背景技术
印花是一门集化学、物理、机械于一体的综合性技术,是将染料或涂料制成色浆,施敷于纺织品上印制出有花纹图案的加工过程,纺织品印花所采用的加工手段,称为印花工艺。印花工艺主要包括转移印花、拔染印花、发泡印花、植绒印花等十余种。大多数印花工艺的流程包括上色浆、烘干、汽蒸、皂洗和水洗等步骤,在对布料蒸化固色后,通过皂洗和水洗等步骤充分除去布料上沾染的糊料、化学药剂和浮色等。这样的印花工艺需要消耗大量的水,同时产生大量粘性大、有机物含量高的污水,处理复杂,容易污染环境,且工艺的流程长。
转移印花是用印刷的方法将染料印在纸上,制成转移印花纸(简称转印纸),再通过热压把染料转移到织物上,这样织物不需要经过汽蒸和水洗过程,也无污水排放,但会产生大量的转印废纸。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种布料的印花工艺,具有转印废纸回收利用的优点。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种布料的印花工艺,包括预处理、烘干、转印印花和拉幅定型步骤,所述预处理包括布料处理和转印纸处理,所述布料处理是对待印花的布料进行除尘处理,所述转印纸处理是在印有油墨的转印纸上涂布阴离子分散剂。在拉幅定型前还包括转印印花后的后处理步骤,所述后处理是将涂布有机溶剂的润湿纱布包裹在压辊上,采用压辊在冷却至室温的转印纸上滚压,刮去转印纸表面残留物,重复上述步骤2~3次后将转印纸晾干,在转印纸上均匀涂布纸浆,将涂布有纸浆的转印纸在45~60℃条件下干燥15~25min,所述纸浆的涂布厚度为0.03~0.05mm。
实施上述技术方案,转印印花前在转印纸上涂布阴离子分散剂,可以降低转印纸表面印有的油墨粘度,增加油墨的色彩饱和度,使油墨在转印过程中能够快速从转印纸上转移至布料上。这样提高转印效率,减少转印纸在转印过程中的形变。转印完成后,对废弃的转印纸进行处理,用有机溶剂溶解转印纸表面的油墨残留物和原纸上的部分涂层,在滚压过程中,部分被溶解物粘在纱布上随压辊离开转印纸,部分仍留在转印纸上。用刮板刮去转印纸表面的残留物,然后在转印纸上重新涂布纸浆,干燥后形成新的转印纸原纸,实现了对转印废纸的回收利用。
进一步,所述布料处理还包括除尘前将待印花的布料用处理液浸泡10~20min,布料与处理液的质量比为1:10~15,所述处理液按重量百分比计,包括0.7~0.9%的羧甲基纤维素钠、1.5~2.4%的柠檬酸和0.6~0.8%的聚乙烯醇,其余部分为水。

纸浆按照以下方法制备:称取39kg阔叶木浆和12kg针叶木浆,将两者混合磨浆,浆料混合均匀后添加1.5kg强湿剂,搅拌均匀后加入0.3kg阳离子淀粉,用振动筛对混合浆液进行除杂后,即得。
拉幅定型:采用定型机对布料进行拉幅定型,定型温度为160℃。
实施例二:
本实施例采用的布料为按照质量百分数计,由60%的聚酯纤维和40%的棉纤维组成的涤棉混纺织物。

预处理:用处理液将布料浸泡10min,布料与处理液的质量比为1:15,浸泡完成后,将布料清洗除尘。在印有油墨的转印纸上涂布浓度为0.5g/L的分散剂DA水溶液,涂布量为20ml/m2
处理液按重量百分比计,包括羧甲基纤维素钠0.9%、柠檬酸2.4%、聚乙烯醇0.8%,其余部分为水。
烘干:用烘干机对布料进行烘干,烘干温度为110℃。
转印印花:采用热转移印花机将转印纸上的油墨转印到布料上,转印温度为190℃。油墨按照重量份数计,由18份分散红染料、48份瓜尔胶、5份分散剂NNO、3份聚丙烯酰胺、0.8份聚醚改性聚硅氧烷、4份有机硅改性酚醛树脂和55份水组成。
后处理:将涂布二甲基亚砜的润湿纱布包裹在压辊上,用压辊在冷却至室温的转印纸上滚压,用刮板刮去转印纸表面残留物,重复上述步骤3次后将转印纸晾干,在转印纸上均匀涂布纸浆,将涂布有纸浆的转印纸在60℃条件下干燥20min,纸浆的涂布厚度为0.04mm。
纸浆按照以下方法制备:称取48kg阔叶木浆和21kg针叶木浆,将两者混合磨浆,浆料混合均匀后添加3kg强湿剂,搅拌均匀后加入0.9kg阳离子淀粉,用振动筛对混合浆液进行除杂后,即得。
拉幅定型:采用定型机对布料进行拉幅定型,定型温度为160℃。
实施例四
本实施例与实施例二的区别主要在于:后处理过程中,将涂布有机溶剂的润湿纱布包裹在压辊上,本实施例采用的有机溶剂为异丙醇和二甲基亚砜以1:1的体积比混合。

本实施例与实施例二的区别主要在于:后处理过程中,将涂布有机溶剂的润湿纱布包裹在压辊上,本实施例采用的有机溶剂为异丙醇和二甲基亚砜以2:1的体积比混合。
对比例一
本对比例与实施例二的区别主要在于:布料在预处理时没有浸泡处理液。
对比例二
本对比例与实施例二的区别主要在于:预处理过程中,没有在转印纸上涂布阴离子分散剂。
产品检测
按照国家标准GB/T 3920-2008和GB/T 5713-2013的方法对上述各实施例和对比例得到的印花布料进行耐摩擦色牢度和耐洗色牢度检测,检测结果如表1所示。

由表1可见,按照本发明的印花工艺得到的布料,花色的色牢度好。各实施例印花后的布料,色彩鲜明、均匀,图案清晰。
以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对发明的保护范围进行限制。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明部分实施例,而不是全部实施例。基于这些实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明所要保护的范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种布料的印花工艺,包括预处理、烘干、转印印花和拉幅定型步骤,其特征在于,所述预处理包括布料处理和转印纸处理,所述布料处理是对待印花的布料进行除尘处理,所述转印纸处理是在印有油墨的转印纸上涂布阴离子分散剂;在拉幅定型前还包括转印印花后的后处理步骤,所述后处理是将涂布有机溶剂的润湿纱布包裹在压辊上,用压辊在冷却至室温的转印纸上滚压,刮去转印纸表面残留物,重复上述步骤2~3次后将转印纸晾干,在转印纸上均匀涂布纸浆,将涂布有纸浆的转印纸在45~60℃条件下干燥15~25 min,所述纸浆的涂布厚度为0.03~0.05mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的布料的印花工艺,其特征在于,所述布料处理还包括除尘前将待印花的布料用处理液浸泡10~20min,布料与处理液的质量比为1:10~15,所述处理液按重量百分比计,包括0.7~0.9%的羧甲基纤维素钠、1.5~2.4%的柠檬酸和0.6~0.8%的聚乙烯醇,其余部分为水。
3.根据权利要求2所述的布料的印花工艺,其特征在于,所述转印印花的转印温度为175~190℃。
4.根据权利要求2所述的布料的印花工艺,其特征在于,所述布料为涤棉混纺织物,所述涤棉混纺织物按照质量百分数计,由56~65%的聚酯纤维和35~44%的棉纤维组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的布料的印花工艺,其特征在于,所述油墨按照重量份数计,由3~18份分散染料、36~48份瓜尔胶、2~5份分散剂NNO、1~3份聚丙烯酰胺、0.5~0.8份聚醚改性聚硅氧烷、2~4份有机硅改性酚醛树脂和40~55份水组成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的布料的印花工艺,其特征在于,所述阴离子分散剂选自分散剂MF和分散剂DA中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的布料的印花工艺,其特征在于,所述有机溶剂采用异丙醇、二甲基亚砜和乙醇中至少一种。
8.根据权利要求7所述的布料的印花工艺,其特征在于,所述有机溶剂为异丙醇和二甲基亚砜以1~3:1的体积比混合。
9.根据权利要求1所述的布料的印花工艺,其特征在于,所述纸浆按重量份数计,由65~80份阔叶木浆、20~35份针叶木浆、0.5~1.5份阳离子淀粉和3~5份强湿剂组成。
10.根据权利要求9所述的布料的印花工艺,其特征在于,所述纸浆按照以下方法制备:按重量比称量阔叶木浆和针叶木浆,将两者混合磨浆,浆料混合均匀后按重量比添加3~5份强湿剂,搅拌均匀后加入0.5~1.5份阳离子淀粉,对混合浆液除杂,即得。
