With the above structure, the packaging bag is heat-sealed after the first vacuum shaping, and then the cooling component cools the bag mouth after the heat sealing under a vacuum state to prevent the packaging heat seal from being broken when the bag mouth is subjected to the second vacuum shaping in a short time, and finally the packaging bag is subjected to the second vacuum shaping, thereby effectively improving the overall packaging effect of the finished product in the same vacuum chamber.
