The apparatus of claim 1, wherein: each lock cylinder mechanism comprises a locking block (305) which presses a locking leaning lug (306 a) at the bottom of a limiting groove (302 a) during locking, and further comprises a screwing screw (304) and a handle (303), wherein the screwing screw (304) penetrates through a flat rotating disc (302), the locking block (305) can be slidably arranged on the flat rotating disc (302) and the sliding direction of the locking block is matched with the extending direction of the limiting groove (302 a), the head of the screwing screw (304) is rotatably arranged on the locking block (305), the tail of the screwing screw (304) is exposed out of the outer peripheral side of the flat rotating disc (302), and the handle (303) is arranged at the tail of the screwing screw (304).

The apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the rotary driving mechanism for driving the flat rotating disc (302) to rotate horizontally comprises a driving motor (309), a driving gear (308) and a driven gear (307), a C-shaped frame (312) is installed on the furling rack (301), an inductor (314) and a controller (313) are installed on the C-shaped frame (312), the driving motor (309) is installed on the furling rack (301) and controlled by the controller (313), the driving gear (308) is coaxially sleeved on an output main shaft of the driving motor (309), and the driven gear (307) is coaxially sleeved on the outer peripheral side of the flat rotating disc (302) and meshed with the driving gear (308).
