技术领域
本发明涉及油气井下机械领域,具体涉及一种分层压裂工具及其施工工艺。
背景技术
由于我国很多油气藏在横向上存在多个产层,且较多为薄产层,要取得可观的油气产量,必须实施一定的改造措施,通常实施压裂酸化是实现油气井增产的重要改造措施。
目前压裂技术有分层压裂、重复压裂、水平井压裂等,而在直井的分层压裂技术中,封隔器分层压裂技术在当前国内外使用也较为广泛。
与封隔器分层压裂技术配套的压裂工具由多个部件组成,使用时,工具长度过长,高成本的同时维保费用也过高,同时因技术限制,改造过程中也存在诸多问题,比如定位难以精准,射孔难以精细化,工具整体耐磨性差等。
发明内容
本发明的目的克服现有技术的不足,提供一种分层压裂工具及其施工工艺,该分层压裂工具采用连续油管带底部封隔器,实现一趟管柱完成对油气井的改造,解决现有分层压裂工具的各种缺陷,及时返排压裂液,保护油层,为薄油层、小间距油层、致密砂岩油气藏、页岩气藏等非常规油气藏行之有效的改造手段。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术措施达到的:一种分层压裂工具,包括丢手接头、扶正喷枪、循环阀、底部封隔器和接箍定位器,扶正喷枪的两端分别连接丢手接头、循环阀,底部封隔器的两端分别与循环阀的另一端、接箍定位器连接。
进一步地,丢手接头由丢手上接头、剪切销钉、打捞鱼颈、球、连接接头、丢手下接头组成,连接接头一端与丢手上接头连接,连接接头另一端与丢手下接头通过剪切销钉连接,打捞鱼颈设在丢手下接头上,球置于丢手接头内腔并可于丢手接头内腔接触实现憋压。
进一步地,丢手接头上设有卡瓦组,卡瓦组由卡瓦外套及卡瓦组成,卡瓦通过卡瓦外套与丢手接头连接,卡瓦采用整体式割缝设计。整体式割缝的卡瓦受力均匀,能有效避免连续油管挤压变形,极大的降低了因连续油管变形造成了油管拉脱的风险。

(1)、通径规通井、刮管器刮套管内壁、洗井,清洁井筒;
(2)、工具串连接;
(3)、连续油管带工具串下入到井底后进行校深,工具串上提过程中当定位卡箍进入套管接箍时,地面悬重会有增加,增大上提力至定位卡箍完全变形脱离套管接箍后悬重恢复正常,此次校深结束;
(4)、上提工具串至目的层,上提下放工具串,在摩擦块和限位弹簧的助力下,卡爪咬入套管内壁,形成悬挂,继续下压,胶桶被挤压膨胀密封套管,从而完成封隔器坐封作业。
(5)、底部封隔器坐封后,先进行环空打压验证封隔器密封性能;
(6)、封隔器密封性能合格后,通过连续油管泵注携砂液,喷枪四相位喷嘴在翼条的作用下进行精准喷砂射孔;
(7)、射孔完成后,停止加砂,泵入压裂基液,将连续油管内残留的携砂液替入环空;
(8)、分别向环空和连续油管低排量泵入液体,进行试挤,挤开地层。若试挤失败,通过连续油管泵入一定量的酸液,对目的层腐蚀,降低地层破裂压力。
(9)、地层挤开后,从环空大排量泵入压裂液,对目的层进行改造。
(10)、改造完毕后,上提管柱使循环阀的下部密封处于打开位置,底部封隔器上下管柱连通,压力平衡,底部封隔器的卡瓦、胶桶收缩,底部封隔器解除封隔。
上提管柱到下一目的层,重复上述步骤,完成对一口油气井的多个目的层的改造。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:工具总体长度短,定位精准,精细化射孔,易清洗,耐磨性好,排沙效果好。

具体实施方式
如图1至9所示,一种分层压裂工具,包含丢手接头1、扶正喷枪2、循环阀3、底部封隔器4和接箍定位器5,扶正喷枪2的两端分别连接丢手接头1、循环阀3,底部封隔器4的两端分别与循环阀3的另一端、接箍定位器 5连接。
丢手接头1由丢手上接头1-7、剪切销钉1-2、打捞鱼颈1-3、球1-4、连接接头1-5和丢手下接头1-6组成,连接接头1-5一端与丢手上接头1-7 连接,连接接头1-5另一端与丢手下接头1-6通过剪切销钉1-2连接,打捞鱼颈1-3设在丢手下接头1-6上,球1-4置于丢手接头1内腔并可与丢手接头1内腔接触实现憋压,憋压后上提连续油管进行丢手,丢手后可通过打捞鱼颈1-3进行打捞。
丢手接头1上设有卡瓦组1-1,卡瓦组1-1由卡瓦外套1-1a及卡瓦1-1b 组成,卡瓦1-1b通过卡瓦外套1-1a与丢手接头1连接,具体的,卡瓦1-1b 通过卡瓦外套1-1a设在丢手上接头1-7的内腔中,卡瓦1-1b采用整体式的割缝1-1d设计,整体式割缝1-1d的卡瓦1-1b受力均匀,能有效避免连续油管挤压变形,极大的降低了因连续油管变形造成了油管拉脱的风险。带卡瓦组的丢手接头1实现了现有技术中连续油管接头和机械丢手的功能,不仅大幅度缩短了工具的长度同时简化了工具的维保步骤。
卡瓦1-1b上有2组以上的斜面1-1c,多斜面的卡瓦组1-1在兼顾了拆卸便捷的基础上,还使得与连续油管连接的丢手上接头1-7兼备了抗拉和抗扭性能。
扶正喷枪2由喷枪本体2-3、喷嘴2-2和翼条2-1组成,喷嘴2-2和翼条 2-1相互不重叠的设在喷枪本体2-3上。扶正器和喷枪一体化设计,在大幅度缩短工具长度的同时最大限度的发挥了扶正器的扶正作用使得喷枪射孔时效率更高。
喷嘴2-2为多个,采用相位角度设计分布在喷枪本体2-3上,保证了喷枪本体2-3在射孔作业过程中受力均匀,实现同一平面内多个相位同时射孔,比如四相位等,喷嘴2-2采用高强度耐冲蚀粉末高温压制技术,并且内部流道进行了优化分析,保证了携砂液的集束性,提高射孔效率。
翼条2-1通过定位螺栓2-4与喷枪本体2-3连接,实现了翼条2-1拆卸、更换简单,并且扶正范围可调。
循环阀3由下部密封3-1、阀芯轴3-2、外壳3-3、外壳接头3-4、复合球3-6组成,阀芯轴3-2的一端设有下部密封3-1,下部密封3-1采用耐高压耐高温硫化橡胶密封,保障了与阀芯轴3-2的整体性。阀芯轴3-2另一端内设有金属斜面,置于循环阀3内腔的复合球3-6能与金属斜面接触形成高压密封,当需要返循环时,复合球3-6与金属斜面分离,形成循环空间,外壳接头3-4和外壳3-3依次设在阀芯轴3-2上,外壳接头3-4上有用于阻隔外壳3-3的凸台,外壳3-3上有阻隔凸起,用于限制底部封隔器4的上行。
底部封隔器4由芯轴4-1、上护环4-2、胶桶4-3、下护环4-4、卡爪4-5、限位环4-6、限位弹簧4-7、卡瓦护环4-8、连接套4-9,摩擦块4-10、卡簧片4-11和下接头4-12组成,芯轴4-1与下接头4-12连接,在芯轴4-1上依次设有上护环4-2、胶桶4-3、下护环4-4、卡爪4-5、卡瓦护环4-8、连接套4-9、摩擦块4-10,在卡爪4-5上部设有限位环4-6,在卡爪4-5下部设有限位弹簧4-7,在摩擦块4-10下部设有卡簧片4-11,胶桶4-3采用一次性成型模具,流线型设计,保证了胶桶在多次坐封后性能不降低,并且具备一定的耐磨能力,保证了不因少量砂子造成胶桶损坏,卡爪4-6齿形经过有限元优化分析,保证了卡紧力的同时也能顺利释放,并且卡爪4-6本体经过强化处理,保证外部硬度高,心部较软,使得卡爪具备一定硬度的同时也具备一定的韧性,流线型限位弹簧4-11能够保证在弹簧上百次压缩后性能不降低。
上护环4-2和芯轴4-1开设有连通的孔眼,提升携砂性,避免砂卡,下部密封3-1伸入到孔眼相对应的位置,便于环空砂子快速导流,。
接箍定位器5由定位本体5-3,定位卡箍5-2,引鞋5-1组成,定位本体 5-3与引鞋5-1连接,定位卡箍5-2设在定位本体5-3上。
定位卡箍5-2采用弹性多棱体设计,使得定位卡箍5-2在经过套管接箍时,地面悬重显示更加明显,自身寿命更长。
接箍定位器5采用割缝设计,割缝5-4有多条,割缝5-4形状为梯形,外窄内宽,保证了并行受力稳定,并且具备自清洁功能,能够有效防止砂卡。
扶正喷枪2、底部封隔器4和接箍定位器5上喷涂有高强度粉末,具体的为喷枪本体2-3、摩擦块4-10、翼条2-1和定位卡箍5-2上喷涂有高强度粉末,如镍基合金、碳化钨等,保证工具的整体耐磨性。
分层压裂工具的施工工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)、通径规通井、刮管器刮套管内壁、洗井,清洁井筒;
(2)、工具串连接;
(3)、连续油管带工具串下入到井底后进行校深,工具串上提过程中当定位卡箍5-2进入套管接箍时,地面悬重会有增加,增大上提力至定位卡箍5-2完全变形脱离套管接箍后悬重恢复正常,此次校深结束;
(4)、上提工具串至目的层,上提下放工具串,在摩擦块4-10和限位弹簧4-7的助力下,卡爪4-5咬入套管内壁,形成悬挂,继续下压,胶桶 4-3被挤压膨胀密封套管,从而完成底部封隔器4坐封。
(5)、底部封隔器4坐封后,先进行环空打压验证底部封隔器4密封性能;
(6)、底部封隔器4密封性能合格后,通过连续油管泵注携砂液,喷枪四相位喷嘴2-2在翼条2-1的作用下进行精准喷砂射孔;
(7)、射孔完成后,停止加砂,泵入压裂基液,将连续油管内残留的携砂液替入环空;
(8)、分别向环空和连续油管低排量泵入液体,进行试挤,挤开地层。若试挤失败,通过连续油管泵入一定量的酸液,对目的层腐蚀,降低地层破裂压力。
(9)、地层挤开后,从环空大排量泵入压裂液,对目的层进行改造。
(10)、改造完毕后,上提管柱使循环阀3的下部密封3-1处于打开位置,底部封隔器4上下管柱连通,压力平衡,卡爪4-5、胶桶4-3收缩,底部封隔器4解除封隔。
上提管柱到下一目的层,重复上述步骤,完成对一口油气井的多个目的层的改造。
具体实施过程:(1)、通径规通井、刮管器刮套管内壁、洗井,清洁井筒;
(2)、工具串连接,将丢手接头1和连续油管套接,通过连接接头1-5 和丢手上接头1-7之间相对旋转推动卡瓦组1-1,使其沿着自身的斜面角度收缩,抱紧连续油管,起到抗拉和抗扭作用。通过模拟作业情况,可根据实际情况调整剪切销钉1-2的数量,从而调整剪切力,满足作业需求。
(3)、连续油管带工具串入到井底后进行校深,工具串上提,定位卡箍 5-1进入到套管节箍内,由于定位卡箍多棱条设计,地面悬重会有明显增加,随着上提力增大,定位卡箍5-1变形量增大,当定位卡箍5-1的外径被压缩到与套管内壁一样时,定位器5进入套管内部,地面悬重恢复正常,此次校深结束。上提工具串过程中,每经过一个套管节箍,均会有如上过程,定位卡箍5-1被反复压缩,扩张,从而实现精准的定位。
(4)、上提工具串至目的层,上提下放工具串,由于摩擦块4-10在卡簧片4-11作用下与套管内壁接触,依靠摩擦力在下放连续油管时,卡爪4-5相对位置不变,在下压力作用下扩张,卡爪4-5齿咬入到套管内壁,形成悬挂,从而保证工具串不会在下压力作用下移动。继续下压,胶桶4-3在压缩力作用下长度缩短,外径增大,与套管内壁接触形成密封,从而完成封隔器坐封作业。
(5)、底部封隔器4坐封后,先进行环空(工具串与套管之间的部分) 泵注液体,验证胶桶4-3封隔是否满足要求;
(6)、底部封隔器4密封性能合格后,通过连续油管泵注携砂液,通过四相位分布的喷嘴2-2进行喷砂射孔。翼条2-1能保证喷枪2处于套管中间位置,提升射孔的效率。同时喷枪本体2-3表面的涂层能够保证表面有很好的抗侵蚀性能;
(7)、射孔完成后,停止加砂,泵入压裂基液,将连续油管内残留的携砂液替入环空;
(8)、分别向环空和连续油管低排量泵入液体,进行试压裂,挤开地层。若试挤失败,通过连续油管泵入一定量的酸液,对目的层腐蚀,降低地层破裂压力。
(9)、地层挤开后,从环空大排量泵入压裂液,对目的层进行改造。
(10)、改造完毕后,上提管柱,此时下部密封3-1上行,上护环4-2和芯轴4-1的孔眼与工具内腔连通,胶桶4-3回缩,压力平衡,卡爪4-5脱爪,与套管内壁分开,此时底部封隔器4处于解封状态,工具串可以向上移动。
上提管柱到下一目的层,重复上述步骤,完成对一口油气井的多个目的层的改造。

(4)、下工具串至目的层,上提下放工具串,在摩擦块和限位弹簧的助力下,卡瓦咬入套管内壁,形成悬挂,继续下压,胶桶被挤压膨胀密封套管,从而完成封隔器坐封作业;
(5)、底部封隔器坐封后,先进行环空打压验证封隔器密封性;
(6)、封隔器密封性能合格后,通过连续油管泵注携砂液,喷枪四相位喷嘴在翼条的作用下进行精准喷砂射孔;
(7)、射孔完成后,停止加砂,泵入压裂基液,将连续油管内残留的携砂液替入环空;
(8)、分别向环空和连续油管低排量泵入液体,进行试挤,挤开地层。若试挤失败,通过连续油管泵入一定量的酸液,对目的层腐蚀,降低地层破裂压力;
(9)、地层挤开后,从环空大排量泵入压裂液,对目的层进行改造;
(10)、改造完毕后,上提管柱使循环阀的下部密封处于打开位置,底部封隔器上下管柱连通,压力平衡,底部封隔器的卡瓦、胶桶收缩,底部封隔器解除封隔。
上提管柱到下一目的层,重复上述步骤,完成对一口油气井的多个目的层的改造。
