Abstract
The invention discloses an EPS combination box for an engine cover, which comprises a top cover, a supporting piece and a base, wherein the top cover is arranged on the top cover; the bottom of the top cover is provided with a groove A, and a plurality of baffle structures A which are arranged at certain intervals are arranged in the groove A so as to divide the groove A into a plurality of accommodating grooves A; the top of the base is provided with a groove B, and a plurality of baffle structures B which are arranged at certain intervals are arranged in the groove B so as to divide the groove B into a plurality of accommodating grooves B; the number of the accommodating grooves B is equal to that of the accommodating grooves A and corresponds to that of the accommodating grooves A in the vertical direction one by one; the number of the supporting pieces is two, and each supporting piece is respectively supported between the top cover and two side parts of the base and forms detachable connection. The invention has the beneficial effects that: the packing box is completely made of foamed plastic, does not need other materials in the packing box, can perform omnibearing packing on an engine cover, and reduces the possibility of damage to internal products caused by impact of the packing box.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of packaging boxes, and particularly relates to an EPS combination box for an engine cover.
Background
With the progress of automobile technology and the improvement of the consumption level of people, automobiles enter the families of ordinary people, and especially in recent years, the quantity of automobile maintenance in China is increased year by year, and a plurality of automobiles benefit from the fact.
For vehicle enterprises, more and more vehicle enterprises are built in different areas for reducing cost, such as research and development departments are often built in economically developed areas, and production workshops are built in areas with low labor costs. For automobiles, it includes a plurality of sheet metal parts, some of which are large in size, such as engine covers.
In the prior art, the packaging mode of the engine cover has some problems: the outer side of the engine cover is fixed by a buffer material (such as waste paper strips, plastic foam and the like) and still can be extruded and deformed when being subjected to large impact; when the engine cover is taken out, a part of buffer material is easily carried out so as to pollute the surrounding environment; the overall size of the packing box is large, and the appearance structure of the packing box is unfavorable for transportation when an engine cover is not packaged.
In view of the above, there is a need for further improvements in existing packaging boxes for engine covers.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide an EPS combination box for an engine cover, which can realize independent fixing of the engine cover so as to improve the protection performance.
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention discloses an EPS combination box for an engine cover, which comprises a top cover, a supporting piece and a base;
the bottom of the top cover is provided with a groove A, and a plurality of baffle structures A which are arranged at certain intervals are arranged in the groove A so as to divide the groove A into a plurality of accommodating grooves A;
the top of the base is provided with a groove B, and a plurality of baffle structures B which are arranged at certain intervals are arranged in the groove B so as to divide the groove B into a plurality of accommodating grooves B; the number of the accommodating grooves B is equal to that of the accommodating grooves A and corresponds to that of the accommodating grooves A in the vertical direction one by one;
the number of the supporting pieces is two, and each supporting piece is respectively supported between the top cover and two side parts of the base and forms detachable connection.
Preferably, the baffle structure B is provided with a pair of horizontal planes A near two ends of the baffle structure B, a pair of inclined planes A respectively connected to the inner sides of each horizontal plane A, a pair of horizontal planes B respectively connected to the inner sides of each inclined plane A, a pair of inclined planes B respectively connected to the inner sides of each horizontal plane B and a horizontal plane C connected between the two inclined planes B; the height of the horizontal plane C is greater than that of the horizontal plane A, and the height of the horizontal plane A is greater than that of the horizontal plane B.
Preferably, the horizontal plane C has a downwardly extending recess C.
As a preferable scheme, two side edges of the horizontal plane A are arc lines which are bent inwards so as to downwards extend to form two arc surfaces which are respectively connected with the horizontal plane A; the cambered surface of each baffle structure B is compared with the cambered surface of the adjacent baffle structure B in a straight line.
Preferably, the height of the horizontal plane a is smaller than the height of the top of the base.
Preferably, the supporting piece is provided with a plurality of grooves D which are arranged at equal intervals, and connecting ribs are formed between two adjacent grooves D.
Preferably, the cover has a recess E on at least one side.
As a preferable scheme, the corresponding positions of the top of the base and the top of the support piece are provided with a plurality of inserting blocks, and the corresponding positions of the bottom of the top cover and the bottom of the support piece are provided with a plurality of inserting grooves; the plug block and the slot can form plug-in connection.
As a preferable scheme, the corresponding positions of the top of the base and the top of the support piece are provided with a plurality of slots, and the corresponding positions of the bottom of the top cover and the bottom of the support piece are provided with a plurality of inserting blocks; the slot and the plug block can form plug-in connection.
As the preferable scheme, the base, the supporting piece and the top cover are all square structures.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the packing box is completely made of foamed plastic, does not need other materials in the packing box, can perform omnibearing packing on an engine cover, and reduces the possibility of damage to internal products caused by impact of the packing box.
2. The packing box adopts a split structure, the supporting piece can be accommodated in the base, and the whole occupied space is reduced by inserting the bottom cover into the base, so that great convenience is provided for whole carrying and stacking.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following examples are only for more clearly illustrating the technical aspects of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, an EPS combination box for an engine cover includes a roof 1, a support 2, and a base 3.
The bottom of the top cover 1 is provided with a groove A, and a plurality of baffle structures A13 arranged at certain intervals are arranged in the groove A so as to divide the groove A into a plurality of accommodating grooves A.
The top of the base 3 is provided with a groove B, and a plurality of baffle structures B6 arranged at certain intervals are arranged in the groove B so as to divide the groove B into a plurality of accommodating grooves B; the number of the accommodating grooves B is equal to that of the accommodating grooves A and corresponds to that of the accommodating grooves A in the vertical direction one by one.
The number of the supporting pieces 2 is two, and each supporting piece 2 is respectively supported between two side parts of the top cover 1 and the base 3 and forms detachable connection.
When the engine cover is used, the engine covers are respectively inserted into the corresponding accommodating grooves B, then the bottoms of the supporting pieces 2 are inserted into the positions, close to the two sides, of the tops of the bases 3, and finally the bottoms of the top covers 1 are inserted into the tops of the supporting pieces 2, and the upper edges of the engine covers are inserted into the corresponding accommodating grooves A.
As a preferred embodiment, the baffle structure B6 has a pair of horizontal planes A7 near both ends thereof, a pair of inclined planes A8 connected to the inside of each horizontal plane A7, a pair of horizontal planes B9 connected to the inside of each inclined plane A8, a pair of inclined planes B10 connected to the inside of each horizontal plane B9, respectively, and a horizontal plane C16 connected between the two inclined planes B10; the height of the horizontal plane C16 is greater than the height of the horizontal plane A7, and the height of the horizontal plane A7 is greater than the height of the horizontal plane B9. The horizontal surface C16 is in a higher position and forms a protruding structure with the inclined surface B10 and its side surfaces to provide limit protection in a direction perpendicular to the engine cover.
Preferably, the horizontal surface C16 has a downwardly extending recess C11. The mass and material consumption of the barrier structure B6 can be further reduced by the grooves C11, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost.
As a preferable scheme, the two sides of the horizontal plane A7 are both curved inward arcs 12 so as to extend downwards to form two cambered surfaces 17 respectively connected with the horizontal plane A7; the cambered surface 17 of each baffle structure B6 is compared with the cambered surface 17 of the adjacent baffle structure B6 in a straight line. The distance between two adjacent cambered surfaces 17 is gradually reduced from inside to outside, so that the two side edges of the engine cover are contacted with the corresponding cambered surfaces 17, and the engine cover is fixed.
Preferably, the height of the horizontal plane A7 is smaller than the height of the top of the base 3.
Preferably, the supporting member 2 has a plurality of equally spaced grooves D4, and a connecting rib 15 is formed between two adjacent grooves D4. The material consumption can be reduced, and the basic connection strength can be ensured.
Preferably, the cover 1 has a recess E5 on at least one side. The groove E5 is beneficial to realizing the lifting of the top cover 1.
As a preferable scheme, the top of the base 3 and the corresponding position of the top of the supporting piece 2 are provided with a plurality of inserting blocks, and the bottom of the top cover 1 and the corresponding position of the bottom of the supporting piece 2 are provided with a plurality of inserting grooves 14; the insert block can form a socket with the slot 14. As an alternative, the top of the base 3 and the corresponding position of the top of the support 2 are provided with a plurality of slots 14, and the bottom of the top cover 1 and the corresponding position of the bottom of the support 2 are provided with a plurality of inserting blocks; the socket 14 and the plug can form a socket.
Preferably, the base 3, the support 2 and the top cover 1 are square structures. The appearance structure is more regular, is favorable to transporting and stacking.

the top of the base (3) is provided with a groove B, and a plurality of baffle structures B (6) arranged at certain intervals are arranged in the groove B so as to divide the groove B into a plurality of accommodating grooves B; the number of the accommodating grooves B is equal to that of the accommodating grooves A and corresponds to that of the accommodating grooves A in the vertical direction one by one;
the number of the supporting pieces (2) is two, and each supporting piece (2) is respectively supported between the top cover (1) and two side parts of the base (3) and forms detachable connection;
the baffle structure B (6) is provided with a pair of horizontal planes A (7) close to two ends of the baffle structure B, a pair of inclined planes A (8) respectively connected to the inner sides of each horizontal plane A (7), a pair of horizontal planes B (9) respectively connected to the inner sides of each inclined plane A (8), a pair of inclined planes B (10) respectively connected to the inner sides of each horizontal plane B (9) and a horizontal plane C (16) connected between the two inclined planes B (10); the height of the horizontal plane C (16) is larger than that of the horizontal plane A (7), and the height of the horizontal plane A (7) is larger than that of the horizontal plane B (9);
both side edges of the horizontal plane A (7) are arc lines (12) which are bent inwards so as to extend downwards to form two cambered surfaces (17) which are respectively connected with the horizontal plane A (7); the cambered surface (17) of each baffle structure B (6) is intersected with the cambered surface (17) of the adjacent baffle structure B (6) in a straight line.
2. An EPS group box for an engine cover according to claim 1, characterized in that: the horizontal plane C (16) is provided with a groove C (11) extending downwards.
3. An EPS group box for an engine cover according to claim 1, characterized in that: the height of the horizontal plane A (7) is smaller than the height of the top of the base (3).
4. An EPS group box for an engine cover according to claim 1, characterized in that: the support piece (2) is provided with a plurality of equally spaced grooves D (4), and connecting ribs (15) are formed between two adjacent grooves D (4).
