本发明公开了一种PVC哑光冰箱门封条,包括主体和下侧的基座,所述主体包括位于前侧的C字形气囊,其中所述C字形气囊的弧形侧朝向前侧,所述C字形气囊后侧设置有支撑气囊,所述支撑气囊上侧设置有靠前侧的第一磁条囊和靠后侧的第二磁条囊,所述支撑气囊包括有伸入C字形气囊凹位的支撑部和包覆第二磁条囊后侧的延伸部;可以在家用电冰箱,冰柜等磁性密封条产品制造应用,可提高产品性能,提升手感度,哑光材料磁性密封条产品应用在冰箱、冰柜等产品牌中,提升密封件品质,开关门用力均匀,无需大力开门,改善用户体验感觉。

技术领域
本发明涉及冰箱技术领域,特别是一种PVC哑光冰箱门封条及其生产方法。
背景技术
目前,公知的磁性门封条胶套表面有哑光和高光,一般冰箱门封未明确要求,但是,胶套表面哑光有利于密封性能的改善,以及外观美感,如果表面不是哑光,则容易出现粘连或手纹等印问题,主要是造粒工艺和胶套挤出工艺不当导致,其高光胶套存在迁移性大的问题。参照公开号为CN104786471A的《一种单螺杆片材挤出机》,在实践中发现,因为挤出生产中,挤出温度过高容易导致胶套表面高返光,配方中部份材料通过高温挤出后,将损失部份物化性能,过低挤出温度,导致挤出胶套表面塑化不良,挤出胶套报废。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种PVC哑光冰箱门封条及其生产方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种PVC哑光冰箱门封条,包括主体和下侧的基座,所述主体包括位于前侧的C字形气囊,其中所述C字形气囊的弧形侧朝向前侧,所述C字形气囊后侧设置有支撑气囊,所述支撑气囊上侧设置有靠前侧的第一磁条囊和靠后侧的第二磁条囊,所述支撑气囊包括有伸入C字形气囊凹位的支撑部和包覆第二磁条囊后侧的延伸部。

一种PVC哑光冰箱门封条生产方法,用于生产权利要求1所述的冰箱门封条,包括以下步骤:
1)将门封胶套的各原料按配比分别称重送入混料机内;
2)混料机内温度达到75℃后加入助剂,继续混料机内搅拌;
3)混料机内温度达到115℃后放出;
4)放出混合料进入密炼机,密炼15~20分钟;
5)密炼均匀的原料送入双螺丝杆造粒机进造粒,得弹性体颗粒;
6)将弹性体颗粒通过单螺杆挤出机的挤出螺杆配合挤出模具挤出门封胶套;
7)门封胶套放入焊接模具内,焊接得到四边形门框状的磁性冰箱门封。一种PVC哑光冰箱门封条生产装置,包括单螺杆挤出机的挤出螺杆,所述挤出螺杆依次包括混均纹段、计量段、主螺纹段、进料段、止回螺纹段,所述混均纹段分布有凸圈,所述凸圈上分布有斜纹,所述主螺纹段包括有主螺纹和副螺纹,其中所述计量段、进料段与主螺纹段之间交接处设置有副螺纹延伸段。
本发明的有益效果是:可以在家用电冰箱,冰柜等磁性密封条产品制造应用,可提高产品性能,提升手感度,哑光材料磁性密封条产品应用在冰箱、冰柜等产品牌中,提升密封件品质,开关门用力均匀,无需大力开门,改善用户体验感觉。

参照图1,一种PVC哑光冰箱门封条,包括主体1和下侧的基座2,所述主体1包括位于前侧的C字形气囊11,其中所述C字形气囊11的弧形侧朝向前侧,所述C字形气囊11后侧设置有支撑气囊12,所述支撑气囊12上侧设置有靠前侧的第一磁条囊13和靠后侧的第二磁条囊14,所述支撑气囊12包括有伸入C字形气囊11凹位的支撑部15和包覆第二磁条囊14后侧的延伸部16。双磁条囊配合改良后的支撑气囊12可以很好改善门封条迁移性大的问题,不容易变形、变塌。

一种PVC哑光冰箱门封条生产方法,用于前面所述的冰箱门封条,包括以下步骤:
1)将门封胶套的各原料按配比分别称重送入混料机内;
2)混料机内温度达到75℃后加入助剂,继续混料机内搅拌;
3)混料机内温度达到115℃后放出;
4)放出混合料进入密炼机,密炼15~20分钟;
5)密炼均匀的原料送入双螺丝杆造粒机进造粒,得弹性体颗粒;
6)将弹性体颗粒通过单螺杆挤出机3的挤出螺杆4配合挤出模具挤出门封胶套;
7)门封胶套放入焊接模具内,焊接得到四边形门框状的磁性冰箱门封。混料时,将粉料先混合均匀,在加油料搅拌,这种混料效果较均匀,依据各助剂耐热性能,各材料相互的协同效应原则,混料密炼新工艺充分参考各种材料特性,设计混料加入顺序和密炼最佳时间及温度,选定步骤3)的混合时间为为12~15分钟,温度110~125℃。
参照图2、图3,一种PVC哑光冰箱门封条生产装置,包括单螺杆挤出机3的挤出螺杆4,其中挤出螺杆4位于括单螺杆挤出机3的螺筒内,单螺杆挤出机3还包括料斗31、减速机32、挤出模模头33。所述挤出螺杆4依次包括混均纹段41、计量段42、主螺纹段43、进料段44、止回螺纹段45,所述混均纹段41分布有凸圈46,所述凸圈46上分布有斜纹47,所述主螺纹段43包括有主螺纹48和副螺纹49,其中所述计量段42、进料段44与主螺纹段43之间交接处设置有副螺纹延伸段40,其中所述主螺纹48和副螺纹49之间为导流区,所述计量段42、进料段44与主螺纹段43之间交接处设置有副螺纹延伸段40,其中所述计量段42、进料段44端部的螺纹与副螺纹延伸段40之间的区域为导流区。其中导流区处的直径要比对位区域螺纹内径要大,不但增大受热面积、延长受热时间,而且导流区配合副螺纹延伸段40、副螺纹49形成一个局部凹位区,起到对分离塑化不完全材料的导流作用,使分离塑化不完全材料能延缓塑化进出。
这种设计可以使材料在螺筒内受热均匀,在螺筒内停留时间合理,避免过渡塑化。在挤出螺杆的直径、螺距、螺纹重新设计,控制螺杆的压缩比在2.7~2.9范围内,配合增加副螺纹49的设计,分离塑化不完全材料可在副螺纹49、副螺纹延伸段40处停留下来继续塑化,已塑化材料产在主螺纹推动下继续向前流动,防止未塑化原料流出。
具体在挤出过程,针对挤出机速度,各区塑化温度,牵引速度等主要参数设计,下降主机转速,胶套每分钟挤出速度控制在12~15米/分钟,达到螺筒内材料塑化均匀充分,避免过渡塑化,得出哑光表面胶套的挤出工艺参数。

1.一种PVC哑光冰箱门封条,包括主体(1)和下侧的基座(2),其特征在于:所述主体(1)包括位于前侧的C字形气囊(11),其中所述C字形气囊(11)的弧形侧朝向前侧,所述C字形气囊(11)后侧设置有支撑气囊(12),所述支撑气囊(12)上侧设置有靠前侧的第一磁条囊(13)和靠后侧的第二磁条囊(14),所述支撑气囊(12)包括有伸入C字形气囊(11)凹位的支撑部(15)和包覆第二磁条囊(14)后侧的延伸部(16)。

4.一种PVC哑光冰箱门封条生产装置,包括权利要求3所述的单螺杆挤出机(3)的挤出螺杆(4),其特征在于:所述挤出螺杆(4)依次包括混均纹段(41)、计量段(42)、主螺纹段(43)、进料段(44)、止回螺纹段(45),所述混均纹段(41)分布有凸圈(46),所述凸圈(46)上分布有斜纹(47),所述主螺纹段(43)包括有主螺纹(48)和副螺纹(49),其中所述计量段(42)、进料段(44)与主螺纹段(43)之间交接处设置有副螺纹延伸段(40)。
