智能楼宇是以建筑物为平台,兼备信息设施系统、信息化应用系统、建筑设备管理系统、公共安全系统等,集结构、系统、服务、管理及其优化组合为一体,向人们提供安全、高效、便捷、节能、环保、健康的建筑环境。
储能是使能量转化为在自然条件下比较稳定的存在形态,再通过介质或设备把能量存储起来以备在需要时释放的过程。当前国内储能产业还处于初期发展阶段。除抽水蓄能外,我国还没有直接针对储能的支持政策和补贴。类似间接政策,如峰谷电价政策等,也在一定程度上促进了储能产业的发展。
锂电池在国内储能领域得到了最广泛的应用,具体项目最多并且单个工程规模最大。锂电池是二次电池中能效较高的一种电池,但其成本相对较高,因而使用范围受到一定的限制,一般多用于放电时间较短的应用领域,成本下降是未来技术不断革新的一个重要方向。
在实行分时电价的售电市场,电力用户可根据自身实际情况安排用电计划,将电价较高时段的电力需求转移至电价较低的时段实现,从而达到降低总体用电成本的目的。智能楼宇的下一个目标是建设绿色智能楼宇,这也是智慧城市的有机组成部分。
本发明提供了一种分布式智能楼宇集成储能系统。其具体步骤如下,将电池堆及变流器并联成电池和变流器模块,由电池管理系统管理;电池和变流器模块以及电池管理系统受监控系统和后台控制;楼宇储能模块由电池堆、变流器、电池管理系统及监控系统和后台控制组成;将分散的楼宇储能模块,通过聚合器进行系统化集成,以实现智能楼宇的节能目标。
