背景技术
[0002] 现有技术在建筑装修中,经常要用螺丝刀将平头螺丝拧入作业面中,由于手工作 业的不稳定性,经常会将螺丝拧歪,使紧固效果不理想。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种环保的建筑装修用防锈安装工具,以解决 上述技术问题。
[0004] 为解决上述技术问题,本发明的实施例提供一种环保的建筑装修用防锈安装工 具,包括同轴设置的上筒体和下筒体,所述上筒体和下筒体为固定相连设置,所述上筒体包 括双层设置的内筒体和外筒体,所述内筒体和外筒体之间通过封板相连,所述封板位于所 述上筒体的中部偏下位置,所述内筒体和外筒体之间的夹层中设置有第一弹簧,所述第一 弹簧的下端连接于封板上,所述第一弹簧的上端连接四个导滑块,所述内筒体的侧壁上均 布有沿轴向设置的导滑槽,每个所述导滑块通过各自一连杆连接于同一轴承的外侧壁上, 所述轴承位于内筒体内,所述连杆安装于导滑槽内,所述轴承内侧过盈安装有一导杆;
[0005] 所述下筒体内轴向设置有一转轴,所述下筒体内固定有固定筒,所述转轴穿设于 固定筒,所述固定筒具有内腔,所述内腔设有转筒和转杆,所述转筒转动设于所述转轴上, 所述转杆固定于转轴上从而随转轴同步转动,所述转筒的侧壁上设有一缺槽,所述固定筒 的内侧壁上沿圆周方向均布有四个安装部,所述安装部内通过压簧安装有卡块,所述压簧 抵顶卡块卡入所述缺槽内以定位转筒的转动位置,所述转杆与转筒的一端面之间设有拉 簧,所述转筒的一端面上还设有限位块,所述转轴转动并带动转杆同步转动,以使所述转杆 的外端部将卡块退位出所述缺槽后,所述拉簧带动转筒转动90°后,另一所述卡块卡入所述 缺槽,所述转筒上沿圆周方向均布有贯通的四个螺丝安装孔,所述固定筒上设有与螺丝安 装孔相对应的四个通孔;
[0006] 所述螺丝安装孔用于容置平头螺丝,所述螺丝安装孔的侧壁上设有多个用于定位 所述平头螺丝的弧形定位环,所述弧形定位环通过第二弹簧固定于螺丝安装孔的侧壁上, 所述螺丝安装孔的侧壁上还设有用于容置所述弧形定位环的退位凹槽,所述弧形定位环包 括下导滑面和上定位面,两个相配合的上定位面用于卡合所述平头螺丝的螺丝头,所述下 导滑面用于在所述平头螺丝插置入螺丝安装孔时迫使弧形定位环退位至退位凹槽中;
[0007] 所述卡块卡入缺槽后,所述上筒体与其中一螺丝安装孔的同轴线;
[0008] 每个所述通孔在轴向上间隔设有两个环形定位环;
[0009] 所述转轴由一转轴电机驱动其转动;
[0010] 所述下筒体表面涂覆有防锈剂,所述防锈剂的原料按重量份包括:10份钼酸钾、8 份氧化锌、8份硼酸、10份聚乙二醇、10份聚酰胺类树脂、5份硅灰石粉、20份蒸馏水。
[0011 ]所述上筒体的外侧壁上设有导轨用以与电动工具相配合滑动。
[0012] 本发明的上述技术方案的有益效果如下:
[0013] 上述方案中,本发明可使平头螺丝保持垂直状态旋入作业面中,达到理想的紧固 效果,且由于设有转筒,可方便高效连续地进行作业,转轴电机匀速输出,通过拉簧带动转 筒转动,可实现快速切换螺丝的安装工位,高效便捷,具有实用性。

[0021]如图1至图6所示,本发明实施例提供一种环保的建筑装修用防锈安装工具,包括 同轴设置的上筒体1和下筒体2,所述上筒体1和下筒体2为固定相连设置,所述上筒体1包括 双层设置的内筒体11和外筒体12,所述内筒体11和外筒体12之间通过封板3相连,所述封板 3位于所述上筒体1的中部偏下位置,所述上筒体1和下筒体2在轴线方向上均为空心,所述 内筒体11和外筒体12之间的夹层中设置有第一弹簧4,所述第一弹簧4的下端连接于封板3 上,所述第一弹簧4的上端连接四个导滑块5,所述内筒体11的侧壁上均布有沿轴向设置的 导滑槽111,每个所述导滑块5通过各自一连杆6连接于同一轴承7的外侧壁上,所述轴承7位 于内筒体11内,所述连杆6安装于导滑槽111内,所述轴承7内侧过盈安装有一导杆8。
[0022]所述下筒体2内轴向设置有一转轴13,所述下筒体2内固定有固定筒31,所述转轴 I3穿设于固定筒31,所述固定筒31具有内腔,所述内腔设有转筒14和转杆32,所述转筒14转 动设于所述转轴13上,所述转杆32固定于转轴13上从而随转轴13同步转动,所述转筒14的 侧壁上设有一缺槽33,所述固定筒31的内侧壁上沿圆周方向均布有四个安装部34,所述安 装部34内通过压簧35安装有卡块36,所述压簧35抵顶卡块36卡入所述缺槽34内以定位转筒 14的转动位置,所述转杆32与转筒14的一端面之间设有拉簧37,所述转筒14的一端面上还 设有限位块38,所述转轴13转动并带动转杆32同步转动,以使所述转杆32的外端部将卡块 36退位出所述缺槽33后,所述拉簧37带动转筒14转动90°后,另一所述卡块36卡入所述缺槽 33,所述转筒14上沿圆周方向均布有贯通的四个螺丝安装孔15,所述螺丝安装孔15沿转筒 的轴向设置,所述固定筒31上设有与螺丝安装孔15相对应的四个通孔39。
[0023]所述螺丝安装孔I5用于容置平头螺丝16,所述螺丝安装孔15的侧壁上设有多个用 于定位所述平头螺丝16的弧形定位环17,本实施例中4个所述弧形定位环17围成一整圈,即 每个弧形定位环I7的弧度是90°,所述弧形定位环17通过第二弹簧18固定于螺丝安装孔15 的侧壁上,所述螺丝安装孔15的侧壁上还设有用于容置所述弧形定位环17的退位凹槽19, 所述弧形定位环17包括下导滑面171和上定位面172,4个相配合的上定位面172用于卡合所 述平头螺丝16的螺丝头161,所述下导滑面171用于在所述平头螺丝16插置入螺丝安装孔15 时迫使弧形定位环退位至退位凹槽19中;所述下筒体表面涂覆有防锈剂,所述防锈剂的原 料按重量份包括:10份钼酸钾、8份氧化锌、8份硼酸、10份聚乙二醇、10份聚酰胺类树脂、5份 硅灰石粉、20份蒸馈水。所述防锈剂的生产过程是将上述物料全部加入搅拌桶内,在9〇°C下 搅拌5小时后冷却至室温,即可制成成品。所述防锈剂对环境友好,具有环保性。
[0024]所述卡块36卡入缺槽33后,所述上筒体1与其中一螺丝安装孔15的同轴线;所述转 轴13由一转轴电机(未图示)驱动其转动。所述导杆8的顶部上设有与电动工具相嵌合的刀 槽801,所述导杆8的底部设有与平头螺丝16的螺丝头161相嵌合的尖部802。所述下筒体2的 下端面为平齐面。所述上筒体1的外侧壁上设有导轨24用以与电动工具相配合滑动。每个所 述螺丝安装孔15在轴向上间隔设有两个环形定位环17。位于下方的环形定位环可对螺丝在 下压过程中起到定位导正作用。
[0025]使用时,先将平头螺丝通下方放置入转筒的螺丝安装孔中,安装到位后,平头螺丝 的螺丝头恰好被上方的弧形定位环卡合定位住,将电动工具与上筒体外侧壁上的导轨相配 合安装,使电动工具能沿导轨运动,然后电动工具上的电动头与导杆的顶部上的刀槽相嵌 合;然后将下筒体的下端安放于需要进行螺丝紧固的地方,接着继续下压电动工具的电动 头,带动平头螺丝下行直至平头螺丝的下端与作业面接触,在下行的过程中,平头螺丝受到 下方的弧形定位环的限位,使平头螺丝始终保持与轴线保持一致,然后启动电动工具,使电 动头刀带动平头螺丝压人作业面中进行紧固作业。由于导杆、平头螺丝能始终保持与作业 面相垂直的状态,因此可使平头螺丝垂直旋入作业面中,达到理想的紧固效果。所述导杆的 尖部可具有磁性,以使尖部与平头螺丝相接触时具有吸引力。
[0026]当平头螺丝完全拧到作业面中后,电动头向上退出,电动工具沿导轨向上运动,第 一弹簧通过导滑块带动导杆向上复位,转轴电机匀速输出,通过拉簧带动转筒转动,可实现 快速切换螺丝的安装工位,转轴电机在一段时间内并不带动转筒转动,可利用此间隙来进 行螺丝的安装作业,而且在一整个作业周期内(将所有容置于螺丝安装孔的螺丝全部安装 完),转轴电机不需要启动和停止,只需匀速运动,提高了电机的使用寿命,而且高效便捷。 [0027]以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员 来说,在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也 应视为本发明的保护范围。
