It may be evident, however, that such embodiment(s) may be practiced without these specific details. In other instances, well-known structures and devices are shown in block diagram form in order to facilitate describing one or more embodiments.
In order to more clearly illustrate the invention, the invention is further described below with reference to preferred embodiments and the accompanying drawings. Similar parts in the figures are denoted by the same reference numerals. It is to be understood by persons skilled in the art that the following detailed description is illustrative and not restrictive, and is not to be taken as limiting the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the present invention provides a speaker module, which includes a module housing and a speaker unit 1 accommodated in a cavity formed by the module housing, where the module housing includes a first housing 2 and a second housing (not shown) fixed together, the module housing is provided with a sound outlet 21, the speaker unit 1 includes a vibration system and a magnetic circuit system, the vibration system includes a diaphragm 3 and a voice coil fixed to one side of the diaphragm 3, the diaphragm 3 includes an outermost fixed portion, a bent ring portion 31 located inside the fixed portion, and a central portion located inside the ring portion 31 and having a planar structure, and the voice coil is fixed to one side of the central portion of the diaphragm 3; the magnetic circuit system of the speaker unit is formed with a magnetic field and has a magnetic gap accommodating the voice coil.
In this embodiment, the speaker unit divides a cavity enclosed by a module housing formed by a first housing 2 and a second housing (not shown) into a front cavity and a rear cavity isolated from each other, a sound outlet 21 is formed on a side wall of the first housing 2 by feeding the first housing 2 of the module housing, and a front cavity communicated with the sound outlet 21 is formed between the diaphragm 3 and the first housing 2; the front cavity comprises an upstream cavity body right opposite to the loudspeaker single body 1 and a sound outlet channel 22 used for communicating the upstream cavity body with the sound outlet 21, and sound generated by the loudspeaker single body vibration system is transmitted to the outside of the loudspeaker module through the sound outlet channel 22 and the sound outlet 21.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, in the conventional side-emitting speaker module, on a module housing 200 that forms a front cavity of the speaker module together with a diaphragm of a speaker unit 100, a portion of a housing 201 located directly above a central portion of the diaphragm of the speaker unit 100 is mostly of a flat plate structure, in order to obtain a greater loudness, a height of an acoustic channel of the side-emitting speaker module needs to be larger as well as better, but the larger height of the acoustic channel makes a cavity space between the diaphragm of the speaker unit 100 and an inner side surface of the portion of the housing 201 corresponding to the portion directly above the diaphragm larger, so that a high-frequency Fh of a frequency response curve is smaller and narrower in bandwidth, and the high-frequency loudness is limited.
In the speaker module structure provided by the present invention, the central portion of the diaphragm 3 is a planar structure, and the first housing 2 corresponding to the diaphragm 3 includes a lower surface close to one side of the diaphragm 3 and an upper surface far from one side of the diaphragm 3; the lower surface of the first shell 2 opposite to the central part of the diaphragm 3 is provided with a bulge part 4, and a height difference is formed between the lower surface of the first shell 2 corresponding to the corrugated part of the diaphragm 3 and the lower surface of the first shell 2 at the position of the bulge part 4. In other words, the first housing 2 is provided with the bump 4, and a contraction cavity 5 is formed between the lower surface of the first housing 2 at the location of the bump 4 and the top surface of the central portion of the diaphragm 3 having a planar structure, which is far from the voice coil.
Furthermore, the height of the contraction cavity 5 formed between the lower surface of the first shell 2 at the position of the bulge part 4 and the central part of the vibrating diaphragm 3 is shortened compared with the height between the module shell and the height corresponding to the central part of the vibrating diaphragm of the existing module, the structural design reduces the distance between the central part of the vibrating diaphragm 3 and the lower surface of the first shell 2 at the position of the bulge part 4, the height of the sound outlet channel 22 cannot be reduced therewith, under the condition that the height of the sound outlet 21 is ensured, and on the premise that the low-frequency loudness in the loudspeaker is not influenced, the high-frequency curve of the loudspeaker module is improved, the Fh of the frequency response curve can extend towards the high-frequency direction, the frequency bandwidth of the frequency response curve of the loudspeaker is widened, the high-frequency loudness is also improved therewith, and the harmonic. It should be noted that, with reference to the structure shown in the figure, the vibration system of the speaker unit provided by the present invention may further include a reinforcing portion 32 fixedly coupled to the central portion of the diaphragm 3, where the reinforcing portion 32 may be located on a top surface of the central portion far from the voice coil, or may be located on a bottom surface of the central portion near the voice coil; referring to fig. 4, when the reinforcing portion 32 is located on the top surface of the central portion away from the voice coil, a contraction cavity 5 is formed between the lower surface of the first housing 2 at the location of the ridge portion 4 and the surface of the reinforcing portion 32 on the side away from the central portion. Of course, it is understood that when the reinforcement portion is located on the bottom surface of the central portion close to the voice coil, a contraction cavity is formed between the lower surface of the first housing 2 at the location of the bulge portion and the top surface of the diaphragm far from the reinforcement portion, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
As for the formation of the raised portion, it may be formed by the lower surface of the module case protruding, or as shown in the structure illustrated in the present invention, the raised portion is formed by the module case being recessed from the upper surface toward the lower surface, specifically, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, in this embodiment, the raised portion 4 is formed by the first case 2 of the module case being recessed from the upper surface toward the lower surface, the side wall of the raised portion 4 formed by the recess on the first case 2 of the module case can reinforce the overall strength of the module case, and the recessed area formed by the recess from the upper surface toward the lower surface of the first case 2 can be installed to fit with the mounting surface of the terminal electronic device of a specific structure, although it can be understood by those skilled in the art that the contact or non-contact between the mounting surface of the terminal electronic device of a specific structure and the upper surface of the first case 2 at the position of the raised portion 4 can be made, the invention is not limited in this regard. In addition, based on the object of the present invention, in order to obtain better acoustic performance of the speaker module, it is preferable that the lower surface portion of the first housing 2 corresponding to the bulge portion 4 is a flat surface.
As shown in fig. 4, in the present invention, the orthographic projection area of the central portion covers the orthographic projection area of the ridge portion 4; it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the orthographic projection area of the central portion may also be arranged to coincide with the orthographic projection of the elevated portion 4. Adopt this kind of bulge 4 and the corresponding design of setting of 3 central parts of speaker monomer vibrating diaphragm, do not change the orthographic projection area of 3 central parts of vibrating diaphragm, the effective vibration area of vibrating diaphragm 3 keeps unchangeable, the top of 3 book ring portion 31 of vibrating diaphragm keeps unchangeable rather than the distance between the 2 lower surfaces of first shell that correspond, required enough vibration space when can leaving sufficient vocal passageway 22 height and vibrating diaphragm 3 vibration, when having avoided vibrating diaphragm 3 vibration, 3 book ring portion 31 of vibrating diaphragm collides with bulge 4, produce the noise, influence the appearance of speaker module acoustic performance condition, the sound producing effect of vibrating diaphragm has been guaranteed.
In addition, as shown in fig. 4, in the specific embodiment provided by the present invention, the ring-folding portion 21 is provided in a bending structure facing away from the voice coil, a distance between a top of the ring-folding portion 21 and a corresponding lower surface of the first housing 2 is greater than a distance between a top of the central portion and a corresponding lower surface of the first housing 2 at the position of the raised portion 4, and a lower surface of the first housing 2 corresponding to the raised portion 4 is located on a side of the top of the ring-folding portion 21 away from the voice coil. One of the purposes of the design is to avoid the collision between the bulge part 4 and the vibrating diaphragm 3, which generates noise and influences the sound production effect of the vibrating diaphragm; another objective is to obtain the best acoustic effect by adjusting the distance between the diaphragm and the module housing, for example, in the actual product structure, the distance between the top of the bending ring part 21 and the corresponding lower surface of the first housing 2 may be 0.76mm, and the distance between the top surface of the central part and the lower surface of the first housing 2 at the position of the bulge part 4 may be 0.65mm, which should be said to be the best acoustic performance of the speaker module as a whole.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the above-described module structure is only an optimum embodiment, and it should be noted that the lower surface of the module housing corresponding to the bump portion may also extend toward the direction close to the diaphragm, and the lower surface of the module housing corresponding to the bump portion may extend to the side of the top of the flexure portion close to the voice coil, on the premise that no collision occurs between the bump portion and the diaphragm. In addition, the distance between the top of the folded ring portion and the lower surface of the corresponding module housing may also be equal to or less than the distance between the top surface of the central portion and the lower surface of the module housing at the position of the raised portion, which is not limited in the present invention.
As a preferred embodiment, the present embodiment provides a module case structure in which the module case includes two raised portions 4 formed on the first case 2, and a rib portion 6 is formed in a portion of the first case 2 between the two raised portions 4, as shown in fig. 8. In addition, in order to ensure the fitting surface between the module housing and the terminal electronic device, it is preferable that the upper surface of the bead portion 6 and the upper surface of the first housing 2 corresponding to the edge of the raised portion are located on the same horizontal plane. When the mounting surface of the terminal electronic device is a plane, the mounting surface of the terminal electronic device can be directly abutted and pressed on the upper surface of the rib part 6. However, it should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiment is only a preferred embodiment, and besides the rib portion structure, when the upper surface of the rib portion is lower than or exceeds the upper surface of the first housing corresponding to the edge of the raised portion, a person skilled in the art can understand that the mounting surface of the terminal electronic device should include a protruding structure or a recessed structure adapted to the rib portion, so that the rib portion is abutted and fixed with the mounting surface of the terminal electronic device, so as to improve the stability and the mounting strength of the speaker module, and eliminate the risk that the front cavity generates a resonance harmonic wave when the speaker vibrates, which is not limited by the present invention.
In addition, when the module housing includes a protrusion formed on the first housing, one or more rib portions may be formed in the recessed area formed by the recess of the upper surface of the first housing by injection molding integrally with the module housing or by bonding or the like, and the plurality of rib portions may be arranged in a grid or a lattice. Through the rib portion that this kind of mode set up, can realize the assembly face of terminal electronic device directly butt press cover on the upper surface of rib portion equally to improve speaker module's stability and assembly strength, further eliminate the beneficial effect of the hidden danger that the antechamber produced resonance harmonic when the speaker vibrates. Preferably, the thickness of the rib portion is not greater than the longitudinal depth of the recess of the upper surface, but it is understood that when the thickness of the rib portion is greater than the longitudinal depth of the recess of the upper surface, the mounting surface of the terminal electronic device should include a recessed structure adapted to the rib portion so that the rib portion is fixed in abutment with the mounting surface of the terminal electronic device, and the invention is not limited thereto.

In this embodiment, the metal sheet and the body portion may be combined by injection molding, bonding, or the like to form a first housing structure of the module housing, and the raised portion is formed on a portion of the metal sheet exposed by the hollow portion.
Furthermore, the metal sheet comprises a lower surface close to one side of the vibrating diaphragm and an upper surface far away from one side of the vibrating diaphragm, wherein the lower surface corresponds to the vibrating diaphragm; the raised part can be formed by the upper surface of the metal sheet sinking towards the lower surface; or the raised portion is formed by protruding from the lower surface of the metal sheet.
In the preferred embodiment, the characteristics that the metal sheet is thin and the strength of the module shell is met are utilized, on one hand, the vibration space required by the vibration of the vibrating diaphragm can be increased, and on the other hand, the height of a sound outlet channel of the loudspeaker module can be increased under the condition that the structural size of the loudspeaker monomer is not changed, so that higher loudness can be obtained. The advantages of the structural style of the bulge portion and the configuration manner of the bulge portion and the central portion of the diaphragm relative to the prior art are the same as the advantages of the structural style of the bulge portion and the configuration manner of the bulge portion and the central portion of the diaphragm relative to the prior art in the above embodiments, and are not described again here.
In addition, when the raised part is formed on the metal sheet by the upper surface of the metal sheet being depressed towards the lower surface, the metal sheet may include two raised parts formed thereon, and the part of the metal sheet between the two raised parts forms the rib part. The rib parts can be in contact with the assembly surface of the terminal electronic device, so that the strength of the module shell is further improved, the hidden danger that the front cavity generates resonance harmonic waves when the loudspeaker vibrates is eliminated, the distortion condition is avoided, and the assembly stability, the assembly strength and the overall acoustic performance of the loudspeaker module are improved.
