The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a scale indicating system, a scale indicating method and a watch aiming at the above requirements of the prior art.
The technical scheme adopted for solving the technical problems is as follows: the scale indicating system comprises a dial with dial scales, a sun gear system driven by a basic movement, a pointer system and a turntable system, wherein the pointer system is arranged on the turntable system, a pointer in the pointer system is positioned on the upper side of the turntable system, and the non-free end of the pointer is positioned outside an area formed by encircling the whole dial scales;
The rotary table system obtains power from the central gear system and rotates, the pointer system revolves around the rotating shaft of the central gear system under the drive of the rotation of the rotary table system, the pointer system obtains power from the central gear system and drives the pointer to rotate so as to counteract indication direction change caused by revolution, the indication direction of the pointer is kept stable relative to the dial plate, and the revolution track of the free end of the pointer coincides with the dial plate scale.
In the scale indicating system, the central gear system is positioned at the lower side of the turntable system and comprises a first gear shaft, a first gear and a second gear, wherein the first gear and the second gear are coaxially and fixedly connected to the first gear shaft, the first gear is driven by the basic movement, and the second gear and the first gear synchronously rotate under the drive of the first gear shaft.
In the scale indicating system, the rotary table system is positioned at the lower side of the dial plate and comprises a rotary table and a rotary table shaft sleeve fixedly connected with the upper end of the first gear shaft, and the central position of the rotary table is fixedly connected with the rotary table shaft sleeve.
In the scale indicating system, a pointer mounting hole which is communicated with each other up and down is arranged on a turntable in the turntable system; the pointer system comprises a pointer, a planet wheel sheet and a pointer shaft, wherein the pointer shaft is movably arranged in a pointer mounting hole and revolves under the drive of a turntable, the pointer is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the pointer shaft, the lower end of the pointer shaft is fixedly connected with the planet wheel sheet, and the planet wheel sheet obtains power from a sun gear system through a transformation ratio system to rotate.
In the scale indicating system, the dial plate is a transparent dial plate, and the pointer is positioned at the lower side of the dial plate; or the pointer is positioned on the upper side of the dial plate, and the dial plate is provided with an annular hole for the pointer shaft to revolve.
In the scale indicating system of the invention, the planet wheel sheet in the pointer system obtains power from the sun gear system through a transformation ratio system, and the transformation ratio system comprises: the planetary gear set comprises a first gear, a second gear, a sun gear sleeve and a sun gear piece, wherein the first gear is meshed with the second gear, the second gear is coaxially and synchronously rotated with the first gear, the sun gear sleeve is meshed with the second gear, and the sun gear piece is meshed with the planetary gear piece.
In the scale indicating system of the present invention, the first gear rotates once every 12 hours.
In the scale indicating system of the present invention, the first gear rotates one revolution per hour.
The invention also discloses a watch comprising the scale indication system.
The invention also discloses a scale indication method based on the scale indication system, which comprises the following steps:
the central gear system is driven to rotate by the basic movement;
the rotary table system obtains power from the central gear system and rotates, and the pointer system revolves around the rotating shaft of the central gear system under the drive of the rotation of the rotary table system;
The pointer system acquires power from the sun gear system and drives the pointer to rotate so as to counteract indication direction change caused by revolution, so that the indication direction of the pointer is kept stable relative to the dial, and the revolution track of the free end of the pointer coincides with the dial scale.
The scale indicating system, the method and the watch have the following beneficial effects: the invention has unique appearance, realizes the rotation function which the traditional watch does not have through exquisite design, and has more attractive force to consumers compared with the traditional watch; meanwhile, the invention still has the accurate timing function and the function of conveniently reading time by a user, so that the invention has high ornamental value, novelty and better practical function.

It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "fixed to" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. In order to better understand the above technical solutions, the following detailed description will be made with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments, and it should be understood that specific features in the embodiments and examples of the present application are detailed descriptions of the technical solutions of the present application, and not limit the technical solutions of the present application, and the technical features in the embodiments and examples of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
Referring to fig. 1-2, the system comprises a dial 1, a sun gear system 2, a pointer system 3 and a rotary table system 5. The dial system 5 is positioned at the lower side of the dial 1, the sun gear system 2 is positioned at the lower side of the dial system 5, and the pointer system 3 is arranged at an off-center position on the dial system 5. Dial scales are arranged on the dial 1 at the position deviating from the center. Wherein, the pointer 31 in the pointer system 3 is located at the upper side of the dial system 5, and the non-free end of the pointer 31, i.e. the needle point, is located outside the area formed by the whole dial scale.
The whole system is arranged in a watch case and driven by a basic movement 65 as motive power, a turntable system 5 acquires power from a central gear system 2 and rotates, a pointer system 3 revolves around a rotating shaft of the central gear system 2 under the driving of the rotation of the turntable system 5, the pointer system 3 acquires power from the central gear system 2 and drives the pointer 31 to rotate so as to counteract the indication direction change caused by revolution, the indication direction of the pointer 31 is kept stable relative to the dial 1, and the revolution track of the free end of the pointer 31 coincides with the dial scale.
It will be appreciated that the scale indication system of the present invention may be either a clock indication or a minute indication. The invention will be described in detail below with reference to clock indications.
Referring to fig. 1, the sun gear system 2 includes a first gear shaft 22, a first gear 21, and a second gear 23. The turntable system 5 comprises a turntable 51, a turntable sleeve 52. The pointer system 3 comprises the pointer 31, a planet wheel sheet 33 and a pointer shaft 32.
The first gear 21 and the second gear 23 are coaxially sleeved outside the first gear shaft 22 and are fixedly connected with the first gear shaft 22, and the second gear 23 is pressed on the upper side of the first gear 21 and can be integrally formed with the turntable shaft sleeve 52. The first gear 21 is in meshed connection with the basic movement 6. The first gear 21 is driven by the basic movement 6 to rotate clockwise for every 12 hours, and the second gear 23 is driven by the first gear shaft 22 to rotate synchronously with the first gear 21. The center of the bottom of the turntable 51 is fixedly connected with a turntable shaft sleeve 52, and the turntable shaft sleeve 52 is fixedly connected with the upper end of the first gear shaft 22. The turntable 51 obtains power from the first gear 21 through the first gear shaft 22 and rotates in synchronization with the first gear 21 to rotate clockwise for 12 hours.
The turntable 51 is provided with a pointer mounting hole which is vertically communicated, and the pointer shaft 32 is movably mounted in the pointer mounting hole, for example, the pointer shaft 32 is in clearance fit with the turntable 51, so that the turntable 51 can drive the pointer shaft 32 to revolve and the pointer shaft 32 can rotate. Preferably, the pointer 31 and the pointer shaft 32 are sleeved with the sealing ring 34 and then are installed in the pointer installation hole. In this way, the pointer 31 revolves under the drive of the turntable 51. Specifically, the pointer 31 is fixedly mounted at the upper end of the pointer shaft 32, the pointer 31 is located at the upper side of the dial 1, and preferably, the pointer 31 and the pointer shaft 32 are in a pressed integrated structure. The revolution of the hand 31 does not cause a movement with respect to the dial 1, and therefore an annular hole for the hand shaft 32 to revolve can be formed in the dial 1. In another embodiment, the dial 1 is a transparent dial, and the pointer 31 may not necessarily be located on the upper side of the dial 1, but may be located on the lower side of the dial 1.
With continued reference to fig. 2, the lower end of the pointer shaft 32 is fixedly connected to the planetary plate 33, and in this embodiment, the planetary plate 33 is integrally connected to the lower end of the pointer shaft 32. The planet wheel 33 takes power from the central gear system 2 through the transformation ratio system 4 to rotate. Specifically, the transformation ratio system 4 includes: a first gear 41, a second gear 42, a gear wheel shaft 43, a gear sleeve 44, a sun gear sleeve 45 and a sun gear piece 46.
Wherein the gear ratio axle 43 is disposed on the second gear 23 side and fixed to the housing. The gear ratio axle 43 is fixedly sleeved with a gear ratio axle sleeve 44, the gear ratio axle sleeve 44 is sleeved with a gear ratio first wheel 41 and a gear ratio second wheel 42 from top to bottom, the gear ratio first wheel 41 and the gear ratio second wheel 42 are pressed together, and the gear ratio first wheel 41 and the gear ratio second wheel 42 coaxially and synchronously rotate. A gear ratio wheel 41 is engaged with the second gear 23. The sun gear sleeve 45 is disposed outside the first gear shaft 22, is in clearance fit with the first gear shaft, and the sun gear piece 46 is disposed outside the sun gear sleeve 45, and is integrally connected with the sun gear sleeve 45 and rotates synchronously. The pointer system 3 is located beside the sun wheel plate 46, which sun wheel plate 46 meshes with the planet wheel plate 33. The sun gear sleeve 45 is meshed with the gear ratio two wheel 42 to drive the sun gear piece 46 to rotate. The sun gear sleeve 45 is in clearance fit with the first gear shaft 22 so that relative rotation can occur therebetween. The sun gear piece 46 can rotate clockwise for one circle every 6 hours after the transmission and ratio change effect of a series of gears. The sun gear piece 46 finally drives the pointer 31 to rotate through the planet gear piece 33 and the pointer shaft 32.
It should be understood that the term "fixedly connected" as used herein refers to a structure that does not have relative movement after being connected, and does not limit the connection between the two structures to be fixedly and inseparably connected. For example, the fixed connection of the two structures in the invention can be a detachable connection, such as a threaded connection, a tension fit and the like, and can also be a non-detachable connection such as common welding and the like.
The specific implementation process of this embodiment is as follows: the basic movement 6 at the bottom of the watch case drives the first gear 21 to rotate clockwise every 12 hours for one circle, the first gear 21 further drives the second gear 23 and the turntable 51 to rotate synchronously every 12 hours, the pointer system 3 integrally and passively follows the turntable 51 to revolve around the first gear shaft 22 along with the rotation of the turntable 51, if the pointer system 3 does not rotate relatively, the pointer 31 will rotate along with the rotation, therefore, the pointer system 3 is provided with another relative rotation opposite to the revolution direction of the pointer system, so as to neutralize the rotation of the pointer 31 caused by revolution, specifically, the second gear 23 coaxial with the first gear 21 rotates synchronously every 12 hours, the pointer 31 is always kept to rotate stably by the rotation of the turntable 31 through the first gear 41 meshed with the second gear 23, the second gear 42 coaxially and synchronously rotated with the first gear 41, the sun gear sleeve 45 meshed with the second gear 42, the sun gear 46 synchronously rotated with the sun gear sleeve 45, and the planet gear 33 meshed with the sun gear sleeve 46, and further, the pointer 31 is always kept to rotate vertically through the rotation of the second gear 23, and the pointer 31 is always kept to be vertically upwards by the rotation of the turntable 31. In this embodiment, the second gear 23 uses a gear of Z48, Z represents the number of teeth, the first gear 41 uses a gear of Z18, the second gear 42 uses a gear of Z27, the sun gear sleeve 45 uses a gear of Z36, the sun gear piece 46 uses a gear of Z60, and the planet gear piece 33 uses a gear of Z60, so that the sun gear piece 46 rotates clockwise every 6 hours for one revolution, and the pointer 31 does not rotate on the basis of revolving every 12 hours for one revolution, thereby realizing a novel and practical appearance and functional expression.
Fig. 3 to 5 are schematic diagrams showing time display states according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 3 shows a schematic diagram with a time indication of 9 points, fig. 4 shows a schematic diagram with a time indication of 7 points, and fig. 5 shows a schematic diagram with a time indication of 6 points and 30 minutes.
The dial scale is arranged above the dial 1, the scales are uniformly distributed, the pointer 31 keeps vertical upwards, and the free end of the pointer 31, namely the needle point, performs uniform circular motion on a circular track corresponding to the dial scale so as to indicate time. Because the pointer 31 is always upright, it can be used as a special pointer, such as a high lift flare for the goddess, and the goddess falls down at most times with the ordinary pointer structure.
It will be appreciated that in practice, the position of the dial scale may be changed, for example, the dial scale is arranged on the left side of the dial 1, and the pointer 31 needs to be kept horizontally leftwards at this time, and only the initial pointing direction of the pointer 31 needs to be adjusted. Similarly, the dial scales can be arranged on the right side and the lower side of the dial 1, and even other positions which are arbitrarily close to the edge of the dial 1. The dial scale may be a clock scale or a minute scale, and therefore, if the dial scale is a minute scale, the first gear 21 rotates one rotation per hour.
Based on the same inventive concept, the invention also provides a watch comprising a watch case, a watch chain connected with the watch case and the scale indicating system arranged in the watch case.
Based on the same inventive concept, the invention also provides a scale indication method based on the scale indication system, which comprises the following steps:
