Abstract
本发明涉及纺织品染色技术领域,特别地,涉及一种可有效提高染布效率的多条染布工艺。本发明所述多条染布工艺,在现有染布工艺的基础上,采用四条入布进行染布处理,经检验,本实施例所述染布工艺,其织物的染色效果与现有技术中方法中效果基本一致,但本发明所述染布工艺,以四条入布,在相同量的染助剂条件下,可实现织物染色产量的翻倍,有效提高了溢流染色机染布工艺的效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品染色技术领域,特别地,涉及一种可有效提高染布效率的的多条染布工艺。
背景技术
随着纺织及服装行业向着时尚化不断发展,对于各种纺织品的染色工艺的要求越来越高,对染色工艺的需求也越来越大。
现有技术中,通常采用双条入布的染色工艺进行布料织物的染色处理,以获得符合性能要求和色彩期望值的布料织物,并加以服装加工。但是,现有的染布加工技术的生产效率有限,难以满足染色织物的产量及效率要求。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种多条染布工艺,解决了现有技术中染布工艺生产效率较低的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种多条染布工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)接布:将待染色的多支布缝接在一起后,送入退浆处准备退浆;
(2)退浆:在退浆液存在下,由退浆机进行退浆处理;
(3)染色:按照预定的颜色加入染色浆液,以四条入布,控制喷嘴套杯数为100,控制喷压1.2-1.5kg,带布轮320-340min,水位2000-2100L,于100℃进行染色,常温水洗出缸,送扩布处开幅;
(4)扩布:将染色后的弹力布展开,平铺在车内,进行扩布;
(5)无张力烘干:将处理后的弹力布进行无张力烘干,作业后送到定型处;
(6)成定:将烘干后的弹力布进行定型处理,作业后将多支布分开打卷,包装即得。
所述步骤(2)中,所述退浆液为包括氢氧化钠、高效除油剂和精炼剂的混合浆液;所述高效除油剂包括高浓化纤除油剂G00N206A;所述精炼剂包括精炼剂TF-188。
所述步骤(2)中,所述退浆液中,所述氢氧化钠的浓度为40-41g/L,所述高效除油剂的浓度为2-3g/L,所述精炼剂的浓度为4-5g/L。
所述退浆液中,所述步骤(2)中,所述退浆步骤中,控制退浆温度100-105℃,水洗温度100-101℃。
所述步骤(3)中,所述染色浆液包括染料和助剂;所述染料包括酸性嫩黄和酸性艳蓝,所述助剂包括酸性匀染剂、强力分散剂和冰醋酸。
所述染色浆液中,所述酸性嫩黄的浓度为0.045-0.046%,所述酸性艳蓝的浓度为0.23-0.24%,所述酸性匀染剂的浓度为1.5-1.6g/L,所述强力分散剂的浓度为0.5-0.6g/L,所述冰醋酸的浓度为0.3-0.4g/L。
所述染色浆液中,所述酸性匀染剂包括酸性匀染剂TREN DYE2171,所述强力分散剂包括SD-101。
所述步骤(4)中,所述扩布步骤中,控制速度为80-82m/min。
所述步骤(5)中,所述无张力烘干步骤的条件为:于120-122℃下均匀的烘干,整个过程不带张力,控制烘干速度50-52m/min。
所述步骤(6)中,所述成定步骤的条件为:于170-172℃下控制速度50-52m/min,控制门幅148-149cm。
所述步骤(5)中,还包括在所述无张力烘干步骤后检验布面是否有瑕疵的中检步骤,和/或,所述步骤(6)中,还包括在所述定型步骤后,检验布面情况的成检步骤。
本发明所述多条染布工艺,在现有染布工艺的基础上,利用溢流染色机,采用四条入布进行染布处理,经检验,本实施例所述染布工艺,其织物的染色效果与现有技术中方法中效果基本一致,但本发明所述染布工艺,以四条入布,在相同量的染助剂条件下,可实现织物染色产量的翻倍,有效提高了溢流染色机染布工艺的效率。
具体实施方式
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
实施例1
本实施例所述多条染布工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)接布:将多支待染色的织物缝接在一起后送入退浆处退浆,控制其传输速度为60-61m/min;
(2)退浆:以含有氢氧化钠、高效除油剂和精炼剂的混合浆液为退浆液,控制所述氢氧化钠的浓度为40g/L,所述高效除油剂(高浓化纤除油剂G00N206A)的浓度为3g/L,所述精炼剂(精炼剂TF-188)的浓度为4g/L,控制退浆温度93℃,由退浆机退浆,控制水洗温度80℃,作业OK后送到染缸处,备用;
(3)染色:将所述织物以四条入布(设定4800Y),设定喷嘴(套杯100),控制喷压1.2KG,带布轮320min,水位2000L,在染色浆液存在下,升温至100℃染色后,常温水洗出缸,送扩布处开幅;
以所述染色浆液的总量计,包括如下组分:酸性嫩黄0.045%,酸性艳蓝0.24%,酸性匀染剂(酸性匀染剂TREN DYE2171)1.5-1.6g/L,强力分散剂SD-1010.5-0.6g/L,冰醋酸0.3-0.4g/L;
(4)扩布:将染色后的布展开,平铺在车内,控制速度80m/min,作业后送下工序;
(5)无张力烘干机:将布均匀的烘干,整个过程不带张力,控制速度50m/min,控制温度120℃,作业后送到中检处检查布面有无瑕疵,并控制速度30m/min,作业完送到定型处;
(8)成定:经过定型的布有良好的手感及稳定的尺寸,控制其条件为条件:控制定型温度170℃,定型速度50m/min,门幅148-149cm(清水定型),作业后送至成检,以检测其成品布匹情况,随后于30m/min进行包装。
实施例2
本实施例所述多条染布工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)接布:将多支待染色的织物缝接在一起后送入退浆处退浆,控制其传输速度为60-61m/min;
(2)退浆:以含有氢氧化钠、高效除油剂和精炼剂的混合浆液为退浆液,控制所述氢氧化钠的浓度为41g/L,所述高效除油剂(高浓化纤除油剂G00N206A)的浓度为2g/L,所述精炼剂(精炼剂TF-188)的浓度为5g/L,控制退浆温度95℃,由退浆机退浆,控制水洗温度85℃,作业OK后送到染缸处,备用;
(3)染色:将所述织物以四条入布(设定4800Y),设定喷嘴(套杯100),控制喷压1.5KG,带布轮340min,水位2100L,在染色浆液存在下,升温至100℃染色后,常温水洗出缸,送扩布处开幅;
以所述染色浆液的总量计,包括如下组分:酸性嫩黄0.046%,酸性艳蓝0.23%,酸性匀染剂(酸性匀染剂TREN DYE2171)1.6g/L,强力分散剂SD-1010.5g/L,冰醋酸0.4g/L;
(4)扩布:将染色后的布展开,平铺在车内,控制速度82m/min,作业后送下工序;
(5)无张力烘干机:将布均匀的烘干,整个过程不带张力,控制速度52m/min,控制温度122℃,作业后送到中检处检查布面有无瑕疵,并控制速度30m/min,作业完送到定型处;
(8)成定:经过定型的布有良好的手感及稳定的尺寸,控制其条件为条件:控制定型温度172℃,定型速度52m/min,门幅148-149cm(清水定型),作业后送至成检,以检测其成品布匹情况,随后于30m/min进行包装。
对比例1
本对比例所述染布工艺与实施例1方案相同,其区别仅在于,所述步骤(3)中,染色过程以双条入布(2400Y),设定喷嘴(套杯90),控制喷压0.8KG,带布轮280min,水位2000L。
对比例2
本对比例所述染布工艺与实施例2方案相同,其区别仅在于,所述步骤(3)中,染色过程以双条入布(2400Y),设定喷嘴(套杯90),控制喷压1.0KG,带布轮300min,水位2100L。
经检验,本实施例所述染布工艺,其织物的染色效果与现有技术中方法(对比例1-2)中效果基本一致,但本发明所述染布工艺,以四条入布,在相同量的染助剂条件下,可实现织物染色产量的翻倍,有效提高了染布工艺的效率。

Claims (10)
1.一种多条染布工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)接布:将待染色的多支布缝接在一起后,送入退浆处准备退浆;
(2)退浆:在退浆液存在下,由退浆机进行退浆处理;
(3)染色:按照预定的颜色加入染色浆液,以四条入布,控制喷嘴套杯数为100,控制喷压1.2-1.5kg,带布轮320-340min,水位2000-2100L,于100℃进行染色,常温水洗出缸,送扩布处开幅;
(4)扩布:将染色后的弹力布展开,平铺在车内,进行扩布;
(5)无张力烘干:将处理后的弹力布进行无张力烘干,作业后送到定型处;
(6)成定:将烘干后的弹力布进行定型处理,作业后将多支布分开打卷,包装即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多条染布工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中,所述退浆液为包括氢氧化钠、高效除油剂和精炼剂的混合浆液;所述高效除油剂包括高浓化纤除油剂G00N206A;所述精炼剂包括精炼剂TF-188。
3.根据权利要求2所述的多条染布工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中,所述退浆液中,所述氢氧化钠的浓度为40-41g/L,所述高效除油剂的浓度为2-3g/L,所述精炼剂的浓度为4-5g/L。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的多条染布工艺,其特征在于,所述退浆液中,所述步骤(2)中,所述退浆步骤中,控制退浆温度100-105℃,水洗温度100-101℃。

7.根据权利要求5或6所述的多条染布工艺,其特征在于,所述染色浆液中,所述酸性匀染剂包括酸性匀染剂TREN DYE2171,所述强力分散剂包括SD-101。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的多条染布工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中,所述扩布步骤中,控制速度为80-82m/min。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的多条染布工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)中,所述无张力烘干步骤的条件为:于120-122℃下均匀的烘干,整个过程不带张力,控制烘干速度50-52m/min。
