Abstract

本发明提供了一种转向节铸件液压夹具,属于液压夹具技术领域,定位心轴,平键a,平键b均固定在夹具体底面上;直线轴承和弹性锥销与转向节铸件配合;角向定位座,圆柱销,角向定位钉,角向夹紧钉,螺帽,弹簧,弹簧座和直线油缸用于约束铸件绕Z轴的转动自由度;液压转角缸a,压板a,支撑钉a,液压转角缸b,压板b,支撑钉b,液压转角缸c,压板c和支撑钉c用于夹紧铸件;导向块a,导向块b,导向块c用于指导转向节铸件的安装。本铸件液压夹具对铸件进行自动定位、支承与夹紧,效率高,承载力大,精度准,可用于实现转向节铸件的批量加工。

一种转向节铸件液压夹具
技术领域
本发明涉及液压夹具技术领域,尤其涉及一种转向节铸件液压夹具。
背景技术
随着汽车轻量化的发展,铝铸件以其质量轻、美观、耐腐蚀等优势得到广泛应用。转向节作为汽车转向桥的重要零件之一,需承受汽车行驶中的多种冲击载荷,保证汽车能够稳定行驶和转向。传统转向节加工常采用三爪卡盘进行人工定位、夹紧,存在精度低、效率低、产品表面易损伤、质量差等缺点,难以实现批量生产。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种转向节铸件液压夹具,通过标准液压元件对铸件进行自动定位、支承与夹紧,并通过气检检测铸件紧固状态。本发明所采用的技术方案是:该转向节铸件液压夹具包括夹具体,定位心轴,平键a,平键b,液压转角缸a,压板a,支撑钉a,液压转角缸b,压板b,支撑钉b,液压转角缸c,压板c,支撑钉c,直线轴承,弹性锥销,圆柱销,角向定位座,角向定位钉,角向夹紧钉,螺帽,弹簧,弹簧座,直线油缸,导向块a,导向块b,导向块c,密封丝堵。
所诉夹具体内部设有进油路、出油路和气路,外部设有底面、平面A、平面B、平面C,和平面D,平面A、平面B和平面C平行,且垂直于底面,平面D与底面平行。所诉定位心轴,平键a,平键b均固定在夹具体底面上,用于与加工设备连接。所诉液压转角缸a固定在夹具体平面A上,压板a固定在液压转角缸a的输出轴上,支撑钉a固定在夹具体平面B上;所诉液压转角缸b固定在夹具体平面A上,压板b固定在液压转角缸b的输出轴上,支撑钉b固定在夹具体平面B上;所诉液压转角缸c固定在夹具体平面C上,压板c固定在液压转角缸c的输出轴上,支撑钉c固定在夹具体平面C上。
所述直线轴承固定在夹具体平面B上,并通过移动副与弹性锥销连接,弹性锥销锥面与转向节铸件配合,用于约束铸件X、Y及Z向的移动自由度和绕X、Y轴的转动自由度。所述角向定位座由圆柱销定位,并固定于夹具体平面C上,角向定位座上固定有角向定位钉,直线油缸固定在夹具体平面D上,通过弹簧座、弹簧及螺帽与角向夹紧钉连接,与角向定位钉配合约束铸件绕Z轴的转动自由度。所述导向块a,导向块b,导向块c均固定于夹具体平面B上,用于指导转向节铸件的安装。所述密封丝堵用于堵住夹具体上的工艺孔。
本发明的优点在于:该转向节铸件液压夹具通过标准液压元件对铸件进行自动定位、支承与夹紧,并通过气检检测铸件紧固状态,既能在粗加工时承受较大的切削力,又能保证在精密加工时的准确定位,可用于实现转向节铸件的批量加工。

具体实施方式
如附图1、2所示,一种转向节铸件液压夹具,该液压夹具包括夹具体2,定位心轴3,平键a 1,平键b 4,液压转角缸a 5、压板a 6,支撑钉a 7,液压转角缸b 13,压板b 14,支撑钉b 12,液压转角缸c 19,压板c 20,支撑钉c 18,直线轴承9,弹性锥销10,圆柱销16,角向定位座17,角向定位钉21,角向夹紧钉22,螺帽24,弹簧23,弹簧座25,直线油缸26,导向块a8,导向块b 11,导向块c 15,密封丝堵27。
所诉夹具体2内部设有进油路29,出油路30和气路28,外部设有底面、平面A、平面B、平面C和平面D,平面A、平面B和平面C平行,且垂直于底面,平面D与底面平行。所诉定位心轴3,平键a 1,平键b 4均固定在夹具体底面上,用于与加工设备连接。所诉液压转角缸a 5固定在夹具体2平面A上,压板a 6固定在液压转角缸a 5的输出轴上,支撑钉a 7固定在夹具体2平面B上;所诉液压转角缸b 13固定在夹具体2平面A上,压板b 14固定在液压转角缸b13的输出轴上,支撑钉b 12固定在夹具体2平面B上;所诉液压转角缸c 19固定在夹具体2平面C上,压板c 20固定在液压转角缸c 19的输出轴上,支撑钉c 18固定在夹具体2平面C上。
所述直线轴承9固定在夹具体2平面B上,并通过移动副与弹性锥销10连接,弹性锥销10锥面与转向节铸件配合,用于约束铸件X、Y及Z向的移动自由度和绕X、Y轴的转动自由度。所述角向定位座17由圆柱销16定位,并固定于夹具体2平面C上,角向定位座17上固定有角向定位钉21,直线油缸26固定在夹具体2平面D上,通过弹簧座25、弹簧23及螺帽24与角向夹紧钉22连接,与角向定位钉21配合约束铸件绕Z轴的转动自由度。所述导向块a 8,导向块b 11,导向块c 15均固定于夹具体2平面B上,用于指导转向节铸件的安装。所述密封丝堵27用于堵住夹具体2上的工艺孔。

1.一种转向节铸件液压夹具,包括夹具体2,定位心轴3,平键a 1,平键b 4,液压转角缸a 5、压板a 6,支撑钉a 7,液压转角缸b 13,压板b 14,支撑钉b 12,液压转角缸c 19,压板c20,支撑钉c 18,直线轴承9,弹性锥销10,角向定位座17,圆柱销16,角向定位钉21,角向夹紧钉22,螺帽24,弹簧23,弹簧座25,直线油缸26,导向块a 8,导向块b 11,导向块c 15,密封丝堵27,其特征在于:
夹具体2内部设有进油路29,出油路30和气路28,外部设有底面、平面A、平面B、平面C和平面D,平面A、平面B和平面C平行,且垂直于底面,平面D与底面平行;
