Abstract
The invention relates to an automatic riveting device, in particular to an automatic riveting device for a moving contact of a molded case circuit breaker and an operation method thereof. The automatic riveting machine comprises a workpiece and further comprises a frame, wherein an index plate is arranged on the frame and rotates through a divider, a plurality of operation stations are arranged on the index plate, and riveting assemblies which are distributed in a matched mode with the operation stations are arranged on the frame. The automatic riveting device for the movable contact of the molded case circuit breaker and the operation method thereof have compact structure, excellent operation performance and improved product stability.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an automatic riveting device, in particular to an automatic riveting device for a moving contact of a molded case circuit breaker and an operation method thereof.
Background
With the development of technology and technology, the labor cost is increased, and the automation technology is widely applied. Fig. 1 is a movable contact of a molded case circuit breaker, mainly comprising: the contact is made of pure copper material and is in small clearance fit with the pin, and pin holes on two side surfaces of the contact are plastically deformed (a small counter bore) through riveting to expand the pin, so that the contact and the pin are fixed together. The traditional riveting method is carried out on a clamp, firstly, a contact is placed into a clamp positioning hole, then 2 pins are placed into the contact hole in sequence, finally, a small punch is started to drive a special punch to rivet, the contact and the pins are required to be discharged on the clamp respectively due to low manual combination speed, the efficiency is very low, in addition, the worker needs to concentrate a high degree of thought in the operation process, the labor intensity is high, on the other hand, the moving contact requirement of the molded case circuit breaker is high, and hundreds of thousands of pieces are required per month.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly solves the defects existing in the prior art, and provides the automatic riveting device for the movable contact of the molded case circuit breaker, which has the advantages of compact structure, high riveting speed, good riveting quality (consistency), greatly reduced labor intensity of workers and convenience in production management of workshops, and an operation method thereof.

The operation method of the automatic riveting device for the movable contact of the molded case circuit breaker comprises the following steps:
(one), operation station:
contact material loading station: the contact is sent to a fixture corresponding to the dividing disc to be positioned according to a certain direction through a vibrating disc, a linear feeder and a plane manipulator;
first material loading station: the pins are sent to the corresponding clamps to be positioned through the vibrating disc, the linear feeder and the mechanical arm;
and a second pin feeding station: the pins are sent to the corresponding clamps to be positioned through the vibrating disc, the linear feeder and the mechanical arm;
riveting station: automatically riveting, namely automatically riveting the moving contact;
and (3) a discharging station: automatic discharging;
(II), operation steps:
the divider drives the index plate to rotate by one station, and after the riveting station sensor detects a workpiece;
the balance cylinder piston rises and axially just abuts against the lower end face of the dividing plate so as to buffer impact of the dividing plate during riveting and prepare for punching and riveting;
the stepping motor is started to rotate under the control of the PLC through the sensor induction to drive the driving gear, the driven gear, the shaft, the one-way bearing, the turntable and the connecting rod to rotate clockwise, so that the sliding block moves vertically upwards along the guide, and the compression spring stores energy;
the sliding block slides down fast, and the impact contact is riveted: when the connecting rod is dragged to the highest point (dead point position) clockwise by the turntable, under the action of a spring, the outer ring of the one-way bearing surpasses the inner ring to rotate rapidly, so that the rotating speed of the turntable and the connecting rod surpassing the shaft rotates rapidly, the sliding block slides down rapidly, the contact is impacted to generate contractive deformation, and the contact and the pin are riveted into a whole;
the slider is separated from the pin in the vertical direction: the motor continues to rotate, the connecting rod is pulled up from the lowest position, the sliding block is driven to move upwards, when the sliding block is separated from the pin in the vertical direction, the sensor senses through the gear notch and outputs a position signal to the PLC, the PLC stops the stepping motor after signal processing, and then the finished product is rotated to the unloading station, so that riveting of a workpiece is completed.
The riveting of the movable contact is automatically completed by forming an independent unit and controlling the movable contact by a PLC program.
The contact is conveyed to the vicinity of a contact feeding station through a vibration disc and a linear feeder, and is sent into a clamp through a plane (X, Z two-axis) manipulator; the pins are sent to the vicinity of a first pin feeding station through a vibration disc and a linear feeder, the pins are placed into corresponding holes of the contacts through descending, clamping finger clamping, lifting, rotating, translating and descending of a planar manipulator, and then the manipulator releases the clamping finger, ascending, translating and rotating to return to the original position, so that the next pin is ready to be clamped; the riveting station is used for directly riveting the contact and the pin; the discharging station is a finished product discharging station, namely, a plane manipulator descends, the clamping fingers clamp, lift, translate, descend, the clamping fingers loosen, and the finished product is placed into a storage bin. Because five stations on the rotary dividing plate act to operate simultaneously, the speed is high, the riveting of one contact can be completed only by 1.5-2 s, the riveting is faster than manual riveting by more than one time, and the continuous operation can be performed for 24 hours, the bottleneck of the riveting production of the moving contact is solved, the manual work only needs to pour the contact and the pin into the corresponding vibrating plate respectively, and the finished product is taken away after the station V bin is full. The lower end of the sliding block is provided with a hole matched with the pin, and the hole opening is provided with a small boss which can reduce the impulsive force of the sliding block during riveting.
The invention provides an automatic riveting device for a moving contact of a molded case circuit breaker and an operation method thereof, which are compact in structure and excellent in operation performance, and the stability of products is improved.

Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further specifically described below through examples and with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1: as shown in the figure, the automatic riveting device for the moving contact of the molded case circuit breaker comprises a workpiece 1 and further comprises a frame 2, wherein an index plate 3 is arranged on the frame 2, the index plate 3 rotates through a divider 4, a plurality of operation stations are arranged on the index plate 3, and riveting components which are in matched connection with the operation stations are arranged on the frame 2.
The operation stations comprise a riveting station 5, a discharging station 6, a contact feeding station 7, a first pin feeding station 8 and a second pin feeding station 9, and the riveting station 5, the discharging station 6, the contact feeding station 7, the first pin feeding station 8 and the second pin feeding station 9 are sequentially and equally divided along the dividing disc 3;
the riveting assembly comprises a transmission assembly and a rotary table 10, the transmission assembly drives the rotary table 10 to rotate, a connecting rod 11 which moves up and down along with the rotation of the rotary table 10 is arranged at the outer end of the rotary table 10, a sliding block 12 which is in movable contact with an operation station is arranged at the bottom of the connecting rod 11, and a plurality of pin holes 13 which are in movable contact with the workpiece 1 are formed in the bottom of the sliding block 12.
The rotating assembly comprises a stepping motor 14, the stepping motor 14 drives a driving gear 15 to rotate, the driving gear 15 drives a driven gear 16 to rotate, and the driven gear 16 drives the turntable 10 to rotate;
the connecting rod 11 is sleeved with a guide 17 fixed with the frame 2, a spring 18 is arranged in the guide 17, and the connecting rod 11 is displaced to drive the spring 18 to compress;
the lower part of the riveting station 5 is provided with a balance cylinder 19 fixed with the frame 2, and the balance cylinder 19 and the index plate 3 are movably positioned.
The driven gear 16 is connected with the turntable 10 through a shaft 20, and a one-way bearing 21 is arranged between the shaft 20 and the turntable 10; the sliding block 12 and the connecting rod 11 are positioned through a shaft pin 22; the upper part of the guide 17 is provided with a blank cap 23 which is elastically connected with the spring 18, and the lower end of the connecting rod 11 drives the whole spring 18 to compress.
The operation method of the automatic riveting device for the movable contact of the molded case circuit breaker comprises the following steps:
(one), operation station:
contact material loading station: the contact is sent to a fixture corresponding to the dividing disc to be positioned according to a certain direction through a vibrating disc, a linear feeder and a plane manipulator;

the slider is separated from the pin in the vertical direction: the motor continues to rotate, the connecting rod is pulled up from the lowest position, the sliding block is driven to move upwards, when the sliding block is separated from the pin in the vertical direction, the sensor senses through the gear notch and outputs a position signal to the PLC, the PLC stops the stepping motor after signal processing, and then the finished product is rotated to the unloading station, so that riveting of a workpiece is completed.
