The automatic mechanical arm type polishing machine for stainless steel tableware is characterized by comprising a two-dimensional moving platform, an upright post (5), an upper polishing wheel (17), a lower polishing wheel (19), an upper polishing wheel (18), a lower polishing wheel (20), a combined wheel mechanism, a polishing wheel driving mechanism, a polishing wheel adjusting mechanism and a clamp mechanism, wherein the upright post (5) is arranged on the two-dimensional moving platform, the upper polishing wheel (17) and the lower polishing wheel (19) are respectively arranged on the upright post (5) through an upper rocker arm (24) and a lower rocker arm (22), the combined wheel mechanism is connected with the upper rocker arm (24) and the lower rocker arm (22) and is used for driving the upper polishing wheel (17) and the lower polishing wheel (19) to be combined or separated, the upper polishing wheel driving mechanism is used for driving the upper polishing wheel (17) and the lower polishing wheel (19) to rotate, the upper polishing wheel (18) and the lower polishing wheel (20) are respectively arranged on the upright post (5) through the polishing wheel adjusting mechanism and are respectively positioned at the front ends of the upper polishing wheel (17) and the lower polishing wheel (19) and are respectively arranged at the front end of the polishing machine, and the front end of the polishing machine is used for clamping materials to be clamped at a station;
the wheel combining mechanism comprises an upper wheel combining mechanism (11) and a lower wheel combining mechanism (14) which are arranged on two sides of the upright post (5), the upper rocker arm (24) and the lower rocker arm (22) are connected with the upright post (5) through rotating shafts, the front ends of the upper rocker arm (24) and the lower rocker arm (22) are respectively provided with an upper polishing wheel (17) and a lower polishing wheel (19), and the rear ends of the upper rocker arm (24) and the lower rocker arm are respectively connected with the upper wheel combining mechanism (11) and the lower wheel combining mechanism (14);
the upper wheel combining mechanism (11) and the lower wheel combining mechanism (14) have the same structure and comprise wheel combining cylinders (21) and connecting parts, wherein the wheel combining cylinders (21) are arranged on the two-dimensional moving platform, and the output ends of the wheel combining cylinders are connected with the upper rocker arm (24) or the lower rocker arm (22) through the connecting parts;
the connecting component comprises a screw rod (25), a screw nut (23) and a hand wheel (26), wherein two ends of the screw rod (25) are respectively connected with the output end of the wheel combination cylinder (21) and the hand wheel (26), the wheel combination cylinder (21) can rotate along with the screw rod (25), the screw nut (23) is matched with the screw rod (25) to form a thread pair, and the screw nut (23) is connected with the upper rocker arm (24) or the lower rocker arm (22);
the waxing wheel adjusting mechanism comprises an upper waxing wheel adjusting mechanism and a lower waxing wheel adjusting mechanism, the upper waxing wheel adjusting mechanism and the lower waxing wheel adjusting mechanism are identical in structure and comprise waxing wheel adjusting cylinders and connecting rods, the output ends of the waxing wheel adjusting cylinders are connected with the upper waxing wheels (18) or the lower waxing wheels (20) through the connecting rods, and the waxing wheel adjusting cylinders are used for driving the upper waxing wheels (18) to lift or fall or driving the lower waxing wheels (20) to lift or fall;
the clamp mechanism comprises a rotary fixing seat (15), a clamp rotary motor (8), a rotary table (31), a cantilever (37), a sliding cylinder (32) and clamping jaws (7), wherein the clamp rotary motor (8) is arranged on the rotary fixing seat (15), the output end of the clamp rotary motor is connected with the rotary table (31), a sliding rail is arranged on the rotary table (31), the cantilever (37) is in sliding connection with the sliding rail, and the sliding cylinder (32) and the clamping jaws (7) are respectively arranged at two ends of the cantilever (37);
the clamping jaw (7) is connected with the cantilever (37) through a clamp connecting seat (41), and the pitching angle of the clamping jaw (7) is adjusted by adjusting the installation angle between the clamp connecting seat (41) and the cantilever (37).

The automatic mechanical arm polishing machine for stainless steel tableware according to claim 1, wherein the polishing wheel driving mechanism comprises an upper polishing wheel driving mechanism (36) and a lower polishing wheel driving mechanism (35) which are respectively arranged on two sides of the upright (5), the upper polishing wheel driving mechanism (36) and the lower polishing wheel driving mechanism (35) have the same structure and respectively comprise a polishing wheel driving motor and a belt transmission mechanism, the polishing wheel driving motor is arranged at the rear end of the upright (5), and an output shaft is connected with the upper polishing wheel (17) or the lower polishing wheel (19) through the belt transmission mechanism.

The automatic mechanical arm polishing machine for stainless steel tableware according to claim 1, wherein the two-dimensional moving platform comprises a bottom plate (1), a transverse sliding plate (2), a longitudinal sliding plate (3), a transverse driving motor (4) and a longitudinal driving motor (10), wherein a transverse optical axis (16) is arranged on the bottom plate (1), the transverse sliding plate (2) is in sliding connection with the transverse optical axis (16), the transverse driving motor (4) is arranged on the bottom plate (1) and used for driving the transverse sliding plate (2) to slide along the transverse optical axis (16), a longitudinal optical axis is arranged on the transverse sliding plate (2), the longitudinal sliding plate (3) is in sliding connection with the longitudinal optical axis, and the longitudinal driving motor (10) is arranged on the transverse sliding plate (2) and used for driving the longitudinal sliding plate (3) to slide along the longitudinal optical axis.
