具体来说,翻转顶料机构7的主要作用有两个,一个是进行向上顶料,将产品托起的过程中使得托料杆具有倾斜度,另一个作用是方便实现快速换夹具过程,以下逐步进行说明,如图2以及图5所示,翻转顶料机构7包括有翻转托料杆17、顶出气缸18、第一翻转安装板19、第二翻转安装板20以及铰链销21,第一翻转安装板19固定在顶出气缸18的输出端,第二翻转安装板20固定在第一翻转安装板19上,第二翻转安装板20内具有翻转空间,翻转托料杆17通过铰链销21铰接连接到第二翻转安装板20上,翻转托料杆17能够在翻转空间向上翻转避开夹具5,这里在实现顶料过程时,顶出气缸18带动第一翻转安装板19向上运动,又由于第二翻转安装板20与第一翻转安装板19固连,这样就带动第二翻转安装板20向上运动,又由于翻转托料杆17是连接在第二翻转安装板20,这样就可以带动翻转托料杆17向上运动,从而实现向上将产品托起过程,第二翻转安装板20下侧设置有下限位块22,翻转托料杆17在呈托料状态时翻转托料杆17抵靠在下限位块22上,这里通过下限位块22可以使得翻转托料杆17保持托起状态,从而托住整个产品进而向上顶,在需要换夹具5时,主要通过以下结构完成,由于翻转托料杆17与第二翻转安装板20的铰接端之间设置有铰接连接块23,铰接连接块23包括有铰接固定部231以及上翻转限位部232,第二翻转安装板20上侧设置有上限位块24,翻转托料杆17在翻转后上翻转限位部232抵靠在上限位块24处并使翻转托料杆17呈打开状态,由于是铰接的,这样翻转托料杆17是可以旋转的,这样当向上翻转翻转托料杆17后靠在上限位块24处,就可以使得夹具5处于敞开状态,翻转托料杆17不会干涉到夹具5,从而方便快速的进行更换,避开夹具5,即可实现换模,将节约作业员时间,降低作业难度。Specifically, there are two main functions of the turning and
