Background

The egg has a ball shape, the shell is easy to break by impact and roll to break, and a specific support is needed in the processes of purchase, placement, carrying and moving. The egg support device with the largest application in the market at present mainly comprises two types, namely a plastic support device and a paper pulp pressing support device, and the structure can play roles in packaging, protection and transportation, but has poor structural stability, low recycling rate and large waste caused by disposable products.

Chinese patent CN 202687135U discloses an egg packaging bag, wherein a plurality of layers of supporting plates are laid in the packaging bag body, a plurality of upper grooves are formed in the upper surface of each supporting plate, a plurality of lower grooves are formed in the lower surface of each supporting plate, and egg fixing positions are formed in an up-down correspondence mode. However, such structural egg fixing locations are of a fixed size, and when smaller primary eggs are held, the primary eggs have a larger difference in volume from the egg fixing locations, and the primary eggs collide with the egg fixing locations during transportation, so that the eggs are broken.

Example 1

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the egg holder of the present embodiment is composed of a plurality of sets of flap assemblies, a cover 3, a first handle and a second handle.

The flap assembly includes a first flap 71 and a second flap 72, with the first flap 71 and the second flap 72 being a composite layer structure formed by a top wall and a bottom wall in abutting engagement. The first and second folding plates 71 and 72 have a quadrangular plate-like structure, and long sides of the first and second folding plates 71 and 72 are connected to each other by folds.

The first folding plate 71 and the second folding plate 72 can be folded relatively along one side of the top wall, the first folding plate 71, the second folding plate 72 and the cover body 3 enclose a triangular space structure, and three egg fixing parts 1 which are arranged in parallel are arranged in the triangular space structure.

The side of the cover 3 opposite to the top wall is provided with a plurality of positioning members 1 for fixing the relative positions of the first folding plate 71 and the second folding plate 72. The cover body 3 is of a quadrangular plate-shaped structure; the positioning piece 1 is a protrusion formed by extending the cover body 3 downwards along one side of the top wall, and is abutted against two opposite side edges of the first folding plate 71 and the second folding plate 72.

When the first folding plate 71 and the second folding plate 72 are folded in half along one side of the top wall, the first folding portion 11, the second folding portion 12, the third folding portion 13, the fourth folding portion 14 and the bottom wall enclose a space for accommodating the eggs 9, which is the egg fixing portion 1. Referring to fig. 5 to 10, the difference between the present embodiment and embodiment 1 is that: the egg holder consists of a plurality of groups of folded plate assemblies and a cover body 3, wherein the plurality of groups of folded plate assemblies are sequentially connected, and every two adjacent folded plate assemblies are symmetrically arranged relative to the fold line structures of the two folded plate assemblies; the folding line structure is provided with a positioning groove 5 matched with the positioning piece 1 of the connecting part, and one side of the cover body 3 opposite to the positioning groove 5 is correspondingly provided with the positioning piece 1, and the positioning piece 1 is inserted and fixed in the positioning groove.

The rest is substantially the same as in embodiment 1, and will not be described in detail here.

Claims

1. when the first folding plate and the second folding plate are folded in half, the first folding part, the second folding part, the third folding part, the fourth folding part and the bottom wall jointly enclose the egg fixing part for accommodating eggs;

the egg holder comprises a plurality of groups of folded plate assemblies, wherein the folded plate assemblies are connected in a crease line mode, and two adjacent folded plate assemblies are symmetrical relative to the crease line structure of the folded plate assemblies.

2. An egg holder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fold line structure is provided with a detent for engaging with the detent of the connecting portion.

An egg holder as in claim 1, further comprising: the folding plate comprises a first folding plate and a second folding plate, wherein the first folding plate is arranged on the side, far away from the first folding plate, of the folding plate, the second folding plate is arranged on the side, far away from the first folding plate, of the folding plate, and the second folding plate is arranged on the side, far away from the first folding plate, of the folding plate.

4. An egg holder as in claim 3, wherein the first handle and the second handle are each of a flexible strip-like configuration having a gripping portion in the middle thereof.

5. The egg holder of claim 3, wherein the cover body is provided with a slot for passing through the handles on a side thereof adjacent to the first handle and the second handle.
