Abstract
本发明涉及建筑外围护墙板,具体为节能防火泡沫陶瓷釉面外墙板,包括泡沫陶瓷层为位于泡沫陶瓷层上的釉面层,其制备方法包括如下步骤:(1)泡沫陶瓷原粉料及配制好的纳米新型釉料进入烧成料仓待用;(2)在烧成窑具底部铺好硅酸铝隔离纸;(3)在烧成窑具隔离纸上先铺一层1cm的纳米新型釉料;(4)在此基础上再加一层1cm的过度料粉;(5)再铺入泡沫陶瓷原粉料,进入窑炉进行烧制;(6)1200℃烧成后,进行切割打边,清理釉面或者抛光后,形成泡沫陶瓷釉面外墙板成品,经过检验后入库。该外墙板主要作为建筑内墙、建筑外墙保温、隔热、隔音、防火与陶瓷釉面装饰一体化墙体围护板。

本发明涉及建筑外围护墙板,具体为节能防火泡沫陶瓷釉面外墙板,该外墙板主要作为建筑内墙、建筑外墙保温、隔热、隔音、防火与陶瓷釉面装饰一体化墙体围护板。
背景技术
泡沫陶瓷是利用废弃粉煤灰、煤矸石、陶瓷尾矿、废陶瓷碎片,以及页岩等废物作为原料,适量加入发泡剂、改性剂,经粉碎、造粒,装入窑具中,进入隧道窑1200℃时高温发泡,形成均匀闭孔海绵体状的泡沫陶瓷。泡沫陶瓷具有导热系数低、防火隔热,轻质保温、抗冻性能好、不吸水、防潮防腐蚀、无毒无害防辐射、无污染、与建筑同寿命等特点,生产过程产生的边角料、废料可全部回收循环利用,无固体废弃物排放,主要运用在建筑外墙保温、隔热等领域。

泡沫陶瓷保温板产品应用领域与适用范围如下:
泡沫陶瓷是一种A级防火保温材料,具有从本质上杜绝火灾隐患的目的。这不仅保护了人民生命财产安全,而且应用在建筑上全寿命周期,不会通过燃烧产生二次污染,可回收重复利用被国家认定为三星级绿色建材,是一种生态环境材料。泡沫陶瓷保温板是一种性能稳定的建筑外墙及屋面的隔热、保温、隔音、防水材料。可运用于各种建筑的隔热、保温、防火工程;也可用于地铁、图书馆、写字楼、歌剧院、影院等各种隔音降噪、隔热保温工程等基础设施建设的隔离、隔音工程,防火、防蛀工程,环保工程等多种领域。
发明内容
本发明制备的建筑外墙节能防火泡沫陶瓷釉面一体板,解决了当前建筑外围护墙体的防火、保温、隔热、隔音、防潮、返碱以及抗震、抗风压、气密性、水密性、耐候性等一系列问题,可作为任何高度的混凝土及钢结构建筑节能防火泡沫陶瓷釉面一体化的外墙围护墙体板材。本发明制备的建筑外墙节能防火泡沫陶瓷釉面外墙板属于高性能绿色节能防火、保温、隔热、隔音的一种经过高温烧制而成的泡沫陶瓷釉面装饰一体板。本发明是以节能防火泡沫陶瓷为基体,在此基础上与纳米新型釉料烧制一层具有多种色彩装饰的陶瓷釉面,可以制成大规格(1200mm*2400-3000mm)节能防火泡沫陶瓷釉面一体外墙围护墙体板。
本发明采用泡沫陶瓷与釉面一次烧成的反烧技术手段,运用纳米新型釉料新技术,生产制造建筑外墙节能防火泡沫陶瓷釉面外墙板。泡沫陶瓷一次烧成生产技术工艺为:泡沫陶瓷一体板生产工艺主要是采用无机固体废弃物和无机原料经粉碎→混合→造粒成粉料→1200℃高温熔融状态下发泡烧制而成;本发明泡沫陶瓷与釉面一次烧成的反烧生产技术工艺,是在烧制泡沫陶瓷保温板基础上增加了一套反烧工艺技术,即在原泡沫陶瓷表面增加烧制一层陶瓷釉面,从而使泡沫陶瓷保温板与装饰釉面永远烧制一起,解决了建筑外墙装饰脱落的问题。具体反烧技术工艺方法如下;
(1)泡沫陶瓷原粉料及配制好的包含纳米氧化锌的纳米新型釉料(即在常规釉料中加入纳米氧化锌形成纳米新型釉料)进入烧成料仓待用;
(2)在烧成窑具底部铺好隔离纸;
(3)在烧成窑具隔离纸上先铺一层1cm的纳米新型釉料;
(4)在此基础上再加一层1cm的过度料粉,过度料粉由煤矸石、陶瓷尾矿、废瓷片和滑石尾矿组成;
(5)再铺入泡沫陶瓷原粉料,进入窑炉进行烧制;
(6)1200℃烧成后,进行切割打边,清理釉面或者抛光,形成泡沫陶瓷釉面外墙板成品,经过检验后入库。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
1、泡沫陶瓷与釉面一次烧成,泡沫陶瓷与釉面材质相同,在同一烧成温度下,烧成一种具有装饰效果的保温泡沫陶瓷板。结合性能为同体板不会开裂,保护性能更好,在建筑外墙上使用安全性能更加可靠。
2、这种一次烧成工艺的成本,比二次烧成工艺的成本低,只是二次烧成工艺的一半以下。
3、烧制整块面积大,可烧成1.2*2.8m的具有保温效果的保温装饰墙板。
4、比二次烧成工艺的导热系数小很多,保温层的厚度可按节能技术要求一次加工,厚度可达到200mm。
5、这种泡沫陶瓷保温装饰外墙板面积大,整体性能好,背面多孔面粘结性能好,可满足外墙墙体抗风压的使用要求,作为外墙保温装饰一体的墙体板材。
6. 这种泡沫陶瓷保温装饰外墙板,使泡沫陶瓷保温板与装饰釉面永远烧制一起,解决了建筑外墙装饰脱落的问题。

泡沫陶瓷产品的推广应用,在山西、陕西及全国等公共建筑、保障房、高档商品房达到良好的推广使用, 600多万m²的节能防火泡沫陶瓷釉面外墙板实践应用,特别是西安春晓华苑、太原龙城一号、榆次万湖家园、嘉禾园,嘉和苑等高档商品住宅,使用了泡沫陶瓷外墙保温系统,七年来的推广应用中,施工简单,防火性能,工程安全,质量优良,没有出现保温材料的任何质量通病问题,受到良好的效果。
在既有建筑节能改造工程,如安居苑,安逸园等8万多平米的住宅外保温改造,原来没有保温材料,每年冬天采暖期之前阴冷潮湿,早早的便使用空调取暖,夏天炎热,通过泡沫陶瓷外墙外保温节能改造后,冬天室内温度明显提高,往常只有18℃,现在能达到25℃,而且暖气计量明显减少,受到良好的效果。
泡沫陶瓷釉面外墙板在大同国家体校,崇光电厂应用于3万多平米的隔墙工程,轻质隔音,施工效率高,综合性价比高,质量可靠,不怕潮寿命长,综合成本低,多方面优于加气混凝土砌块,使用泡沫陶瓷后,面积比原来增加了1000多平米,并且达到国家“4节—环保”的要求。
泡沫陶瓷釉面外墙板在北京新学道学校体育馆、安益煤矿、安洪陶瓷等厂房仓库等20多万平米钢球网架结构泡沫陶瓷屋面工程,既具有保温隔热、节能防腐、轻质防水、一劳永逸的功能,又能解决轻钢结构房顶寿命短的问题,克服彩钢不耐腐蚀等不足,得到建设方的好评,是轻钢结构房顶最好的选择。

本发明推出的节能防火泡沫陶瓷釉面外墙板,成为保温装配式墙体的首选产品,更有广大的市场卖点和竞争力。就地方城市而言,以山西省为例,较大城市3个,中等城市9个,中小城市2个。每年新增建筑约6000万平方米,其外墙面积约1440万平方米。市场培育期为2年,2年后市场占有率按10%计算为144万平方米,如果纯利润按10元/㎡计算,山西省的销售纯利润应为1440万元,年销售纯利润可实现1.44亿元,如果市场占有率达到40%,就更可观了,可实现5.76亿元。
