Abstract
本发明公开了一种圆盘形地瓜切片装置，包括底座，所述底座侧壁的两侧焊接有竖直设置的固定杆，固定杆的上端插设有伸缩杆，伸缩杆之间通过支架安装有水平设置的挡板，挡板的中部开设有通孔，通孔内插设有竖直设置的丝杆，丝杆的下端安装有刀片，丝杆的上端焊接有把手，把手为L形，且丝杆的外侧套接有螺母，螺母通过支架固定安装在伸缩杆的上端，且底座上端焊接有两个竖直设置的滑竿，滑竿与刀片的两端滑动连接，本装置使用过程中，可以方便的进行切片操作，且整个操作方便快捷。

技术领域
本发明涉及切片装置技术领域，尤其涉及一种圆盘形地瓜切片装置。
背景技术
地瓜，味甘性温，能滑肠通便，健胃益气。含有较多的纤维素，能在肠中吸收水份增大粪便的体积，引起通便的作用。其中丰富的纤维质有助排便。地瓜含有大量的糖、蛋白质、各种维生素与矿物质、胡萝卜素和维生素C以及抑制癌细胞生长的抗癌物质、大量食物性纤维，所以能预防便秘、肠癌；同时能减少热量的摄取，是减肥的最佳食品之一。地瓜在切片过程中，通常是利用菜刀进行切片，切片过程比较麻烦，且速度较慢。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点，而提出的一种圆盘形地瓜切片装置。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用了如下技术方案：
一种圆盘形地瓜切片装置，包括底座，所述底座侧壁的两侧焊接有竖直设置的固定杆，固定杆的上端插设有伸缩杆，伸缩杆之间通过支架安装有水平设置的挡板，挡板的中部开设有通孔，通孔内插设有竖直设置的丝杆，丝杆的下端安装有刀片，丝杆的上端焊接有把手，把手为L形，且丝杆的外侧套接有螺母，螺母通过支架固定安装在伸缩杆的上端，且底座上端焊接有两个竖直设置的滑竿，滑竿与刀片的两端滑动连接。
优选的，所述刀片为网格形，且刀片的外侧焊接有圆环形的边框，并且边框的外侧焊接有两个滑块，滑竿相互靠近的一端开设有竖直设置的滑槽，滑块与滑槽的内壁滑动连接。
优选的，所述刀片的上端设有卡槽，丝杆的下端插设在卡槽的内侧，且丝杆为倒T字型，且丝杆下端的水平宽度大于丝杆上端的水平宽度。
优选的，所述挡板的下端开设有凹槽，且凹槽的尺寸与刀片尺寸相一致，且挡板上开设有通孔，滑竿的上端延伸至通孔的外侧。
优选的，所述固定杆与伸缩杆之间放置有弹簧。
本发明的有益效果是：本装置使用过程中，将地瓜放置在底座上，通过挡板在弹性作用下可以将地瓜固定住，此时转动把手，通过丝杆带动刀片运动，滑竿与刀片上的滑块相配合，可以使得刀片不会转动，刀片可以在竖直方向进行运动，刀片向下运动时，可以将地瓜切片，刀片向上运动时，地瓜与挡板相接触，地瓜与刀片相分离，地瓜切片完毕，整个操作方便快捷。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-3，一种圆盘形地瓜切片装置，包括底座1，所述底座 1侧壁的两侧焊接有竖直设置的固定杆2，固定杆2的上端插设有伸缩杆3，伸缩杆3之间通过支架安装有水平设置的挡板4，挡板4的中部开设有通孔，通孔内插设有竖直设置的丝杆6，丝杆6的下端安装有刀片8，丝杆6的上端焊接有把手7，把手7为L形，且丝杆6 的外侧套接有螺母5，螺母5通过支架固定安装在伸缩杆3的上端，且底座1上端焊接有两个竖直设置的滑竿9，滑竿9与刀片8的两端滑动连接，所述刀片8为网格形，且刀片8的外侧焊接有圆环形的边框，并且边框的外侧焊接有两个滑块，滑竿9相互靠近的一端开设有竖直设置的滑槽，滑块与滑槽的内壁滑动连接，所述刀片8的上端设有卡槽，丝杆6的下端插设在卡槽的内侧，且丝杆6为倒T字型，且丝杆6下端的水平宽度大于丝杆6上端的水平宽度，所述挡板4的下端开设有凹槽，且凹槽的尺寸与刀片8尺寸相一致，且挡板4上开设有通孔，滑竿9的上端延伸至通孔的外侧，所述固定杆2与伸缩杆3 之间放置有弹簧10。
本实施例中，本装置使用过程中，将地瓜放置在底座1上，通过挡板4在弹性作用下可以将地瓜固定住，此时转动把手7，通过丝杆 6带动刀片8运动，滑竿9与刀片8上的滑块相配合，可以使得刀片 8不会转动，刀片8可以在竖直方向进行运动，刀片8向下运动时，可以将地瓜切片，刀片8向上运动时，地瓜与挡板4相接触，地瓜与刀片8相分离，地瓜切片完毕，整个操作方便快捷。

1.一种圆盘形地瓜切片装置，包括底座(1)，其特征在于，所述底座(1)侧壁的两侧焊接有竖直设置的固定杆(2)，固定杆(2)的上端插设有伸缩杆(3)，伸缩杆(3)之间通过支架安装有水平设置的挡板(4)，挡板(4)的中部开设有通孔，通孔内插设有竖直设置的丝杆(6)，丝杆(6)的下端安装有刀片(8)，丝杆(6)的上端焊接有把手(7)，把手(7)为L形，且丝杆(6)的外侧套接有螺母(5)，螺母(5)通过支架固定安装在伸缩杆(3)的上端，且底座(1)上端焊接有两个竖直设置的滑竿(9)，滑竿(9)与刀片(8)的两端滑动连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种圆盘形地瓜切片装置，其特征在于，所述刀片(8)为网格形，且刀片(8)的外侧焊接有圆环形的边框，并且边框的外侧焊接有两个滑块，滑竿(9)相互靠近的一端开设有竖直设置的滑槽，滑块与滑槽的内壁滑动连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种圆盘形地瓜切片装置，其特征在于，所述刀片(8)的上端设有卡槽，丝杆(6)的下端插设在卡槽的内侧，且丝杆(6)为倒T字型，且丝杆(6)下端的水平宽度大于丝杆(6)上端的水平宽度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种圆盘形地瓜切片装置，其特征在于，所述挡板(4)的下端开设有凹槽，且凹槽的尺寸与刀片(8)尺寸相一致，且挡板(4)上开设有通孔，滑竿(9)的上端延伸至通孔的外侧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种圆盘形地瓜切片装置，其特征在于，所述固定杆(2)与伸缩杆(3)之间放置有弹簧(10)。
