本发明属于饲料技术领域,公开了一种添加中药成分提高抵抗力的猪饲料配方,包括玉米、麸皮、米糠、豆粕、食盐、党参、黄芪、银耳、红枣、鲜芦荟、复合维生素和矿物质。通过中药药液获取、细粉原料获取、鲜芦荟浆液获取、混料、造粒、烘干得到产品。本发明的配方添加了中药,具有较好的提高免疫力、促进消化吸收、增加食欲的效果,猪的重量增加明显,同时通过该制备工艺能够有效的保留较多的有效成分,提升饲料的口感和香味,增加猪的食欲。

本发明属于饲料技术领域,具体涉及一种猪饲料配方及其制备方法,尤其涉及一种添加中药成分提高抵抗力的猪饲料配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
养猪业是我国农业中的重要产业,喂猪的猪饲料对于养猪来说尤为重要。猪饲料通常是由蛋白质饲料、能量饲料、粗饲料、青绿饲料、青贮饲料、矿物质饲料和饲料添加剂组成的饲养家猪的饲料。猪饲料按类别分可分为全价料、浓缩料和预混料。全价料是由蛋白质饲料、能量饲料、粗饲料和添加剂四部分组成的配合料,市场上销售的全价料主要是经过机器加工制粒的颗粒状饲料,部分为膨化颗粒料,能直接用于饲喂饲养对象,能全面满足饲喂对象的营养需要。浓缩料是由蛋白原料和添加剂预混而成,饲喂时需补加能量料,具有使用方便的优点,适合于规模大,尤其是自家有玉米等能量饲料的农户使用,目前市场上的浓缩料至少有50多种。预混料是添加剂预混合饲料的简称,是将一种或多种微量组分与稀释剂或载体按要求配比,均匀混合后制成的中间型配合饲料产品,是全价饲料的一种重要组分。
我国人口众多,随着人民群众生活水平日益提高,对猪肉的数量和质量的要求越来越高,但是当前集约化生猪饲喂及养殖技术,只注重生猪的出栏速度,不注重猪本身的抗病能力和猪肉品质,猪体极易患病,猪一旦患病会严重影响猪的食欲,体重下降非常快。有的病难以治愈还会传染其他猪,猪一旦染病需要隔离治疗,无法治愈还需将死猪谨慎处理,给养殖户带来巨大的经济损失。并且猪的食欲会随着天气和环境的变化有所变化,尤其是天气炎热时,猪的食量会严重下降,导致体重增加不明显甚至变轻,给养殖户带来经济损失。现有的饲料制备方法在制备过程中,由于加工方法不当导致有效成分无法充分发挥甚至流失,导致饲料中的营养成分不足,猪吃了之后吸收不到生长所需的营养成分,增重效果不明显,容易生病。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的集约化生猪饲喂及养殖技术导致猪抵抗力较弱、容易生病、随着天气或环境的变化猪食欲下降、以及现有的饲料制备方法在制备过程中由于加工方法不当导致有效成分无法充分发挥甚至流失的问题,本发明目的在于提供一种添加中药成分提高抵抗力的猪饲料配方及其制备方法。
本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种添加中药成分提高抵抗力的猪饲料配方,包括以重量份计算的原料95~130份、中药4~9份、复合维生素0.3~0.5份和矿物质0.5~0.8份;所述原料包括以重量份计算的玉米45~55份、麸皮15~25份、米糠10~15份、豆粕15~20份、食盐0.3~0.5份;所述中药包括以重量份计算的党参0.5~1份、黄芪0.3~0.5份、银耳0.5~1份、红枣0.7~1.2份、鲜芦荟2~5份。
优选的,所述矿物质包括但不限于锌和硒。
优选的,所述复合维生素包括但不限于维生素A、维生素B2、维生素C、维生素D。
优选的,所述中药还包括山楂份、厚朴份、草果份和麦芽份,所述中药以重量份计算包括党参0.5~1份、黄芪0.3~0.5份、银耳0.5~1份、红枣0.7~1.2份、鲜芦荟2~5份、山楂0.5~1份、厚朴0.3~0.5份、草果0.3~0.5份、麦芽0.7~1.2。
一种用于制备上述猪饲料配方的方法,具体步骤如下:
S1.中药药液获取:称取以重量份计算的党参0.5~1份、黄芪0.3~0.5份、银耳0.5~1份、红枣0.7~1.2份,加入锅中煎煮得到中药药液;
S2.细粉原料获取:称取以重量份计算的原料95~130份、矿物质0.5~0.8份和复合维生素0.3~0.5份,加入到粉碎机中粉碎成细粉原料;
S3.鲜芦荟浆液获取:称取以重量份计算的鲜芦荟2~5份,洗净后与适量的水一起加入到搅碎机中搅碎得到鲜芦荟浆液;
S4.混料:将准备好的中药药液、细粉原料、鲜芦荟浆液加入到搅拌桶中搅拌均匀得到湿品混料;
S5.烘干:将准备好的湿品混料加入到烘干机中,烘干后得到干品混料;
S6.造粒:将步骤S5中得到的干品混料置于造粒机中造粒,得到颗粒状猪饲料。
优选的,所述S1的具体步骤如下:
(1.1)称取以重量份计算的党参0.5~1份、黄芪0.3~0.5份、银耳0.5~1份、红枣0.7~1.2份作为中药原材料;
(1.2)将准备好的中药原材料加入到容器中,加入适量的凉水浸泡20~30分钟;
(1.3)将浸泡后的中药原材料连同浸泡中药原材料的水一并加入到锅中大火煮开后改小火煎煮10分钟,得到一煎药,然后将锅中的一煎药倒入容器中,将一煎药药渣保留在锅中;
(1.4)向保留了一煎药药渣的锅中加入适量的温水,大火煮开后改小火煎煮5分钟,得到二煎药,然后将锅中的二煎药倒入容器中,将二煎药药渣保留在锅中;
(1.5)将锅中保留的二煎药药渣放至室温后加入适量的凉水浸泡10分钟,大火煮开后改小火慢煎5分钟,得到三煎药,然后将锅中的三煎药倒入容器中,将锅中的三煎药药渣丢弃;
(1.6)将准备好的一煎药、二煎药和三煎药充分混合后得到中药药液。
优选的,所述S2的具体步骤如下:
(1.1)称取以重量份计算的玉米45~55份、麸皮15~25份、米糠10~15份、豆粕15~20份、食盐0.3~0.5份作为原料;
(1.2)将准备好的玉米、麸皮和米糠放入炒锅中炒制5分钟后与准备好的豆粕、食盐混合,得到混合原料;
(1.3)称取以重量份计算的矿物质0.5~0.8份、复合维生素0.3~0.5份;
(1.4)将准备好的混合原料、矿物质和复合维生素加入到粉碎机中粉碎成50-60目的细粉原料。
优选的,所述S4的具体步骤如下:
(1.1)将准备好的中药药液、细粉原料、鲜芦荟浆液加入到搅拌桶中匀速搅拌10分钟,得到初品混料;
(1.2)继续搅拌初品混料,在搅拌过程中不断少量加入凉水,直至初品混料能手握成团,得到半成品混料;
(1.3)加水完毕后继续搅拌20分钟,直至中药药液、细粉原料、鲜芦荟浆液混合均匀得到湿品混料。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的配方添加了中药,具有较好的提高免疫力、促进消化吸收、增加食欲的效果,猪的重量增加明显,同时通过该制备工艺能够有效的保留较多的有效成分,提升饲料的口感和香味,增加猪的食欲。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步阐释。
实施例1:
本实施例提供一种添加中药成分提高抵抗力的猪饲料配方,包括以重量份计算的原料95~130份、中药4~9份、复合维生素0.3~0.5份和矿物质0.5~0.8份;所述原料包括以重量份计算的玉米45~55份、麸皮15~25份、米糠10~15份、豆粕15~20份、食盐0.3~0.5份;所述中药包括以重量份计算的党参0.5~1份、黄芪0.3~0.5份、银耳0.5~1份、红枣0.7~1.2份、鲜芦荟2~5份。在猪饲料中添加上述中药,可增强猪的抵抗力,减少发病,有利于猪的生长,使猪能更快速的增重。
玉米产量高,适应性强,是各种家畜的优质饲料,100kg玉米籽粒相当于135kg的燕麦,125kg的高粱,130kg大麦。是肉牛、奶牛、马、羊、猪、禽类和鱼类不可缺少的饲料。玉米的粗蛋白质含量5~10%,纤维素少,适口性好,各种家畜都喜食。玉米中含维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素E5、胡萝卜素、核黄素。玉米的有机物质消化率较高。玉米的营养成分比较全面,一般含蛋白质8.5%、脂肪4.3%、糖类73.2%、钙0.022%、磷.21%、铁0.0016%,还含有胡萝卜素、维生素B1、B2和尼克酸以及谷固醇、卵磷脂、维生素E、赖氨酸等。
麸皮为小麦最外层的表皮,小麦被磨面机加工后,变成面粉和麸皮两部分,麸皮就是小麦的外皮,麦麸中含有的B族维生素和氨基酸,并且含有丰富的微量元素,有利于生长发育。
米糠主要是由果皮、种皮、外胚乳、糊粉层和胚加工制成的,营养价值高且价格低廉,在饲料中加入适量米糠能有效降低成本,丰富饲料的口感。
豆粕是大豆提取豆油后得到的一种副产品。又称“大豆粕”,豆饼和豆粕中粗蛋白质含量高达30~50%,是动物主要的蛋白质饲料之一,豆粕内含的多种氨基酸适合于猪对营养的需求。豆粕有着浓郁的香味,且易于消化,饲料中添加豆粕有利于吸引猪进食,且为猪提供生长所需的营养物质,有利于吸收和消化。
党参味甘,性平。有补中益气、止渴、健脾益肺,养血生津。补中,益气,生津。治脾胃虚弱,气血两亏,体倦无力,食少,口渴,久泻,脱肛。具有增强抵抗力、补中益气,健脾益肺、扩张血管、降压、改善微循环、增强造血功能等作用。党参含有皂甙、微量生物碱、蔗糖、葡萄糖、菊糖、淀粉、粘液及树脂。其中,皂甙具有双向调节免疫、抗缺氧和抗疲劳、抗低温应激、抗脂质氧化等作用。
黄芪性温,味甘,具有增强机体免疫、保肝、利尿、抗衰老、抗应激、降压、补气固表、托毒排脓、利尿、生肌和较广泛的抗菌作用。黄芪与党参配合使用增强抵抗力的功效尤为显著。黄芪含6-二甲氧基异黄酮、胆碱、甜菜碱、氨基酸、蔗糖、葡萄糖醛酸及微量的叶酸。其中,6-二甲氧基异黄酮具有很强的抗氧化能力,可改善血液循环、降低胆固醇、抑制炎性生物酶的渗出,可以增进伤口愈合和止痛;胆碱是构成生物膜的重要组成成分,能促进脂肪代谢,增加瘦肉率,促进体内转甲基代谢;甜菜碱能促进脂肪代谢、提高瘦肉率,防止脂肪肝、增强机体免疫力、提高种猪繁殖能力。
银耳味甘、淡、性平、无毒,既有增强抵抗力、补脾开胃的功效,又有益气清肠、滋阴润肺的作用。银耳含蛋白质6.7%-10%、碳水化合物65%-71.2%、脂肪0.6%-12.8%、粗纤维2.4%-2.75%、无机盐4.0%-5.4%、水分15.2%-18.76%及少量维生素B类。银耳的蛋白质中含有亮氨酸、异亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸、氨酸、丝氨酸、谷氨酸、撷氨酸、脯氨酸、精氨酸、赖氨酸、丙氨酸、苏氨酸、天门冬氨酸、酪氨酸、胱氨酸、组氨酸、甲硫氨酸等17种氨基酸,营养成分十分丰富。
红枣性温、味甘,具增强抵抗力、益气补血、健脾和胃、袪风功效,红枣含有三萜类化合物及环磷酸腺苷,有较强的抑癌、抗过敏作用;红枣中含有抗疲劳作用的物质,能增强耐力;红枣还具有减轻毒性物质对肝脏损害的功效;红枣中的黄酮类化合物,有镇静降血压的作用。红枣含有蛋白质、糖类、有机酸、维生素A、维生素C、多种微量钙以及氨基酸等丰富的营养成份,能提高免疫力,能促进白细胞的生成,降低血清胆固醇,提高血清白蛋白,保护肝脏,红枣中还含有抑制癌细胞,甚至可使癌细胞向正常细胞转化的物质。红枣中富含钙和铁,对防治骨质疏松、贫血有重要作用。
鲜芦荟性寒,味苦,具有杀菌、抗炎、湿润美容、健胃下泄、强心活血、免疫、再生、抗肿瘤、解毒、抗衰老作用,还具有镇痛、镇静作用,防晒作用。鲜芦荟中含有丰富的超氧化物歧化酶和多聚糖,能增强抵抗力。
复合维生素是各种维生素按照一定剂量比例合成的复合剂型维生素。维生素是维护健康、促进生长发育和调节生理功能所必需的一类有机化合物。矿物质,是猪体内无机物的总称。是构成猪身体组织和维持正常生理功能必需的各种元素的总称。在饲料中添加矿物质和复合维生素有利于猪的生长发育,且能增强猪的抵抗力。
本实施例的一种猪饲料配方的制备方法如下:
1.中药药液获取:称取以重量份计算的党参0.5~1份、黄芪0.3~0.5份、银耳0.5~1份、红枣0.7~1.2份作为中药原材料;将准备好的中药原材料加入到容器中,加入适量的凉水浸泡20~30分钟;将浸泡后的中药原材料连同浸泡中药原材料的水一并加入到锅中大火煮开后改小火煎煮10分钟,得到一煎药,然后将锅中的一煎药倒入容器中,将一煎药药渣保留在锅中;向保留了一煎药药渣的锅中加入适量的温水,大火煮开后改小火煎煮5分钟,得到二煎药,然后将锅中的二煎药倒入容器中,将二煎药药渣保留在锅中;将锅中保留的二煎药药渣放至室温后加入适量的凉水浸泡10分钟,大火煮开后改小火慢煎5分钟,得到三煎药,然后将锅中的三煎药倒入容器中,将锅中的三煎药药渣丢弃;将准备好的一煎药、二煎药和三煎药充分混合后得到中药药液;
2.细粉原料获取:称取以重量份计算的玉米45~55份、麸皮15~25份、米糠10~15份、豆粕15~20份、食盐0.3~0.5份作为原料;将准备好的玉米、麸皮和米糠放入炒锅中炒制5分钟后与准备好的豆粕、食盐混合,得到混合原料;称取以重量份计算的矿物质0.5~0.8份、复合维生素0.3~0.5份;将准备好的混合原料、矿物质和复合维生素加入到粉碎机中粉碎成50-60目的细粉原料;
3.鲜芦荟浆液获取:称取以重量份计算的鲜芦荟2~5份,洗净后与适量的水一起加入到搅碎机中搅碎得到鲜芦荟浆液;
4.混料:将准备好的中药药液、细粉原料、鲜芦荟浆液加入到搅拌桶中匀速搅拌10分钟,得到初品混料;继续搅拌初品混料,在搅拌过程中不断少量加入凉水,直至初品混料能手握成团,得到半成品混料;加水完毕后继续搅拌20分钟,直至中药药液、细粉原料、鲜芦荟浆液混合均匀得到湿品混料;
5.烘干:将准备好的湿品混料加入到烘干机中,烘干后得到干品混料;
6.造粒:将步骤S5中得到的干品混料置于造粒机中造粒,得到颗粒状猪饲料。
中药煎前浸泡有利于有效成分充分溶出,也可缩短煎煮时间,避免因煎煮时间过长导致药物部分有效成分耗损、破坏过多。在煎煮中药时,其有效成分首先会溶解在进入药材组织的水液中,然后再扩散到药材外部的水液中,到药材内外溶液的浓度达到平衡时,因渗透压平衡,有效成分就不再溶出了。这时需要将药液滤出,再重新加水煎煮,有效成分才能继续溶出。为充分利用药材,避免浪费,保证疗效,本实施例的一种猪饲料配方的制备方法采用将中药煎煮3次,然后将三次煎药的药汁汁混合后再使用的方法,让中药中的有效成分溶出,充分利用药材。
将玉米、麸皮、米糠等进行炒制,增加香味,加入原本就具有香味豆粕,使得成品猪饲料具有浓郁的香味和更好的口感,掩盖中药成分的味道,使得猪在进食过程中能更有食欲。

锌具有促进生长发育、维持食欲、增强人体免疫力等功能,硒能够增强抵抗力,缺硒使会免疫能力下降,硒不仅能够调节维生素A、维生素C、维生素E、维生素K的吸收与利用,还有调节蛋白质的合成的功能。在饲料中添加适量的锌和硒,不仅能提供猪生长发育所必须的元素,还能增强猪的抵抗力,帮助其他营养物质的吸收。
维生素A能维持骨骼正常生长发育。维生素B2参与体内生物氧化与能量代谢,与碳水化合物、蛋白质、核酸和脂肪的代谢有关,可提高肌体对蛋白质的利用率,促进生长发育。维生素C能促进抗体形成、促进胶原合成、促进有机物或毒物羟化解毒。维生素D能促进钙的吸收,其代谢活性物促进吸收磷和钙,提高血浆钙和磷的浓度,或维持及调节血浆钙、磷正常浓度,猪缺乏维生素D会引起佝偻病或者骨软症。猪在生长过程中,维生素是必不可少的,若饲料中缺乏维生素,猪吸收的维生素不足,容易导致各种疾病,不利于猪的生长。
山楂性微温、味酸甘,山楂含多种有机酸,口服后增强胃液酸度,提高胃蛋白酶活性,促进蛋白质的消化;山楂味酸,刺激胃黏膜促进胃液分泌;山楂含有维生素C等成分,口服可增进食欲;山楂对胃肠运动功能具有调节作用,对痉挛状态的胃肠平滑肌有抑制作用,对松弛状态的平滑肌有兴奋作用。
厚朴味辛、性温,具有行气化湿、温中止痛、降逆平喘的功效,对食积气滞、腹胀便秘、湿阻中焦、胸闷喘咳等症状具有良好的疗效,常与山楂等药材一同使用,有助于食物的消化和营养物质的吸收。厚朴含挥发油、生物碱、皂苷,以及鞣质和微量烟酸等。其中,皂甙具有双向调节免疫、抗缺氧和抗疲劳、抗低温应激、抗脂质氧化等作用;鞣质能增强食欲,抑菌、抗病毒效果较好;烟酸能促进消化系统的健康,减轻胃肠障碍、使皮肤更健康、促进血液循环,使血压下降、减轻腹泻现象。
草果味辛、性温,草果可作调味香料;全株可提取芳香油。主治脘腹胀满,反胃呕吐,食积疟疾等症。草果的香味有利于吸引猪进食,草果具有温中健胃、消食顺气的功能,有助于有助于食物的消化和营养物质的吸收。草果中含有α-蒎烯和β-蒎烯,1,8-桉叶索,对聚伞花素,壬醛,癸醛,芳樟醇,樟脑,反-S-十一碳烯醛,α-松油醇,橙花醛-a,橙花醛-b,香叶醇等。其中β-蒎烯有较强的抗炎作用,香叶醇和对聚伞花素有抗细菌和真菌作用。
麦芽味甘、性平,行气消食,健脾开胃,用于治疗食积不消,脘腹胀痛,脾虚食少。麦芽含α和β淀粉酶。β淀粉酶能将糖淀粉完全水解成麦芽糖,α淀粉酶则使之分解成短直键缩合葡萄糖,后者可再为β淀粉酶水解成麦芽糖。因此淀粉在α和β淀粉酶的作用下可分解成麦芽糖与糊精。麦芽煎剂对胃酸与胃蛋白酶的分泌似有轻度促进作用。
本实施例的制备方法与实施例1相同。
实施例3:
本实施例提供一种添加中药成分提高抵抗力的猪饲料配方,包括以重量份计算的原料100份、中药4份、复合维生素0.3份和矿物质0.5份;所述原料包括以重量份计算的玉米50份、麸皮20份、米糠15份、豆粕20份、食盐0.4份;所述中药包括以重量份计算的党参0.5份、黄芪0.3份、银耳0.5份、红枣0.7份、鲜芦荟3份。其制备方法与实施例1相同。
实施例4:
本实施例提供一种添加中药成分提高抵抗力的猪饲料配方,包括以重量份计算的原料100份、中药5份、复合维生素0.4份和矿物质0.6份;所述原料包括以重量份计算的玉米50份、麸皮20份、米糠15份、豆粕20份、食盐0.4份;所述中药包括以重量份计算的党参0.7份、黄芪0.4份、银耳0.7份、红枣0.9份、鲜芦荟4份。其制备方法与实施例1相同。
实施例5:
本实施例提供一种添加中药成分提高抵抗力的猪饲料配方,包括以重量份计算的原料100份、中药5份、复合维生素0.4份和矿物质0.6份;所述原料包括以重量份计算的玉米50份、麸皮20份、米糠15份、豆粕20份、食盐0.4份;所述中药包括以重量份计算的党参0.9份、黄芪0.5份、银耳0.9份、红枣1.2份、鲜芦荟5份。其制备方法与实施例1相同。
实施例6:
本实施例提供一种添加中药成分提高抵抗力的猪饲料配方,包括以重量份计算的原料100份、中药5份、复合维生素0.4份和矿物质0.6份;所述原料包括以重量份计算的玉米50份、麸皮20份、米糠15份、豆粕20份、食盐0.4份;所述中药包括以重量份计算的党参0.7份、黄芪0.4份、银耳0.7份、红枣0.9份、鲜芦荟4份、山楂0.6份、厚朴0.4份、草果0.4份、麦芽0.9。添加山楂、厚朴、草果、麦芽,可提高猪的食欲,促进消化和吸收。其制备方法与实施例1相同。
饲养验证1:
为了验证本发明实施例3~5制备得到的猪饲料的饲养效果,选取200头体重、健康状况、以及品种相同的猪,平均分成四组,每组50只,其中三组为实验组,另一组为对照组,实验组的猪喂食本发明实施例3~5制备得到的猪饲料,猪喂食与实施例3配方相同但不加中药的饲料,每日喂食相同重量的饲料。猪喂食30天后观察猪的体重和健康状况,其中健康状况以发病率为指标,发病率=患病猪的头数/猪的总头数,实验结果如表1所示:

通过上表可知,喂食本发明的一种添加中药成分提高体抗力的猪饲料配方制得的猪饲料,猪的体重增加明显,发病率显著下降,健康状况明显上升。
饲养验证2:
为了验证本发明实施例6制备得到的猪饲料的饲养效果,选取100头体重、健康状况、以及品种相同的猪,平均分成2组,每组50只,其中一组为实验组,另一组为对照组,实验组的猪喂食本发明实施例6制备得到的猪饲料,对照组的猪喂食本发明实施例4制备得到的猪饲料,每日喂食相同重量的饲料。猪喂食30天后观察猪的体重和健康状况,其中健康状况以发病率为指标,实验结果如表2所示:

通过上表可知,喂食本发明的实施例6制得的猪饲料,猪的健康状况虽然没有变化,但体重增加更加明显。
饲养验证3:
为了验证本发明实施例3~6制备得到的猪饲料的饲养效果,选取300头体重、健康状况、以及品种相同的猪,平均分成六组,每组50只,其中四组为实验组,两组为对照组,实验组的猪喂食本发明实施例3~6制备得到的猪饲料,对照组一的猪喂食与实施例3配方相同但不加中药的饲料,对照组二的猪喂食市面上购买的常规饲料。猪喂食30天后观察猪的体重、健康状况并计算每头猪的日均进食量,其中健康状况以发病率为指标,日均进食量=每日进食总量/猪的数量实验结果如表3所示:

通过上表可知,喂食本发明的一种添加中药成分提高体抗力的猪饲料配方制得的猪饲料,猪的日均进食量明显增加,体重增加显著,健康状况也更加良好。尤其是本发明实施例6制得的猪饲料,猪的每日进食量明显增多,体重增加也更多。

Claims (8)
1.一种添加中药成分提高抵抗力的猪饲料配方,其特征在于:包括以重量份计算的原料95~130份、中药4~9份、复合维生素0.3~0.5份和矿物质0.5~0.8份;所述原料包括以重量份计算的玉米45~55份、麸皮15~25份、米糠10~15份、豆粕15~20份、食盐0.3~0.5份;所述中药包括以重量份计算的党参0.5~1份、黄芪0.3~0.5份、银耳0.5~1份、红枣0.7~1.2份、鲜芦荟2~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种添加中药成分提高抵抗力的猪饲料配方,其特征在于:所述矿物质包括锌和硒。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种添加中药成分提高抵抗力的猪饲料配方,其特征在于:所述复合维生素包括维生素A、维生素B2、维生素C、维生素D。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种添加中药成分提高抵抗力的猪饲料配方,其特征在于:所述中药还包括山楂份、厚朴份、草果份和麦芽份,所述中药以重量份计算包括党参0.5~1份、黄芪0.3~0.5份、银耳0.5~1份、红枣0.7~1.2份、鲜芦荟2~5份、山楂0.5~1份、厚朴0.3~0.5份、草果0.3~0.5份、麦芽0.7~1.2。
5.一种猪饲料配方的制备方法,其特征在于:制备权利要求1中所述的一种猪饲料配方,具体步骤如下:
S1.中药药液获取:称取以重量份计算的党参0.5~1份、黄芪0.3~0.5份、银耳0.5~1份、红枣0.7~1.2份,加入锅中煎煮得到中药药液;
S2.细粉原料获取:称取以重量份计算的原料95~130份、矿物质0.5~0.8份和复合维生素0.3~0.5份,加入到粉碎机中粉碎成细粉原料;
S3.鲜芦荟浆液获取:称取以重量份计算的鲜芦荟2~5份,洗净后与适量的水一起加入到搅碎机中搅碎得到鲜芦荟浆液;
S4.混料:将准备好的中药药液、细粉原料、鲜芦荟浆液加入到搅拌桶中搅拌均匀得到湿品混料;
S5.烘干:将准备好的湿品混料加入到烘干机中,烘干后得到干品混料;
S6.造粒:将步骤S5中得到的干品混料置于造粒机中造粒,得到颗粒状猪饲料。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种猪饲料配方的制备方法,其特征在于:所述S1的具体步骤如下:
(1.1)称取以重量份计算的党参0.5~1份、黄芪0.3~0.5份、银耳0.5~1份、红枣0.7~1.2份作为中药原材料;
(1.2)将准备好的中药原材料加入到容器中,加入适量的凉水浸泡20~30分钟;
(1.3)将浸泡后的中药原材料连同浸泡中药原材料的水一并加入到锅中大火煮开后改小火煎煮10分钟,得到一煎药,然后将锅中的一煎药倒入容器中,将一煎药药渣保留在锅中;
(1.4)向保留了一煎药药渣的锅中加入适量的温水,大火煮开后改小火煎煮5分钟,得到二煎药,然后将锅中的二煎药倒入容器中,将二煎药药渣保留在锅中;
(1.5)将锅中保留的二煎药药渣放至室温后加入适量的凉水浸泡10分钟,大火煮开后改小火慢煎5分钟,得到三煎药,然后将锅中的三煎药倒入容器中,将锅中的三煎药药渣丢弃;
(1.6)将准备好的一煎药、二煎药和三煎药充分混合后得到中药药液。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的一种猪饲料配方的制备方法,其特征在于:所述S2的具体步骤如下:
(1.1)称取以重量份计算的玉米45~55份、麸皮15~25份、米糠10~15份、豆粕15~20份、食盐0.3~0.5份作为原料;
(1.2)将准备好的玉米、麸皮和米糠放入炒锅中炒制5分钟后与准备好的豆粕、食盐混合,得到混合原料;
(1.3)称取以重量份计算的矿物质0.5~0.8份、复合维生素0.3~0.5份;
(1.4)将准备好的混合原料、矿物质和复合维生素加入到粉碎机中粉碎成50-60目的细粉原料。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种猪饲料配方的制备方法,其特征在于:所述S4的具体步骤如下:
(1.1)将准备好的中药药液、细粉原料、鲜芦荟浆液加入到搅拌桶中匀速搅拌10分钟,得到初品混料;
(1.2)继续搅拌初品混料,在搅拌过程中不断少量加入凉水,直至初品混料能手握成团,得到半成品混料;
(1.3)加水完毕后继续搅拌20分钟,直至中药药液、细粉原料、鲜芦荟浆液混合均匀得到湿品混料。
