Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative only for the purpose of explaining the present invention, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
A range hood 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 6.
A range hood 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, includes: a cigarette machine shell 10, a fan component 20, a filter component 30 and a cigarette collecting plate 40.
As shown in fig. 2, 3, 4 and 5, a ventilation cavity 13 is defined in the cigarette machine shell 10, an air inlet 11 and an air outlet 12 are arranged on the cigarette machine shell 10, and the air inlet 11 is located on the bottom surface of the cigarette machine shell 10.
The fan assembly 20 is arranged in the ventilation cavity 13, and the fan assembly 20 is positioned above the air inlet 11. The fan assembly 20 blows out the smoke sucked from the air inlet 11 toward the air outlet 12, so that the airflow in the ventilation cavity 13 flows rapidly, and a negative pressure area is generated in the ventilation cavity 13, and therefore the external smoke can be sucked into the ventilation cavity 13 rapidly, and the oil smoke is prevented from overflowing.
The filtering component 30 is arranged at the air inlet 11, and the filtering component 30 can primarily separate the oil smoke and has certain functions of smoke rectification and flow guide.
The smoke gathering plate 40 is connected with the cigarette machine shell 10 and is positioned on the side edge of the air inlet 11, the smoke gathering plate 40 can increase the smoke gathering effect, and the smoke is guided into the ventilation cavity 13 to further prevent the smoke from overflowing.
Wherein, the horizontal cross-sectional area of the cigarette machine shell 10 at the position where the air inlet 11 is arranged is less than or equal to the horizontal cross-sectional area of the cigarette machine shell 10 at the position where the fan assembly 20 is arranged. The smoke collecting hood is omitted from the smoke machine shell 10, external smoke is directly sucked through the air inlet 11, the front end of the air inlet 11 is higher than the rear end, and the opened smoke collecting plate 40 enables the negative pressure area in the ventilation cavity 13 to move downwards.
It should be noted that, the conventional range hoods on the market are of a shallow hood type, a deep hood type or a cabinet hood type, and the bottom of the shell of each range hood is generally provided with a large smoke collecting hood. Some fume collecting hood is very deep, some fume collecting hood is very shallow and even the notch on the fume collecting hood is nearly absent, but the wide guide plate can be arranged on the fume collecting hood even if no groove is formed. The smoke collecting hood and the guide plate are arranged, and the negative pressure area in the shell of the smoke machine is expanded by utilizing the wide air inlet, so that the aim of good smoking effect is fulfilled. In a word, the realization of the cigarette gathering effect needs to design the air inlet of the cigarette machine to be very wide, so that most of the cigarette machines have small upper part sub-machine shells and large lower part machine shells. But the personnel of lower part casing distance kitchen range limit hinder great, hit the head easily, and when this kind of cigarette machine installation in addition, only the thin and small casing of upper portion can be installed in the cupboard, and the installation can only be exposed to the wide big casing of lower part.
In some cigarette machines, the whole case of the cigarette machine is equivalent to a smoke collecting hood, the front side surface of the cigarette machine case is arranged in a backward inclining mode, an air inlet is formed in the whole front side surface or one part of the front side surface, and a fan in the cigarette machine is arranged on the rear side of the air inlet. Although the height of the cigarette machine is greatly reduced, the whole cigarette machine is very wide due to the fact that the fan is arranged in the smoke collecting hood.
The novel range hood 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention is different from the conventional range hood in structure, and a huge smoke collecting hood is omitted, so that the whole range hood shell 10 can be made into a thin strip shape, the range hood shell 10 can be hidden in a cabinet during household installation, and the range hood shell is favorable for forming a uniform appearance style of a kitchen when the range hood is not used.
Wherein, propose air intake 11 and be located the bottom surface of cigarette machine casing 10, fan subassembly 20 is located the top of air intake 11, and cigarette machine casing 10 is in the horizontal cross sectional area who sets up air intake 11 department, and the horizontal cross sectional area of less than or equal to cigarette machine casing 10 in setting up fan subassembly 20 department has just explained this novel range hood 100, is not to set up the fan in the cigarette machine of collection petticoat pipe. It is to be understood that a range hood 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention can be designed to be very small and exquisite under the condition of reasonable arrangement of the ratio, because the range hood is generally the thickest at the position where the fan is arranged, and the horizontal cross-sectional area of the range hood at the air inlet 11 does not exceed the horizontal cross-sectional area of the fan assembly 20.
Because the smoke collecting hood and the guide plate are eliminated, the whole size cannot be too large, and the smoke collecting of the smoke machine is inevitably influenced. To solve this problem, the embodiment of the present invention proposes that the front end of the air inlet 11 is higher than the rear end, and the cigarette collecting plate 40 is disposed on at least one side of the air inlet 11 of the cigarette maker case 10.
Wherein, set up in air intake 11 and hold together cigarette board 40, hold together cigarette board 40 and make the negative pressure zone move down for the oil smoke of range hood 100 gathers together the effect and has guaranteed, the front end of air intake 11 is higher than the rear end, make air intake 11 slope setting on cigarette machine casing 10, increased the area of air intake 11, made the not enough of horizontal cross section area reduction, make the oil smoke follow air intake 11 relatively fast and inhale range hood 100 inside, can also make the bottom negative pressure zone grow of range hood 100, promote its smoking effect.
Because the smoke collecting plate 40 makes the negative pressure area move downwards, the effect of smoking nearby can be achieved even if the range hood shell 10 is far away from the cooking bench, so that the height and the thickness of the whole range hood shell 10 can be reduced, the occupied space of the range hood 100 is saved, and particularly, when the range hood is installed in a cabinet mode, the lower part of the range hood 100 is not exposed.
In addition, the air inlet 11 is arranged to be high at the front end and low at the rear end, so that the downward moving negative pressure area can also be high at the front end and low at the rear end, and the fume formed by facing the cooking bench forms backward suction flow potential, thereby being beneficial to sucking the fume at the front side away from the personnel at the side of the cooking bench as far as possible. And the air inlet 11 is arranged to be high at the front end and low at the rear end, so that not only can people be prevented from colliding with the cigarette machine shell 10, but also the front end of the cigarette machine shell 10 is far away from a heat source, and people cannot be scalded due to overheating.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in figure 2, the cigarette gathering plate 40 is adjustably positioned on the cigarette machine housing 10 at an opening and closing angle. The smoke collecting plate 40 can be opened and closed at different angles according to requirements so as to adapt to the suction of oil smoke with different strengths. The smoke collecting plate 40 shields the air inlet 11 when closed. After the smoke collecting plate 40 shields the air inlet 11, the aesthetic property of the range hood 100 can be increased, and grease condensed on the filtering component 30 of the air inlet 11 can be prevented from dripping back on the kitchen ware, so that the kitchen environment is kept clean and tidy.
Optionally, a cigarette collecting driving transmission mechanism is arranged between the cigarette collecting plate 40 and the cigarette machine shell 10, so that the opening and closing angle of the cigarette collecting plate 40 is controllable.
Here, the cigarette gathering driving transmission mechanism may be directly driven by the motor or indirectly driven by the motor.
For example, in some examples, the cigarette gathering driving transmission mechanism includes a motor and a rotating drum, the cigarette gathering plate 40 is connected to the rotating drum, the rotating drum forms a rotating shaft of the cigarette gathering plate 40, and the motor directly drives the rotating drum to rotate, which is equivalent to the motor directly driving the cigarette gathering plate 40 to rotate.
When the cigarette collecting plate 40 is connected to the rotary drum, the rotary drum can be divided into two half drums, each half drum extends along the direction of the rotation axis of the cigarette collecting plate 40, the two half drums are buckled with each other to form a cylindrical shaft drum, one end of the cigarette collecting plate 40 forms a clamping edge, and the clamping edge is clamped between the two half drums.
In some examples, hold up cigarette drive gear and include motor and telescopic machanism and support, swivel joint spare, telescopic machanism, support, swivel joint spare three constitute the triangle-shaped structure. The bracket is fixed on the shell 10 of the cigarette machine, the rotating connecting piece is connected with the cigarette collecting plate 40, the triangle is a stable shape, and when the length of the telescopic mechanism changes, the angle of the rotating connecting piece changes so as to drive the angle of the cigarette collecting plate 40 to change along with the change.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 2, and 4, there are two cigarette collecting plates 40, the two cigarette collecting plates 40 are respectively disposed on the left and right sides of the cigarette machine shell 10, and each cigarette collecting plate 40 can be opened and closed independently. Because most of the household kitchen ranges are provided with two cooking holes, the range hood 100 is provided with a left smoke collecting plate 40 and a right smoke collecting plate 40, and the cooking hole on which side is fired and which side can be opened independently. The air inlet 11 opened at one side is beneficial to increasing negative pressure and improving smoke inlet efficiency due to the fact that the area is reduced.
Of course, the arrangement of the cigarette gathering plate 40 in the cigarette machine housing 10 of the embodiments of the present invention is not limited thereto, and for example, the cigarette gathering plate 40 may be arranged to be directly fixed to the cigarette machine housing 10. Although the smoke collecting plate 40 cannot be stored when not in use, the smoke collecting plate 40 is in a sheet shape, and is almost short rod when viewed from the side of the smoke collecting plate 40, and the influence on the overall style of the kitchen is far smaller than that of the whole smoke collecting hood when viewed from the perspective.
In other embodiments, the cigarette collecting plate 40 may be removably mounted to the cigarette maker housing 10 and removed when not in use. Of course, such operation requires that the cigarette holding board 40 be properly positioned for storage, such as by being mounted to the side walls of the cigarette machine housing 10 and then removed from the bottom of the cigarette machine housing 10 for use.
In still other embodiments, the cigarette gathering plate 40 is slidably attached to the cigarette machine housing 10 such that the cigarette gathering plate 40 is pulled downward when needed for use and pushed upward and against the side walls of the cigarette machine housing 10 after use.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the filter assembly 30 includes a filter screen 31 having filter holes 32, the filter screen 31 is disposed at the intake vent 11, and the filter screen 31 is disposed to be inclined downward from front to rear. The filter screen 31 can enhance the separation efficiency of the oil smoke, so that the discharged smoke is relatively clean. The shape of the filter screen 31 may be a long strip shape to increase the speed of filtering the oil smoke.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, 4 and 6, the forward longitudinal section of the filter screen 31 includes at least one wave band 310, and each wave band 310 includes at least two extension segments 311. The arrangement of the wave band 310 and the extension section 311 can increase the area of the air inlet surface of the range hood 100, increase the contact area between the filter screen 31 and the oil smoke, and better separate the oil smoke.
Here, the forward longitudinal section of the filter screen 31 refers to a longitudinal section parallel to the front surface of the range hood.
Here, two adjacent extension segments 311 may extend downward in a direction toward each other, and two adjacent extension segments 311 may also extend upward in a direction toward each other. That is, two adjacent extension sections 311 jointly form a V-shaped or inverted V-shaped screen surface, which increases the filtering area, improves the local strength of the screen, prevents the screen 31 from locally collapsing, and allows grease accumulated on the screen surface to move in a predetermined direction and be guided to a lower position for collection.
It is further emphasized that the filter assembly 30 is disposed below the fan assembly 20 and that the filter assembly 30 receives oil dripping from the fan assembly 20. Because the rotation of the wind wheel can separate out oil drops in the smoke, the oil drops dropping from the fan assembly 20 are large. When the filter screen 30 with the shape is used, when two adjacent extension sections 311 form a V-shaped filter surface, a natural guide groove is formed at the joint of the two adjacent extension sections 311, which is beneficial to guiding oil drops to the rear side after being concentrated. When two adjacent extension sections 311 form an inverted V-shaped filtering surface, two sides of the two extension sections 311 also form a guide groove, which is also beneficial to guiding oil drops to the rear side after being concentrated.
When there are a plurality of extension sections 311 in the band 310, the cross section of the filter screen 31 may be W-shaped or prism tile-shaped, and the shape of the forward longitudinal section of the filter screen 31 is not limited to a large number.
Optionally, as shown in figures 1, 3, 5, the filter web 31 is provided with a cuff 320 surrounding the filter aperture 32 on the side facing the interior of the cigarette machine housing 10. The inward flanging 320 can enhance the flow guiding and rectifying effects on the smoke and reduce the vortex at the air inlet; in addition, the grease accumulated on the filter screen 31 can be prevented from flowing out of the filter screen 31, and the condensation surface of the grease can be increased, so that the grease can flow back to the accumulation area.
Optionally, cuff 320 is offset at an angle. The flow guiding and rectifying effects are more obvious when the flue gas flows through.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 3, 5, the filter assembly 30 comprises: a screen frame 33, and an oil cup 50. Wherein the screen frame 33 is secured to the cigarette maker housing 10 and the filter screen 31 is removably attached to the screen frame 33. The screen frame 33 may be attached to the machine housing 10 by an upper hem on its perimeter and provides a support and attachment surface for the filter screen 31. The filter screen 31 is detachably connected by one or a combination of a plurality of connection modes, such as a snap connection, a thread connection, a plug-in connection and the like.
When the snap connection is adopted, the filter screen 31 and the filter screen frame 33 are respectively provided with a snap and a clamping groove for connection.
When the screw connection is adopted, the filter screen 31 and the filter screen frame 33 are respectively provided with a threaded hole, a bolt and a nut for connection.
When the filter screen is connected by the plug-in buckle, the filter screen 31 and the filter screen frame 33 are respectively provided with corresponding sockets or plug-in buckles for connection.
An oil cup 50 is provided at the rear end of the filter assembly 30 to collect oil flowing down from the filter screen 31. The front end of the air inlet 11 is higher than the rear end, the filter assembly 30 is also obliquely arranged at the air inlet 11 to shield the whole air inlet 11, and the oil cup 50 is arranged at the rear end to collect oil most easily.
Of course, in the range hood 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, the structure of the filter assembly 30 is not limited thereto, for example, the filter assembly 30 may include a honeycomb body or a filter bag containing particles, and the like, and is not limited herein.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the width of the ventilation lumen 13 at the location where the fan assembly 20 is disposed is greater than the width of the fan assembly 20. The difference in width facilitates the installation of the fan assembly 20 into the ventilation chamber, and also facilitates the fan assembly 20 to suck the smoke in the ventilation chamber 13 into the fan assembly 20 and discharge the smoke from the outlet 12. A buffer space is formed between the cigarette maker housing 10 and the fan assembly 20. The buffer space here can isolate the noise of fan subassembly on the one hand, and on the other hand prevents that the oil smoke is excessive.
It can be understood that, when the fan wheel in the fan assembly 20 rotates normally, the smoke in the ventilation cavity 13 can be sucked and sprayed to the air outlet 12. However, as the wind wheel speed drops, a significant amount of flue gas is swept toward the fan assembly 20 due to the previous rotational speed. If the space in the ventilation chamber 13 is insufficient, the previously inhaled smoke may be ejected from the air inlet 11 instead. And the buffer space is arranged, so that the smoke sucked in when the wind speed is reduced is temporarily buffered and remained in the buffer space, and the smoke in the buffer space is blown to the air outlet 12 along with the fan assembly 20 after the wind speed is adapted to the reduced wind speed.
Optionally, the fan assembly 20 is disposed close to the air outlet 12, the air inlet 11 is spaced far from the fan assembly 20, a silencing area is formed between the air inlet 11 and the fan assembly 20, and the range hood assembly 20 is mounted at a place far from the user, so that the disturbance of fan noise to the user can be reduced.
In a further embodiment of the invention, a first sound-absorbing member 24 is provided in the damping space. The first sound absorbing member 24 may be disposed on the inner wall of the cigarette machine housing 10 around the fan assembly 20 to enhance the sound and noise reduction of the fan assembly 20. The first sound absorbing member 24 may be soundproof cotton or a porous plate to enhance the noise reduction effect.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the fan assembly 20 is disposed on the top of the cigarette machine housing 10, and the range hood 100 includes a sub-chamber plate 25 disposed in the ventilation chamber 13, and the sub-chamber plate 25 is disposed below the cigarette machine housing 10 to divide a plurality of muffling chambers. After the smoke is sucked from the air inlet 11, the smoke can climb upwards along the anechoic cavity, and the cavity dividing plate 25 plays a certain role in rectification, so that the generation of vortexes in the wall body is reduced.
Alternatively, the cavity dividing plate 25 is provided in the left-right direction, the plurality of sound-deadening chambers are spaced apart in the front-rear direction, and the ventilation area of the sound-deadening chamber on the front side is larger than the ventilation area of the sound-deadening chamber on the rear side. The anechoic chamber with different front and back ventilation areas can adapt to the requirement of the front and back air inlet proportion of the fan assembly 20.
Alternatively, the wind cavity plate 25 may be arranged crosswise from front to back and left to right; the wind cavity plate 25 may also be of cylindrical design. These may both enhance the rectification and noise reduction of the flue gas within the ventilation chamber 13.
Optionally, a second sound absorbing member 26 is provided on the cavity plate 25. The second sound absorbing member 26 may be a sound absorbing material such as sound absorbing cotton, which enhances the noise reduction effect of the cavity plate 25 itself, so that the noise of the smoke during the rising process is sufficiently low.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2-5, the fan assembly 20 includes: fan support 21, spiral case 22, centrifugal wind wheel 23. Wherein, the blower bracket 21 is arranged on the rear side wall of the cigarette machine shell 10; the rear side surface of the volute 22 is fixed on the fan bracket 21, and the front side surface and the rear side surface of the volute 22 are respectively provided with an air induction port; a centrifugal wind wheel 23 is placed in the volute 22. The fan bracket 21 provides stable support for the fan assembly 20, so that the fan assembly 20 does not shake during air suction; the induced draft openings on the front and rear sides of the volute 22 can increase the suction force of the fan assembly 20, so that the flue gas can be rapidly discharged to the air outlet 12.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-5, a check valve 60 is connected to the outlet of the fan assembly 20, and the check valve 60 prevents back-suction of the flue gas.
