Abstract
本发明公开了一种提高冬枣抗病虫害能力的种植方法,属于冬枣种植技术领域,包括以下步骤:(1)品种选择;(2)整地施肥;(3)浸泡处理;(4)移栽定植;(5)光照处理。通过本发明的方法种植的冬枣,植株定植成活率高,植株健壮、抗病虫害能力强、果实清甜可口、品质佳,另外生物有机肥还有助于改善土壤结构,提高土壤肥力,具有很好的市场推广价值。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于冬枣种植技术领域,具体涉及一种提高冬枣抗病虫害能力的种植方法。
背景技术
冬枣(亦称雁来红、苹果枣、冰糖枣、黄骅冬枣、庙上冬枣、沾化冬枣)是鲁北地区的一个优质晚熟鲜食品种。冬枣属于鼠李科,枣属。是无刺枣树的一个晚熟鲜食优良品种。冬枣的最大特点是维生素C含量极高,每100克果肉维生素C含量高达380-600毫克,是苹果的70倍,柑橘的16倍,连以往被认为富含维生素C的山楂也甘拜下风。冬枣不仅味道可口、皮脆、肉质细嫩、汁多无渣、甘甜清香,而且营养极丰富。冬枣含糖20%-36%;含有天门冬氨酸、苏氨酸、丝氨酸等19种人体所需的氨基酸,总含量为0.985mg/100g冬枣含蛋白质1.65%,膳食纤维2.3%,总黄酮0.26%,烟酸0.87mg/100g,胡萝卜素1.1mg/kg,维生素B10.1mg/kg,维生素B22.2mg/kg。冬枣果实还含有较多的维生素A、维生素E、钾、钠、铁、铜等多种微量元素,营养价值为百果之冠,有“百果王”之称。
现有的冬枣的种植方式大多数都是通过苗木移栽种植,在苗木处理、土壤管理、肥料施肥、后期管理方面存在很大的缺陷,导致现在的冬枣很容易遭受病虫害的危害,而且果实的产出率非常低,果实的品质非常差,市场竞争力很弱。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种提高冬枣抗病虫害能力的种植方法。通过本发明的方法种植的冬枣,植株定植成活率高,植株健壮、抗病虫害能力强、果实清甜可口、品质佳,另外生物有机肥还有助于改善土壤结构,提高土壤肥力,具有很好的市场推广价值。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种提高冬枣抗病虫害能力的种植方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)品种选择:选择生长健壮、根系发达、枝条笔直、无病虫害的优质无毒苗木;
(2)整地施肥:在大棚中按带状整地方式进行整地,行向为南北方向,深度为30-40cm,然后施以生物有机肥,并翻土将土壤与有机肥混匀;
(3)浸泡处理:将步骤(1)中选择的苗木置于浸泡液中进行浸泡处理,同时进行特定波长的超声波处理;
(4)移栽定植:将步骤(3)中浸泡处理后的苗木移栽到步骤(2)中整地施肥后的大棚中,定植深度为35-37cm,定植后的株距为2×3-3×4m;
(5)光照处理:待步骤(4)中定植后的苗木成长至开花期后,每天进行强光照处理1-2h,直至果实成熟。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)中生物有机肥的制备,包括以下步骤:
1)称取相应重量份的稻草70-80份、菜籽壳45-55份、玉米芯35-45份、棉籽壳32-42份、青蒿7-9份、杭白菊4-6份、芦荟5-7份、马齿苋3-7份共同置于秸秆粉碎机中,进行粉碎处理,粉碎处理的时间为35-45min;
2)将操作1)中粉碎后的物料置于高压罐内,然后称取相应重量份的自来水65-75份、高锰酸钾0.4-0.8份、多菌灵0.3-0.5份、鸡粪50-60份、鸭粪45-55份、鸟粪20-30份、细泥土24-28份共同置于高压罐内,设定罐内的蒸气压为1-3MPa,罐内温度为100-140℃,以氮气为保护气体,维压时间为2-5min,然后快速泄压、降温至常温常压;
3)将操作2)中处理后的混合物料置于发酵罐内,然后称取相应重量份的粪肠球菌0.5-0.9份、植物乳杆菌0.6-0.8份共同置于发酵罐内,搅拌混匀,让其自然发酵,发酵过程中打开罐口,自然通风,发酵20-26d即可。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)中生物有机肥的施肥量为2-4kg/m2。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)中浸种液,由以下重量份组分组成:纯化水90-100份、白醋10-20份、75%的乙醇12-14份、甜菜碱3-5份、多菌灵2-4份、大根香叶烯1-3份。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)中浸种液浸泡的时间为3-5d。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)中超声波的频率为20-30kHz。
进一步的,所述步骤(5)中强光照的强度为80000-90000勒克斯。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:
本发明在现有的冬枣种植的方法上做了很大的改善,本发明在种植之前进行整地施肥,一方面为了改善土壤结构,增强土壤肥力,另一方面为冬枣的生长发育提供必需的营养元素,有效地防治病虫害的侵染,促进冬枣健康生长;施肥所使用的是生物有机肥,本发明的生物有机肥以稻草、菜籽壳、玉米芯、棉籽壳、鸡粪、鸭粪、鸟粪、细泥土为基料,它们富含有机质和各种营养元素,不仅可以为冬枣的生长提供养分,还可以提高土壤养分的有效性,改良土壤结构;添加高锰酸钾和多菌灵能够有效地杀死霉菌等,提高有机肥的品质;添加青蒿、杭白菊、芦荟、马齿苋与其他原料共同加入高压罐内,进行反应,它们的有效成分甜没药萜醇、青蒿素等具有抗菌、消炎、杀虫的作用,在高温高压的条件下与其他原料混合,其有效成分的活力被大大提升;紧接着将所有原料置于发酵罐内,添加粪肠球菌、植物乳杆菌进行发酵,有机物分解;本发明的生物有机肥实现了农作物的循环利用,为冬枣的种植节省了成本,并且肥料无毒无害、具有很好的推广价值;本发明将选种的苗木进行浸泡处理之后再进行移栽定植,浸泡液的组成,包括白醋、75%的乙醇、甜菜碱、多菌灵、大根香叶烯,它们合适配比,相互协同作用,杀死苗木根部携带的虫卵、病原菌,并且可以有效地杜绝病原菌和害虫的再次侵染,增强苗木的抗病虫害能力;在浸泡处理的同时进行特定波长的超声波处理,是为了加快浸泡液的流动,促进浸泡液与苗木结合并发挥作用;因为冬枣果实的成熟期集中在11月份,天气比较寒冷,在后期冬枣开花结果的时候,每天进行强光照处理,强光照与11月份的天气形成较大的温差,促进冬枣果实中糖分的富集和积累,提高冬枣的品质。通过本发明的方法种植的冬枣,植株定植成活率高,植株健壮、抗病虫害能力强、果实清甜可口、品质佳,另外生物有机肥还有助于改善土壤结构,提高土壤肥力,具有很好的市场推广价值。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种提高冬枣抗病虫害能力的种植方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)品种选择:选择生长健壮、根系发达、枝条笔直、无病虫害的优质无毒苗木;
(2)整地施肥:在大棚中按带状整地方式进行整地,行向为南北方向,深度为30cm,然后施以生物有机肥,并翻土将土壤与有机肥混匀;
(3)浸泡处理:将步骤(1)中选择的苗木置于浸泡液中进行浸泡处理,同时进行特定波长的超声波处理;
(4)移栽定植:将步骤(3)中浸泡处理后的苗木移栽到步骤(2)中整地施肥后的大棚中,定植深度为35cm,定植后的株距为2×4m;

(3)浸泡处理:将步骤(1)中选择的苗木置于浸泡液中进行浸泡处理,同时进行特定波长的超声波处理;
(4)移栽定植:将步骤(3)中浸泡处理后的苗木移栽到步骤(2)中整地施肥后的大棚中,定植深度为36cm,定植后的株距为2×3m;
(5)光照处理:待步骤(4)中定植后的苗木成长至开花期后,每天进行强光照处理1.5h,直至果实成熟。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)中生物有机肥的制备,包括以下步骤:
1)称取相应重量份的稻草75份、菜籽壳50份、玉米芯40份、棉籽壳37份、青蒿8份、杭白菊5份、芦荟6份、马齿苋5份共同置于秸秆粉碎机中,进行粉碎处理,粉碎处理的时间为40min;
2)将操作1)中粉碎后的物料置于高压罐内,然后称取相应重量份的自来水70份、高锰酸钾0.6份、多菌灵0.4份、鸡粪55份、鸭粪50份、鸟粪25份、细泥土26份共同置于高压罐内,设定罐内的蒸气压为2MPa,罐内温度为120℃,以氮气为保护气体,维压时间为3.5min,然后快速泄压、降温至常温常压;
3)将操作2)中处理后的混合物料置于发酵罐内,然后称取相应重量份的粪肠球菌0.7份、植物乳杆菌0.7份共同置于发酵罐内,搅拌混匀,让其自然发酵,发酵过程中打开罐口,自然通风,发酵23d即可。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)中生物有机肥的施肥量为3kg/m2。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)中浸种液,由以下重量份组分组成:纯化水95份、白醋15份、75%的乙醇13份、甜菜碱4份、多菌灵3份、大根香叶烯2份。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)中浸种液浸泡的时间为4d。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)中超声波的频率为25kHz。
进一步的,所述步骤(5)中强光照的强度为85000勒克斯。
实施例3
一种提高冬枣抗病虫害能力的种植方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)品种选择:选择生长健壮、根系发达、枝条笔直、无病虫害的优质无毒苗木;
(2)整地施肥:在大棚中按带状整地方式进行整地,行向为南北方向,深度为40cm,然后施以生物有机肥,并翻土将土壤与有机肥混匀;
(3)浸泡处理:将步骤(1)中选择的苗木置于浸泡液中进行浸泡处理,同时进行特定波长的超声波处理;
(4)移栽定植:将步骤(3)中浸泡处理后的苗木移栽到步骤(2)中整地施肥后的大棚中,定植深度为37cm,定植后的株距为3×4m;
(5)光照处理:待步骤(4)中定植后的苗木成长至开花期后,每天进行强光照处理2h,直至果实成熟。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)中生物有机肥的制备,包括以下步骤:
1)称取相应重量份的稻草80份、菜籽壳55份、玉米芯45份、棉籽壳42份、青蒿9份、杭白菊6份、芦荟7份、马齿苋7份共同置于秸秆粉碎机中,进行粉碎处理,粉碎处理的时间为45min;
2)将操作1)中粉碎后的物料置于高压罐内,然后称取相应重量份的自来水75份、高锰酸钾0.8份、多菌灵0.5份、鸡粪60份、鸭粪55份、鸟粪30份、细泥土28份共同置于高压罐内,设定罐内的蒸气压为3MPa,罐内温度为140℃,以氮气为保护气体,维压时间为5min,然后快速泄压、降温至常温常压;
3)将操作2)中处理后的混合物料置于发酵罐内,然后称取相应重量份的粪肠球菌0.9份、植物乳杆菌0.8份共同置于发酵罐内,搅拌混匀,让其自然发酵,发酵过程中打开罐口,自然通风,发酵26d即可。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)中生物有机肥的施肥量为4kg/m2。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)中浸种液,由以下重量份组分组成:纯化水100份、白醋20份、75%的乙醇14份、甜菜碱5份、多菌灵4份、大根香叶烯3份。

对照组
现有的常规的冬枣的种植方法。
为了对比本发明效果,本发明选取同一冬枣种植基地,健康状况、大小近乎完全一致的同一品种的冬枣苗木500棵作为实验对象,将选取的冬枣苗木随机分成5组,每组100棵苗木,然后用实施例2、对比实施例1、对比实施例2、对比实施例3、对照组的方法分别对每组冬枣苗木进行种植,期间观察冬枣的健康情况和生长状况,并记录,直至冬枣果实成熟,期间每组的管理方式完全一致。
具体实验对比数据如下表1所示:

由上表1可以看出,通过本发明的方法种植的冬枣,植株定植成活率高,植株健壮、抗病虫害能力强、果实清甜可口、品质佳,另外生物有机肥还有助于改善土壤结构,提高土壤肥力,具有很好的市场推广价值。
Claims (7)
1.一种提高冬枣抗病虫害能力的种植方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)品种选择:选择生长健壮、根系发达、枝条笔直、无病虫害的优质无毒苗木;
(2)整地施肥:在大棚中按带状整地方式进行整地,行向为南北方向,深度为30-40cm,然后施以生物有机肥,并翻土将土壤与有机肥混匀;
(3)浸泡处理:将步骤(1)中选择的苗木置于浸泡液中进行浸泡处理,同时进行特定波长的超声波处理;
(4)移栽定植:将步骤(3)中浸泡处理后的苗木移栽到步骤(2)中整地施肥后的大棚中,定植深度为35-37cm,定植后的株距为2×3-3×4m;
(5)光照处理:待步骤(4)中定植后的苗木成长至开花期后,每天进行强光照处理1-2h,直至果实成熟。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种提高冬枣抗病虫害能力的种植方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中生物有机肥的制备,包括以下步骤:
