[0002] 木耳是一种传统的山珍,为我国的主栽食用菌和重要出口食用菌之一,其产业是 农民增收致富的重要途径。生产上栽培木耳的主要大宗原料为阔叶树木肩,近年来由于栽 培原材料短缺,导致栽培成本不断增加。据报道,以象草、芒其、毛豆壳、茶枝肩、甘蔗渣、梨 枝条、沼渣、白灵菇废料等原料代替或部分替代木耳栽培中的杂木肩、棉籽壳和麸皮,从而 降低栽培成本,获得良好的效果,而通江是中国银耳之乡,年栽培段木银耳100万袋以上,产 生废旧耳棒1亿斤以上,废旧银耳棒在当地主要以燃料进行再利用,利用价值低,造成了资 源浪费。

[0025] 1、粉料:将废旧银耳棒粉碎为木肩,用木肩粉碎机粉成1.0mm,不宜过粗。
[0026] 2、配方:粉碎好的木肩72%、麸皮15%、棉籽壳10%、石膏1 %、红糖1 %、石灰1 %、 水110 %搅拌均匀;
[0027] 3、装袋:采用17*35的PET袋,用装袋机装成1-1.25kg的菌袋,再用窝口机窝口后插 入接种棒,用棉塞封口后待灭菌;
[0028] 4、灭菌:将装好的菌袋装入灭菌框内,放入灭菌锅中码好,进行常压灭菌;
[0029] 5、冷却:将已灭好菌的菌袋放入冷却室,待料内温度降至30 °C以下进行接种。
[0030] 6、接种:接种前,操作人员将手和工具用来苏儿水清洗消毒后,将冷却好的菌袋放 入接种箱,拔出棉塞和接种棒进行接种,接菌标准为菌种填满接种孔为准,接种后再用棉塞 封口;
[0031] 7、养菌:将接种好的菌袋送入培养室进行培养,培养室温度要先高后低。初期温度 可控制在28°C左右,中期温度控制在25°C左右,后期温度保持22°C〜25°C,相对湿度60 %〜 70%,室内光线接近黑暗或完全黑暗。发菌期间每天通风换气30min,每隔7d用来苏尔溶液 喷雾消毒一次,接种半个月后,当接种处菌落长到8cm左右大的圆圈时,袋内温度比室内温 度要高出2°C左右,这时袋内温度可能还会继续上升,应进行翻堆降温,防止高温烧菌,发菌 时间 40-50d;
[0032] 8、刺孔:将已经长满菌丝的菌袋进行刺孔,5到7天后下田排场;
[0033] 9、排场:先在田内做床,床面宽1.2m,长度不限,床面之间留50cm宽过道,再在做好 的床面及过道上铺一层地膜,然后将打孔后的菌袋,按间距7-lOcm,呈“品”字形摆放在事先 做好的耳床上,每亩田排放8000-10000袋菌袋;

[0037] 试验方法:试验设计为五种不同配方(表1),每种配方为一处理,即五个处理,与常 规代料栽培作为对照(CK),采取田间进行随机区组排列,设3次重复,每个处理30袋栽培袋, 共15个小区,分别对每个小区计算产量,然后对产量进行方差分析,筛选最佳配方,用最佳 配方再进行中试和生产应用,推广。

[0040]试验数据:从2016年小规模示范数据统计情况来看,利用废旧银耳棒所生的黑木 耳片型、光泽、产量均较为稳定,口感同比其他杂木肩所生产的黑木耳占有明显优势,广受 群众和收购商的欢迎;通过充分利用废旧银耳棒作为主要的生长原料,基本解决了农民将 大量具有利用价值的废旧耳棒用作烤火取暖而无法产生经济效益的情况,2016年示范推广 10万袋,平均每袋可产干黑木耳75克,产量达1.5万斤,按80元/千克计算产值达60万元;按 每亩1万袋计算,每亩可收木耳750千克/亩,产值6万元/亩,平均亩增收6000。同时夏季木耳 结束后,耳场可继续种植水稻等作物,不耽误农时。

1. 一种废旧银耳棒在栽培黑木耳方面的应用。
2. —种利用废旧银耳棒栽培黑木耳的方法,其特征在于,包括:将废旧银耳棒粉碎作为 栽培木耳的原料进行栽培。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述栽培包括以下步骤: 废旧银耳棒粉碎—配料—装袋—灭菌—冷却—接种—培养菌丝—刺孔—排场—出耳 管理—米收; 其中,配料的步骤包括:在粉碎好的银耳棒木肩中按比例加入麸皮、棉籽壳、石膏、红 糖、石灰、水,并搅拌均匀。
4. 根据权利要求3所述的步骤,其特征在于,所述配料按照质量百分比包括:72%的银 耳棒木肩、15 %的麸皮、10 %的棉籽壳、1 %的石膏、1 %的红糖、1 %的石灰、110 %的水。
