Abstract
本发明提供了一种复合板材,包括第一板材、第二板材,位于所述第一板材与所述第二板材中间的复合板,所述复合板包括轻体板材,所述轻体板材上下两面上设有纤维布,所述上下层纤维布与所述泡沫板材之间穿连设有纤维;将所述轻体板材和所述纤维布经过与所述纤维的编织成为一体,增加了所述轻体板材的强度和后期的可塑性,可以根据需要制造的形状一次成型,省去了很多组装的环节,即节省了人力物力,也提高了整体的强度。

[0001 ]本发明涉及一种复合板材及复合板材的制作方法。
背景技术
[0002]复合板材指的是由两种或者两种以上的材料组合而成的板材。
[0003]复合板材中轻体复合板材应用的较为广阔,目前所用的轻体复合板材一般中间层 为硬质的泡沫板材,一般存在的缺点有: 第一:只能做平板,都不能做异形产品。
[0004]第二:板材易开裂,开裂后无法修复。
[0005]第三:板材不能承受重力。
[0006]第四:使用寿命短。
发明内容
[0007]本发明的目的在于克服上述传统技术的不足之处,提供一种复合板材及复合板材 的制作方法。
[0008]本发明的目的是通过以下技术措施来达到的:一种复合板材,包括第一板材、第二 板材,位于所述第一板材与所述第二板材中间的复合板,所述复合板包括轻体板材,所述轻 体板材上下两面上设有纤维布,所述上下层纤维布与所述泡沫板材之间穿连设有纤维。 [0009]作为一种改进,所述纤维在所述轻体板材上形成六棱柱或者长方体。
[0010]作为进一步改进,所述纤维布为碳纤维、玻璃纤维、开夫拉纤维中的至少一种纤维 材料编织成所需面积的纤维布。
[0011] 作为进一步改进,所述纤维为碳纤维、玻璃纤维、开夫拉纤维中的至少一种纤维。 [0012]作为进一步改进,所述轻体板材为泡沫板材。
[0013]作为进一步改进,所述第一板材、所述第二板材为不饱和树脂板材。
[0014] 作为进一步改进,所述复合板为至少一层。
[0015] 本发明还提供了一种复合板材的制作方法,包括以下步骤: 步骤一:根据制作的物品裁剪好泡沫板材的形状; 步骤二:制作与泡沫板材形状一样的纤维布; 步骤三:将纤维布铺设在所述泡沫板材的上下两面; 步骤四:将所述上下两层纤维布通过纤维穿插编织于所述泡沫板材上,所述纤维布与 所述泡沫板材形成复合泡沫板材; 步骤五:将至少一层的复合泡沫板材先用树脂压力浸透; 步骤六:将压力浸透后的复合泡沫板材放入高温模具中浇筑树脂固化定型。

[0024]实施例一:如附图1、附图2所示,一种复合板材,包括第一板材丨、第二板材2,所述 第一板材1、所述第二板材2为不饱和树脂板材;位于所述第一板材丨与所述第二板材2中间 的一层复合板3,所述复合板3包括轻体板材31,所述轻体板材3丨为泡沫板材;所述轻体板材 31上下两面上设有纤维布32,所述上下层纤维布32与所述泡沫板材之间穿连设有纤维33; 所述纤维33在所述轻体板材31上形成六棱柱;所述纤维布32为碳纤维、玻璃纤维、开夫拉纤 维中的至少一种纤维材料编织成所需面积的纤维布32。所述纤维33为碳纤维、玻璃纤维、开 夫拉纤维中的至少一种纤维。
[0025]本实施例中,所述第一板材1、所述第二板材2、所述复合板3的厚度比例根据制作 的需要随意调整,其中所述复合板3的层数也可以根据需求随意调整;例如本发明用在装饰 方面的话所述泡沫板材的厚度任意,所述纤维布32的厚度为要是用在游艇方面 的话所述纤维布32的厚度至少为5mm。
[0026]实施例二:如附图3、附图4所示,一种复合板材,包括第一板材丨、第二板材2,所述 第一板材1、所述第二板材2为不饱和树脂板材;位于所述第一板材1与所述第二板材2中间 的两层复合板3,所述复合板3包括轻体板材31,所述轻体板材31为泡沫板材;所述轻体板材 31上下两面上设有纤维布32,所述上下层纤维布32与所述泡沫板材之间穿连设有纤维33; 所述纤维33在所述轻体板材31上形成长方体;所述纤维布32为碳纤维、玻璃纤维、开夫拉纤 维中的至少一种纤维材料编织成所需面积的纤维布32。所述纤维33为碳纤维、玻璃纤维、开 夫拉纤维中的至少一种纤维。
[0027]所述第一板材1、所述第二板材2、所述复合板3的厚度比例根据制作的需要随意调 整,其中所述复合板3的层数也可以根据需求随意调整;例如本发明用在装饰方面的话所述 泡沫板材的厚度任意,所述纤维布32的厚度为O.lmm-lmm,要是用在游艇方面的话所述纤维 布32的厚度至少为5mm。
[0028]实施例三:一种复合板材的制作方法,包括以下步骤: 步骤一:根据制作的物品裁剪好泡沫板材的形状; 步骤二:制作与泡沫板材形状一样的纤维布; 步骤三:将纤维布铺设在所述泡沫板材的上下两面; 步骤四:将所述上下两层纤维布通过纤维穿插编织于所述泡沫板材上,所述纤维布与 所述泡沫板材形成复合泡沬板材; 步骤五:将至少一层的复合泡沫板材先用不饱和树脂压力浸透; 步骤六:将压力浸透后的复合泡沫板材放入高温模具中浇筑树脂固化定型。
[0029]上述方法中,所述穿插编织方式为六点定位编织方式或者四点定位编织方式。+ [0030]上述方法中所述压力浸透中的压力为110Kg/cm2-190Kg/cm2的压力条件,所述高 温为摄氏100°C _180 °C的温度条件下,所述固化定型的时间为2-3小时。
[0031]通过以上方法制作出的复合板材,具有可塑性、轻量、隔热、隔音、耐老化、耐湿、防 腐等特性,可以造一个整体的一次成型的房子,或是大型的圆球等需要的任何形状。
Claims (10)
1.一种复合板材,包括第一板材、第二板材,位于所述第一板材与所述第二板材中间的 复合板,其特征在于:所述复合板包括轻体板材,所述轻体板材上下两面上设有纤维布,所 述上下层纤维布与所述泡沫板材之间穿连设有纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合板材,其特征在于:所述纤维在所述轻体板材上形成 六棱柱或者长方体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合板材,其特征在于:所述纤维布为碳纤维、玻璃纤维、 开夫拉纤维中的至少一种纤维材料编织成所需面积的纤维布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合板材,其特征在于:所述纤维为碳纤维、玻璃纤维、开 夫拉纤维中的至少一种纤维。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合板材,其特征在于:所述轻体板材为泡沫板材。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合板材,其特征在于:所述第一板材、所述第二板材为 不饱和树脂板材。
7.根据权利要求1-6任意权利要求所述的一种复合板材,其特征在于:所述复合板为至 少一层。
8.—种复合板材的制作方法,包括以下步骤: 步骤一:根据制作的物品裁剪好泡沫板材的形状; 步骤二:制作与泡沫板材形状一样的纤维布; 步骤三:将纤维布铺设在所述泡沫板材的上下两面; 步骤四:将所述上下两层纤维布通过纤维穿插编织于所述泡沫板材上,所述纤维布与 所述泡沫板材形成复合泡沫板材; 步骤五:将至少一层的复合泡沫板材先用树脂压力浸透; 步骤六:将压力浸透后的复合泡沫板材放入高温模具中浇筑树脂固化定型。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种复合板材的制作方法,其特征在于:所述树脂是不饱和树 脂。
10.根据权利要求8所述的一种复合板材的制作方法,其特征在于:所述穿插编织方式 为六点定位编织方式或者四点定位编织方式。
