一种用于预制混凝土构件钢筋连接的新型灌浆套筒,包括无缝方钢管,无缝方钢管管内设置有内置弹簧和内置带肋钢筋;内置带肋钢筋分别焊接在无缝方钢管的四个内角;内置弹簧设置于四根内置带肋钢筋所形成的空间内,内置弹簧外壁与内置带肋钢筋侧壁局部贴合并焊接,内置弹簧与无缝方钢管共中心轴线设置;内置弹簧内径大于预制混凝土构件钢筋;无缝方钢管管壁上设有与无缝方钢管内部连通的注浆嘴和出浆嘴;无缝方钢管的两开口端设有用于封闭端口的塞子,塞子中部具有与预制混凝土构件钢筋直径匹配的孔洞。本发明使用的原材料普通且易于获得,加工制作过程简单,成本低廉,使用性能优异,能广泛运用于预制剪力墙、预制柱和梁柱节点之间钢筋的连接。

装配式结构中构件的连接关键是钢筋的连接,主要有两种方式:第一种是钢筋浆锚连接,它是指在预制混凝土构件中采用特殊工艺制造而成的孔道内插入需搭接的钢筋,并且灌注水泥基灌浆料而实现的钢筋搭接连接方式,多用于墙板结构中。另一种为钢筋套筒灌浆连接,是指在预制混凝土构件内预埋的金属套筒中插入钢筋并灌注水泥基灌浆料而实现的钢筋对接连接方式。
目前,我国各地的装配式混凝土结构相关规范、规程中的钢筋连接将灌浆套筒连接作为优选。原因是与浆锚连接相比,灌浆套筒连接受力钢筋具可靠性较高。
现有的灌浆套筒,比如专利CN 103452246 A公开的一种钢筋浆锚对接连接的灌浆变形钢管套筒,具有形式笨重、体积大、造价高和加工费时费料等缺点,不利于装配式建筑的发展。
因此,需要研发一种结构合理、制作简单且使用性能优异的灌浆套筒,能保证构件钢筋之间的可靠连接。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有灌浆套筒存在问题,提供一种用于预制混凝土构件钢筋连接的新型灌浆套筒,在保证相同可靠性的情况下,不需要车削加工,降低造价节约原材料。
一种用于预制混凝土构件钢筋连接的新型灌浆套筒,其特征在于:包括无缝方钢管,无缝方钢管管内设置有内置弹簧和内置带肋钢筋,内置带肋钢筋有四根,分别以与无缝方钢管中心轴线大致平行的方式焊接在无缝方钢管的四个内角;内置弹簧设置于四根内置带肋钢筋所形成的空间内,内置弹簧外壁与内置带肋钢筋侧壁局部贴合并焊接,内置弹簧与无缝方钢管共中心轴线设置;内置弹簧内径大于预制混凝土构件的待连接钢筋外径,以容纳待连接钢筋分别从内置弹簧两端端口插入;无缝方钢管管壁上设有与无缝方钢管内部连通的注浆嘴和出浆嘴,用于灌注浆料;无缝方钢管的两开口端设有用于封闭端口的塞子,塞子中部具有与待连接钢筋直径匹配的孔洞。
作为优选,无缝方钢管内中部固定有限位销,限位销垂直于无缝方钢管的中心轴线设置。
作为优选,内置弹簧、内置带肋钢筋分别与无缝方钢管长度相同。
作为优选,四根内置带肋钢筋的中心点构成正方形的四个顶点。
作为优选,注浆嘴和出浆嘴分别设置于无缝方钢管的两端距离端口10~15mm处。
作为优选,无缝方钢管由长方钢管切割而成。
作为优选,内置带肋钢筋由普通热轧带肋钢筋切割而成。
作为优选,内置弹簧为线径2mm的回力弹簧。
作为优选,塞子为橡胶材质。
作为优选,无缝方钢管为普通碳素结构钢材质。
本发明与现有技术相比,有益效果如下:
1. 本发明使用的原材料普通且易于获得,加工制作过程简单,成本低廉,使用性能优异,能广泛运用于预制剪力墙、预制柱和梁柱节点之间钢筋的连接。
2. 节省材料:方形钢管与圆形钢管,在有效空腔相同的情况下即锚固性能相近的情况下,方形钢管的横截面及体积均小于圆形钢管的横截面及体积。比如通过实验证实,外边长/内边长为40mm/33mm的方形套筒和外径/内径为50mm/43mm的锚固性能是相近的即具有相同的有效空腔,既然能达到同样锚固效果,选择方形钢管既能够节省材料,又能够节约空间。
3. 材料成本低:本发明灌浆套筒的筒体即无缝方钢管采用的钢材是普通碳素结构钢;现有灌浆套筒是通过车削工艺或采用铸造工艺在筒体内壁形成肋,采用的钢材是低合金钢材或球墨铸铁等。
4. 内置弹簧相当于是套筒内的肋,代替传统的车削加工或铸造成型的肋,用来增加套筒与灌浆料的机械咬合力;传统的内壁的肋形成工艺复杂,本发明灌浆套筒结构简单、制作方便、便于批量生产。
5. 受力形式创新;传统套筒的套筒壁直接承受轴向拉力和灌浆料膨胀产生的径向膨胀力,本发明灌浆套筒的内置带肋钢筋承担主要轴向拉力,方钢管承受径向膨胀力。
如果本发明灌浆套筒的方钢管内部不焊接内置带肋钢筋,那么方钢管自身将承担连接钢筋的所有拉力,此时方钢管自身的抗拉强度应当满足钢筋的极限抗拉承载力,因此对套筒材料的要求比较高,相应的成本也会增加很多;而本发明灌浆套筒结构中,内置钢筋能够承担主要轴向拉力,因此可以降低对灌浆套筒的材质要求;另外由于灌浆料的径向膨胀作用对钢管产生的膨胀力相对于套筒的轴向拉力来说很小,所以采用普通钢管即可以满足要求。

具体实施方式
为使本领域技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合实例及附图对本发明作进一步描述,但不限定本发明。
一、实施例1
一种用于预制混凝土构件钢筋连接的新型灌浆套筒,参见图1和图2,包括无缝方钢管1,无缝方钢管1管内设置有内置弹簧2和内置带肋钢筋3,内置带肋钢筋3有四根,分别以与无缝方钢管1中心轴线大致平行的方式焊接在无缝方钢管1的四个内角;内置弹簧2设置于四根内置带肋钢筋3所形成的空间内,内置弹簧2外壁与内置带肋钢筋3侧壁局部贴合并焊接,内置弹簧2与无缝方钢管1共中心轴线设置;内置弹簧2内径大于预制混凝土构件的待连接钢筋8的外径,以容纳待连接钢筋8分别从内置弹簧2两端端口插入;无缝方钢管1管壁上设有与无缝方钢管1内部连通的注浆嘴4和出浆嘴7,用于灌注浆料;无缝方钢管1的两开口端设有用于封闭端口的塞子6,塞子6中部具有与待连接钢筋8直径匹配的孔洞。
无缝方钢管1内中部固定有限位销5,限位销5垂直于无缝方钢管1的中心轴线设置限制待连接钢筋8锚固长度。
内置弹簧2、内置带肋钢筋3分别与无缝方钢管1长度相同。
四根内置带肋钢筋3的中心点构成正方形的四个顶点。
注浆嘴4和出浆嘴7分别设置于无缝方钢管1的两端距离端口10~15mm处。
无缝方钢管1由长方钢管切割而成。无缝方钢管1的材料是普通碳素结构钢、优质碳素结构钢、低合金高强度钢或其他。
内置带肋钢筋3由普通热轧带肋钢筋切割而成。
内置弹簧2为线径2mm的回力弹簧。
塞子6为橡胶材质。
二、下面为实施例1种灌浆套筒的工程应用,以预制混凝土柱之间的钢筋连接为例:
(1)在预制构件加工厂预制上预制柱时,将实施例1的灌浆套筒根据配筋安装到上预制柱底部,灌浆套筒底部与上预制柱底部平齐,并将灌浆套筒固定在现浇钢筋混凝土用木制模板中,将上预制柱中待连接钢筋插入固定好的灌浆套筒中至指定深度,并在灌浆套筒的上端口用橡胶塞封堵,灌浆套筒下端口用没有开口的橡胶塞临时封堵,防止水泥浆进入;待与下预制柱连接后重新用有开口的橡胶塞封住,固定好上预制柱待连接钢筋后浇筑整个上预制柱混凝土至规定强度后,脱模待用。
(2)在预制柱构件现场安装时,使用起重机将上预制柱起吊,将预埋在上预制柱中的灌浆套筒的套筒口对准相同位置伸出外露的待连接钢筋的端部,然后慢慢下降直至下预制柱安装到位。
(3)在预制柱构件矫正和临时固定后,对上预制柱和下预制柱的接缝处使用灌缝砂浆封堵,然后从灌浆套筒的低位处的注浆嘴灌注高强度无收缩灌浆料,以及灌浆套筒的高位处的排浆嘴灌浆料排出,封堵后养护至规定的强度,即完成预制柱的竖向纵筋的连接。
三、下面为灌浆套筒接头试件及其性能测试:
灌浆套筒接头试件的制作:在实验室制作如图3及图4所示的灌浆套筒接头试件,试件所采用钢管类型及尺寸见表1,制作试样见表2:

锚固长度:单侧连接钢筋深入灌浆套筒的长度。
需要说明的是:上述方形钢管对应的灌浆套筒的结构为本发明灌浆套筒结构;上述圆形钢管对应的灌浆套筒的结构即为仅将本发明灌浆套筒中的无缝方钢管替换为圆形钢管且其他结构相同所对应的结构。
四、下面为灌浆套筒锚固性能测试和钢管外表面应变测量:
(1)灌浆套筒锚固性能测试
将表2中所述的12种灌浆套筒接头试件在万能材料试验机上做拉伸试验,试验机最大量程为1000kN,加载速率2MPa每秒,钢筋断裂或被拔出时终止加载,试验过程中由试验机自动记录荷载及夹具间的位移。试件荷载-位移关系曲线如图5和图6,其中横坐标为试验机夹具间的相对位移。
可以看出,对于同种型号的钢筋,圆形钢管套筒和方形钢管套筒的拉伸荷载-位移曲线相似,共分为四段。第一个上升段试件刚度较大,荷载和位移呈线性相关,钢筋横肋与灌浆料之间相互挤压,钢筋屈服前在套筒端部未发现明显的劈裂裂缝;水平段为钢筋屈服阶段;第二个上升段为钢筋强化阶段,在该阶段钢筋与灌浆料之间充分挤压,肋前灌浆料破碎区不断扩大,灌浆料劈裂裂缝充分开展;下降段为钢筋颈缩阶段。
在弹性阶段,方形套筒和圆形套筒的曲线基本重合,在屈服以及强化阶段,套筒长度为315mm和375mm的试件的曲线也基本重合,由此可知,方形钢管套筒对钢筋的锚固性能和圆形钢管套筒对钢筋的锚固性能基本保持一致,所以方形钢管套筒对钢筋的连接作用也是可靠的,并没有因为套筒形状的改变而降低。
(2)灌浆套筒接头试件的钢管外表面应变
为研究套筒的应力分布,试验还选取表2中所述的试件a1,在试件a1的套筒的外壁沿套筒轴向和环向粘贴应变片,对套筒表面应变进行检测。
图7为试件a1的荷载-应变关系曲线(沿轴向方向的轴向应变),纵坐标代表的是应变,横坐标代表的是应变片在套筒轴向上的位置,横坐标0表示套筒轴向上的中心位置,图中曲线分别表示在荷载为10kN、20kN、30kN、40kN、50kN、60kN的情况下,套筒表面各位置处,轴向应变的大小。由图7可以看出,套筒轴向应变为拉应变,从中间向两端呈对称分布,并逐渐减小,荷载越大,应变越大。
图8为试件a1的荷载-应变关系曲线(沿轴向方向的环向应变),纵坐标代表的是应变,横坐标代表的是应变片在套筒轴向上的位置,横坐标0表示套筒轴向上的中心位置,图中曲线分别表示在荷载为10kN、20kN、30kN、40kN、50kN、60kN的情况下,套筒表面各位置处,轴向应变的大小。由图8可知,套筒环向应变为压应变,从中间向两端呈对称分布,并逐渐减小,荷载越大,应变越大。
Claims (10)
1.一种用于预制混凝土构件钢筋连接的新型灌浆套筒,其特征在于:包括无缝方钢管,无缝方钢管管内设置有内置弹簧和内置带肋钢筋,内置带肋钢筋有四根,分别以与无缝方钢管中心轴线大致平行的方式焊接在无缝方钢管的四个内角;内置弹簧设置于四根内置带肋钢筋所形成的空间内,内置弹簧外壁与内置带肋钢筋侧壁局部贴合并焊接,内置弹簧与无缝方钢管共中心轴线设置;内置弹簧内径大于预制混凝土构件的待连接钢筋外径,以容纳待连接钢筋分别从内置弹簧两端端口插入;无缝方钢管管壁上设有与无缝方钢管内部连通的注浆嘴和出浆嘴,用于灌注浆料;无缝方钢管的两开口端设有用于封闭端口的塞子,塞子中部具有与待连接钢筋直径匹配的孔洞。
