If burrs are required to be polished on the cup mouth and the cup bottom of the melamine resin cup, the rotary driving motor 26 is started to drive the melamine resin cup to rotate around the axial direction, and the milling cutter 11 contacts the burrs on the cup mouth or the cup bottom and completes polishing work on the burrs on the cup mouth and the cup bottom of the melamine resin cup respectively by virtue of cutting rotation of the milling cutter and cutting displacement generated by the axial rotation of the melamine resin cup relative to the milling cutter 11.
After finishing the polishing work of melamine resin cup deckle edges, the front and rear driving mechanism 24 drives the sliding bottom plate 23 to drive the product 50 to withdraw backwards. The rotatable jack module 28 of the jack mechanism retracts under the action of the jack cylinder 27, releasing the clamping of the product 50. The ejection cylinder 62 drives the ejection rod 61 arranged in the axial hollow of the output rotating shaft 22 and the clamping bearing die 21 to push out, so that the melamine resin cup and the clamping bearing die 21 are loosened, and preparation is made for blanking.
Embodiment two: a machine for deburring melamine resin products, as shown in FIG. 5, comprises a milling grinding device 10, a turning grinding device 70, a product clamping device 20, a relative displacement drive mechanism, a bin separation positioning mechanism 80, a power and control system, a machine frame 30, and a table 40.
As shown in fig. 2, the milling and grinding device 10 serves as a mounting carrier for the milling cutter 11 and drives the milling cutter 11 in rotation about its axis. The product gripping device 20 acts as a gripping carrier for the product, driving the product 50 in rotation about its axis. The relative displacement drive mechanism brings the milling cutter 11 on the milling and grinding device 10 into contact with and produces a relative displacement of the surface of the product 50 on the product clamping device 20. The machine frame 30 and the work table 40 serve as mounting and carrying racks for the various mechanisms and components and work platforms thereof. And the power and control system is used for providing power for the work of all mechanisms and components and controlling the mechanisms and components to work cooperatively. The milling and grinding device 10 comprises a milling spindle motor 12 and a milling cutter 11, wherein the milling cutter 11 is fixedly arranged on the milling spindle motor, and the milling spindle motor 12 drives the milling cutter 11 to rotate. Wherein the milling spindle motor and the milling cutter 11 are arranged vertically with respect to the table; the milling spindle motor and the milling cutter 11 may also be arranged obliquely with respect to the table in order to meet the special grinding requirements of the product or the arrangement requirements of the machine itself. The milling and polishing device 10 is fixed on a milling sliding seat 13, and the milling sliding seat 13 is mounted on a machine frame 30 and a workbench 40 through a milling lifting driving mechanism 14 and a milling left-right driving mechanism 15 so as to realize lifting and left-right movement of the milling and polishing device relative to the workbench 40. Wherein the milling lifting driving mechanism 14 is vertically arranged to drive the milling sliding seat 13 and the milling polishing device to vertically lift relative to the workbench; if the milling spindle motor 12 and the milling cutter 11 need to be arranged obliquely with respect to the table, the milling lifting drive can correspondingly be arranged obliquely.
As shown in fig. 6, the turning polishing device 70 includes a turning tool 71 and a turning tool holder 72, and the turning tool 71 is fixedly mounted on the turning tool holder 72. The turning tool fixing base 72 is mounted on the machine frame 30 and the workbench 40 through a turning lifting driving mechanism 73 and a turning left-right driving mechanism 74 so as to realize lifting and left-right movement of the turning polishing device relative to the workbench 40. The turning tools 71 can be arranged in two, the fixed positions of the two turning tools on the turning tool fixing seat 72 and the distance between the two turning tools just meet the requirement of polishing the mouth and the bottom of the product 50 at the same time, and further polishing efficiency is improved. Wherein, the turning left and right driving mechanism 74 and the milling left and right driving mechanism 15 can be the same driving mechanism, thereby simplifying the design; or may be provided separately, independently driving the left and right movement of the turning and milling grinding apparatus 70, 10, respectively.
As shown in fig. 3, the product clamping device 20 includes a clamping carrier die 21, a rotary driving device, and a tightening mechanism, wherein the clamping carrier die 21 is disposed on an output shaft 22 of the rotary driving device, and the tightening mechanism is disposed on opposite sides of the clamping carrier die 21 and the rotary driving device, and the clamping of the product 50 is completed by means of cooperation of the clamping carrier die and the tightening mechanism. Wherein the clamping carrier die 21 is adapted to the cavity of the melamine resin catering product 50. The product clamping device 20 is arranged on the sliding bottom plate 23, and the sliding bottom plate 23 is arranged on the workbench 40 in a back-and-forth movable way through the front-and-back driving mechanism 24 so as to realize the back-and-forth movement of the product clamping device 20 and the product 50 clamped and carried by the product clamping device on the workbench 40.
The machine for removing the burrs of the melamine resin product further comprises a push rod mechanism 60, the output rotating shaft 22 and the clamping bearing die 21 arranged on the output rotating shaft are of an axially-through hollow structure, and a material ejection rod 61 of the push rod mechanism 60 is arranged in the axial hollow of the output rotating shaft 22 and the clamping bearing die 21, and the product 50 is assisted to be discharged by means of ejection of the material ejection rod 61. As shown in fig. 4, the ejector rod mechanism 60 includes an ejector rod 61 and an ejector cylinder 62, a piston rod of the ejector cylinder 62 is connected to the ejector rod 61 through a connecting block 63, and the ejector cylinder 61 drives the ejector rod 62 to eject and retract. The rotary driving device comprises an output rotary shaft 22, a rotary shaft fixing seat 25 and a rotary driving motor 26, wherein the output rotary shaft 22 is rotatably arranged on the rotary shaft fixing seat 25, and the rotary driving motor 26 drives the output rotary shaft 22 to rotate through a transmission mechanism. The jacking mechanism comprises a jacking air cylinder 27 and a rotatable jacking module 28, and the rotatable jacking module 28 is pushed out by the jacking air cylinder 27 to clamp the product 50 on the bearing die 21.
The milling lifting driving mechanism 14, the milling left and right driving mechanism 15, the turning lifting driving mechanism 73, the turning left and right driving mechanism 74 and the front and rear driving mechanism 24 are all screw driving mechanisms driven by motors, and together form a displacement driving mechanism.
As shown in fig. 7, the bin separation positioning mechanism 80 serves as a bin separation, pose adjustment, and feed supply member for the product 50. The bin separation positioning mechanism 80 includes a bin, a pose adjustment mechanism, and a grabbing and transferring mechanism. The feed bin is the track feed bin 81 of slope setting, is equipped with the stop mechanism 82 that stops the gliding on the track feed bin 81, and the afterbody of track feed bin is equipped with the vacancy mechanism 83 that is used for coming out the product vacancy of lower extreme. The pose adjusting mechanism is provided with a pose adjusting groove which can adjust the product in an inclined state to be in a horizontal state. The grabbing and transferring mechanism comprises a grabbing mechanism 84, a left-right moving mechanism 85, a lifting mechanism 86 and a front-back moving mechanism 87, the grabbing mechanism 84 grabs the product 50, and the left-right moving mechanism 85, the lifting mechanism 86 and the front-back moving mechanism 87 cooperate to complete the transfer of the product 50 in a three-dimensional space.
The product 50 on the grabbing bin is grabbed by the grabbing and transferring mechanism and placed in the pose adjusting groove of the pose adjusting mechanism, pose adjustment of the product is completed by the pose adjusting mechanism, and then the product with the adjusted pose is transferred to the product clamping device 20 by the grabbing and transferring mechanism. The guide groove for sliding and guiding the product is formed in the track bin 81, the guide groove just accommodates the cup handle of the cup, and sliding and guiding of the melamine resin cup is realized by limiting the positions of the guide groove and the cup handle. The blocking mechanism 82 is a cylinder pressing claw mechanism arranged on the track bin, and the vacancy mechanism 83 arranged at the tail of the track bin 81 is a cylinder stop mechanism. The pose adjusting mechanism is provided with an air cylinder pushing block mechanism 88 and a tail end positioning plate 89, and the air cylinder pushing block mechanism 88 and the tail end positioning plate 89 are respectively arranged at the front end and the rear end of the pose adjusting groove. The grabbing mechanism 84 of the grabbing and transferring mechanism is a clamping jaw cylinder with grabbing heads, the left-right moving mechanism 85 and the lifting mechanism 86 are all cylinder mechanisms, and the front-back moving mechanism 87 is a motor belt mechanism.
The working process comprises the following steps:
The products 50 to be deflashed (melamine resin cups) are arranged on the rail magazine 81 from top to bottom. During feeding, the pressing claw of the blocking mechanism 82 grasps the penultimate cup from top to bottom, the cylinder of the vacancy mechanism 83 drives the stop block to retract, and the lowest cup moves downwards along with the stop block for a certain distance, so that the lowest cup is separated from the penultimate cup for a certain distance. The grabbing mechanism 84 of the grabbing and transferring mechanism grabs the lowest cup and transfers the cup to the pose adjusting groove of the pose adjusting mechanism, and the cup completes pose adjusting and positioning in the pose adjusting groove under the thrust of the air cylinder pushing block mechanism 88 and the limiting and adjusting action of the tail end positioning plate 89. The grabbing mechanism 84 of the grabbing and transferring mechanism grabs the melamine resin cup with the gesture-adjusting and positioning completed, the lifting mechanism 86 drives the grabbing mechanism 84 and the grabbed melamine resin cup to ascend to a certain height, the front-back moving mechanism 87 drives the melamine resin cup to move forward to the product clamping device 20, and the cylinder of the left-right moving mechanism 85 drives the grabbing mechanism 84 to push out leftwards, so that the melamine resin cup is sleeved on the clamping bearing die 21 of the equipment clamp, and the bin separation and feeding work of a product is completed.
The milling and polishing process of the cup handle burrs of the melamine resin water cup is the same as that in the first embodiment.
And (3) polishing burrs on the cup mouth and the cup bottom of the melamine resin water cup, and starting the rotary driving motor 26 to drive the melamine resin water cup to rotate around the axial direction. Driven by the relative displacement driving mechanism, the rim of the melamine resin water cup contacts the blade of the turning tool 71, and the melamine resin water cup rotates around the axial direction to enable the blade of the turning tool 71 and the rim of the cup to generate cutting displacement, so that the rim of the cup is polished. The polishing principle of the cup bottom is the same as that of the cup opening. Under the condition that two turning tools are arranged and the positions and the distances of the two turning tools meet the conditions, the rim of a cup and the bottom of the amine grease water cup can be polished simultaneously, so that the polishing efficiency is improved.
Embodiment III: a machine for removing burrs of melamine resin products, as shown in fig. 8, comprises a milling and polishing device 10, a product clamping device 20, a relative displacement driving mechanism, an electric power and control system, a machine frame 30 and a workbench 40, and further comprises a bin separation and positioning mechanism 80 as a bin separation, pose adjustment and feeding component of the products.
As shown in fig. 2, the milling and grinding device 10 serves as a mounting carrier for the milling cutter 11 and drives the milling cutter 11 in rotation about its axis. The product gripping device 20 acts as a gripping carrier for the product, driving the product 50 in rotation about its axis. The relative displacement drive mechanism brings the milling cutter 11 on the milling and grinding device 10 into contact with and produces a relative displacement of the surface of the product 50 on the product clamping device 20. The machine frame 30 and the work table 40 serve as mounting and carrying racks for the various mechanisms and components and work platforms thereof. And the power and control system is used for providing power for the work of all mechanisms and components and controlling the mechanisms and components to work cooperatively. The milling and grinding device 10 comprises a milling spindle motor 12 and a milling cutter 11, wherein the milling cutter 11 is fixedly arranged on the milling spindle motor, and the milling spindle motor 12 drives the milling cutter 11 to rotate. Wherein the milling spindle motor 12 and the milling cutter 11 are arranged vertically with respect to the table; the milling spindle motor 12 and the milling cutter 11 may also be arranged obliquely with respect to the table in order to meet the special grinding requirements of the product or the arrangement requirements of the machine itself. The milling and polishing device 10 is fixed on a milling sliding seat 13, and the milling sliding seat 13 is mounted on a machine frame 30 and a workbench 40 through a milling lifting driving mechanism 14 and a milling left-right driving mechanism 15 so as to realize lifting and left-right movement of the milling and polishing device relative to the workbench 40. Wherein the milling lifting driving mechanism 14 is vertically arranged to drive the milling sliding seat 13 and the milling polishing device to vertically lift relative to the workbench; if the milling spindle motor 12 and the milling cutter 11 need to be arranged obliquely with respect to the table, the milling lifting drive can correspondingly be arranged obliquely.
Each milling and polishing device and the corresponding milling sliding seat, milling lifting driving mechanism and milling left and right driving mechanism form a milling combination, two milling combinations are arranged on the machine frame 30 and the workbench 40, the electric power and control system realizes synchronous movement or independent movement of the two milling and polishing devices through the milling lifting driving mechanism and the milling left and right driving mechanism, and the arrangement of the two milling combinations can improve polishing efficiency of products. Due to the limitation of the product size, if the milling cutters of the two milling and polishing devices are vertically arranged under the condition that mechanical interference occurs during polishing work, the milling cutters can be obliquely arranged, so that the mechanical interference is avoided under the condition of high-efficiency polishing.
As shown in fig. 3, the product clamping device 20 includes a clamping carrier die 21, a rotary driving device, and a tightening mechanism, wherein the clamping carrier die 21 is disposed on an output shaft 22 of the rotary driving device, and the tightening mechanism is disposed on opposite sides of the clamping carrier die 21 and the rotary driving device, and the clamping of the product 50 is completed by means of cooperation of the clamping carrier die and the tightening mechanism. Wherein the clamping carrier die 21 is adapted to the cavity of the melamine resin catering product 50. The product clamping device 20 is arranged on the sliding bottom plate 23, and the sliding bottom plate 23 is arranged on the workbench 40 in a back-and-forth movable way through the front-and-back driving mechanism 24 so as to realize the back-and-forth movement of the product clamping device 20 and the product 50 clamped and carried by the product clamping device on the workbench 40.
The machine for removing the burrs of the melamine resin product further comprises a push rod mechanism 60, the output rotating shaft 22 and the clamping bearing die 21 arranged on the output rotating shaft are of an axially-through hollow structure, and a material ejection rod 61 of the push rod mechanism 60 is arranged in the axial hollow of the output rotating shaft 22 and the clamping bearing die 21, and the product 50 is assisted to be discharged by means of ejection of the material ejection rod 61. As shown in fig. 4, the ejector rod mechanism 60 includes an ejector rod 61 and an ejector cylinder 62, a piston rod of the ejector cylinder 62 is connected to the ejector rod 61 through a connecting block 63, and the ejector cylinder 61 drives the ejector rod 62 to eject and retract. The rotary driving device comprises an output rotary shaft 22, a rotary shaft fixing seat 25 and a rotary driving motor 26, wherein the output rotary shaft 22 is rotatably arranged on the rotary shaft fixing seat 25, and the rotary driving motor 26 drives the output rotary shaft 22 to rotate through a transmission mechanism. The jacking mechanism comprises a jacking air cylinder 27 and a rotatable jacking module 28, and the rotatable jacking module 28 is pushed out by the jacking air cylinder 27 to clamp the product 50 on the bearing die 21.
The milling lifting driving mechanism 14, the milling left-right driving mechanism 15 and the front-back driving mechanism 24 are all screw rod driving mechanisms driven by motors, and together form a displacement driving mechanism.
The working process comprises the following steps:
the working processes of feeding, clamping and the like are similar to those of the first embodiment, and the difference is that two milling and polishing devices are arranged to polish the surface of the melamine resin product at the same time, so that the polishing efficiency is improved.

1. A machine for deburring melamine resin products comprising:
the milling and polishing device is used as a mounting bearing part of the milling cutter and drives the milling cutter to axially rotate around the milling cutter;
The product clamping device is used as a clamping bearing component of a product and can drive the product to axially rotate around the product clamping bearing component;
the relative displacement driving mechanism enables a milling cutter on the milling and polishing device to be in contact with the surface of a product on the product clamping device and generate relative displacement;
A machine frame and a workbench as installation and bearing frames of the mechanisms and parts and a workbench thereof;
the power and control system provides power for the work of all mechanisms and components and controls the mechanisms and components to work cooperatively;
the bin separation and positioning mechanism is used as a bin separation, pose adjustment and feeding supply component of the product and comprises a bin, a pose adjustment mechanism and a grabbing and transferring mechanism;
the storage bin is a rail storage bin which is obliquely arranged, a blocking mechanism for blocking the sliding down is arranged on the rail storage bin, and a vacancy mechanism for vacancy out of the lowest product is arranged at the tail of the rail storage bin; the pose adjusting mechanism is provided with a pose adjusting groove which can adjust the product in an inclined state to be in a horizontal state; the grabbing and transferring mechanism comprises a grabbing mechanism, a left-right moving mechanism, a lifting mechanism and a front-back moving mechanism, the grabbing mechanism grabs a product, and the left-right moving mechanism, the lifting mechanism and the front-back moving mechanism are matched to finish the transfer of the product in a three-dimensional space;
the product on the grabbing bin is grabbed by the grabbing and transferring mechanism and placed in the pose adjusting groove of the pose adjusting mechanism, pose adjustment of the product is completed by the pose adjusting mechanism, and then the product with the adjusted pose is transferred to the product clamping device by the grabbing and transferring mechanism.

The machine for removing burrs of melamine resin products of claim 1, wherein said milling and grinding means comprises a milling spindle motor on which the milling cutter is fixedly mounted, the milling spindle motor driving the milling cutter to rotate; wherein the milling spindle motor and the milling cutter are arranged vertically or obliquely with respect to the table.

The machine for removing burrs of melamine resin products of claim 2, wherein the milling and polishing device is fixed on a milling sliding seat, and the milling sliding seat is mounted on the machine frame and the workbench through a milling lifting driving mechanism and a milling left-right driving mechanism so as to realize lifting and left-right movement of the milling and polishing device relative to the workbench; the milling lifting driving mechanism is vertically or obliquely arranged so as to drive the milling sliding seat and the milling polishing device to vertically lift or obliquely lift relative to the workbench; each milling polishing device and the milling sliding seat, the milling lifting driving mechanism and the milling left-right driving mechanism corresponding to the milling polishing device form a milling combination, one, two or more than two milling combinations are arranged on the machine frame and the workbench, and the electric power and control system realizes synchronous movement or independent movement of a plurality of milling polishing devices through the milling lifting driving mechanism and the milling left-right driving mechanism.

The machine for deburring of melamine resin products as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the device comprises a push rod mechanism, wherein the output rotating shaft and a clamping bearing die arranged on the output rotating shaft are of an axial through hollow structure, and a push rod of the push rod mechanism is arranged in the axial hollow of the output rotating shaft and the clamping bearing die and is used for assisting product blanking by pushing out of the push rod.
