实施例2
本实施例提供了一种用于治疗肝炎的中药组合物,主要由以下重量份数的原料制成:香附26份、小蓟32份、飞扬草46份、老鹳草11份、天南星16份、金荞麦19份、白芷29份、桑叶38份、滇鸡血藤14份、紫珠叶17份、郁金6份、当归23份、桃仁19份和地黄3份。
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1、按重量份数称取各原料,分别进行粉碎,粉碎至100目;
S2、将粉碎后的小蓟、飞扬草、天南星、白芷和当归投入反应罐中,按料液重量比为1:5加入乙醇溶液,在75℃的条件下回流提取3小时;得第一提取液和第一药渣;将第一提取液真空旋转浓缩抽干,得第一浓缩物;
S3、将粉碎后的老鹳草、金荞麦、桑叶、紫珠叶和桃仁投入反应罐中,按料液重量比为1:4加入水,在100℃的条件下回流提取2小时;得第二提取液和第二药渣;将第二提取液真空旋转浓缩抽干,得第二浓缩物;
S4、将第一药渣和第二药渣合并,投入反应罐中,按料液重量比为1:8加入乙酸乙酯,在60℃的条件下回流提取6小时;得第三提取液和第三药渣;将第三提取液真空旋转浓缩抽干,得第三浓缩物;
S5、将第一浓缩物、第二浓缩物和第三浓缩物与粉碎后的香附、滇鸡血藤、郁金和地黄混合,加入辅料,制成片剂。
实施例3
本实施例提供了一种用于治疗肝炎的中药组合物,主要由以下重量份数的原料制成:香附43份、小蓟25份、飞扬草26份、老鹳草29份、天南星24份、金荞麦16份、白芷17份、桑叶22份、滇鸡血藤25份、紫珠叶11份、郁金13份、当归17份、桃仁10份和地黄14份。本实施例中地黄为鲜地黄。
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1、按重量份数称取各原料,分别进行粉碎,粉碎至80目;
S2、将粉碎后的小蓟、飞扬草、天南星、白芷和当归投入反应罐中,按料液重量比为1:6加入乙醇溶液,在60℃的条件下回流提取4小时;得第一提取液和第一药渣;将第一提取液真空旋转浓缩抽干,得第一浓缩物;
S3、将粉碎后的老鹳草、金荞麦、桑叶、紫珠叶和桃仁投入反应罐中,按料液重量比为1:6加入水,在95℃的条件下回流提取5小时;得第二提取液和第二药渣;将第二提取液真空旋转浓缩抽干,得第二浓缩物;
S4、将第一药渣和第二药渣合并,投入反应罐中,按料液重量比为1:5加入乙酸乙酯,在70℃的条件下回流提取6小时;得第三提取液和第三药渣;将第三提取液真空旋转浓缩抽干,得第三浓缩物;
S5、将第一浓缩物、第二浓缩物和第三浓缩物与粉碎后的香附、滇鸡血藤、郁金和地黄混合,加入辅料,制成颗粒剂。
实施例4
本实施例提供了一种用于治疗肝炎的中药组合物,主要由以下重量份数的原料制成:香附57份、小蓟23份、飞扬草18份、老鹳草35份、天南星35份、金荞麦14份、白芷27份、桑叶17份、滇鸡血藤20份、紫珠叶13份、郁金18份、当归15份、桃仁9份、地黄15份和木蝴蝶6份。
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1、按重量份数称取各原料,分别进行粉碎,粉碎至60目;
S2、将粉碎后的小蓟、飞扬草、天南星、白芷、当归和木蝴蝶投入反应罐中,按料液重量比为1:7加入乙醇溶液,在66℃的条件下回流提取5小时;得第一提取液和第一药渣;将第一提取液真空旋转浓缩抽干,得第一浓缩物;
S3、将粉碎后的老鹳草、金荞麦、桑叶、紫珠叶和桃仁投入反应罐中,按料液重量比为1:5加入水,在90℃的条件下回流提取4小时;得第二提取液和第二药渣;将第二提取液真空旋转浓缩抽干,得第二浓缩物;
S4、将第一药渣和第二药渣合并,投入反应罐中,按料液重量比为1:4加入乙酸乙酯,在70℃的条件下回流提取4小时;得第三提取液和第三药渣;将第三提取液真空旋转浓缩抽干,得第三浓缩物;
S5、将第一浓缩物、第二浓缩物和第三浓缩物与粉碎后的香附、滇鸡血藤、郁金和地黄混合,加入辅料,制成丸剂。
实施例5
本实施例提供了一种用于治疗肝炎的中药组合物,主要由以下重量份数的原料制成:香附38份、小蓟32份、飞扬草30份、老鹳草18份、天南星30份、金荞麦19份、白芷29份、桑叶23份、紫珠叶10份、郁金6份、当归23份、桃仁19份和地黄3份。
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1、按重量份数称取各原料,分别进行粉碎,粉碎至90目;
S2、将粉碎后的小蓟、飞扬草、天南星、白芷和当归投入反应罐中,按料液重量比为1:7加入乙醇溶液,在70℃的条件下回流提取3小时;得第一提取液和第一药渣;将第一提取液真空旋转浓缩抽干,得第一浓缩物;
S3、将粉碎后的老鹳草、金荞麦、桑叶、紫珠叶和桃仁投入反应罐中,按料液重量比为1:7加入水,在85℃的条件下回流提取4小时;得第二提取液和第二药渣;将第二提取液真空旋转浓缩抽干,得第二浓缩物;
S4、将第一药渣和第二药渣合并,投入反应罐中,按料液重量比为1:6加入乙酸乙酯,在65℃的条件下回流提取5小时;得第三提取液和第三药渣;将第三提取液真空旋转浓缩抽干,得第三浓缩物;
S5、将第一浓缩物、第二浓缩物和第三浓缩物与粉碎后的香附、郁金和地黄混合,加入辅料,制成散剂。
实施例6
本实施例提供了一种用于治疗肝炎的中药组合物,主要由以下重量份数的原料制成:香附53份、小蓟25份、飞扬草16份、老鹳草31份、金荞麦16份、白芷19份、桑叶27份、滇鸡血藤23份、紫珠叶12份、郁金14份、当归19份、桃仁12份和地黄12份。本实施例中地黄为鲜地黄。
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1、按重量份数称取各原料,分别进行粉碎,粉碎至60目;
S2、将粉碎后的小蓟、飞扬草、天南星、白芷和当归投入反应罐中,按料液重量比为1:7加入乙醇溶液,在68℃的条件下回流提取5小时;得第一提取液和第一药渣;将第一提取液真空旋转浓缩抽干,得第一浓缩物;
S3、将粉碎后的老鹳草、金荞麦、桑叶、紫珠叶和桃仁投入反应罐中,按料液重量比为1:6加入水,在85℃的条件下回流提取4小时;得第二提取液和第二药渣;将第二提取液真空旋转浓缩抽干,得第二浓缩物;
S4、将第一药渣和第二药渣合并,投入反应罐中,按料液重量比为1:6加入乙酸乙酯,在68℃的条件下回流提取5小时;得第三提取液和第三药渣;将第三提取液真空旋转浓缩抽干,得第三浓缩物;
S5、将第一浓缩物、第二浓缩物和第三浓缩物与粉碎后的香附、滇鸡血藤、郁金和地黄混合,加入辅料,制成颗粒剂。
试验例
为了验证本发明的有益技术效果,特作如下试验:
1、材料与方法
1.1实验动物
昆明种小鼠,SPF级,体重18~22g,270只,北京维通利华实验动物技术有限公司。
1.2药品与器材
肝泰颗粒,湖北老中医制药有限公司;丙氨酸氨基转移酶测定试剂盒,温州东瓯生物工程有限公司;自动生化分析仪,日本岛津。
1.3实验分组
将270只小鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、阳性对照组、实施例1至6组,每组30只。
1.4实验方法
对模型组、阳性对照组、实施例1至6组小鼠皮下注射1%的CCl4,每10g体重0.1mL,隔日再注射一次,空白对照组注射同等体积的无菌生理盐水。在第一次给小鼠皮下注射CCl4后1小时,阳性对照灌服肝泰颗粒,0.5g/kg,每日两次;实施例1至6组分别灌服实施例1至6组所得中药组合物,0.5g/kg,每日两次;空白对照组和模型组灌服等量的生理盐水。各组用药疗程为7天,停药一天,取血,测定血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)含量,结果见表1。

由上表可以看出,与空白组比较,模型组小鼠血清中ALT和AST含量明显升高,说明造模成功。实施例1至6组与模型组比较,实施例1至6组小鼠血清中ALT和AST含量显著下降,说明本发明所得的中药组合物对肝炎具有良好的治疗作用。实施例1至4组与阳性比较,实施例1至4组小鼠血清中ALT和AST含量显著下降,说明本发明所得中药组合物对肝炎的治疗作用优于阳性对照药物。实施例5和实施例6组中小鼠血清中ALT和AST含量明显高于实施例1至4组,且与阳性对照组接近;在实施例5中,原料组分减少了滇鸡血藤;在实施例6中,原料组分减少了天南星;可见,滇鸡血藤和天南星对提高治疗肝炎的疗效具有协同增效作用。
以上对本发明的实施方式作了详细说明,但本发明不限于所描述的实施方式。对于本领域的技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明原理和精神的情况下,对这些实施方式进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,仍落入本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (9)
1.一种用于治疗肝炎的中药组合物,其特征在于,主要由以下重量份数的原料制成:香附26~67份、小蓟17~32份、飞扬草14~46份、老鹳草11~39份、天南星16~43份、金荞麦8~19份、白芷13~29份、桑叶15~38份、滇鸡血藤14~28份、紫珠叶5~17份、郁金6~21份、当归10~23份、桃仁5~19份和地黄3~16份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于治疗肝炎的中药组合物,其特征在于,主要由以下重量份数的原料制成:香附38~57份、小蓟23~30份、飞扬草18~33份、老鹳草15~35份、天南星18~35份、金荞麦14~18份、白芷15~27份、桑叶17~30份、滇鸡血藤20~26份、紫珠叶8~13份、郁金9~18份、当归15~21份、桃仁9~15份和地黄9~15份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于治疗肝炎的中药组合物,其特征在于,主要由以下重量份数的原料制成:香附43份、小蓟25份、飞扬草26份、老鹳草29份、天南星24份、金荞麦16份、白芷17份、桑叶22份、滇鸡血藤25份、紫珠叶11份、郁金13份、当归17份、桃仁10份和地黄14份。
4.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的用于治疗肝炎的中药组合物,其特征在于,所述地黄为鲜地黄。
5.一种基于权利要求1~3任一项所述的用于治疗肝炎的中药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、按重量份数称取各原料,分别进行粉碎,粉碎至50~100目;
S2、将粉碎后的小蓟、飞扬草、天南星、白芷和当归投入反应罐中,按料液重量比为1:5~8加入乙醇溶液,在50~75℃的条件下回流提取3~7小时;得第一提取液和第一药渣;将第一提取液真空旋转浓缩抽干,得第一浓缩物;
S3、将粉碎后的老鹳草、金荞麦、桑叶、紫珠叶和桃仁投入反应罐中,按料液重量比为1:4~9加入水,在80~100℃的条件下回流提取2~6小时;得第二提取液和第二药渣;将第二提取液真空旋转浓缩抽干,得第二浓缩物;
S4、将第一药渣和第二药渣合并,投入反应罐中,按料液重量比为1:3~8加入乙酸乙酯,在60~75℃的条件下回流提取3~6小时;得第三提取液和第三药渣;将第三提取液真空旋转浓缩抽干,得第三浓缩物;
S5、将第一浓缩物、第二浓缩物和第三浓缩物与粉碎后的香附、滇鸡血藤、郁金和地黄混合,加入辅料,制成口服制剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的用于治疗肝炎的中药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中按料液重量比为1:6加入乙醇溶液,在55~60℃的条件下回流提取3~5小时。
7.根据权利要求5所述的用于治疗肝炎的中药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3中按料液重量比为1:5~7加入水,在90~100℃的条件下回流提取3~5小时。
8.根据权利要求5所述的用于治疗肝炎的中药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S4中按料液重量比为1:4~6加入乙酸乙酯,在65~75℃的条件下回流提取5~6小时。
9.根据权利要求5所述的用于治疗肝炎的中药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述口服制剂为胶囊剂、片剂、丸剂、散剂或颗粒剂。
