Abstract
A template assembling platform of a prefabricated upright post comprises a template placing platform and a roll-over stand; the template placing platform is provided with rollers and templates, and the rollers face the roll-over stand; the template comprises a first template, a second template and a third template, wherein the first template and the second template are fixed on the template placing platform, the first template and the second template are positioned on two sides of the roller, the third template is connected with the first template and the second template, and the position of the third template corresponds to the position of the roller; compared with the prior art, by improving the conventional prefabricated upright post template assembling platform and adding related safety facilities, template longitudinally moving, jacking and other mechanisms, the safety of the template operators in high-place operation is greatly improved, the template assembling work efficiency is improved, and the problems of poor template assembling safety and low work efficiency are solved.

Background
In bridge assembly construction, bridge pier column components are usually prefabricated, pier columns are generally high in height, templates are horizontally assembled, and then the templates are turned into vertical pouring concrete by a crane. Usually, the template is assembled on the ground or a simple platform, then the template is hoisted to be in butt joint with the roll-over stand and then turned over, the butt joint work efficiency of the template base and the roll-over stand is low, and the high-place operation of personnel is unsafe when the template is assembled.

As shown in fig. 1-2, a template assembling platform of a prefabricated upright post comprises a template placing platform 3 and a roll-over stand 13; the template placing platform 3 is provided with a roller 5 and a template, and the roller 5 faces the roll-over stand 13; the template 2 comprises a first template 2-1, a second template 2-2 and a third template 2-3, wherein the first template 2-1 and the second template 2-2 are fixed on the template placing platform 3, the first template 2-1 and the second template 2-2 are positioned at two sides of the roller 5, the third template 2-3 is connected with the first template 2-1 and the second template 2-2, and the position of the third template 2-3 corresponds to the position of the roller 5.

The template placing platform 3 comprises an upper longitudinal beam 3-1, a lower longitudinal beam 3-2 and vertical rods 3-3, wherein the upper longitudinal beam 3-1 and the lower longitudinal beam 3-2 are arranged in parallel, the vertical rods 3-3 are located between the upper longitudinal beam 3-1 and the lower longitudinal beam 3-2, inclined rods 3-4 are further arranged between the upper longitudinal beam 3-1 and the lower longitudinal beam 3-2, the inclined rods 3-4 are located below the rollers 5, an upper cross rod 3-5 is connected between the adjacent upper longitudinal beams 3-1, a lower cross rod 3-6 is connected between the adjacent lower longitudinal beams 3-2, and an embedded part 4 is arranged below the joint of the lower longitudinal beam 3-2 and the lower cross rod 3-6.
The roller 5 is supported by the diagonal rods 3-4, so that the roller 5 has better supporting strength, and meanwhile, the overall strength is better through the arrangement of the upper cross rod 3-5 and the lower cross rod 3-6, so that the formwork placing platform 3 has better strength, and the formwork 2 and the upright steel bars 9 have better stability in moving.
The bracket 10 is arranged at the position, close to the roll-over frame 13, of the first template 2-1 and the second template 2-2, the bracket 10 is positioned on the first template 2-1 or the second template 2-2, a horizontal jack 11 is arranged between the bracket 10 and the upper longitudinal beam 3-1, and a vertical jack 12 is arranged on the vertical rod 3-3, close to the roll-over frame 13.
The horizontal jack 11 during operation can be with template 2 horizontal migration to the position of roll-over stand 13, and vertical jack 13 can jack up template 2 during operation for the accurate butt joint of bolt hole of template base 1 and the bolt hole 13-1 of roll-over stand 13 is connected template base 1 and roll-over stand 13 through the bolt, realizes the upset of template 2.
