Abstract

本发明提供一种高光亮、超强珠光的塑料瓶及其制备方法,该塑料瓶包括外层、中层和内层。按重量份计,外层5‑30份,中层5‑30份,内层40‑90份。外层包括50‑99份聚烯烃、0‑50份粘合剂、1‑5份防磨损剂、0.05‑1份成核剂;中层包括50‑99份聚烯烃、0‑50份粘合剂、1‑10份珠光色母;内层包括50‑99份聚烯烃、1‑10份有机颜料、0‑40份口水回收料。本发明使用聚烯烃塑料为主要原料,成型后的塑料瓶具有高光亮、抗冲击和表面不宜刮伤等特点。可将各种颜色的珠光色母或金属色色母放入中间层,瓶子的表面会给出立体反射发光效果,珠光和金属色效果增强。成型时形成的水口料回收添加至内层,成本降低。

背景技术
[0002]目前市场上的高光泽塑料瓶一般是使用的单层或多层的PET、PETG、EVOH、PP、PE等 材料,所挤出成型生产的塑料瓶成本较高,而且一般只有有限的特性而难以满足目前市场 上对高品质、环保、成本低等的要求。本专利提供一种使用聚烯烃为主要材料的三层挤出塑 料瓶,可以同时具有多个特性以满足目前市场上越来越多的对高品质塑料平的需求。

发明内容
[0004]本发明针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种高光亮、超强珠光的塑料瓶,以解决目 前市场上的高光亮瓶成本高,不宜回收而且表面容易被划伤的问题。
[0005]本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种高光亮、超强珠光的塑料瓶,该塑 料瓶包括外层、中层和内层,按重量份计,外层5-30份,中层5-30份,内层40-90份;
[0006]按重量份计,外层包括50_99份聚烯烃、0-50份粘合剂、1-5份防磨损剂、 成核剂;
[0007]按重量份计,中层包括50-99份聚烯烃、0-50份粘合剂、1-10份珠光色母;
[0008]按重量份计,内层包括50-99份聚烯径、1-10份有机颜料、〇-4〇份口水回收料。
[0009]上述外层、中层和内层中各种组成的质量只代表重量比,不是绝对加入量,绝对加 入量为外层5-30份,中层5-30份,内层40-90份。

[0020]本发明进一步设置为,待容器成型后瓶口和瓶底的口水料长短为30-50mm,使用天 平确认成型容器重量稳定,在所需要的重量范围内;生产完毕后,先关闭外层螺杆的运转, 依次关闭中层螺杆和外层螺杆的运转。

[0022] 1、使用一般的聚烯烃塑料粒子为主要原料形成表面高光泽塑料瓶,成型后的塑料 瓶具有尚光壳、抗冲击和表面不宜刮伤等特点。
[0023] 2、如果将各种颜色的珠光色母材料或金属色色母材料放入中间层,瓶子的表面会 给出立体感(3D效果)的反射发光效果,珠光和金属色效果增强。
[0024] 3、成型时形成的水口料可以回收添加至三层瓶的内层,成本会进一步的降低。

5.根据权利要求1-4任一所述的高光亮、超强珠光的塑料瓶的制备方法,其特征在于: 1) 将三层机设备开启并预热2小时左右,使各个螺杆,模头,口模各个环节加热至2〇〇_ 220; 2) 按比例配比将组成塑料瓶外层的粘合剂、防磨损剂、成核剂和聚烯烃混合充分,并加 入到外层螺杆的加料斗中; 按比例配比将组成塑料瓶中层的聚烯烃、粘合剂和珠光色母混合充分,并加入到中层 螺杆的加料斗中; 按比例配比将组成塑料瓶内层的聚烯烃、有机颜料和口水回收料混合均匀,并加入到 外层螺杆的加料斗中; 3) 开启外层螺杆,使外层螺杆挤出外层所需比例;然后开启中层螺杆,使中层螺杆挤出 中层所需比例;接着开启内层螺杆,设定运转速率使内层螺杆挤出内层所需比例; 4) 待口模处料胚的外观光滑均匀后,开始使用预先安装好的模具成型。
6.根据权利要求5所述的高光亮、超强珠光的塑料瓶的制备方法,其特征在于:待容器 成型后瓶口和瓶底的口水料长短为30-50mm,使用天平确认成型容器重量稳定,在所需要的 重量范围内;生产完毕后,先关闭外层螺杆的运转,依次关闭中层螺杆和外层螺杆的运转。
