背景技术
铁皮石斛,又称黑节草,为兰科石斛属多年生附生草本植物,铁皮石斛的茎,因表皮呈铁绿色而得名,是一种珍贵的野生药用植物,生于海拔达1600米的山地半阴湿的岩石上,喜温暖湿润气候和半阴半阳的环境,不耐寒,一般均能耐-5℃的低温,石斛可分为黄草、金钗、马鞭等数十种,铁皮石斛为石斛之极品,铁皮石斛具有独特的药用价值,以其茎入药,《中国药典》记载石斛具有益胃生津、滋阴清热的功效,唐开元年间的道家经典《道藏》曾把铁皮石斛列为“中华九大仙草之首”,将铁皮石斛、天山雪莲、三两重人参、百二十年首乌、花甲之茯苓苁蓉、深山灵芝、海底珍珠、冬虫夏草等列为中华九大仙草。
鉴于铁皮石斛丰富的营养价值和药用价值,因此具有极高的可种植性,因此在我国各省均有种植,随着种植年限延长和面积扩大,各种虫害随之加重,常见虫害有红蜘蛛、蚜虫、粉虱、蝼蛄等,主要侵害石斛根部、茎干、叶面、危害严重,目前针对虫害,一般是采用捕食螨、灯光诱杀或者人工捕杀等,但是传统的处理方法,防治效果不显著,且还会给石斛的生长造成一定程度的影响等一系列问题,所以,对石斛种植时的虫害进行有效防治是目前研究的重点。

所述的防治液A,是将红蓼、黄柏、防风、牵牛子、藜芦、黄杜鹃按配方称取,粉碎加水熬煮,过滤,再重复加水熬煮两次,每次30min,将三次过滤的滤液混合,加入混和滤液质量5倍量的乙醇,在48-52KHz的频率下超声处理8-12min,回收乙醇,加热浓缩得中药液,再将苏云金芽孢杆菌、淡紫拟青霉、侧孢芽孢杆菌混入,拌匀装瓶即可。
所述的防治液A,其喷施量为60-80kg/亩。
所述的防治液B,包括以下按重量份计的原料组成:大风子1-5、相思子2-8、菖蒲8-12、芦荟3-8、仙人掌2-6、氯化铵0.2-0.4、乳酸钙0.6-1.2、黄腐酸钾0.8-1.2。
所述的防治液B,是将大风子、相思子、菖蒲、芦荟按配方称取,粉碎加水熬煮,过滤,再重复加水熬煮两次,每次30min,将三次过滤的滤液混合,加入混和滤液质量5倍量的乙醇,在38-42KHz的频率下超声处理8-12min,回收乙醇,加热浓缩得药液,将仙人掌榨汁与药液混合加热,再加入氯化铵、乳酸钙、黄腐酸钾拌匀,装瓶即可。
所述的防治液B,施用部位为石斛根部、茎干、叶片,在施用时,针对石斛根部给药浓度为1:25-35,针对石斛茎干给药浓度为1:35-45,针对石斛叶面给药浓度为1:50-60,其中给药浓度是组合物与水的质量配比。
以下对本申请的防治方法的防治效果作进一步说明:
1、随机选取若干亩铁皮石斛种植地,随机分为2组,采用日常管理方式进行管理,不同之处在于,第一组在铁皮石斛种植中,对基质以及石斛分别喷施防治液A和防治液B,第二组参照201710585008.2公开的防治方法进行防治处理,试验时间为整个铁皮石斛种植期,分别对铁皮石斛虫害的发病率进行统计,所述虫害包括但不限于:红蜘蛛、蚜虫、粉虱、蝼蛄,防治液B,施用部位为石斛根部、茎干、叶片,在施用时,针对石斛根部给药浓度为1:30,针对石斛茎干给药浓度为1:40,针对石斛叶面给药浓度为1:55,其中给药浓度是组合物与水的质量配比,结果如表1所示:

2、随机选取若干亩铁皮石斛种植地,随机分为2组,每组种植铁皮石斛均发生了类似程度的虫害,采用日常管理方式进行管理,不同之处在于,第一组在铁皮石斛种植中,对基质以及石斛分别喷施防治液A和防治液B,防治液B,施用部位为石斛根部、茎干、叶片,在施用时,针对石斛根部给药浓度为1:30,针对石斛茎干给药浓度为1:40,针对石斛叶面给药浓度为1:55,其中给药浓度是组合物与水的质量配比,第二组参照201710585008.2公开的防治方法进行防治处理,以总有效率来表示对铁皮石斛虫害的治疗情况,其中,总有效率代表恢复到发病前的状态和病情得到缓解,有待进一步用药观察的两者情况的总和,结果如表2所示:

综上所述,本发明的有益效果在于:针对基质和石斛本身喷施防治液A和防治液B,最大限度对石斛虫害进行最大限度的防治,对植株铁皮石斛的虫害的平均发病率控制在4.5%左右,对已经被虫害毒害的的铁皮石斛的总有效率在95%以上,防治效果显著,本发明方法不会对铁皮石斛本身造成伤害,且本申请采用的防治液A和防治液B具有较为丰富的营养物质,能为石斛生长提供所必要的营养物质,在防治虫害的同时,有效的促进石斛生长。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明,但本发明并不局限于这些实施方式,任何在本实施例基本精神上的改进或代替,仍属于本发明权利要求所要求保护的范围。
实施例1
一种防治铁皮石斛虫害的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)基质处理:每隔一周,对石斛基质喷施一次防治液A,其喷施量为60kg/亩;所述的防治液A,包括以下按重量份计的原料组成:红蓼15kg、黄柏8kg、防风3kg、牵牛子8kg、藜芦10kg、黄杜鹃8kg、苏云金芽孢杆菌1kg、淡紫拟青霉0.8kg、侧孢芽孢杆菌4kg;所述的防治液A,是将红蓼、黄柏、防风、牵牛子、藜芦、黄杜鹃按配方称取,粉碎加水熬煮,过滤,再重复加水熬煮两次,每次30min,将三次过滤的滤液混合,加入混和滤液质量5倍量的乙醇,在48KHz的频率下超声处理8min,回收乙醇,加热浓缩得中药液,再将苏云金芽孢杆菌、淡紫拟青霉、侧孢芽孢杆菌混入,拌匀装瓶即可。
(2)石斛处理:每隔5d,对石斛植株喷施一次防治液B;所述的防治液B,包括以下按重量份计的原料组成:大风子1kg、相思子2kg、菖蒲8kg、芦荟3kg、仙人掌2kg、氯化铵0.2kg、乳酸钙0.6kg、黄腐酸钾0.8kg;所述的防治液B,是将大风子、相思子、菖蒲、芦荟按配方称取,粉碎加水熬煮,过滤,再重复加水熬煮两次,每次30min,将三次过滤的滤液混合,加入混和滤液质量5倍量的乙醇,在38KHz的频率下超声处理8min,回收乙醇,加热浓缩得药液,将仙人掌榨汁与药液混合加热,再加入氯化铵、乳酸钙、黄腐酸钾拌匀,装瓶即可。
实施例2
一种防治铁皮石斛虫害的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)基质处理:每隔一周,对石斛基质喷施一次防治液A,其喷施量为80kg/亩;所述的防治液A,包括以下按重量份计的原料组成:红蓼25kg、黄柏12kg、防风9kg、牵牛子12kg、藜芦20kg、黄杜鹃12kg、苏云金芽孢杆菌3kg、淡紫拟青霉1.2kg、侧孢芽孢杆菌6kg;所述的防治液A,是将红蓼、黄柏、防风、牵牛子、藜芦、黄杜鹃按配方称取,粉碎加水熬煮,过滤,再重复加水熬煮两次,每次30min,将三次过滤的滤液混合,加入混和滤液质量5倍量的乙醇,在52KHz的频率下超声处理12min,回收乙醇,加热浓缩得中药液,再将苏云金芽孢杆菌、淡紫拟青霉、侧孢芽孢杆菌混入,拌匀装瓶即可。
(2)石斛处理:每隔5d,对石斛植株喷施一次防治液B;所述的防治液B,包括以下按重量份计的原料组成:大风子5kg、相思子8kg、菖蒲12kg、芦荟8kg、仙人掌6kg、氯化铵0.4kg、乳酸钙1.2kg、黄腐酸钾1.2kg;所述的防治液B,是将大风子、相思子、菖蒲、芦荟按配方称取,粉碎加水熬煮,过滤,再重复加水熬煮两次,每次30min,将三次过滤的滤液混合,加入混和滤液质量5倍量的乙醇,在42KHz的频率下超声处理12min,回收乙醇,加热浓缩得药液,将仙人掌榨汁与药液混合加热,再加入氯化铵、乳酸钙、黄腐酸钾拌匀,装瓶即可。
实施例3
一种防治铁皮石斛虫害的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)基质处理:每隔一周,对石斛基质喷施一次防治液A,其喷施量为70kg/亩;所述的防治液A,包括以下按重量份计的原料组成:红蓼20kg、黄柏10kg、防风6kg、牵牛子10kg、藜芦15kg、黄杜鹃10kg、苏云金芽孢杆菌2kg、淡紫拟青霉1kg、侧孢芽孢杆菌5kg;所述的防治液A,是将红蓼、黄柏、防风、牵牛子、藜芦、黄杜鹃按配方称取,粉碎加水熬煮,过滤,再重复加水熬煮两次,每次30min,将三次过滤的滤液混合,加入混和滤液质量5倍量的乙醇,在50KHz的频率下超声处理10min,回收乙醇,加热浓缩得中药液,再将苏云金芽孢杆菌、淡紫拟青霉、侧孢芽孢杆菌混入,拌匀装瓶即可。
(2)石斛处理:每隔5d,对石斛植株喷施一次防治液B;所述的防治液B,包括以下按重量份计的原料组成:大风子3kg、相思子5kg、菖蒲10kg、芦荟5kg、仙人掌4kg、氯化铵0.3kg、乳酸钙1kg、黄腐酸钾1kg;所述的防治液B,是将大风子、相思子、菖蒲、芦荟按配方称取,粉碎加水熬煮,过滤,再重复加水熬煮两次,每次30min,将三次过滤的滤液混合,加入混和滤液质量5倍量的乙醇,在40KHz的频率下超声处理10min,回收乙醇,加热浓缩得药液,将仙人掌榨汁与药液混合加热,再加入氯化铵、乳酸钙、黄腐酸钾拌匀,装瓶即可。
Claims (7)
1.一种防治铁皮石斛虫害的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)基质处理:每隔一周,对石斛基质喷施一次防治液A;
(2)石斛处理:每隔5d,对石斛植株喷施一次防治液B。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种防治铁皮石斛虫害的方法,其特征在于,所述的防治液A,包括以下按重量份计的原料组成:红蓼15-25、黄柏8-12、防风3-9、牵牛子8-12、藜芦10-20、黄杜鹃8-12、苏云金芽孢杆菌1-3、淡紫拟青霉0.8-1.2、侧孢芽孢杆菌4-6。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种防治铁皮石斛虫害的方法,其特征在于,所述的防治液A,是将红蓼、黄柏、防风、牵牛子、藜芦、黄杜鹃按配方称取,粉碎加水熬煮,过滤,再重复加水熬煮两次,每次30min,将三次过滤的滤液混合,加入混和滤液质量5倍量的乙醇,在48-52KHz的频率下超声处理8-12min,回收乙醇,加热浓缩得中药液,再将苏云金芽孢杆菌、淡紫拟青霉、侧孢芽孢杆菌混入,拌匀装瓶即可。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种防治铁皮石斛虫害的方法,其特征在于,所述的防治液A,其喷施量为60-80kg/亩。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种防治铁皮石斛虫害的方法,其特征在于,所述的防治液B,包括以下按重量份计的原料组成:大风子1-5、相思子2-8、菖蒲8-12、芦荟3-8、仙人掌2-6、氯化铵0.2-0.4、乳酸钙0.6-1.2、黄腐酸钾0.8-1.2。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种防治铁皮石斛虫害的方法,其特征在于,所述的防治液B,是将大风子、相思子、菖蒲、芦荟按配方称取,粉碎加水熬煮,过滤,再重复加水熬煮两次,每次30min,将三次过滤的滤液混合,加入混和滤液质量5倍量的乙醇,在38-42KHz的频率下超声处理8-12min,回收乙醇,加热浓缩得药液,将仙人掌榨汁与药液混合加热,再加入氯化铵、乳酸钙、黄腐酸钾拌匀,装瓶即可。
