背景技术
近来,由于环境法规、燃料效率的提高、下一代汽车(电动车辆等)等原因,汽车重量的减轻已成为更重要的问题。在汽车塑料部件中保险杠具有最高重量的情况下,通过减小注射物品的厚度来减轻重量可以实现重量降低。但是,当注射物品的厚度变薄,机械性能随之降低,因此出现汽车生产线上的组装可操作性和事故时的稳定性降低的问题。因此,为了确保事故时的稳定性,同时降低注射成型所需的能耗,需要开发具有高流动性和高刚性的用于部件的超薄膜的材料。
在本背景技术部分中公开的上述信息仅用于增强对本公开内容背景的理解,因此其可能包含不构成在本国对本领域普通技术人员来说已知的现有技术的信息。
发明内容
为了解决与现有技术相关的上述问题而做出本公开内容。
本公开内容的示例性实施方式提供一种聚丙烯树脂组合物,其可在保持低比重的同时赋予优异的刚性、耐冲击性和涂层粘附性。
一方面,本公开内容提供一种聚丙烯树脂组合物,其包含基础树脂、热塑性弹性体和改性无机填料。
另一方面,本公开内容提供一种包含聚丙烯树脂组合物的注射物品的成型产品。
聚丙烯树脂组合物即使应用于厚度小的成型产品时,也可同时赋予优异的刚性、耐冲击性和涂层粘附性,同时保持低比重。

一方面,本公开内容提供一种聚丙烯树脂组合物,其包含基础树脂、热塑性弹性体和改性无机填料。聚丙烯树脂组合物并未以高含量包含无机填料,因此即使当重量大的部件以低厚度进行成型时,也可保持低比重,同时赋予优异的刚性、耐冲击性和涂层粘附性。
聚丙烯树脂组合物包含基础树脂,并且基础树脂可包含一种选自丙烯均聚物、丙烯与碳原子数为2和4-20的α-烯烃单体的共聚物、及其组合的聚丙烯树脂。
碳原子数为2和4-20的α-烯烃单体的实例包括乙烯、1-丁烯、1-戊烯、1-己烯、4-甲基戊烯、1-庚烯、1-辛烯、1-癸烯等。具体而言,丙烯与碳原子数为2和4-20的α-烯烃单体的共聚物可为乙烯-丙烯共聚物。另外,丙烯与碳原子数为2和4-20的α-烯烃单体的共聚物可为嵌段共聚物或无规共聚物。另外,丙烯与碳原子数为2和4-20的α-烯烃单体的共聚物可以以约50wt%或更多的量包含丙烯重复单元。具体而言,丙烯与碳原子数为2和4-20的α-烯烃单体的共聚物可以以约50wt%或更多且约90wt%或更少的量包含丙烯重复单元。该共聚物包含较高含量的丙烯,因此可提高聚丙烯树脂的结晶度,并且可提高包含聚丙烯树脂的树脂组合物的刚性。
通过13C-NMR方法测量的基础树脂的全同立构五元组分数可为约0.80至约0.99。术语“五元组分数”(pentad fraction)表示使用13C-NMR测量的分子链中五元组单元中全同异构链的丰度比,并且指5个丙烯单体单元连续内消旋(meso)-键合的链中心处存在的丙烯单体单元的分数。通过在基础树脂中包含五元组分数在该范围内的丙烯均聚物,聚丙烯树脂组合物可赋予优异的机械强度和耐冲击性。
根据ASTM D1238在230℃的温度和2.16kg的负载下测量基础树脂的熔体指数可为约20g/10min至约100g/10min。聚丙烯树脂组合物包含熔体指数在该范围内的基础树脂,因此可赋予改善的成型性和外观特性,并可同时赋予优异的机械性能。具体而言,当基础树脂的熔体指数小于该范围时,注射成型期间树脂的流动性变差,因此可加工性可能变差,并且当基础树脂的熔体指数大于该范围时,注射物品的刚性和耐冲击性之间的平衡可能变差。
聚丙烯树脂组合物可以以约50wt%至约80wt%的量包含基础树脂。当基础树脂的含量小于该范围时,涂层粘附力可能变差,并且当含量大于该范围时,挠曲模量等可能变差。
聚丙烯树脂组合物包含热塑性弹性体,因此可赋予优异的冲击强度、耐热性和涂层粘附力,并且可表现出优异的注射成型性。
热塑性弹性体可包括选自乙烯与碳原子数为3-12的α-烯烃的烯烃共聚物、苯乙烯基共聚物、及其组合的一种。热塑性弹性体中α-烯烃的含量可为约20wt%至约50wt%。
碳原子数为3-12的α-烯烃可为一种选自1-丙烯、1-丁烯、1-戊烯、4-甲基-1-戊烯、1-己烯、1-庚烯、1-辛烯、1-癸烯、1-十一碳烯、1-十二碳烯、及其组合的α-烯烃化合物。例如,烯烃共聚物可为无规共聚物。
苯乙烯基共聚物可为一种选自苯乙烯-乙烯共聚物、苯乙烯-丁烯共聚物、苯乙烯-乙烯-丙烯共聚物、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、苯乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯共聚物、苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯共聚物、苯乙烯-乙烯-丙烯-苯乙烯共聚物、苯乙烯-乙烯-乙烯-丙烯-苯乙烯共聚物、及其组合的共聚物。例如,苯乙烯基共聚物可为嵌段共聚物。
聚丙烯树脂组合物包含粘度等于或大于基础树脂粘度的热塑性弹性体,因此可以抑制注射物品在作为聚丙烯树脂组合物的注射物品的成型产品表面上从形态上拉长,并且可赋予优异的涂层粘附力。
热塑性弹性体的固有粘度可为约2dl/g至约4dl/g。当热塑性弹性体的固有粘度小于该范围时,涂层粘附力可能变差,当固有粘度大于该范围时,机械性能比如冲击强度可能变差。
基于100重量份的基础树脂,热塑性弹性体的含量可为约24重量份至约44重量份。具体而言,当热塑性弹性体的含量小于该范围时,冲击强度可能变差,并且当含量大于该范围时,延展性得到增强,结果,机械性能比如挠曲模量可能变差,因此,热塑性弹性体可能难以用作汽车部件。
聚丙烯树脂组合物包含改性无机填料,因此可防止无机填料聚集、通过提高与树脂的相容性可改善树脂的粘附性、可赋予改善的分散性、并且可赋予优异的可加工性。因此,聚丙烯树脂组合物可同时赋予优异的刚性、耐冲击性和涂层粘附性,而不包含高含量的无机填料。
具体而言,聚丙烯树脂组合物可包含通过用有机钛酸酯类偶联剂、有机硅烷类偶联剂、接枝有不饱和羧酸或其酸酐的改性聚烯烃、脂肪酸、脂肪酸金属盐、脂肪酸酯、及其组合,进行表面处理而改性的无机填料。
更具体而言,无机填料可用表面处理剂进行改性,比如钛酸酯类偶联剂,比如异丙基醇三异硬脂酰基钛酸酯、异丙基醇双(二-辛基亚磷酸)钛酸酯、和异丙基十二烷基苯磺酰基醇钛酸酯;硅烷类偶联剂,比如γ-环氧丙氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷、β-(3,4-环氧环己基)乙基三甲氧基硅烷、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基-三(2-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、N-β-(氨基乙基)-γ-氨基丙基二甲氧基硅烷、γ-巯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、和γ-氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷;作为接枝有不饱和羧酸酐的改性聚烯烃的马来酸改性产品,比如马来酸化聚丙烯、马来酸化聚乙烯、和马来酸化苯乙烯-乙烯丁烯苯乙烯;饱和脂肪酸和/或不饱和脂肪酸,比如月桂酸、硬脂酸、山嵛酸、褐煤酸和芥子酸;其脂肪酸金属盐,比如镁、钙、锂、锌、和钠;及其酯化合物。
例如,聚丙烯树脂组合物包含用硅烷类偶联剂改性的无机填料,因此可进一步改善优异的刚性、耐冲击性和涂层粘附性。
例如,无机填料可通过如下方式进行改性:将无机填料浸渍在约0.01wt%至约1.00wt%的表面处理剂的水溶液或水分散液中,然后在约140℃至约160℃的温度下进行热处理约1小时至约2小时。
聚丙烯树脂组合物通过包含平均直径为约0.1μm至约5μm的无机填料而具有优异的分散性,并且由于大的表面积可赋予改善的机械刚性,比如优异的刚性和耐冲击性。具体而言,当无机填料的平均直径小于该范围时,表面积太大以至于存在无机填料与基础树脂的相容性问题,刚性可能降低,并且可能出现聚集问题,因为难以使无机填料微细分散。另外,当无机填料的平均直径大于该范围时,刚性和冲击强度变差,使得在将无机填料应用于厚度小的成型产品时,成型产品破损,结果,物理性能降低,或外观可能变形。
无机填料可为选自滑石、晶须、纳米粘土、及其组合的一种。
基于100重量份的基础树脂,无机填料的含量可为约8重量份至约41重量份。具体而言,当无机填料的含量小于该范围时,挠曲模量和涂层粘附性可能显著变差,并且当该含量大于该范围时,聚丙烯树脂组合物的重量减轻、可加工性和外观特征可能降低。
通过适当将基础树脂与改性无机填料混合,即使应用于厚度小的成型产品,聚丙烯树脂组合物也可同时赋予优异的可加工性、高抗拉强度、挠曲模量和冲击强度、以及涂层粘附性,同时保持较低比重。
聚丙烯树脂组合物还可包含一种选自抗氧化剂、加工润滑剂、着色剂、及其组合的添加剂。
抗氧化剂可为选自酚类抗氧化剂、亚磷酸酯类抗氧化剂、硫代二丙酸酯、及其组合的一种。
在聚丙烯树脂组合物中包含加工润滑剂,因此具有去除树脂组合物中包含的卤素材料或提高可加工性的特性,并且加工润滑剂可为选自硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸镁、及其组合的一种。
另一方面,本公开内容提供一种包含聚丙烯树脂组合物的注射物品的成型产品。该成型产品包含上述聚丙烯树脂组合物的注射物品,并且即使应用于厚度小的成型产品,也可具有优异的加工性和优异的机械性能,即高的冲击强度和挠曲模量以及优异的涂层粘附性,同时保持低比重。关于聚丙烯树脂组合物的物质与上文所述相同。
该成型产品可用于汽车外部材料比如保险杠、侧梁成型件、车门装饰扰流板、侧窗遮阳板、排气罩通风格栅(cowl vent grille)、散热器格栅、侧面成型件和端面板装饰的用途。
具体而言,成型产品厚度小,因此可进一步减轻重量,并且同时具有优异的机械刚度、耐冲击性和优异的涂层粘附性。例如,即使在小于约2.5mm的厚度下,成型产品也可显示出优异的机械强度和耐冲击性。成型产品的厚度可为约2.0mm至约2.4mm。因此,成型产品可适合用作汽车的内部和外部材料,比如保险杠。
根据ASTM D790测量成型产品的挠曲模量可为约2,500MPa或更大,例如约2,500MPa至约3,000MPa。
挠曲模量是指通过向聚合物施加挠曲负载而在弹性极限内的抗拉强度和变形的比。由上述聚丙烯树脂组合物制造成型产品,并且当成型产品的挠曲模量小于该范围时,成型产品在应用于厚约2.4mm或更小的成型产品保险杠等时不能承受外部冲击,因此可能不适合作为汽车外部材料。
在下文中,将描述本公开内容的实施方式的具体实施例。然而,提供下述实施例仅用于具体例示或解释本公开内容,并且本公开内容不限于此。
实施例
以下实施例阐释了本公开内容的示例性实施方式而不意在对其加以限制。
实施例1
制备一种聚丙烯树脂组合物,其包含:基础树脂,其是根据ASTM D1238在230℃的温度和2.16kg的负载下测量熔体指数为100g/10min的乙烯-丙烯嵌段共聚物;作为热塑性弹性体的固有粘度为2.5dl/g的乙烯-辛烯无规共聚物;以及改性无机填料,其包含用有机硅烷类偶联剂表面处理的平均直径为1.0μm的滑石和用有机硅烷类偶联剂表面处理的晶须。
此时,将乙烯-丙烯嵌段共聚物、乙烯-辛烯无规共聚物、以及表面改性的滑石和晶须以约62wt%:20wt%:12wt%:6wt%的比例进行混合。
将聚丙烯树脂组合物引入到双螺杆挤出机(SM PLATEK,螺杆直径30Ф)中的主料斗中,并将适量的晶须引入侧进料机中以防止晶须因螺杆剪切力受到破坏。此时,将料筒温度调整为150至210℃,对混合物进行捏合,挤出量为30kg/hr并且螺杆转数为250rpm,然后使用TOYO(夹紧力180吨)注射成型装置,由此使样品成型。
实施例2
以与实施例1中相同的方式制备聚丙烯树脂组合物,不同之处在于,将用有机硅烷类偶联剂表面处理的平均直径为1.0μm的滑石和用有机硅烷类偶联剂表面处理的晶须以约9wt%:约9wt%的比例混合。
实施例3
以与实施例1中相同的方式制备聚丙烯树脂组合物,不同之处在于,将用有机硅烷类偶联剂表面处理的平均直径为1.0μm的滑石和用有机硅烷类偶联剂表面处理的晶须以约6wt%:约12wt%的比例混合。
比较例1
以与实施例1中相同的方式制备聚丙烯树脂组合物,不同之处在于,将固有粘度为约1.5dl/g的乙烯-辛烯无规共聚物、未改性的平均直径为8.0μm的滑石、以及未改性的晶须以约20wt%:约12wt%:约6wt%的比例混合。
比较例2
以与比较例1中相同的方式制备聚丙烯树脂组合物,不同之处在于,将未改性的平均直径为8.0μm的滑石、和未改性的晶须以约9wt%:约9wt%的比例混合。
比较例3

根据ASTM D256在室温(23℃)下测量实施例和比较例中得到的样品的IZOD冲击强度,结果示于[表2]。
测试例4:涂层粘附力
通过使用Karcher高压装置将样品的距离垂直保持在10cm,通过管喷嘴将70℃和65bar的高温高压水喷射到测试样品的表面上以通过是否在涂膜的表面上引起损伤来评价涂层粘附力。此时,在涂膜样品的表面上做出叉形标记,涂布后将该表面静置约24小时,然后进行测试。对于粘附力的评价标准,分别将没有发生剥离的情况、涂膜表面约5%剥离的情况、涂膜表面约5%至约35%剥离的情况、涂膜表面约35%至约65%剥离的情况、涂膜全部表面剥离的情况记作“0”、“1”、“2”、“3”、“4”。

1.一种聚丙烯树脂组合物,其包含基础树脂、热塑性弹性体和改性无机填料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚丙烯树脂组合物,其中所述基础树脂包含一种选自丙烯均聚物、丙烯与碳原子数为2和4-20的α-烯烃单体的共聚物、及其组合的聚丙烯树脂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚丙烯树脂组合物,其中根据ASTMD1238在230℃的温度和2.16kg的负载下测量所述基础树脂的熔体指数为20g/10min至100g/10min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的聚丙烯树脂组合物,其中通过13C-NMR方法所述基础树脂的全同立构五元组分数为0.80至0.99。
5.根据权利要求1所述的聚丙烯树脂组合物,其中基于所述聚丙烯树脂组合物的总重量,所述聚丙烯树脂组合物以50wt%至80wt%的量包含所述基础树脂。

8.根据权利要求1所述的聚丙烯树脂组合物,其中基于100重量份的所述基础树脂,所述热塑性弹性体以24重量份至44重量份的量存在。
9.根据权利要求1所述的聚丙烯树脂组合物,其中所述无机填料通过用有机钛酸酯类偶联剂、有机硅烷类偶联剂、接枝有不饱和羧酸或其酸酐的改性聚烯烃、脂肪酸、脂肪酸金属盐、脂肪酸酯、及其组合进行表面处理而改性。
10.根据权利要求1所述的聚丙烯树脂组合物,其中所述无机填料包括选自滑石、晶须、纳米粘土、及其组合的一种。
11.根据权利要求1所述的聚丙烯树脂组合物,其中所述无机填料的平均直径在0.1μm至5μm的范围内。
12.根据权利要求1所述的聚丙烯树脂组合物,其中基于100重量份的所述基础树脂,所述无机填料的含量在8重量份至41重量份的范围内。
13.根据权利要求1所述的聚丙烯树脂组合物,其还包含选自抗氧化剂、加工润滑剂、着色剂、及其组合的添加剂。
14.一种成型产品,其包含根据权利要求1所述的聚丙烯树脂组合物的注射物品。
15.根据权利要求14所述的成型产品,其中根据ASTM D790的挠曲模量为2,500MPa或更大。
