The alignment of the input-output module 20 with the receiving cavity 13 can be understood as follows: the center axis of the input/output module 20 coincides with the center axis of the housing chamber 13.
The pushing assembly 40 is disposed at a position corresponding to the receiving cavity 13 and a moving path of the pushing assembly 40 passes through a center of the receiving cavity 13 and a center of the through hole 14. The push assembly 40 includes any one of a stepping motor assembly, a cylinder assembly, a hydraulic cylinder assembly, a push rod assembly, and the like. The number of the pushing assemblies 40 is the same as the number of the input/output modules 20 and is respectively arranged at the position corresponding to the input/output module 20, and the plurality of pushing assemblies 40 push the input/output module 20 one by one to enable the plurality of input/output modules 20 to be installed at the preset position. In other embodiments, the number of the pushing assemblies 40 is the same as the number of the input/output modules 20 and is respectively disposed at the positions corresponding to the input/output modules 20, and the pushing assemblies 40 synchronously push the plurality of input/output modules 20 to simultaneously mount the plurality of input/output modules 20 at the preset positions; alternatively, the pushing assembly 40 may be one in number, and the pushing assembly 40 may sequentially push the plurality of input/output modules 20 to mount the plurality of input/output modules 20 at the predetermined positions.

Referring to fig. 6, if the pushing assembly 40 is a cylinder assembly or a hydraulic cylinder assembly, the pushing assembly 40 includes a cylinder member 44, a piston rod member 45 disposed on the cylinder member 44, and a clamping member 46 disposed at an end of the piston rod member 45 away from the cylinder member 44, the clamping member 46 may be a vacuum chuck; when the cylinder member 44 drives the piston rod member 45 to move linearly, the clamping member 46 clamps (adsorbs) the input/output module 20 and drives the input/output module 20 to move linearly, such that the path of the input/output module 20 passes through the center of the receiving cavity 13 and the center of the through hole 14.
The detecting elements 50 may be position detectors or distance detectors, and the number of the detecting elements 50 is the same as the number of the input/output modules 20 and is installed at a predetermined position corresponding to the input/output module 20. When the input/output module 20 moves to the preset position, the signal detected by the detecting element 50 changes (including the change of the signal from absence to presence, the change of the signal from presence to absence, the change of the signal strength, the change of the signal frequency, etc.), so that the detecting element 50 can determine that the input/output module 20 moves to the preset position.

Specifically, the dispensing device 70 is used for dispensing between the inner wall of the housing cavity 13 and the input/output module 20 after the step S5.
In the assembly method of the present embodiment, the glue dispensed by the dispensing device 70 is disposed between the inner wall of the accommodating cavity 13 and the input/output module 20, and then the glue is cured, so that the input/output module 20 can be fixed on the bracket 10 to obtain the input/output module 100.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, the number of the input/output modules 20 is multiple, and when the plurality of input/output modules 20 are mounted at the predetermined position, the top surfaces 21 of the plurality of input/output modules 20 are flush.
Specifically, the number of the input/output modules 20 may be two, three, four, five or any number. Each input/output module 20 corresponds to a preset position, and a plurality of preset positions corresponding to the plurality of input/output modules 20 are on the same plane, and when the plurality of input/output modules 20 are all installed at the preset positions, the plurality of top surfaces 21 of the plurality of input/output modules 20 are flush.
The assembling method and the assembling apparatus 200 of the input/output assembly 100 according to this embodiment assemble the top surfaces 21 of the input/output modules 20 in the input/output assembly 100 to be flush, and can improve the use effect of any two, three or more input/output modules 20 in the input/output assembly 100 when used in cooperation with each other, for example, when the input/output modules 20 include the infrared imaging module and the laser projector, and the infrared imaging module and the laser projector are used for performing depth detection, the top surface of the infrared imaging module is flush with the top surface of the laser projector to improve the accuracy of the depth detection.
Referring to fig. 4, 5 and 10, in some embodiments, the input/output module 20 is provided with a transmitter 51, and a receiver 52 corresponding to the transmitter 51 is provided at a mounting position away from the top surface 21 of the input/output module 20, when the input/output module 20 is mounted at the predetermined position, the top surface 21 of the input/output module 20 is still at a distance from the mounting position, and the step of detecting whether the input/output module 20 is mounted at the predetermined position (step S4) includes:
s41, transmitting the detection signal to the receiver 52 through the transmitter 51;
s42, when the received detection signal reaches the preset value, it is determined that the input/output module 20 is installed at the preset position.
The detection component 50 includes a transmitter 51 and a receiver 52. The above-described assembly method can be implemented by the transmitter 51 and the receiver 52. The transmitter 51 is disposed on the input-output module 20, and the receiver 52 is disposed at a mounting position away from the top surface 21 of the input-output module 20 and corresponds to the transmitter 51. The top surface 21 of the input/output module 20 is still distant from the installation position, the transmitter 51 is used for transmitting a detection signal, the receiver 52 is used for receiving the detection signal transmitted by the transmitter 51, and when the detection signal received by the receiver 52 reaches a preset value, the detection component 50 determines that the input/output module 20 is installed at the preset position.
Specifically, the transmitter 51 may be disposed on the top surface 21 of the input-output module 20, and the receiver 52 may be mounted on a mounting bracket 80 away from the top surface 21 of the input-output module 20 and corresponding to the transmitter 51. When the number of the input/output modules 20 is plural (two, three, four or any plural), the number of the detection assemblies 50 is the same as the number of the input/output modules 20; every all is provided with a transmitter 51 on the input/output module 20, and a plurality of receivers 52 all set up on same mounting bracket 80 and correspond with a plurality of transmitters 51, and every transmitter 51 constitutes detection component 50 with the receiver 52 that corresponds and is used for detecting whether installing in the preset position of a corresponding input/output module 20. Preferably, when the preset positions of the plurality of input/output modules 20 are level, the plurality of transmitters 51 are disposed on the top surface 21 of the corresponding input/output module 20, the plurality of receivers 52 are disposed on the same mounting rack 80, and the central connecting line of the plurality of receivers 52 is parallel to the central connecting line of the plurality of preset positions so that each receiver 52 is equal to the corresponding preset position, and at this time, the preset values of the detection signals received by the plurality of receivers 52 are equal.
The transmitter 51 may be a laser transmitter, the detection signal is laser light emitted by the laser transmitter, and the receiver 52 is a laser receiver. The preset value may be a preset time corresponding to a preset distance between the transmitter 51 and the receiver 52. When the time interval between the laser emitting time of the laser emitter and the time interval between the laser receiver receiving the laser emitted by the laser emitter is equal to the preset time, the distance between the emitter 51 and the receiver 52 is the preset distance, and the detection component 50 determines that the input/output module 20 is installed at the preset position. In some embodiments, the transmitter 51 may also be an ultrasonic transmitter, and the receiver 52 may be an ultrasonic receiver. Of course, the positions of the transmitter 51 and the receiver 52 can be interchanged, that is, the transmitter 51 is disposed on the mounting frame 80, and the receiver 52 is disposed on the input-output module 20.
The assembling method and the assembling apparatus 200 of the input/output module 100 according to the present embodiment can detect whether the input/output module 20 is mounted at a predetermined position by the transmitter 51 provided on the input/output module 20 and the receiver 52 provided at a mounting position.
Referring to fig. 6 and 11, in some embodiments, the receiver 51 and the transmitter 52 are disposed at a mounting position away from the top surface 21 of the input/output module 20, the input/output module 20 is disposed between the receiver 51 and the transmitter 52, a line connecting the center of the receiver 51 and the center of the transmitter 52 passes through the predetermined position, and the step of detecting whether the input/output module 20 is mounted at the predetermined position (step S4) includes:
s43, transmitting the detection signal to the receiver 52 through the transmitter 51;
s44, when the received detection signal strength becomes zero, it is determined that the input/output module 20 is mounted at the preset position.
The detection component 50 includes a transmitter 51 and a receiver 52. The above-described assembly method can be implemented by the transmitter 51 and the receiver 52. The transmitter 51 and the receiver 52 are mounted at a mounting position away from the top surface 21 of the input-output module 20, the input-output module 20 is located between the receiver 51 and the transmitter 52, and a connecting line between the center of the receiver 51 and the center of the transmitter 52 passes through the predetermined position. The transmitter 51 is used for transmitting a detection signal, the receiver 52 is used for receiving the detection signal, and when the strength of the detection signal received by the receiver 52 becomes zero, the detection component 50 determines that the input-output module 20 is installed at the preset position.
The transmitter 51 and the receiver 52 may be mounted on the same mounting frame 80, and the transmitter 51 and the receiver 52 are located on two opposite sides of the predetermined position, and a line connecting the center of the transmitter 51, the center of the predetermined position, and the center of the receiver 52 is on the same straight line, which is parallel to the top surface 21 of the input-output module 20. When the number of the input/output modules 20 is plural (two, three, four, or any plural number), the number of the detection elements 50 is the same as the number of the input/output modules 20.
The transmitter 51 may be a laser transmitter, the detection signal is laser emitted by the laser transmitter, the receiver 52 is a laser receiver, and the laser emitted by the transmitter 51 passes through the center of the preset position and can be received by the receiver 52. The detection signal is laser light emitted by the emitter 51. When the input-output module 20 is not installed at the preset position, the laser emitted from the emitter 51 can always pass through the preset position and be received by the receiver 52; when the input/output module 20 is mounted at the preset position, the input/output module 20 blocks the laser emitted from the emitter 51, and at this time, the receiver 52 does not receive the laser emitted from the emitter 51, that is, the intensity of the detection signal received by the receiver 52 becomes zero. When the receiver 52 does not receive the laser beam emitted from the emitter 51, the detection assembly 50 determines that the input/output module 20 is mounted at the predetermined position.
The assembling method and the assembling apparatus 200 of the input/output module 100 according to the present embodiment can detect whether the input/output module 20 is mounted at a predetermined position by the transmitter 51 and the receiver 52 provided at opposite sides of the input/output module 20.
