Abstract
本发明公开了一种金针菇菌糠制备蔬菜栽培基质的方法,属于农业生产技术领域。具体方法为:采用玉米浆、糖蜜、秸秆、尿素调节金针菇菌糠碳氮比为22‑28:1,添加微生物菌剂进行堆置发酵,调控好氧发酵及厌氧发酵时间,直至发酵物料形成具有泥土气味的黑褐色蓬松状基质,得菌糠发酵物;菌糠发酵物与PGPR(促生抗逆有益微生物)菌剂混合拌匀,堆置活化有益菌,至基质含水量为15‑20%,制成基料;基料与生物活性炭粉及硅藻土按一定比例混合均匀,即得蔬菜栽培基质。此方法可有效改善了土壤环境,提高土壤肥力,为蔬菜栽培提供丰富、全面的营养元素,充分利用农业生产中的废弃物作为基质原料,绿色环保,降低蔬菜栽培基质的生产成本。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种金针菇菌糠制备蔬菜栽培基质的方法,属于农业生产技术领域。
背景技术:
蔬菜栽培基质是一种可为蔬菜生长提供各种有机无机营养成分,应用栽培基质生产的蔬菜具有产量高、抗病性好、营养价值高等特点。现有的蔬菜栽培基质多为以草炭、蛭石、珍珠岩等材料按一定比例复合而成,其成分多为自然资源,不可再生,过度开发必然造成资源枯竭,破坏生态平衡,而且现有蔬菜栽培基质成本较高,影响了其应用范围。因此开发以农业废弃物作为材料,开发高效、绿色、环保的蔬菜栽培基质是农业可持续发展中的重要环节。
我国是世界食用菌生产第一大国,全国食用菌总产量占世界总产量的80%以上。随着食用菌产业的发展,食用菌栽培后产生了大量的菌糠。食用菌采收后,大部分菌糠得不到及时处理,这不仅给农业生态环境造成污染,而且会给之后的食用菌栽培带来很大隐患。当今世界资源短缺,能源匮乏,因此及时科学地处理食用菌菌糠,实现废物再利用,变废为宝,形成农业经济循环刻不容缓。
菌糠经好氧、厌氧堆置发酵后具有具有较好的理化指标,可应用于设施蔬菜的优质高效栽培。利用金针菇菌糠发酵后添加生物活性炭、硅藻土、有益菌等制成蔬菜栽培基质,改善土壤的物理性质,促进土壤团聚体形成,促进土壤有益菌群的构建,提高土壤肥力。
发明内容:
针对上述问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种金针菇菌糠制备蔬菜栽培基质的方法。
本发明的金针菇菌糠制备蔬菜栽培基质的方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、采用玉米浆、糖蜜、秸秆、尿素调节金针菇菌糠的碳氮比为22-28:1,添加微生物菌剂进行堆置发酵,调控好氧发酵及厌氧发酵时间,直至发酵物料形成具有泥土气味的黑褐色蓬松状基质,该基质碳氮比为10-15:1,得菌糠发酵物;
步骤二、将步骤一制备的菌糠发酵物与PGPR(促生抗逆有益微生物)菌剂混合拌匀,堆置活化有益菌,在活化过程中通风加氧3-5次,至基质含水量为15-20%,制成基料;
步骤三、将步骤二制备的基料与生物活性炭粉及硅藻土按一定比例混合均匀,即得蔬菜栽培基质;
作为优选,所述金针菇菌糠制备的蔬菜栽培基质包括以下体积份数的原料:金针菇菌糠55-65份,生物活性炭粉15-25份,硅藻土10-20份。
进一步优选,在步骤一的发酵期间内,添加菌剂,所述的菌剂的用量为金针菇菌糠重量的0.1-0.5%。
进一步优选,所述的步骤一中好氧发酵和厌氧发酵的时间控制为好氧发酵10-15天,通风加氧5-8次,厌氧发酵12-18天。
进一步优选,所述的步骤二中PGPR(促生抗逆有益微生物)菌剂的用量为金针菇菌糠重量的0.2-0.8%。
本发明的有益效果:此种金针菇菌糠制备蔬菜栽培基质的方法可有效改善土壤环境,提高土壤肥力,为蔬菜栽培提供丰富、全面的营养元素,同时充分利用农业生产中的废弃物作为基质原料,绿色环保,有效降低了蔬菜栽培基质的生产成本。

具体实施方式:
本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案和实施例对发明进行进一步的详细说明。
实施例1-12,各原料体积份数如图1所示,取按图1的比例混合好的金针菇菌糠,调整炭氮比到22-28:1,添加菌剂进行发酵(菌剂的用量为金针菇菌糠重量的0.1-0.5%),混匀后好氧发酵10-15天,通风加氧5-8次,厌氧发酵12-18天,直至发酵物料形成具有泥土气味的黑褐色蓬松状基质,该基质碳氮比为10-15:1;得菌糠发酵物;将上述菌糠发酵物与PGPR(促生抗逆有益微生物)菌剂,菌剂的用量为菌糠发酵物重量的0.2-0.8%,混合拌匀,堆置活化有益菌,至基质含水量为15-20%,得生物基料;将上述基料与生物活性炭粉及硅藻土按图1比例混合均匀,即得蔬菜栽培基质。
按照图1的比例准备原料,按照上述步骤进行操作,实施例1-12分别制备出了基质1、基质2、基质3、基质4、基质5、基质6、基质7、基质8、基质9、基质10、基质11、基质12及草炭对照基质。
实施例1-12的金针菇菌糠制备蔬菜栽培基质制备与草炭对照栽培基质的各项理化指标及所栽培的番茄的生长指标(除栽培基质不同外,其他栽培条件完全相同)对照,如图2,图2的数据表明,本发明的金针菇菌糠制备蔬菜栽培基质中的有机质含量、容重、总孔隙度、有益菌数量均高于草炭对照栽培基质。同时,使用本发明的金针菇菌糠制备蔬菜栽培基质制备方法制备的栽培基质所栽培的番茄,与使用草炭对照栽培基质所栽培的番茄相比,平均株高、茎粗、坐果率、产量具有一定提高,而且Vc、固形物含量较高,产量与品质均有所提高。

1.一种金针菇菌糠制备蔬菜栽培基质的方法,其特征在于:具体方法为:步骤一、采用玉米浆、糖蜜、秸秆、尿素调节金针菇菌糠的碳氮比为22-28:1,添加微生物菌剂进行堆置发酵,调控好氧发酵及厌氧发酵时间,直至发酵物料形成具有泥土气味的黑褐色蓬松状基质,该基质碳氮比为10-15:1,得菌糠发酵物;
步骤二、将步骤一制备的菌糠发酵物与PGPR菌剂混合拌匀,堆置活化有益菌,在活化过程中通风加氧3-5次,至基质含水量为15-20%,制成基料;
步骤三、将步骤二制备的基料与生物活性炭粉及硅藻土按一定比例混合均匀,即得蔬菜栽培基质。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种金针菇菌糠制备蔬菜栽培基质的方法,其特征在于:所述金针菇菌糠制备的蔬菜栽培基质包括以下体积份数的原料:金针菇菌糠55-65份,生物活性炭粉15-25份,硅藻土10-20份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种金针菇菌糠制备蔬菜栽培基质的方法,其特征在于:在步骤一的发酵期间内,添加菌剂,所述菌剂的用量为金针菇菌糠重量的0.1-0.5%。
