When in use: the method comprises the steps of switching on an external power supply, closing a fourth flow guide valve, opening a third flow guide valve, controlling a liquid pump 27 to work by a singlechip 9, pumping liquid in a liquid storage barrel 19 into a fermentation tank 6 by the liquid pump 27, simultaneously driving a stirring blade 30 to rotate by a stirring motor 15 through a stirring shaft 20 to clean the fermentation tank 6, opening a discharge pipe valve to discharge the liquid in the fermentation tank 6 after cleaning, simultaneously pumping external hot air into the fermentation tank 6 by a blowing pump 32 to dry the fermentation tank 6, closing the discharge pipe valve after drying, filling a culture medium, a defoaming agent and alkali liquor into the fermentation tank 6 by a charging pipe 16, simultaneously opening the fourth flow guide valve, closing the third flow guide valve, pumping the liquid in the liquid storage barrel 19 into a steam generation box 18 by the liquid pump 27, heating the liquid by an electric heating 28 to generate high-temperature steam, pumping the high-temperature steam into the fermentation tank 6 by a pumping pump 24, simultaneously stirring the culture medium by the stirring blade 30, fully contacting the culture medium with the high-temperature steam, and simultaneously pumping tail gas in the fermentation tank 6 by the air pump 10.
The invention can be conveniently operated, occupies little space when in use, and is convenient to operate and use; the culture medium can be rapidly sterilized, so that the convenience of use is improved; the provision of the electric heating plate 28 facilitates the generation of high-temperature steam and improves the convenience of use.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made therein without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
