目前在厨房里还是用菜刀把火腿肠切成丁,剥去肠衣后的火腿肠,先纵向切成长条形的片,再换纵向的另一个方向切成条,然后横向切成丁,费工费时,还很难切得大小均匀,影响食品的观感和口感。在大型食堂里需要的火腿肠丁更多,切丁需要大量的人工。

本发明的目的在于改进现有技术的不足之处,提供一种火腿肠快速切丁器。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种火腿肠快速切丁器,包括放置槽、放置槽盖、推进器、铡刀、驱动轮组件、同步带、方格刀、安装盒、止退棘爪和改向同步轮;

棘轮每转动一定的角度,通过组合轮轴带动驱动同步轮转动同样的角度,带动同步带的上工作边自左向右平移一段距离,驱动孔通过插销带动推进器向右平移同样的距离,推进器推动上槽和下槽组成的圆柱形空间内的火腿肠向右平移,火腿肠的右端则被方格刀切割成多个方条平移至方格刀的右边空间,刀刃绕刀铰孔摆动划过方格刀右侧的空间,则把右端的方条切割成丁。
本发明的工作过程如下所述。
1)把剥去肠衣的火腿肠放入放置槽内,火腿肠的右端靠紧方格刀。
2)安装推进器,使推头在放置槽内、火腿肠的左边,插销透过推进器避孔插入最接近的一个驱动孔内。
3)盖上放置槽盖并向下按压,直至连接扣和扣槽扣合在一起,火腿肠和推头都被封在上槽和下槽组成的圆柱形空间内。
4)反复扳动铡刀的刀柄,铡刀绕刀铰孔在限位块一和限位块二所限定的范围内摆动。
(1)当向下摆动时,刀刃划过方格刀右侧的空间,条状的火腿肠从方格刀里面伸到右边空间,刀刃横向切割条状的火腿肠,则条状的火腿肠被切割成丁。由于止退棘爪的防止反向转动功能,棘爪发生弹性变形划过棘轮的齿顶而棘轮不转动。
(2)向上摆动时的行程分为两个阶段。
a)刀刃向上摆动离开火腿肠。
b)刀刃继续向上摆动,棘爪绕刀铰孔向下摆动透过棘爪避孔插入棘轮的齿槽并驱动棘轮转动一定的角度,棘轮的齿顶从止退棘爪上划过,止退棘爪发生弹性变形避让棘轮。棘轮转动一定的角度,通过组合轮轴带动驱动同步轮转动同样的角度,带动同步带的上工作边自左向右平移一段距离,驱动孔通过插销带动推进器向右平移同样的距离,推进器推动上槽和下槽组成的圆柱形空间内的火腿肠向右平移,火腿肠的右端则被方格刀切割成多个方条平移至方格刀的右边空间。然后重复步骤(1)。

铡刀的后端设有刀柄,中间部位的下边缘设有刀刃,刀刃再往前设有刀铰孔,刀铰孔再往前设有棘爪和限位块一,棘爪由具有弹性的铜板制作;铡刀通过刀铰孔和安装盒的上表面组成铰链,刀刃绕刀铰孔摆动时划过方格刀右侧的空间;棘爪绕刀铰孔向下摆动透过棘爪避孔插入棘轮的齿槽并驱动棘轮转动一定的角度,或者向上摆动划过棘轮的齿顶;在刀柄和刀刃连接部位的正下方对应的安装盒的上面设置有限位块二;棘爪绕刀铰孔向下摆动至行程的末端时限位块一碰撞安装盒的上表面,刀柄一端向下摆动至行程的末端时铡刀碰撞限位块二的上表面;
止退棘爪由具有弹性的铜板制作,止退棘爪插入棘轮的齿槽,或者棘轮正向转动,棘轮的齿顶从止退棘爪上划过。
