本发明涉及一种医用敷料,具体涉及一种皮肤医用修复敷料及其制备方法。
背景技术
健康的皮肤具有两个方面的屏障作用:一方面防止体内水份、电解质、其他物质丢失;另一方面阻止外界有害物质的侵入,保持人体内环境的稳定,在生理上起着重要的保护功能。健康皮肤长期保持油水平衡、细腻强健,能很好的抵抗外面环境的刺激。为了维护健康皮肤,防止由于环境、年龄等原因造成皮肤干燥、油水失衡、胶原蛋白流失,造成皮肤屏蔽作用减弱,弹性减低,导致皮肤松弛、暗淡、易于过敏等。为了多方面维护皮肤再生功能,人们对皮肤修复敷料进行了探索,研究出了多种对皮肤保湿及营养的修复敷料。
但由于皮肤修复敷料配方多样,功能也各有差异,因此,研制不同配方的皮肤修复敷料仍然有很大需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种的成本低、修复效果好、制备方法简单的皮肤医用修复敷料。
本发明提供一种皮肤医用修复敷料,所述皮肤医用修复敷料由以下重量百分比的原料组成:表皮细胞生长因子0.01-10%、壳聚糖水凝胶2-25%、尿囊素0.5-5%、植物多糖0.5-5%、中药浸膏0.5-5%、余量为去离子水。

(1)中药浸膏制备:称量配方量的中药材,用乙醇浸渍法提取,收集提取液,减压蒸馏去除乙醇和水,浓缩至提取液含水量为18%-21%,得中药浸膏,备用;
(2)壳聚糖水凝胶制备:将壳聚糖加入到去离子水,真空搅拌均匀后,冷冻干燥后得到壳聚糖水凝胶;
(3)敷料制备:将步骤(1)所得的中药浸膏、表皮细胞生长因子、尿囊素、植物多糖、离子水放入容器中,搅拌混合均匀,加入步骤(2)制备的壳聚糖水凝胶,制得敷料灭菌后,即得皮肤医用修复敷料。

本发明的原料中,表皮细胞生长因子能促进上皮细胞、成纤维细胞的增值;增强表皮细胞的活力;延缓表皮细胞的老化,使肌肤各组成成份保持最佳生理状态;尿囊素具有避光、杀菌防腐、止痛、抗氧化作用,能使皮肤保持水份,滋润和柔软;植物多糖能延缓皮肤衰老,增加胶原纤维含量,改善皮肤弹性,激活超氧化物歧化酶,降低体内脂褐质的堆积;甘草能有效镇静神经系统增强免疫力,迅速舒缓过敏症状,超强渗透力,保湿除皱,补水嫩白,修护受损细胞抗老化,增强肌肤弹性;覆盆子所含的黄酮类物质,可以改善皮肤血液循环,促进皮肤细胞再生,具有美容美颜的功效;芍药提取物显著促进成纤细胞增殖,促进胶蛋白生成,有清除自由基作用;白芷具有消炎,抑制紫外辐射,改善微循环,延缓皮肤衰老方面都有独特的疗效。芍药和白芷等药合用,具有良好的美白作用;去离子水既作为溶剂又可为皮肤补水;壳聚糖水凝胶具有缓释作用,延长皮肤医用敷料作用时间。
本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)该种敷料是由表皮细胞生长因子、壳聚糖水凝胶、尿囊素、植物多糖、中药浸膏和离子水组成。本发明采用上述配方,最大限度地促进局部血管扩张,改善皮肤营养供给,为皮肤修复奠定了良好的基础。其组方配伍合理、用料科学,有效促进细胞增殖,改善皮肤营养供给,抑制皮肤脂质过氧化,延缓皮肤老化,保湿除皱,增强肌肤弹性。有效成分负载在壳聚糖水凝胶上,延长敷料有效作用时间。本发明制备方法简单、使用方便、便于推广。
(2)本发明的皮肤修复敷料的生物相容性符合GB/T 16886.11-2011要求。

试验例:将实施例1所制敷料在常州某美容院试用,针对25-55岁不同脸部皮肤受损的女性,每天用本发明的敷料敷1次,每次30分钟对这些年龄段的试用者进行数据统计,结果如表1所示。

结论:由上表可知,实施例1所制敷料对紫外线灼伤和皮肤粗糙皮肤问题具有很好的修复效果,修复率分别达到100%和95%;对冷空气受损和皮肤暗淡等问题也有良好的修复效果,修复率分别达到84%和85%。

7.根据权利要求6所述的皮肤医用修复敷料,其特征在于,所述中药浸膏由以下重量百分比的中药材浸膏组成:甘草22%、覆盆子27%、芍药25%、白芷26%。
8.根据权利要求6所述的皮肤医用修复敷料的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法由以下步骤组成:
(1)中药浸膏制备:称量配方量的中药材,用乙醇浸渍法提取,收集提取液,减压蒸馏去除乙醇和部分水,浓缩至提取液含水量为18%-21%,得中药浸膏,备用;
(2)壳聚糖水凝胶制备:将壳聚糖加入到去离子水,真空搅拌均匀后,冷冻干燥后得到壳聚糖水凝胶;
(3)敷料制备:将步骤(1)所得的中药浸膏、表皮细胞生长因子、尿囊素、植物多糖、离子水放入容器中,搅拌混合均匀,加入步骤(2)制备的壳聚糖水凝胶,制得敷料灭菌后,即得皮肤医用修复敷料。
9.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的皮肤医用修复敷料在制备治疗皮肤损伤药物中的应用。
10.根据权利要求9所述的应用,其特征在于,所述皮肤损伤为紫外线灼伤或冷空气受损。
