Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及工程机械技术领域,具体是一种适用于采矿和工程施工用的自动卷放线扒装机。
背景技术
随着采矿业和工程、管道施工的多元化,扒装机作为一种经济、实惠、连续生产、高效率出渣设备已被广大用户所使用与信赖。目前,在扒装机施工过程中,因整个扒装机是外接电源,电缆均拖在地上,当扒装机移动时由随车人员对电缆进行移动,以保证其在行进过程中及时拖走多余电缆,不至于引发压破电缆而造成重大事故,从而实现了扒装机行走过程中保证电缆不受伤害。但在实际操作过程中,人力拖拽电缆存在费时费力、施工成本高、施工效率低以及不能及时同步拖拽等问题,无法真正排除隐患,安全系数低;此外,在扒装过程中,运输车辆常会从电缆上经过,碾压电缆,易造成电缆损坏,进而引发重大的安全事故。
发明内容
为克服现有扒装机在施工过程中存在的不足,本发明的发明目的在于提供一种自动卷放线扒装机,以实现电缆线的自动收放排线。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明在扒装机本体上通过卷放线装置安装支架安装有自动卷放线装置;
所述自动卷放线装置的电缆卷筒主体支撑在卷筒主体固定架上;供电电缆缠绕在电缆卷筒主体上,供电电缆的输出端与扒装机的电控箱相连,供电电缆的输入端与外接电源相连;驱动总成通过主动链条与电缆卷筒主体连接,驱动总成经主动链条、电缆卷筒主体、从动链条与排线器总成连接,驱动总成驱动电缆卷筒主体转动,带动排线器总成对电缆卷筒主体上的供电电缆进行往复排线。
所述供电电缆输出部分的一端与扒装机电控箱连接,另一端与导电滑环相连;供电电缆输入部分的一端与导电滑环连接,另一端穿过电缆卷筒主体的一端,缠绕在电缆卷筒主体上的卷筒后与外接电源连接。
所述电缆卷筒主体的卷盘构架固定在卷盘固定轴的两侧,一侧的卷盘构架与卷盘固定轴之间设有外封密封圈、外封板,外封板的外侧装有复合传动链轮,用轴用锁紧螺母锁紧,电缆防水接头装在轴用锁紧螺母的外侧,另一侧的卷盘构架与卷盘固定轴之间设有内防尘圈、端封密封圈,端封法兰装在端封密封圈的外侧,两侧的卷盘构架与卷盘固定轴之间装有旋转轴承,导电滑环套装卷盘固定轴上,置于两个卷盘构架之间,导电滑环通过导电滑环固定座以及紧固螺栓与卷盘构架固定相连。
所述卷筒主体固定架由底部的固定架底板、底部两侧的焊接立板、焊接立板上的左右护板、用于连接两个焊接立板的连接固定板焊接组装而成。

所述扒装机本体的输送槽上连接有卷盘导线固定架,卷盘导线固定架的导线轮采用销轴及尼龙滚动的结构。
本发明与现有技术相比,通过在扒装机上加装自动卷放线装置,使供电电缆缠绕在电缆卷筒主体且电缆输出端与扒装机的电控箱相连,减速电动机(或液压马达)驱动电缆卷筒主体,可方便收放供电电缆,且在收放电缆时可随扒装机的前进速度调节电缆卷盘转动速度,使扒装机在前进或后退时就可带动电缆卷筒主体转动,随车收放电缆,从而可减少电缆的磨损,降低随车人员的工作量及劳动强度,即便于收集和放出电缆,又可以防止电缆绞拧。结构简单,操作方便,避免了重大安全事故的发生,即省去了人力拖拽,又可均匀布线。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5、图6所示,本发明在扒装机本体1上通过卷放线装置安装支架3安装有自动卷放线装置2,所述卷放线装置安装支架3由钢板焊接而成,一端通过连接螺栓与扒装机本体1相连,另一端通过连接螺栓与自动卷放线装置2相连。
自动卷放线装置2的电缆卷筒主体6支撑在卷筒主体固定架7上,供电电缆5输出部分的一端与扒装机电控箱连接,另一端与导电滑环14相连;供电电缆5输入部分的一端与导电滑环14连接,另一端穿过电缆卷筒主体6的一端,缠绕在电缆卷筒主体6上的卷筒后与外接电源连接。这样即便于收集和放出供电电缆5,又可以防止供电电缆5绞拧。
所述电缆卷筒主体6的卷盘构架15固定在卷盘固定轴13的两侧,一侧的卷盘构架15与卷盘固定轴13之间设有外封密封圈16、外封板17,外封板17的外侧装有复合传动链轮18,用轴用锁紧螺母19锁紧,电缆防水接头20装在轴用锁紧螺母19的外侧,另一侧的卷盘构架15与卷盘固定轴13之间设有内防尘圈21、端封密封圈22,端封法兰23装在端封密封圈22的外侧,两侧的卷盘构架15与卷盘固定轴13之间装有旋转轴承24,导电滑环14套装卷盘固定轴13上,置于两个卷盘构架15之间,导电滑环14通过导电滑环固定座25以及紧固螺栓与卷盘构架15固定相连。

扒装机本体1的输送槽38上连接有卷盘导线固定架4,卷盘导线固定架4的导线轮采用销轴及尼龙滚动的结构,卷盘导线固定架4的结构通过钢板以及矩形管焊接而成。
电缆护套总成10通过紧固螺钉固定在焊接立板27一侧,确保供电电缆5的输出端在实际工作中不受到破坏,有效保障供电电缆5的使用安全性。
本发明以减速电动机或液压马达39作为驱动力,输出端经驱动链轮40通过主动链条11与复合传动链轮18相连,复合传动链轮18带动安装在卷筒主体固定架7上的电缆卷筒主体6转动,复合传动链轮18的输出端通过从动链条12与从动链轮37连接,带动排线器总成8实现对电缆卷筒主体6上的供电电缆5进行往复排线,通过更换不同螺距的传动丝杠30,可实现对不同规格的供电电缆5进行自动收放。
当扒装机本体1后退时,将换向阀搬向卷线方向,电缆卷筒主体6在驱动总成9驱动下转动卷筒收线。当收线速度大于后退速度时供电电缆5张紧,驱动总成9受阻转速下降,使供电电缆5始终处于一定的张紧力。当需要前进时,将换向阀搬向放线方向,电缆卷筒主体6反转,供电电缆5解脱放线。
