the elastic piece 526 is vertically sleeved on the material taking head 524, and two ends of the elastic piece 526 are respectively abutted to the connecting block 523 and the material taking head 524.
It should be noted that, after the U-shaped material receiving port 552 finishes receiving the material of the sealing ring 50, the manipulator drives the material taking head 524 to rotate to a position right above the U-shaped material receiving port 552, the mounting portion 522 descends downward, the material taking head 524 is inserted into the sealing ring 50, the sealing ring 50 is sleeved on the annular material taking portion 525 by expanding the sealing ring 50, then the mounting portion 522 ascends, and when the material taking head 524 sleeves the polar column with the sealing ring 50, the mounting portion 522 descends downward to enable the material taking head 524 to abut against the polar column, so that the material taking head 524 slides upward, and the connecting block 523 pushes the sealing ring 50 downward to be sleeved on the polar column.
As a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 12 and 13, the pressing mechanism 53 includes:
the mounting frame 531 is arranged on one side of the conveying mechanism 1, a fourth pushing member 532 which is vertically pushed downwards is arranged at the top of the mounting frame 531, and the fourth pushing member 532 is arranged right above the conveying mechanism 1;
the pneumatic screwdriver 533 is connected with the pushing end of the fourth pushing member 532, a pneumatic screwdriver head 534 correspondingly matched with the pole is arranged at the tail end of the pneumatic screwdriver 533, and the sealing ring 50 is rotationally extruded by the pneumatic screwdriver head 534.
It should be noted that, after the sealing ring 50 is sleeved on the pole, the sealing ring 50 needs to be sleeved on the root of the pole, so that the sealing ring 50 seals the matching portion of the pole and the battery cover, the wind screwdriver head 534 is added at the end of the wind screwdriver 533, the wind screwdriver head 534 is sleeved with the pole, the wind screwdriver 533 drives the wind screwdriver head 534 to rotate, and the sealing ring 50 is extruded downwards, in the process of rotating and pressing downwards, because the downward pressure of the wind screwdriver head 534 is uniformly applied to each part of the sealing ring 50, and in the whole process of pressing downwards, the uniform wind screwdriver head 534 of the sealing ring 50 limits the sealing ring 50, so that the friction between the sealing ring 50 and the pole is avoided, the sealing ring 50 is twisted, and the situation of poor sealing effect is caused.
It is further explained that the wind-driven rotary compressing mode is adopted, so that the pole is prevented from being stressed excessively when the sealing ring 50 is pressed down, the pole is made of lead which is very soft, and once the pole is stressed unevenly, the pole deforms, so that the sealing performance of the sealing ring 50 is deteriorated, and the wind-driven rotary compressing mode can uniformly disperse the pressing force, so that the deformation of the pole is avoided, and the wind-driven rotary compressing mode is more reasonable than the traditional manual pressing and other mechanical pressing modes.
As shown in fig. 14, it is further described that after the sealing ring 50 is pressed into the root portion of the post, the sealing effect of the sealing ring 50 needs to be detected, therefore, an airtight detection mechanism 54 is provided, the airtight mechanism 54 includes a push-down cylinder 541, a sealing pressure plate 542 and a gas source (the gas source is not labeled in the drawings of the specification, but belongs to the conventional technical means of a person skilled in the art), the push-down cylinder 541 pushes down the sealing pressure plate 542 to press the acid adding hole on the battery cover, then the gas source introduces gas into the acid adding hole through the sealing pressure plate 542, and a gas pressure meter is used to detect the gas pressure at the post, so as to judge the sealing effect of the sealing ring.
As shown in fig. 2, as a preferred embodiment, a sorting device 6 is further disposed at the rear side of the air-tightness detecting mechanism 54, and the sorting device 6 includes:
the pushing cylinder 61 is horizontally arranged on one side of the conveying mechanism 1, and the pushing direction of the pushing cylinder 61 is horizontally and vertically arranged with the conveying direction of the conveying mechanism 1; and
and the conveying branch line 62 is arranged opposite to the push-out air cylinder 61, and is connected with the conveying mechanism 1.
The lead-acid battery 21 which has been detected for airtightness and is defective is pushed by the push-out cylinder 61 from the upper side of the conveying mechanism 1 to the branch conveying line 62 for output, and secondary reprocessing is performed, so that the quality of the lead-acid battery 21 in the processing process is ensured.
As shown in fig. 2, it is further described that the lead-acid battery 21 is processed by mounting a limiting device 7 for limiting and fixing the lead-acid battery at each of the turning mechanism 43, the detection mechanism 41, the correction mechanism 42, the loading mechanism 52, the pressing mechanism 53, the air tightness detection mechanism 54, and the limiting device 7 includes a blocking cylinder 71 disposed below the conveying mechanism 1 and a limiting cylinder 72 disposed at one side of the conveying mechanism 1, the lead-acid battery 21 is blocked by the blocking cylinder 71, the conveying is stopped, and then the lead-acid battery 21 is fixed by the limiting cylinder 72, which facilitates the processing.
Example two:
FIG. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a second embodiment of an automatic seal ring loading system after a lead-acid battery is closed; referring to fig. 3, wherein the same or corresponding components as those in the first embodiment are designated by the same reference numerals as those in the first embodiment, only the differences from the first embodiment will be described below for the sake of convenience, and the second embodiment is different from the first embodiment shown in fig. 1 in that:
an automatic sealing ring loading system after a lead-acid battery is covered, wherein a turnover mechanism 43 is arranged right below a detection mechanism 41, and the turnover mechanism 43 comprises:
the lifting cylinders 431 are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the conveying mechanism 1, and the pushing direction of the lifting cylinders 431 is vertically vertical to the conveying direction of the conveying mechanism 1;
the side pushing cylinder 432 is connected with the pushing end of the lifting cylinder 431, and the pushing direction of the side pushing cylinder 432 is horizontally and vertically arranged with the conveying direction of the conveying mechanism 1; and
and the rotary air cylinder 433 is arranged in a manner that the rotary air cylinder 433 is connected with the pushing end of the side pushing air cylinder 432.
It should be noted that, after the lid of the lead-acid battery 21 is closed, the lead-acid battery 21 is stacked in a pyramid shape and input into the dryer for drying, and the lead-acid battery 21 held by the holding mechanism 32 is inverted because the weight of the lead-acid battery 21 needs to press the battery lid tightly after the lid is closed, so that the glue between the battery lid and the battery case is fully filled, and the battery lid is adhered to the battery case, therefore, when the covered lead-acid battery 21 is closed, the lead-acid battery 21 needs to be turned over by 180 °, the pole is arranged upwards, and the turning mechanism 43 is arranged for this purpose.
The working process is as follows:
the lead-acid battery 21 on the material pile 2 is subjected to ranging positioning through an infrared positioner 31, after the positioning, the lead-acid battery 21 is clamped by a clamping mechanism 32 moving along the direction vertical to the horizontal direction of the conveying mechanism 1, and the lead-acid battery 21 is released on the conveying mechanism 1; the lead-acid battery 21 is conveyed to a detection station positioned at the rear side of the clamping mechanism 32 by the conveying mechanism 1, the lead-acid battery 21 is clamped and turned over by 180 degrees by the turning mechanism 43, the detection unit 413 is pushed to the position right above a pole of the lead-acid battery 21 by the first pushing member 412, the verticality of the pole is detected, the lead-acid battery 21 which is qualified in detection is directly conveyed backwards to a sealing ring loading station, and the lead-acid battery 21 which is unqualified is subjected to clamping correction on the pole by the correction mechanism 42 and conveyed to the sealing ring loading station after correction; the manipulator drives the material taking head 524 to grab the sequenced sealing rings 50, the manipulator sleeves the sealing rings 50 on the polar columns, the pressing mechanism 53 presses the sealing rings 50 on the polar columns, and the air tightness detection mechanism 54 detects the air tightness of the lead-acid battery 21 after the sealing rings 50 are pressed.

the sealing ring loading device (5) is arranged on the rear side of the detection and correction device (4), and comprises a sequencing disc (51) which is arranged on one side of the conveying mechanism (1) and used for automatically sequencing sealing rings (50), a loading mechanism (52) which is rotatably arranged between the conveying mechanism (1) and the sequencing disc (51) and used for grabbing the sealing rings (50) and sleeving the sealing rings on polar columns, a pressing mechanism (53) which is positioned on one side of the loading mechanism (52) and used for pressing the sealing rings (50), and an airtight detection mechanism (54) which is positioned on the rear side of the pressing mechanism (53) and used for detecting the airtightness of the lead-acid battery, wherein the rear side of the airtight detection mechanism (54) is also provided with a sorting device (6), and the loading mechanism (52) comprises a mechanical arm, a connecting block (523), a material taking head (524) and an elastic piece (526), the manipulator is rotatably arranged between the conveying mechanism (1) and the sequencing disc (51), an installation part (522) capable of automatically vertically stretching and retracting is arranged at one end of the manipulator rotating around the axis of the manipulator, the connecting block (523) is vertically connected with the installation part (522), the material taking heads (524) are symmetrically and slidably arranged on the connecting block (523), an annular material taking part (525) used for sleeving the sealing ring (50) is arranged at the tail end of the material taking head (524), the elastic part (526) is vertically sleeved on the material taking head (524), and two ends of the elastic part (526) are respectively abutted between the connecting block (523) and the material taking head (524);

the first pushing member (412) is arranged at the top of the detection rack (411), and the pushing direction of the first pushing member (412) is horizontally and vertically arranged in a direction opposite to the conveying direction of the conveying mechanism (1); and
the detection unit (413) is connected with the pushing end of the first pushing piece (412), and the detection unit (413) is correspondingly matched with the pole.
