A plurality of balancing weights 604 are further installed at the top end of the clamp 601, after the leather is dried, the straight board conveying chain 105 drives the T-shaped frame 108 to convey rightwards, the leather is not blown by hot air any more, the leather moves rightwards under the belt of the rotary clamp seat 6, when the leather reaches the position right above the leather conveying belt 205, the chain stops conveying, the bottom surface of the T-shaped frame 108 is parallel to the leather conveying belt 205, the clamp 601 automatically rotates under the action of the balancing weights 604, and finally the stop rotation state of the clamp 601 is as follows: the weight block 604 and the cross receiving strip 602 are located below and above the leather, respectively, at this time the leather is not blocked, and the electromagnet 609 is powered off, so that the leather clamping device 605 can loosen the leather, and the leather automatically falls onto the leather conveying belt 205 for the next step of operation.
As shown in fig. 3 and 6, the painting device 2 includes a mounting case 201, a cold air blowing device 202, an ink jet device 203 and a drying device 204 are sequentially installed on the top end of the interior of the mounting case 201 from left to right, and partition plates 207 are respectively installed between the ink jet device 203 and the cold air blowing device 202 and between the ink jet device 203 and the drying device 204, so that the operation steps on the leather are not affected. The leather conveying belt 205 is installed inside the installation shell 201 through two rollers, the structure of the cold air blowing-flat device 202 is similar to that of the hot air device 102, and the electric heating net 1023 on the hot air device 102 is removed, namely the cold air blowing-flat device.

The leather clamp 206 arranged on the inner wall of the installation shell 201 is arranged at the bottom end of the ink jet device 203, the principle of the leather clamp 206 is similar to that of the leather clamping device 605, before the arrival of the leather, the leather clamp 206 is in an open state, after the leather is fully cooled and blown flat, the leather conveying belt 205 conveys the leather to the ink jet area of the ink jet device 203 and then stops conveying, and the leather clamp 206 clamps the leather, so that the leather is subjected to color coating, and is fixed when the color coating is carried out on the leather, and the color coating is more stable.

The drying temperature of the infrared drying lamp 2041 is controlled by the controller, so that leather shrinkage or dye discoloration caused by overhigh drying temperature of infrared rays is prevented, different leather has different shrinkage temperatures, the specific situation needs to be specifically set, and when the temperature detected by a temperature sensor of the controller exceeds a set standard, the controller automatically controls the current of the infrared drying lamp 2041 to be reduced, so that the intensity of the infrared rays is reduced, the drying temperature is reduced, and the perfect color and quality of the leather are ensured.
It should be added to explain that, the right end section shape of the installation shell 201 is an inverted "U" shape, so that the inkjet device 203 can spray and color the leather, the coloring agent or the viscose can not be sprayed out of the installation shell 201, the workshop is more environment-friendly and clean, the light reflector 2042 can prevent the light of the infrared drying lamp 2041 from leaking out, the safety is improved, the worker can not be radiated by the infrared ray, the light generated by the infrared drying lamp 2041 is far infrared ray, even if the infrared ray leaks out, the worker can not be hurt, and the safety of the workshop is improved.
The right end of the leather conveying belt 205 is provided with an arc sliding plate 2052 and an inclined rubber scraping plate 2053 which are arranged on the inner wall of the mounting shell 201, the inclined rubber scraping plate 2053 is positioned below the arc sliding plate 2052, and the bottom end of the inclined rubber scraping plate 2053 is provided with a slag receiving box 2054. The inclined scraper plate 2053 is positioned at the lower right end of the conveyor belt 205, the bottom end of the inclined scraper plate 2053 inclines downwards towards the right, and the closest distance between the top end of the inclined scraper plate 2053 and the surface of the conveyor belt 205 is 0.3-0.5mm, so that the dye and the adhesive on the leather conveyor belt 205 are scraped, and then the dye and the adhesive flow into the residue receiving box 2052 from the inclined scraper plate 502 due to gravity.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the anti-sticking tape 2051 is attached to the top end of the leather conveying belt 205, and the anti-sticking tape 2051 can prevent dye or glue from sticking on the leather conveying belt 205, thereby reducing the difficulty in cleaning the leather conveying belt 205. The top surface of the arc sliding plate 2052 is an arc surface, the height of the topmost surface of the arc sliding plate 2052 is the same as that of the leather conveying belt 205, and the top of the right end of the arc sliding plate 2052 is an inclined surface inclined downwards to the right, so that the leather which is painted and dried can slide onto the conveying belt 302 more smoothly from the arc sliding plate 2052. The leather conveying belt 205 is positioned at the right lower end of the straight plate conveying chain 105, and a leather cloth sewing device 3 is arranged at the right lower end of the leather conveying belt 205.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the leather and cloth sewing device 3 comprises an arch mounting plate 301 and a conveyor belt 302 installed inside the arch mounting plate 301, the right end section of the arch mounting plate 301 is in an inverted U shape, the front end and the rear end of the conveyor belt 302 are both provided with first sewing devices 303, the first sewing devices 303 are installed on the inner side of the arch mounting plate 301 through brackets, in order to enable both the cloth and the leather to be sewn, the default length and width of the leather and the cloth are both larger than the distance between the two first sewing devices 303, that is, when the leather and the cloth are flatly laid on the conveyor belt 302, both sides of the leather and the cloth extend out of the conveyor belt 302.
It should be noted that the sewing principle of the first sewing device 303 and the second sewing device 405 is similar to that of the existing sewing machine, the needle of the sewing machine is fixed on the needle bar, the bottom end of the needle is provided with a threading hole, and the needle bar is drawn by the motor through a series of gears and cams to move up and down. When the tip of the needle passes through the leather and cloth, the needle pulls out a small loop from one side of the leather and cloth to the other side, namely from the top surface of the cloth to the bottom surface of the leather, the shuttle below the leather continuously rotates and just grasps the loop, then wraps the other loop of the other thread or the same thread, and weaves a suture on the edge of the leather and cloth when the leather and cloth slowly move, thereby sewing the leather and the cloth.
The cloth clamping and displacement device 7 comprises a first oil cylinder 701 fixedly installed at the top end of the arched installation plate 301 through an oil cylinder seat, the right end of the first oil cylinder 701 is connected with a sliding seat 703 through a horizontal telescopic rod 702, and the bottom end of the sliding seat 703 is in the same shape as the top end of the arched installation plate 301, so that the sliding seat 703 can slide left and right smoothly at the top end of the arched installation plate 301. The inside second hydro-cylinder 11 that installs through the installation layer of sliding seat 703, the top that the arch mounting panel 301 was passed through vertical lifter 704 in the 11 bottom of second hydro-cylinder is connected with motor cabinet 705, install gear motor 706 in the motor cabinet 705, gear motor 706 rotates more slowly, and two back and forth limits of leather are sewed up the back, make the leather rotate 90, then the sewing needle begins to sew up two other limits of leather.
It should be noted that, since the bottom end of the vertical lift rod 704 passes through the top end of the arched mounting plate 301, a rectangular through-hole slot is provided at the top end of the arched mounting plate 301 to allow the vertical lift rod 704 to pass through and to allow the vertical lift rod 704 to slide left and right therein.
The bottom end of the speed reducing motor 706 is connected with four fixing strips 707 through a motor shaft, the bottom end surfaces of the four fixing strips 707 are on the same horizontal plane, the bottom ends of the four fixing strips 707 are connected with a frame-shaped clamp seat plate 708 together, and the depression section of the frame-shaped clamp seat plate 708 is in a shape like a Chinese character 'kou'. The fixing strip 707 is connected to the top ends of the four-sided corners of the frame-shaped holder plate 708, thereby making the frame-shaped holder plate 708 more stable. A plurality of electromagnetic clamps 709 are arranged on the frame-shaped clamp seat plate 708. The electromagnetic clamp 709 is the same as the leather clamping device 605 in clamping principle, and utilizes electromagnetic attraction iron block or iron bar to clamp leather, and when the electromagnetic power is off, the iron block loosens the leather or cloth due to the elasticity of the spring.
It should be noted that the distance between the front plate and the rear plate of the frame-shaped holder plate 708 is larger than the distance between the two first sewing devices 303, that is, when sewing leather and cloth. The sewing needle is located the inboard of rectangle clamp bedplate 708 to it is more stable when making leather, cloth make, and the area of making up between the leather cloth equals, and leather goods does not have the arch, makes up the quality better.
The leather cloth sewing device 3 sews the cloth and the leather together by the following steps:
(1) after the hide is transferred onto the conveyor 302, the conveyor 302 may pause the hide while it is transferred into position. At this time, the first oil cylinder 701 is started, so that the sliding seat 703 slides to a proper position, then the first oil cylinder 701 is temporarily braked, at this time, the frame-shaped clamp seat plate 708 and the cloth fixed inside the frame-shaped clamp seat plate 708 through the electromagnetic clamp 709 are both positioned right above the leather, then the second oil cylinder 11 is started, so that the vertical lifting rod 704 extends, so that the whole frame-shaped clamp seat plate 708 descends with the cloth, when the bottom surface of the cloth is attached to the top surface of the leather, the second oil cylinder 11 is braked, the electromagnetic clamp 709 temporarily loosens the cloth, then the electromagnetic clamp 709 clamps the cloth and the four edges of the leather together, and the preliminary fixing of the cloth and the leather is completed;
(2) the first oil cylinder 701 is started again to extend the horizontal telescopic rod 702 so as to drive the sliding seat 703 to move rightwards, the sliding seat 703 drives the frame-shaped clamping seat plate 708 and leather and cloth fixed in the frame-shaped clamping seat plate 708 to enter under a sewing machine needle of the first sewing device 303, at this time, the sewing machine needle starts to sew the cloth and the leather, and the cloth and the leather are driven by the sliding seat 703 to move rightwards slowly, so that the front end of the leather, the front end of the cloth, the rear end of the leather and the rear end of the cloth are all sewn together, and sewing of the front side and the rear side of the cloth and the leather is completed;
(3) after sewing the front and back sides of the cloth and the leather, the first oil cylinder 701 is braked temporarily, the speed reducing motor 706 is started to drive the fixing strip 707 and the rectangular clamp seat plate 708 to rotate 90 degrees, so that the cloth and the leather also rotate 90 degrees, two unsewn sides of the leather and the cloth are placed under a sewing machine needle, then the first oil cylinder 701 is restarted to drive the sliding seat 703 to move leftwards, so that the cloth and the leather both move leftwards and are sewed by the first sewing device 303, and finally the other two sides of the cloth and the leather are also sewed together, and the sewing of the four sides of the leather and the cloth is completed;
(4) after the cloth and leather are sewn, the first oil cylinder 701 returns to the initial position, the electromagnetic clamp 709 loosens the cloth and the leather, the second oil cylinder 11 drives the frame-shaped clamp seat plate 708 to return to the initial position, then the frame-shaped clamp seat plate 708 is ready to clamp the subsequent cloth, the sewn leather is conveyed to the horizontal conveying table 403 through the conveying belt 302, and the leather bag sewing operation is ready to be carried out.
As shown in fig. 9, the right lower end of the conveyor belt 302 is provided with a leather bag processing device 4, the leather bag processing device 4 comprises a machine shell 401, a horizontal conveying table 403 is movably mounted in the machine shell 401 through a supporting slide rail 402, a third oil cylinder 407 is mounted at the left end of the machine shell 401 through an oil cylinder seat, and the right end of the third oil cylinder 407 is connected with the horizontal conveying table 403 through a piston rod. When the third cylinder 407 is activated, it can bring the horizontal transfer table 403 to slide left and right on the support slide rail 402, so that the leather bag sewing operation is smoother.
The front end and the rear end of the horizontal conveying table 403 are respectively provided with the second sewing devices 405, the width of the leather is longer than the distance between the two second sewing devices 405, the two sides of the leather extend out of the outer sides of the second sewing devices 405 by 1-2cm, and therefore the leather bag sewing quality is better, and the problem that the leather bag is prone to cracking due to the fact that the distance between a leather bag sewing line and the edge of the leather is too small is solved. The horizontal conveying table 403 is also provided with a folding clamping mechanism 8, and the right end of the horizontal conveying table 403 is provided with a film packaging mechanism 5.
The folding clamping mechanism 8 comprises a rotary pressing plate 801 and a fourth oil cylinder 802 arranged at the top end of the machine shell 401, wherein a mounting groove 406 is formed in the horizontal conveying table 403, the rotary pressing plate 801 is mounted in the mounting groove 406 through a driving shaft 803, a plurality of rubber pressing strips 804 are mounted at the top end of the rotary pressing plate 801, the number of the rubber pressing strips 804 is at least three, the front edge, the back edge and the right edge of the leather can be respectively pressed, and therefore the two layers of leather are more stable in sewing. The driving shaft 803 is driven by a servo motor, so that the rotation angle of the rotary pressing plate 801 can be accurately controlled, and the clamping force of the rubber pressing strip 804 on the leather can be accurately controlled. An installation layer is arranged in the horizontal conveying table 403, a servo motor is installed in the installation layer, and the servo motor drives the driving shaft 803 to rotate through a series of shafts and gears, so that the rotary pressing plate 801 is controlled to rotate.
The bottom end of the fourth oil cylinder 802 is connected with a U-shaped strip 805 through a piston rod, and the right end of the U-shaped strip 805 is in an inverted U-shaped cross section. The bottom end of the U-shaped bar 805 is fitted with a pressing roller 806. Because when the rotary platen 801 rotates clockwise, the hide slides on the horizontal transfer table 403 if the hide is not held by the fixture, causing the hide to fail to fold. The pressing roller 806 is thus provided. The axis of the pressing roller 806 is parallel to the perpendicular bisector of the front or rear side of the leather and the axis is located on the right side of the perpendicular bisector, so that the left side and the right side of the leather can be aligned when the leather is folded, and the sewn leather bag is more attractive.
The steps of folding and sewing the leather by the folding and clamping mechanism 8 are as follows:
the leather is conveyed to a proper position by the horizontal conveying table 403 and then is moved in a pause mode, the fourth oil cylinder 802 drives the piston rod to extend to enable the pressing roller 806 to press the middle part of the leather, then the servo motor drives the horizontal rotating pressing plate 801 to rotate clockwise to drive the left half part of the leather to rotate, then the left half part of the leather is tightly pressed on the right half part of the leather, at the moment, the rubber pressing strip 804 improves pressing force and friction force to enable the leather not to slide when being sewn, then the horizontal conveying table 403 continues to slide rightwards, so that the folded leather is sewn together by the second sewing device 405 with the left and right parts of the front side and the left and right parts of the rear side of the leather, and therefore the leather is processed into a leather bag.
It should be added that the bottom side of the left end of the rotary pressing plate 801 is provided with an arc groove 807, so that the rotary pressing plate 801 is prevented from being affected by the leather and the pressing roller 806 when rotating, and the pressing force of the rotary pressing plate 801 on the leather is more stable and reliable.
Preferably, two edges of the leather are sewn simultaneously through two sewing devices, so that the sewing efficiency of the leather product is greatly improved, the whole process is automatically operated by a machine, the labor is saved, and the sewing is more delicate.
The pushing device 404 is installed at the top of the right end of the machine shell 401, the pushing device 404 comprises a swinging pushing plate 4042 installed at the top end of the machine shell 401 through a hinge shaft 4041, the height of the swinging pushing plate 4042 is 0.5-0.8mm smaller than the closest distance between the hinge shaft 4041 and the top surface of the horizontal conveying table 403, when the swinging pushing plate 4042 rotates left and right in the vertical plane, the bottom surface of the swinging pushing plate 4042 cannot contact and rub the horizontal conveying table 403, the swinging pushing plate 4042 can also contact the leather bag, the leather bag is pushed down from the horizontal conveying table 403 and falls onto the next operating device. The hinge shaft 4041 is connected to a motor 4043.
The principle of pushing by the pushing device 404 is as follows:
before the leather bag is not sewn, the bottom end of the swinging and pushing plate 4042 inclines towards the lower left side, the distance between the bottom end of the swinging and pushing plate 4042 and the surface of the horizontal conveying table 403 is larger than the thickness of the processed leather bag, so that the sewing of the leather bag is not affected, after the sewing of the leather bag is finished, the horizontal conveying table 403 is driven by the third oil cylinder 407 to move rightwards, the leather bag is conveyed to the right side of the swinging and pushing plate 4042, then the motor 4043 is started, the swinging and pushing plate 4042 rotates anticlockwise, the bottom end of the swinging and pushing plate 4042 moves rightwards and pushes the leather bag to move rightwards on the horizontal conveying table 403, the leather bag falls onto the receiving table to be packaged, and the motor 4043 drives the reversing and swinging and pushing plate 4042 to return to the initial position.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the film packaging mechanism 5 includes an installation box 501, the installation box 501 is a rectangular box-shaped installation shell, two film winding wheels 502 are installed at the front end and the rear end of the installation box 501, a shrink film 506 is wound on the film winding wheels 502, and the film winding wheels located at the front end of the installation box 501 and the film winding wheels located at the rear end of the four film winding wheels 502 are film unwinding wheels. The bottom surface of the common shrink film 506 on the bottom two film delivery wheels 502 is attached to the top surface of the receiving table 503 and the common shrink film 506 on the top two film delivery wheels 502 is positioned under a rectangular lower press plate 902 so that the top shrink film 506 can be pressed down and cut.
Preferably, after a rectangular part of the shrink film 506 is cut, the edge parts of the shrink film 506 are still connected together, and the conveying of the shrink film 506 by the film winding wheel 502 is not affected, so that the film packaging mechanism 5 can package leather products all the time, the shrink film 506 has contractibility, when the frame-shaped pressing strip 904 drives the top shrink film 506 to descend, the shrink film 506 can deform but cannot be damaged, and the quality of the mounted film is ensured.
The center of the installation box 501 is provided with the receiving platform 503, the receiving platform 503 is positioned at the lower right side of the horizontal conveying platform 403, and when the leather bag falls off from the horizontal conveying platform 403 by the material pushing device 404, the leather bag also has certain movement inertia, so that the leather bag falls on the shrinkage film 506 on the receiving platform 503 in a parabolic track, and the leather bag cannot be blocked by the shrinkage film 506 at the upper end, so that the leather product is more smoothly packaged.
The top end of the bearing platform 503 is provided with a frame-shaped groove 504 and an electric heating pressure-bearing strip 505, and a pressing and cutting mechanism 9 is arranged right above the bearing platform 503. The pressing and cutting mechanism 9 comprises a fifth oil cylinder 901 installed at the top of the installation box 501 through an oil cylinder seat, the bottom end of the fifth oil cylinder 901 is connected with a rectangular lower pressing plate 902 through a piston rod, and the piston rod is connected with the top center of the rectangular lower pressing plate 902, so that the pressing force of the pressing strip on the film is more uniform. The bottom end of the rectangular lower pressing plate 902 is connected with a frame-shaped pressing strip 904 through a pressure spring 903, the number of the pressure springs 903 is at least 8, and the pressure springs 903 are uniformly distributed at the bottom end of the rectangular lower pressing plate 902, so that the pressure of four edges of the frame-shaped pressing strip 904 on a film is basically the same, and the heat sealing and die cutting quality is guaranteed.
The bottom end of the rectangular lower pressing plate 902 is provided with four limiting plates 905 positioned at the outer sides of the frame-shaped pressing strips 904, two ends of the four limiting plates 905 are connected with each other, the cross section of the bottom ends of the four limiting plates 905 is in a shape like a Chinese character 'kou', so that the frame-shaped pressing strips 904 are limited in the limiting plates 905, the side surfaces of the frame-shaped pressing strips 904 are attached to the side surfaces of the limiting plates 905, and the butt joint of the frame-shaped pressing strips 904 and the electric heating pressure-bearing strips 505. The outer side of the frame-shaped pressing strip 904 is provided with four film cutters 906 mounted at the bottom end of the rectangular lower pressing plate 902, the end faces of the adjacent film cutters 906 are also connected with each other, and the cross sections of the bottom ends of the four film cutters 906 are also in a shape like a Chinese character 'kou', so that the double-layer shrink film is cut, and the cut shape is rectangular.
It should be noted that the height of the die-cutting knife 906 is greater than the height of the limiting plate 905, so that the die-cutting knife 906 can extend out of the limiting plate 905 to cut the shrink film 506, and when the pressure spring 903 is in a natural state, the horizontal height of the bottom surface of the frame-shaped pressing strip 904 is lower than the horizontal height of the bottom end of the die-cutting knife 906, so that when the rectangular pressing plate 902 descends, the frame-shaped pressing strip 904 firstly contacts and presses the shrink film 506 to be heat-sealed, and then is cut by the die-cutting knife 906, the sequence is more reasonable, and the packaging quality of leather products is better.
The frame-shaped pressing strip 904 and the film cutter 906 are respectively positioned right above the electric heating pressure-bearing strip 505 and the frame-shaped groove 504, a heating block is arranged inside the electric heating pressure-bearing strip 505, the heating block is connected with a heating device, and the heating device is positioned in an interlayer inside the bearing table 503. The two-ply film can be ironed together after the two-ply shrink film 506 is compressed. The die-cutting knife 906 enters the frame-shaped groove 504 when moving to the lowest end, but the die-cutting knife 906 cannot contact with the bottom end of the frame-shaped groove 504 due to the blocking of the frame-shaped pressing strip 904, so that the abrasion of the bearing platform 503 and the dulling of the knife edge of the die-cutting knife 906 are avoided, the service life of the die-cutting knife 906 is prolonged, and the stable and high die-cutting quality and efficiency are ensured.
The packaging steps of the film packaging mechanism 5 for the leather products are as follows:
the leather bag falls onto the receiving platform 503 and is positioned between the upper shrink film 506 and the lower shrink film 506, at this time, the fifth oil cylinder 901 is started to enable the rectangular lower pressing plate 902 to descend, the frame-shaped pressing strip 904 brings the top shrink film 506 to approach the bottom shrink film 506, then the frame-shaped pressing strip 904 and the electric heating pressure-bearing strip 505 press the upper shrink film 506 and the lower shrink film 506 together, and the electric heating pressure-bearing strip 505 starts to heat the pressed part of the two shrink films 506, so that the two shrink films 506 are heated together. The rectangular lower pressing plate 902 continues to descend, the pressure spring 903 contracts, the die cutter 906 descends to cut the shrink film 506, and therefore the leather product packaging is completed.
Preferably, membrane packagine machine constructs 5 and can not only compress tightly and the heat-seal to the membrane, and can also cut the membrane to make the membrane get up the sealed package of leather bag automatically, a plurality of steps of membrane packing go on almost simultaneously, have improved leather products 'guarantee efficiency greatly, have saved hold-down mechanism and sealing device, simple structure, it is with low costs, leather products are difficult by dust pollution or wet after the packing, more make things convenient for leather products's save and to the subsequent decoration of leather products.
It should be noted that the production line of the invention is not limited to produce leather bags, but also can produce leather bags, leather purses, leather briefcases, leather pillowslip, leather pen sleeves and other articles, and the required leather products can be processed by changing the size of each device according to the actual production requirements, so that the invention has wide applicability.

Claims (9)

1. A membrane equipment for packing that is used for leather product automated production which characterized in that: the film packaging device comprises a film packaging mechanism (5), wherein the film packaging mechanism (5) comprises an installation box (501), two film rolling wheels (502) are installed at the front end and the rear end of the installation box (501), a bearing table (503) is installed at the center of the installation box (501), a shrink film (506) is wound on the film rolling wheels (502), a frame-shaped groove (504) and an electric heating pressure bearing strip (505) are arranged at the top end of the bearing table (503), and a pressing and cutting mechanism (9) is arranged right above the bearing table (503);
the pressing and cutting mechanism (9) comprises a fifth oil cylinder (901) arranged at the top of the installation box (501) through an oil cylinder seat, the bottom end of the fifth oil cylinder (901) is connected with a rectangular lower pressing plate (902) through a piston rod, the bottom end of the rectangular lower pressing plate (902) is connected with a frame-shaped pressing strip (904) through a pressure spring (903), four limiting plates (905) located on the outer side of the frame-shaped pressing strip (904) are arranged at the bottom end of the rectangular lower pressing plate (902), four film cutters (906) arranged at the bottom end of the rectangular lower pressing plate (902) are arranged on the outer side of the frame-shaped pressing strip (904), and the frame-shaped pressing strip (904) and the film cutters (906) are respectively located right above the electric heating pressure-bearing strip (505;
