Abstract

一种多回转卷帘滑动联动式室内室外兼用型护栏百叶状遮阳帘。主要应用于住宅、办公楼的室内室外遮阳，安装在窗内或窗外侧，且有一定的防护栏作用。它是由两个以上回转卷帘单元及滑动联动控制系统组成，每组回转卷帘单元由回转弹簧(2)、回转卷帘轴(3)、遮阳布(4)及遮阳布连杆(5)组成。滑动联动控制系统由滑动联动杆(6)、管状电机(7)、齿轮(9)及齿条(10)组成。调整管状电机(7)的转向，通过齿轮(9)驱动齿条(10)带动滑动联动杆(6)上、下移动，使每组回转卷帘的遮阳布连杆(5)带动遮阳布(4)随同展开、收回，从而达到遮阳、调光的目的。遮阳布展开时，整体外观呈“百叶状”；收回时，呈“护栏状”。

(一).技术领域
本发明专利涉及一种住宅、办公楼遮阳帘兼防护栏装置。特别涉及一种窗户内、外侧由多回转卷帘滑动联动式遮阳帘兼防护栏装置。在建筑领域使用它，具有遮阳、通风、光强均可调节，且具有一定的安全防护作用。有较好的实用性，是一种住宅、办公较理想的遮阳帘。
(二).背景技术
目前我们对住宅、办公楼所能采取的遮阳措施是安装室内遮光帘。由于遮阳帘是安装在室内。一般情况下，考虑到空气扰动对遮阳帘的影响，窗户都要关闭，不能通风，遮阳的同时，室内光线也受到了限制。尤其在南方地区的夏天，隔热效果很差。对于高层住宅的用户，还需考虑安装高空防坠物的防护栏。
(三).本发明专利的内容：
为了改善目前这种情况，我对室内、室外遮阳帘进行了专门的设计。本发明专利将遮阳帘设计为由多组回转卷帘单元组成，有效的解决了以上的诸多问题，各组回转卷帘单元间设计有可调节的缝隙(可通过此缝隙通风、透光)，安装在室内或室外，无需关窗，受风力扰动较小，且可根据风力大小调节通风量。通过调节管状电机(7)的旋转方向，实现对室内遮阳、通风、透光的控制。当需要遮阳时，将多组回转卷帘同时展开，这时遮阳面积最大，遮阳效果显著，外形呈“百叶”状。当需要阳光时，将遮阳面积调到最小，各回转卷帘同时收起，通风、透光达到最大，风阻最小，抗风力扰动最强。同时，又能起到一定的防护栏作用。

(五).具体实施方式
回转卷帘：一种在无外力作用时，依靠回转弹簧(2)的回转力，将遮阳布(4)贴附在回转卷帘轴(3)上，呈“卷”状。通过外力的作用，遮阳布展开的一种卷帘。
本发明专利是由两部分组成。一，由两组以上回转卷帘单元组成。(本图例是五组，可根据需要增、减。)。每组单元包括：回转弹簧(2)，回转卷帘轴(3)遮阳布(4)遮阳布连杆(5)。二，联动控制部分。包括：滑动联动杆(6)滑动导轨(1)管状电机(7)齿轮(9)齿条(10)。两条滑动联动杆(6)和两条滑动导轨(1)均为滑动连接，两条滑动导轨分别固定在框架(8)的两边，每组单元遮阳布连杆(5)的两端与滑动联动杆(6)两侧分别铰接，两齿条(10)分别固定连接在两侧的滑动联动杆(6)上。
在无须遮阳时，各组回转卷帘单元在回转弹簧(2)的作用下，各遮阳布呈“卷”状收起，整体外观呈“护栏”状。
需要遮阳时，调整管状电机(7)转向，由齿轮(9)通过齿条(10)驱动滑动联动杆(6)向下移动，从而带动每组遮阳布连杆(5)跟随下移，各组遮阳布(4)随之展开。
通过调整滑动联动杆(6)的上下移动，实现对多组回转卷帘单元同时展开、收起的控制。
本发明专利的技术特征是：将遮阳帘设计成由多组回转卷帘组成，由滑动联动杆(6)联动驱动两组以上回转卷帘单元，从而使各组遮阳布同时展开，收回。同时展开时，外形呈“百叶”状。同时收回时，外形呈“护栏”状。

1.一种多回转卷帘滑动联动式室内室外兼用型护栏百叶状遮阳帘，其特征是：本发明专利由多组回转卷帘单元及滑动联动机构组成，包括：回转弹簧(2)、回转卷帘轴(3)、遮阳布(4)、遮阳布连杆(5)、滑动联动杆(6)、滑动导轨(1)、管状电机(7)、框架(8)、齿轮(9)、齿条(10)，每组回转卷帘单元遮阳布连杆(5)的两端分别和两边的滑动联动杆(6)侧边铰接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多回转卷帘滑动联动式室内室外兼用型护栏百叶状遮阳帘，其特征是：将遮阳帘设计成由多组回转卷帘单元及联动控制系统组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多回转卷帘滑动联动式室内室外兼用型护栏百叶状遮阳帘，其特征是：通过滑动联动杆的上下移动，联动带动两组以上回转卷帘单元同时展开、收回。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多回转卷帘滑动联动式室内室外兼用型护栏百叶状遮阳帘，其特征是：由滑动联动杆联动带动多组回转卷帘单元，展开时呈“百叶”状。
5.根据权利要求1所述的多回转卷帘滑动联动式室内室外兼用型护栏百叶状遮阳帘，其特征是：由滑动联动杆联动带动多组回转卷帘单元，收起时呈“护栏”状。
