f. side wall and roof first waterproof construction: the waterproof coiled material is a double-sided wet-laid high polymer waterproof coiled material by adopting a wet-laid method;
removing dust and sundries on the surface of the base layer; the dried basal surface is fully wetted by pre-spraying water;
preparing cement paste: taking water ash with a weight ratio of 0.35-0.4, and uniformly stirring the water ash into putty-like materials by an electric stirrer for use;
plastering cement paste: the thickness of the base layer is determined according to the leveling condition of the base layer, compacting and trowelling are needed to be carried out during spreading, round corners are needed to be smeared at the internal corners, the width of spread cement paste is 100-300 mm wider than the length and the short side of the coiled material, and the flatness is needed to be ensured during spreading;
removing the isolating film on the lower surface of the waterproof coiled material;
and (3) coiled material additional layer construction: special parts such as the inner and outer corners, the wall bushing and the like are required to be coiled material additional layers, and the width is 500mm;
paving waterproof coiled materials: spreading the waterproof coiled material on cement paste, wherein the coiled material is in self-adhesion lap joint with the adjacent coiled material, removing the isolation film at the lap joint part of the upper surface of the lower coiled material and the isolation film at the lower surface of the upper coiled material, and then compacting the lap joint;
beating the upper surface of the coiled material, and extracting slurry: beating the upper surface of the coiled material by using a wood trowel or a rubber plate; lifting slurry, and discharging air on the lower surface of the coiled material to enable the coiled material to be closely attached to cement slurry;
overlap joint: the lap joint is adopted up and down, the lap joint width is 70mm, the allowable deviation is-10 mm, the lap joint of the same layer of coiled material is staggered by not less than 500mm;
the lap joint part must be cleaned and cleaned, no pollutant such as water or mortar exists, the lap joint part of the coiled material can be cleaned by rag firstly, and then the isolating film is uncovered for lap joint;
when the waterproof coiled material is paved on the vertical wall, the closing-in position of the coiled material should be sealed temporarily to prevent water at the closing-in position of the vertical wall from being scattered too fast;
the coiled material is paved by an external-protection external-pasting method, and a plane is paved firstly and then a vertical surface is paved during paving;
when the concrete structure is completed and the elevation coiled material is paved, the coiled material upper layer of the coiled material at the joint part covers the coiled material lower layer;
g. second waterproof construction of side wall and top plate:

the second waterproof coiled material is constructed, the upper surface isolation film of the first waterproof coiled material and the lower surface isolation film of the second waterproof coiled material are removed, the second coiled material is paved on the first coiled material, the large-area coiled material is exhausted and compacted by a compression roller, then the lap joint part is rolled, the forward and outward rolling is carried out by force, the air is exhausted, the adhesion is firm, the lap joint control line is aligned during lap joint, the lap joint quality of the coiled materials is ensured, and the isolation film at the lap joint part on the back of the coiled materials is not required to be removed when the large-area coiled materials are paved so as to avoid pollution to a bonding layer or mistaken adhesion;
h. and (3) a side wall waterproof protective layer: building MU10 brick walls by using M7.5 mortar, wherein the wall thickness is 120mm or 240mm;
i. roof waterproof protection layer: adopting a fine stone concrete protective layer with the strength grade being more than or equal to C20.
