Although the above-mentioned patent scheme has realized detecting the running state of construction machinery and has realized remote safety control to it, but when construction machinery equipment because the trouble is compelled to stop the back, the workman of operation machinery equipment just can't operate mechanical equipment again to can't leave safely. For example, when workers operating a tower crane perform high-altitude construction work, the workers need to operate tower crane equipment in a tower crane control room, and after the tower crane is stopped due to faults, the workers in the high air cannot contact with personnel on the ground, so that the workers are easily trapped in the high air, and if the stopped machinery is not maintained in time, the trapped workers are in a dangerous situation because the workers are not rescued for a long time.

When workers on a construction site use mechanical equipment to carry out high-altitude operation, a distance detection module in a safety helmet worn by the workers detects the height of the workers from the ground, and when the measured height is greater than a preset distance value preset by the distance detection module, the distance detection module sends information that the height is greater than the preset distance value to a power failure detection module; the motion detection module is used for detecting the motion state of the safety helmet and sending the information that the safety helmet stops moving and the serial number of the motion detection module to the power-off detection module; when the power failure detection module receives information from the distance detection module and the motion detection module at the same time, and the time delay module delays the end of the preset time, detecting whether the mechanical equipment is powered off; when the power failure of the mechanical equipment is detected, the worker is trapped in the high altitude, the power failure detection module triggers the calling module to call the position information corresponding to the received serial number of the motion detection module from the database, the position information is sent to the user terminal, the distress information is sent to the user terminal, and after the distress information and the position information of the trapped worker are received by a maintainer using the user terminal, the mechanical equipment with the power failure can be maintained in the first time, and the worker is prevented from being trapped in the high altitude.

When a worker operates mechanical equipment, the camera can collect image information of the worker in the operation process, the analysis processing module utilizes an image processing technology to compare and analyze the received image information with an operation standard flow in the database, when the analysis result shows that the worker is in an operation error, the voice playing module in the safety helmet worn by the worker plays warning information of the operation error, and therefore the worker with the operation error can be timely reminded, the worker is reminded of taking remedial measures, and more serious consequences caused by the fact that the worker continues to operate the mechanical equipment in an error mode are avoided.

When a worker is unfamiliar with the operation flow of the mechanical equipment, the design can help the worker accurately operate the mechanical equipment, and safety accidents caused by misoperation of the mechanical equipment are avoided.
