Abstract

本发明公开了袋式电池钢带切条装置,它包括一个切割架,在切割架上面设有一层输料平台,在靠近输料平台后面的切割架上横向安装有一对与平台对应的切割辊,在切割辊前面的切割架上安装有一个与切割辊前后对应的钢带输送辊,在刀割架后面靠一侧安装有一个收集传动箱,在收集传动箱前面切割架一侧安装有一台切割电机,在收集传动箱的上部和下部分别并排安装有四根由电机带动并向切割辊后方伸出的卷轴,在各卷轴上分别依次轴向错位安装有一个隔离护板。本发明用分切滚刀对钢带进行分切,极大的提高了工作效率,节省人力资源,而且宽度一致,整齐划一,保证切条质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及刀具,特别是一种只用于袋式电池钢带分切时使用的袋式电池钢带切条装置。
背景技术
现有的袋式电池钢带切条装置,都是在一个机架上设有一个切割平台,切条时将电池钢带展开平放在切割平台上,用专用刀具按照设定的宽度和长度逐条进行分切和收集。这种方式不但工作效率低,而且劳动强度大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种工作效率高,节省人力的袋式电池钢带切条装置。
本发明的技术方案是以如下方式完成的,其特征在于:它包括一个切割架,在切割架上面设有一层输料平台,在靠近输料平台后面的切割架上横向安装有一对与平台对应的切割辊,在切割辊上面从一边到另一边依次安装有四个与钢带条宽度一致的滚刀板,在与滚刀板宽度相同的切割辊表面间隔内固定有一层软垫,在切割辊前面的切割架上安装有一个与切割辊前后对应的钢带输送辊,在刀割架后面靠一侧安装有一个收集传动箱,在收集传动箱前面切割架一侧安装有一台切割电机,在收集传动箱的上部和下部分别并排安装有四根由电机带动并向切割辊后方伸出的卷轴,在各卷轴上分别依次轴向错位安装有一个隔离护板。在各卷轴上靠近隔离护板外侧分别设有钢带条卡槽。
本发明用分切滚刀对钢带进行分切,一次能同时切割出多条宽度相同的钢带条并分别用卷轴进行收集,极大的提高了工作效率,节省人力资源,而且宽度一致,整齐划一,保证切条质量。

具体实施方式
结合附图详细描述实施例,它包括一个切割架1,在切割架上面设有一层输料平台2,在靠近输料平台后面的切割架上横向安装有一对与平台对应的切割辊3,在切割辊上面从一边到另一边依次安装有四个与钢带条宽度一致的滚刀板4,在与滚刀板宽度相同的切割辊表面间隔内固定有一层软垫5,在切割辊前面的切割架上安装有一个与切割辊前后对应的钢带输送辊10,在刀割架后面靠一侧安装有一个收集传动箱7,在收集传动箱前面切割架一侧安装有一台切割电机6,在收集传动箱的上部和下部分别并排安装有四根由电机带动并向切割辊后方伸出的卷轴8,在各卷轴上分别依次轴向错位安装有一个隔离护板9。在各卷轴上靠近隔离护板外侧分别设有钢带条卡槽11。
工作时,先将钢带卷安装在钢带卷辊上,并将钢带头从钢带卷上经传输料平台传送到切割辊下面压紧,然后启动切割电机对钢带进行分切,分切是由切割辊上的四个滚刀板两端的刀刃将钢带分切成八条,被分切出的钢带条达到一定长度后再分别插入在各隔离护板一侧的卷轴长槽内,进行收集成卷。
使用本装置,不但工作效率高,而且切割的产品整齐一致,质量有保证,大大节省了人力资源。

1.袋式电池钢带切条装置,其特征在于:它包括一个切割架,在切割架上面设有一层输料平台,在靠近输料平台后面的切割架上横向安装有一对与平台对应的切割辊,在切割辊上面从一边到另一边依次安装有四个与钢带条宽度一致的滚刀板,在与滚刀板宽度相同的切割辊表面间隔内固定有一层软垫,在切割辊前面的切割架上安装有一个与切割辊前后对应的钢带输送辊,在刀割架后面靠一侧安装有一个收集传动箱,在收集传动箱前面切割架一侧安装有一台切割电机,在收集传动箱的上部和下部分别并排安装有四根由电机带动并向切割辊后方伸出的卷轴,在各卷轴上分别依次轴向错位安装有一个隔离护板。
2.如权利要求1所述的袋式电池钢带切条装置,其特征在于:在各卷轴上靠近隔离护板外侧分别设有钢带条卡槽。
